McDonald's in Dudley

everytime i come i always have things missing. Staff just don’t care and are dirty.food is overcooked and oil needs changing . Wouldn’t recommend. chicken selects are rock hard also, fries taste like mud

Undercooks the burgers so their pink inside & then tries to deny it when you call them out for it & then they fob you off to the app to make a complaint & doesn’t replace your food or even offer to send out a new fresh burger, neither apologises for their own mistake

Delay in getting the food, tables and seats dirty and not cleaned right after clients left, staff distracted chatting with each other.

Food was cold so got em to change it. They replaced it with more cold fries. Finally got home to find they'd not give me the right food called them an they said can only change if I come bk. Said im not coming back now Said well bring bk another day just bring food an reciept with you. So could go a week later an they want me keep food that would of gone off

If I could put 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the area. Waited 25-30 minutes for a quarter pounder meal and a plain hamburger with 6 chicken nuggets. When we got home the burger bun was flat on the one side so it was paper thin (like it had been trodden on!), the burger was all ripped and just didn't look appetising. This isn't the first time this has happened with the bun being flat. It is clear that the workers are there just for the money, their heart isn't in the job and it shows by the presentation of the food. Awful!

Worst McDonalds I ever visited then had an issue with the parked vehicle then get a threatening letter and a £100 Parking Fine whilst away to get a jump-starter. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I was shocked when I opened my wrap and found that half of the packaging was empty because it was wrapped like a 3 year old and folded into some kind of square. I mean it tasted the same, but it looks didn't look good. Parking was difficult on Friday night as there was a delivery van blocking the entrance lane to the carpark and everyone not using the drive through had to use the exit lane to find parking.

Dire food, as always, but the grandkids always have a Saturday treat, going to spend the next few years trying to wean them off this rubbish excuse for food. This particular outlet is dirty, understaffed and mentally inadequate for dealing with a massive customer rush.

Good service good food and satisfactory environment, worthy of a 4 star rating.

Kids like Macdonald's, it's a once a week treat, beyond that's it's the worst food ever!!! I will forever be trying to wean them off this awful excuse for nutrition!!!

Haven't been inside a McDonald's for a number of years went inside the Blackpool 1 a few days ago just for a drink was waiting 30mins 😔 just been to castle gate and the same again 30mins for just a drink I think the old McDonald's system was better 😔

Ordered on app arrived through the drive through was told the system was down and to go through the drive through again.. I parked up and walked inside to get my food to be told by staff I needed to go back through the drive through | had enough and just left this was 31/7/2024 and McDonald’s still Took the payment at my bank not happy at all

The whole order was wrong, "feed the family deal" had missing two core burgers, instead of caesar wrap got sweet chilli and wrong amount of mcflurry's One missed item is understandable, but not everything?!

Personally after this evenings experience I will never use the place again. Delivery driver explained it may be damaged, said he would wait while I checked.. total mangled mess. Went to return it to him and he was trying to do a runner from back door. Caught him and he tried telling me it was bcus his mirror was broken and bag had got caught. Made out he had sent mess to md saying it was damaged. (Personally no idea if it was sent or not) So humiliating have a full on verbal set to in the street. All I can say is its a good job he had a helmet on. Still fumming still starving.

Used drive through some time after 10.30 staff were friendly,food was good

The staff need to be checking orders before they go out. It's not a nice position to be in when the adults get their food but the happy meal is forgotten then I have to prove that I actually ordered one by then my food is cold. Constantly told to wait in a bay when they're aren't any bays free. There's no queue in the drive thru and the most basic order like a big Mac and cheese burger which surely are made the most frequently. But I wait in a bay for 15 minutes. It's just not good anymore McDonald's is the biggest fast food chain and the service is dreadful. This goes against everything McDonald's was originally famous for. The policies.

Constantly missing items. You must check everything from the drive through before you leave, especially sauces. Then expect to wait while it's sorted and your food goes cold.

Had a drive thru order had to park up and wait which I don’t mind if it’s going to be correct and fresh but they completely messed my order up missing 3 items and my sauces and then I asked for 2 plain burgers and I got them with everything on them

I always order on the mc donalds app and something is missing always i dont k ow what’s wrong but last time my chicken nuggets were not in the bag this time th double pounder .

ordered off uber eats last night, they gave me someone else’s order it was all wrong. tried calling the restaurant up and the call cut off after i explained my situation, then i tried calling multiple times after and no answer.

This one need extra time for breakfast service . Ordered breakfast and waiting 10 minutes on waiting bay and just leave the place. Wasting time and wasting money .

The restaurant was clean and inviting. Staff were helpful and well presented. The condiments were well stocked in the self service area and sauce dispensers in working order. All in all, exactly what a McDonald's experience should be, would happily visit again.

Maccies, for when you want to feel hungry 30 mins later and no time for anything better. Or hate your kids and are lazy. It's clean though and quick.

Went to castle Gate Dudley last night had takeaway got home I had big Mc when i.opened found the patty on top of my.bun looks like it had been thrown to geather and was cold not impressed again with Dudley looks like back.to.burger king

Dropped in whilst staying at a nearby hotel for breakfast. Food was good and service was quick by using the app.

