Tesco Cafe in Dudley

The staff clearly don't enjoy working there. Waited a while at the till to be acknowledged. Order abandoned on the table.

Tesco's cafe in Dudley is a lovely place to eat . Clean and food fantastic and the staff so friendly. Please don't turn this cafe into self service like West Bromwich.

1st time ordering from here and only really did as maccies shut for breakfast! but i will 100% be returning, price is a little steep for what you get but the quality of food and the taste was amazing 🤩

Really enjoyed my breakfast here today. I had the avocado on toast and added an egg and halloumi to it. 10/10 to whoever made this. It was so good 👌

I'm a bit disappointed my hot chocolate tastes really nice but most of it was split on the lid and cup. .my chocolate shortbread was smashed up and coming through the bag.and my bap was a bit smashed up in the box but did taste nice. So all and all the food taste nice but presentation is not so great.

Nice cafe to pop into following a shop around in store. Food was tasty and well presented. Staff friendly and nice relaxed atmosphere.

I have only ever been here for a drink and cake but I have to say that the staff are always very friendly and helpful, there are larger chains that could learn a thing about customer service from the staff at this Tesco cafe

I really enjoyed my food here and thought it was good value for money. My kids enjoyed their meals and it was nice and spacious so plenty of rooms for prams and kids to not feel restricted. The staff are lovely too. Xx

Good delivery time but I ordered the vegan breakfast and the vegan sausages were missing meaning I paid £7.80 for a hash brown, a spoonful of beans, a spoonful of avocado, a mushroom, half a tomato and a slice of bread. Very disappointed.

Considering that this is in a store, it is very very good! The hot drinks were served at a drinkable temperature unlike most places that serve them at a boiling temperature. The english breakfast was also very good and filling. One thing that i didnt like about it was the bacon but other than that it was perfect.

Amazing! The hot chocolate was beautiful, the bacon and sausage bap was lovely one of the best I've ever had and the caramel shortbread was to die for. I will definitely be ordering again. 5 stars 🌟.

Expensive for what you get. 1 small sausage Egg that's under cooked I small slice toast hard and crispy Small amount beans that looked like been reheated and got a thick skin over them 2 rubbery hash browns And it's cold 1 bacon that really fatty. Not even a micro to warm food up . Only thing that was nice was the extra thick napkins but you can't eat them . Wouldn't ho again. Trued it didn't like oh and coffee not that good either.

Tony's customer service was excellent and he never stopped working. Very tasty full English but extortionate prices on the bottled drinks. Will be visiting again but this time sneaking in my own drink

Much cheaper than a hotel buffet and a good selection of items to mix and match to suit anyone’s taste. The staff were especially kind and friendly and you can pick up your meal deal for lunch on your way out!

Went for a breakfast on a rainy Wednesday morning. The manager was serving! Very pleasant kind man! Full of smiles. But what I liked the most, once he bought my coffee to my table while I waited for my breakfast. Was that he stopped to talk to an elderly lady, when he left her full of smiles. Then I continue to watch him talk to customers an asked all if everythink was ok. Breakfast was delicious 🤤 definitely my go to place now

Ordered jacket potato,with 2 fillings,average portion of beans, with spoonful"portion of chilli con carne,got a guilt trip look from staff because she had to bring me some extra butter,size of jacket potato was very small for £5.20!! Rip off..customer satisfaction died years ago..it seems it's all about greedy profit these days..!

although food was hot it didnt look very appetising in the box and looked more like a "greasy food diner" no cutlery so had to use fingers which is not appropriate. Delivery time was however good

We visit a couple of times a week and nearly always on Saturday morning the breakfast is clean low on fat and delivered promptly.staff are very friendly and attentive.I remember recently haveing a over zelous stab at half a sausage which flew off the plate and onto the floor a member of staff asked if the item left on my plate was ok to which I replied no it must be realy fresh as it tried to escape. she promptly delivered a freshly cooked sausage to stop me from crying.(it worked ha ha)see nice people.also the coffee is above average to quite good so I have a second cup while my wife gets the shop (perfect).and guess what the free WI-FI actualy works.no better way to start the day.

Got vegan breakfast was promised vegan spread the toast came plain.

Popped in for some quick food and was delighted with the Tesco Cafe Dudley. The food was prepared very quickly by friendly staff, well presented, hot and great value. Paid just £10.75 for avocado on toast, Scampi and chips and a pretty good coffee. Well satisfied.

The breakfast is lovely except for the fact that the hash browns tasted like they are deep fried (shallow fried would have been better) the breakfast wrap and vegan breakfast was nice

Went in for all day breakfast (12.0 midday). The sausage and hash browns looked like they had been cooked at 9.0am and left under the hot plate. Would have complained if anybody had asked me how my food was, which they didn’t. This is just lazy cooking by the chef. These items should have been binned and made fresh again. It’s not rocket science Tesco? Just damn lazy.

Bread in "good for you breakfast" was expired - green. It's mean, if they can't sell bread in shop, they bring to café??? And banana smoothie was horrible, no taste, just ice with milk.

Took my mum for a ‘nice coffee and cake’ after shopping. Unfortunately it was hard to find a table not due to the amount of customers but because of the filth of uncleared tables. We were then met with an abrupt rude woman behind the counter whom I asked is she normally so abrupt! Amazing how her approach changed after being challenged! I suggest Tesco employ someone who really wants a job and will be friendly and welcoming to customers!

Visited this morning and the drinks were pretty atrocious. Has almost no flavour. My fiancee said her hot chocolate tasted like brown water and my cappuccino was flavourless other than the froth on top. Not impressed at all. The food on the other hand was pretty tasty. Had a "big breakfast" which was filling and the sausages tasted excellent. Toast could've been hotter, but as a whole food was good. Shame about the drinks!

I visit here every time I do my fortnightly shop. Its a lovely cafe with lovely staff. The food is always delicious and fresh. My favourite thing to have there is a small americano !

The service is usually ok but I'm sure a frappe has coffee in, I ordered a cookies and cream frappe it was just milk, ice cream, ice and a squirt of cream no coffee, I did ask if frappe have coffee in but the lady said no. Maybe my mistake or maybe it should be advertised as a milkshake

We’ve visited here twice and both times the staff were really rude to us. I ordered my mom a coffe and myself a soy latte and informed the staff I had a dairy allergy, I asked which coffee was which and they couldn’t tell me, and didn’t want to remake the drinks. The second time I asked for some ingredient advise to which the woman rolled her eyes and said I don’t know instead of checking for me. Left feeling quite upset.

Had latte and cake. On the pricey side for cake but was delicious and the medium latte was huge! Good service and friendly. Lovely seating area with sofas overlooking the car park

The latte and cappuccino was cold ,worker did not worn as they closing at 6 pm and she started cleaning the coffee while we were there.

Cafe updated with furniture much better than previous decour. However had the fishcake and salad. It was not very good much to dry and hard crusty edges. Left most of it. Pity because the new decour has given the place a lift.

Tescos cafe not impressed by the attitude of staff really rude and miserable some people would love the opportunity to work in a clean and save work environment but the staff I encountered one girl especially " megan" would probably be better off working out of the public eye food was good but needs customer service improvement 100% !
