breakfast diner in Dudley

This restaurant I will never order from again, I placed order threw uber eats I waited over an hr just for 1 bacon n egg sarny and 1 ham and lettuce sarny with a tray of ham and cheese salad, I called up 3 times to see where my order was, all 3 times I got fobbed off and then when my order did eventually arrive, it was the completely wrong order they gave me 2 sausage and egg sarnys the sausage was burnt the egg was burnt, completely pissed off with this if I'm honest, I will never order from here again.

Waited 2 hours for delivery, tried to ring on 3/4 occasions to ask where our delivery was but never answered the phone once! Ordered 2x full breakfasts and both arrived cold & looked like they had literally thrown in the box with no consideration. All they offered me was £4 credit with them? After spending £20+ on breakfasts. Like I'm ever going to use them again👎🏼

Always cancel orders dunno how the business runs !

Ordered through just eat on a Wednesday morning and it arrived before the estimated time, food was hot, fresh and delicious 👍🏻

food was beautiful. only advise (not criticism)if you don't have a product like the tuna sandwich maybe give customer a call to change to another one- money given back for tuna sandwhich they didn't have but overall lovely food 😋

The food was absolutely terrible two items didn’t even turn up we rang and complained and they told us it would be sent right away - which it wasn’t. The ‘panini’ came as a cold sandwich. The two toasters were totally inedible and chips.

Ordered two full English breakfasts, and was disappointed. Egg was overcooked, bacon was stringy and didn't taste like bacon, mushrooms were sour, toast was almost still bread. Usually get lovely food from this diner but today I was very disappointed

Thinking of ordering? Don’t. The quality of food is very poor, poor bacon, undercooked eggs, tinned mushrooms, awful taste of tinned tomatoes. Was thinking of going for mega breakfast, glad I didn’t as I would have ended up with mega load of crap. Honestly, worst experience of breakfast I’ve had in my life. I thought an expensive breakfast but quality food in a top hotel wasn’t worth paying for… but I won’t complain about that again 😂

Took almost 2 hours for a sandwich and one breakfast to be delivered. Came practically cold, bacon has a really bad taste and doesn’t even look like bacon and they didn’t give me my extra black pudding I paid for. First and last time ordering

Waited 50 minutes for 2 sandwiches, for me to ring the cafe to be told they haven’t even started it yet was told it was on the way. Stay clear

I couldn’t eat it egg was dry bacon was disguting sausage not much better very small container for the breakfast it had leaked all into the paper bag that it was delivered in. I had to bin mine so bad the others eat their sandwiches but wouldn’t use this cafe ever again

Missing item - no scambled egg on toast in the order. 25 minutes later than estimated time. Food cold. Extremely disappointed as we considered ourselves valued customers.

the delivery took 2 hours from time of order to arrival, then the driver asked me to go to his car instead of delivering to the door. sausage and bacon both over cooked and on the ham sandwich it cooked like chopped gammon instead of sliced ham, very poor indeed

Breakfast for a company order put through at 09:20am, which arrived at lunchtime. They never seem to have panini's so when i order these they end up just arriving on white bread, eggs were burnt today, mushrooms were used incredibly sparingly on another colleagues sandwich, no sauce where asked for and notes within the orders never seem to get read. Not the first time this has happened either. Our company will not be ordering again.

Can’t rate any of the service or food as my order didn’t arrive. I had been waiting for 2 hours and then they closed and didn’t ring me back Not great staff were rude on the phone when I called to see what was going on not very helpful at all. Would not recommend

Order didn’t arrive after 2.5hrs of waiting. Spoke to someone after 1.5hrs who said it was on the way however still no food an hour later. Tried calling multiple times but sent to voicemail. Requested a refund through just eat.

Food took over 2 hours to come and missing a sandwich rang up and said it would be sent out, nothings come and now the cafe is closed!