Run of the mill McDonald's. Nothing special. Food was ok, reasonably warm. Ran out of napkins and staff not bothered.

First time to this McDonald's in dudley. We went inside to eat. Very busy,but it was Saturday. Food was semi warm not hot. Staff were keeping floors and tables clean ,even offered to take our rubbish from us. In the same area there are other eating out places,francie and bennies,pub,pizza place.harvester etc,spoilt for choice really.

Food took a while to be made, but was hot and tasted nice. Ideally placed up the road from the Black Country Museum if visiting there.

Very friendly and kind host. Food was as expected but was nice and hot. They only give 1 free dip per meal and then you have to pay 5p per dip which is a bit of a pain.

Took ages for food to arrive, when it did arrive the muffin was hard. Re ordered the muffin which again took forever and I had to chase. The lid was not of my coffee correctly so it spilt all over me. Staff too busy chatting to serve. Not good, wont be back!

What happened to your milkshakes? I remember they used to be ice cold, refreshing and full of flavour, just had a large chocolate milkshake, was just a cup of tasteless froth, the worst it's ever been. I wouldn't have left this review but it's been the last 3 times I've ordered guys, and quite spaced out, not all in the same week or anything been going on a while. Need to sort it out because they ain't cheap and your just ripping folks off, I really hope this is taken in to consideration and you get your act together

Delivery was wrong £40 out of pocket. Just eat delivery driver blamed McDonald’s ..McDonald’s blamed delivery driver. My son’s birthday breakfast ruined. No empathy whatsoever. I offered to come to restaurant to be told they can’t do anything. I really haven’t got another £40 to spend to wait for a refund.

Didn't get a receipt for my food they got all confused on my order I had to say what I ordered to someone to get my food

Asked for a plain burger patty (son doesn’t like the bread or anything else on it) and had to wait for this to be cooked and came with the bun. Way too many just eat/delivery drivers lurking as well

I don't think they have ever got my order correct (6+ years). Do not use the drive through because you will have to park up to go inside and collect missing items.

Not kid friendly. Don't go to the restaurant if you have kids!!!!!! Got a fine for staying 16 minutes of parking time. Manager Sophie didn't want to take responsibility for the ticket dispute the order being wrong and us waiting with 4 kids for our food. Naturally, not going they again. This is supposed to be fast food.

Just been for breakfast asked for extra sausage on the pancakes didn't get it had to go back corrected order then gets home and no syrup for pancakes other items poorly packaged and came open in the bag really shoddy service 😡😡

It's a McDonald's. Fairly local to me and the food prep is reasonable.

We ordered 22 happy meals for a party and some other items on the app, service was really quick on collection and the staff were lovely, special mention to Claire who really looked after us Thank you

Sorry but whoever is on shift on 16/12/2023 (19.20) clearly doesn't enjoy their job. Nearly £4 for a burger that was thrown together. And we had to park up, for THIS? BOTH burgers the same

I just bought my first order from here and ordered every burger off the menu and they were very polite and food very fresh and didnt wait long neither i defo will be going back to this Mcdonald's

Whats happened to this restaurant? Used to love going here. Over last year, I have been met with terrible food. Rude staff working in drive through. Not once but few times. What topped my last visit and never return, two half eaten burgers, mcplant that actually was burger ! All the food looked.like been thrown in bag. No flavour, bad customer service not just from workers at drive thru but management Trying to be nice doesn't help either. Good job merryhill is better on all above. Worst one in area. Did wonder if online service or takeaway was better. Unfortunately not. Sad but would not return or recommend after giving it a try even after disasters. Don't we all make mistakes?

Nice clean place, staff are very helpful. I arrived with my family, within moments my boys were given a Christmas activity pack to play with while we ordered. Food was tasty, fresh and hot.

I used to work here years ago and it has totally changed. They need to remove the label of fast food as it take centries to get your order, especially if you eat in!

This used to be 1 of my favourite maccies but I will not be going back..shoddy service last night..sauce and filling all over the place..missing mozzarella cheese dips..phoned to politely voice my complaint result =another complaint 😮 he actually just hung up..rude!!

Unusually disappointed today. I received the wrong order. The fries were very dry and the size of the fillet of fish was considerably smaller than I remember. The lady on duty was really upbeat and helpful.

Missed all the hash browns off the order...I mean that's the essence of a Maccies brekkie for goodness sake. Use anywhere else but Gornal, drive to Leicester if you must.

I've ordered Big Tasty with bacon. It did not look like from the picture advertised by McDonnald. It looks like from some underrated psycho fast food chain. There was plastic or rubber inside of burger meat. Soft drink wasn't cold because their ice maker did not work. I got full refund. But disgusting. My last food from McDonnald.

This is a great place to grab a quick snack before the cinema. You can order yourself or at the counter.Theres a wheelchair accessible car park and entrance .

Ordered in advance on the app to save time but when we arrived through the drive through I got told it had gone through then told it declined and then told it was set as pay at restaurant? They couldn't get there story right and eventually sort it to be paid on site? Eneded up getting charged a different amount to what the app said and also got charged twice so now awaiting g a refund from mcdonalds. Unhappy experience

Ordered McDonald's via Uber eats app. McDonald's finally cancelled my order after a 2 hour wait. Definitely can't recommend
