McDonald's in Dudley

Totally rubbish service, wait 20 minutes for food, and finally after 20 minutes they give me cold food. Never go again Dudley McDonald

Ordered an Uber, and the pick-up place was mcdonalds Got a quick triple cheese 🍔 burger x3 and an large chocolate milkshake Milkshake machine worked surprisingly but was condemned to using paper straws to help protect the environment 🤔 Staff were polite The place looked clean It was a good spot for me to wait for my Uber I don't usually eat fast food, but every now and then doesn't hurt

Can't count to 4 (got three nuggets) Can't stack one thing on top of the other (burger looked like an Italian land mark) Didn't ask for it to be served frozen, might as well have. The food I ordered comes with sauce, I was asked what sauce I'd like before payment window, therefore it's on the screen Infront of them (still didn't get any) Castle gate maccies ... Supporting the argument that maccies workers have NO brains.

I do not recommend this McDonald's. The food came cold and when I asked for ketchup I got one, then I asked for the second one and the lady gave me one, but with a strange look. After a while I came again, that there were 4 of us and the children asked for ketchups, the lady looked at me and with great indignation asked how many meals we bought, that I wanted 4 ketchups for 4 people 🤦🏻‍♀️ terrible rudeness. I recommend avoiding.

One of the best mcdonalds branches I have been to, served amazingly by a kind woman employee named Sarah who even offered to grab us some dips whilst we ate, extremely pleseant person

It was far too busy, people queuing for tables.. so I went to KFC. At least it was quiet there and got food

I had a m chicken sandwich meal, with a hot chocolate and a apple pie. The chicken sandwich was cold as was the fries. The fries left the top of my mouth feeling as though it was covered in grease. The cheeseburger had pickles which I had asked to be removed. The hot chocolate was seriously lacking chocolate and tasted like weird water.

Just had a just eat order from castle gate mcdonalds got wrong order somebody else's. So contacted castle gate mcdonalds and told them we had somebody else's order all they said was take it up with just eat. And I could reorder my food again. Like wow so I can be out of pocket for more money. Just eat don't always give a refund as I know from experience. I spoke to apparently the manager and I even said if I come down could he give me my right order and he kept saying contact just eat. Somebody else's order is wrong but hey ho as long as mcdonalds isn't out of pocket doesn't matter about us who keep the franchise going and them in jobs customer service is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I would 100% not recommend that franchise at castle gate Dudley. I always thought customer was right or at least they should help you. He just kept butting in on me talking. Not first time wrong order, food cold and missing items. I shouldn't have to keep trying to get refund from just eat when most times it's whoever packs my food who cocks up. They really don't care about the little people.

You get what you pay for here. Bigmac served hot for a nice change. Fresh hot coffee cheap and tastes better than Starbucks!

Had some foil in a hot chocolate, the store kept saying they don't use foil, but it came from somewhere, I even said I wasn't after a free meal, just wanted to make sure it didn't make my wife ill. Yet they denied, so I've sent to Dudley food safety standard team

Staff just didn’t care about orders, many people waiting for their food and staff were just messing about round the back. Food was cold and looked like burger was chucked in the box. Flies were flying around everywhere all over my food, dirty environment

I went in with my family at midday. We had to wait 15 mins for food which looked like it was thrown together in seconds and then had nowhere to sit. When a table did become free we had to clear the table ourselves.

everytime i come i always have things missing. Staff just don’t care and are dirty.food is overcooked and oil needs changing . Wouldn’t recommend. chicken selects are rock hard also, fries taste like mud

Undercooks the burgers so their pink inside & then tries to deny it when you call them out for it & then they fob you off to the app to make a complaint & doesn’t replace your food or even offer to send out a new fresh burger, neither apologises for their own mistake

Delay in getting the food, tables and seats dirty and not cleaned right after clients left, staff distracted chatting with each other.

Food was cold so got em to change it. They replaced it with more cold fries. Finally got home to find they'd not give me the right food called them an they said can only change if I come bk. Said im not coming back now Said well bring bk another day just bring food an reciept with you. So could go a week later an they want me keep food that would of gone off

If I could put 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the area. Waited 25-30 minutes for a quarter pounder meal and a plain hamburger with 6 chicken nuggets. When we got home the burger bun was flat on the one side so it was paper thin (like it had been trodden on!), the burger was all ripped and just didn't look appetising. This isn't the first time this has happened with the bun being flat. It is clear that the workers are there just for the money, their heart isn't in the job and it shows by the presentation of the food. Awful!

Worst McDonalds I ever visited then had an issue with the parked vehicle then get a threatening letter and a £100 Parking Fine whilst away to get a jump-starter. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I was shocked when I opened my wrap and found that half of the packaging was empty because it was wrapped like a 3 year old and folded into some kind of square. I mean it tasted the same, but it looks didn't look good. Parking was difficult on Friday night as there was a delivery van blocking the entrance lane to the carpark and everyone not using the drive through had to use the exit lane to find parking.

Good service good food and satisfactory environment, worthy of a 4 star rating.

Dire food, as always, but the grandkids always have a Saturday treat, going to spend the next few years trying to wean them off this rubbish excuse for food. This particular outlet is dirty, understaffed and mentally inadequate for dealing with a massive customer rush.

Ordered on app arrived through the drive through was told the system was down and to go through the drive through again.. I parked up and walked inside to get my food to be told by staff I needed to go back through the drive through | had enough and just left this was 31/7/2024 and McDonald’s still Took the payment at my bank not happy at all

The whole order was wrong, "feed the family deal" had missing two core burgers, instead of caesar wrap got sweet chilli and wrong amount of mcflurry's One missed item is understandable, but not everything?!

Personally after this evenings experience I will never use the place again. Delivery driver explained it may be damaged, said he would wait while I checked.. total mangled mess. Went to return it to him and he was trying to do a runner from back door. Caught him and he tried telling me it was bcus his mirror was broken and bag had got caught. Made out he had sent mess to md saying it was damaged. (Personally no idea if it was sent or not) So humiliating have a full on verbal set to in the street. All I can say is its a good job he had a helmet on. Still fumming still starving.

The staff need to be checking orders before they go out. It's not a nice position to be in when the adults get their food but the happy meal is forgotten then I have to prove that I actually ordered one by then my food is cold. Constantly told to wait in a bay when they're aren't any bays free. There's no queue in the drive thru and the most basic order like a big Mac and cheese burger which surely are made the most frequently. But I wait in a bay for 15 minutes. It's just not good anymore McDonald's is the biggest fast food chain and the service is dreadful. This goes against everything McDonald's was originally famous for. The policies.

Constantly missing items. You must check everything from the drive through before you leave, especially sauces. Then expect to wait while it's sorted and your food goes cold.

Had a drive thru order had to park up and wait which I don’t mind if it’s going to be correct and fresh but they completely messed my order up missing 3 items and my sauces and then I asked for 2 plain burgers and I got them with everything on them

ordered off uber eats last night, they gave me someone else’s order it was all wrong. tried calling the restaurant up and the call cut off after i explained my situation, then i tried calling multiple times after and no answer.

This one need extra time for breakfast service . Ordered breakfast and waiting 10 minutes on waiting bay and just leave the place. Wasting time and wasting money .

The restaurant was clean and inviting. Staff were helpful and well presented. The condiments were well stocked in the self service area and sauce dispensers in working order. All in all, exactly what a McDonald's experience should be, would happily visit again.

Went to castle Gate Dudley last night had takeaway got home I had big Mc when i.opened found the patty on top of my.bun looks like it had been thrown to geather and was cold not impressed again with Dudley looks like back.to.burger king

Dropped in whilst staying at a nearby hotel for breakfast. Food was good and service was quick by using the app.

Run of the mill McDonald's. Nothing special. Food was ok, reasonably warm. Ran out of napkins and staff not bothered.

First time to this McDonald's in dudley. We went inside to eat. Very busy,but it was Saturday. Food was semi warm not hot. Staff were keeping floors and tables clean ,even offered to take our rubbish from us. In the same area there are other eating out places,francie and bennies,pub,pizza place.harvester etc,spoilt for choice really.

Food took a while to be made, but was hot and tasted nice. Ideally placed up the road from the Black Country Museum if visiting there.

Very friendly and kind host. Food was as expected but was nice and hot. They only give 1 free dip per meal and then you have to pay 5p per dip which is a bit of a pain.

Took ages for food to arrive, when it did arrive the muffin was hard. Re ordered the muffin which again took forever and I had to chase. The lid was not of my coffee correctly so it spilt all over me. Staff too busy chatting to serve. Not good, wont be back!

What happened to your milkshakes? I remember they used to be ice cold, refreshing and full of flavour, just had a large chocolate milkshake, was just a cup of tasteless froth, the worst it's ever been. I wouldn't have left this review but it's been the last 3 times I've ordered guys, and quite spaced out, not all in the same week or anything been going on a while. Need to sort it out because they ain't cheap and your just ripping folks off, I really hope this is taken in to consideration and you get your act together

Delivery was wrong £40 out of pocket. Just eat delivery driver blamed McDonald’s ..McDonald’s blamed delivery driver. My son’s birthday breakfast ruined. No empathy whatsoever. I offered to come to restaurant to be told they can’t do anything. I really haven’t got another £40 to spend to wait for a refund.

Didn't get a receipt for my food they got all confused on my order I had to say what I ordered to someone to get my food

I don't think they have ever got my order correct (6+ years). Do not use the drive through because you will have to park up to go inside and collect missing items.

Not kid friendly. Don't go to the restaurant if you have kids!!!!!! Got a fine for staying 16 minutes of parking time. Manager Sophie didn't want to take responsibility for the ticket dispute the order being wrong and us waiting with 4 kids for our food. Naturally, not going they again. This is supposed to be fast food.