Awful service. Delivery time changed 2x. And when call made, they just said driver was out and would be about 5mins.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Ordered a few times now 1 time sent wrong sandwich. And this last time waited 2 hours.i did phone them number of times to be told on the way when actually never turned up.dont bother with it a right let down Will not be ordering from here again

Food used to be amazing and I'd recommend it to everyone, I've had 2 terrible orders in a row from them now so it wasn't just a fluke the first time it happened. The sandwiches arrive burnt and the pulled pork especially has become very stringy and nauseating. Real shame as now I'll have to try and find a new go-to breakfast place. The staff are lovely, however, and the location is easy to get to. There's no official parking but there's always nearby street parking you can use. There's steps to get in but if you struggled with that the staff would happily bring it out to you. There's one or two seats inside but it's not really a sit in and eat sort of place. They do delivery themselves and it always arrives hot and prompt!

Always enjoy the food from here but today the chips were soggy they come in a bag wrapped up in foil they were all squashed and chewy not nice at all. Breakfast was lovely as always just needed draining alot more of the fat it’s always a disaster when I open the bag I get juices dripping everywhere lol always great food though

Found this cafe as the one we loved got sold and went down hill, wished I had found this one sooner as the food never fails.. non greasy, always delivered on time whilst still piping hot.. top notch delivery service too… HIGHLY recommend the caramel Frappuccino and New York cheesecake!!

Good breakfast. Would advise to foil hash browns separate with the toast as they were like slop being underneath beans.

Amazing food, it was cooked perfectly and was amazingly fast for getting delivered.

Late review (so sorry) food arrived quick as always, although I haven't ordered for a while so it was a lovely treat to do so. Food is still absolutely amazing breakfast sandwiches we all loved, kids scoffed the lot which is always a bonus too. Lovely delivery guy too so polite and happy which makes all the difference to your day!. Thank you all ❤️

This place is just great. I've ordered from here 3 or 4 times now and I'm a bit of a fussy eater so I always have order notes (sorry to be that person haha) and every single time they have gone above and beyond in accommodating me. Food quality is great and tasty and my orders have always been packaged well so they're safe for delivery. Couldn't recommend this place enough! Support your local small businesses guys, you really do get what you pay for and you're putting back into your local community.

Good food and warm but the wait was long said by 10.45 then 10.55 then 11.05 and arrived 11.15.thats over a hour

use this place alot and most of time fine but today I payed for bacon and sausage sandwich for my child and they only sent a bacon sandwich not the first time I've had stuff missing however the delivery driver is very nice and cakes are delicious .

Average breakfast didn't like the fried egg being done in a pan of cooking oil rashers were like they were done yesterday and kept for today, friendly waitress but away overpriced for what I got.

After waiting over an hour for delivery it arrived but food was cold as were drinks, bacon and eggs overcooked and hash browns were just mush. Very disappointing, went straight in the bin.

Very horrible today food was really fatty, could not even eat it me, children nd usually no problem but today not happy at all.

4got my red sauce after asked on messages and 4got one of my cakes but the food was nice and delivery was good would recommend.

Food tasted absolutely amazing but unfortunately I didn’t have all the items in my sandwich that I asked for. Sausage was missing on there.

Order accepted and then they never even bothered to deliver so sat waiting for breakfast and never got one UNACCEPTABLE 😒

Terrible prices for BASIC food, go to Greggs its cheaper and you get more for your money. £11.50 for 3 sausage cobs and a can of pop!!!!, BUT if you choose to have an extra sausage its 30P, how do they work that out. So 2 sausages 30p from their pricelist + 1 sausage =90p + a 10p cob=£1.....not according to them its £3.50 + extra sausage=£3.80. Dont like getting ripped off, especially from a greasy, overhyped, pumped up prices greasy spoon corner shop makes it £2.80 for putting it in a bag. Never again will I, or by the look of it previous customers, ever go again. Lets not forget the one star was the only option.

I got my breakfast delivered from here and thoroughly enjoyed it. I requested some items to be taken off the breakfast and they were kind enough to add replacement items. Will definitely be eating here In the future.

Staff was very disrespectful refused to serve me for no reason at all apart from me ending it with someone who worked there but is in prison for his own fault. Most of there food is out of tin's doughnuts are from tesco and also the cookies are from tesco so use ur head ppl these are con ppl. Definitely don't wash hands after smoking I've witnessed this as used to work there as a delivery driver and now they ban me because they employ someone who is banned from driving because he was drink driving. Ppl are saying that the is amenities for children I can honestly say that there is nothing for children here

Poor food and poor hygeine...always smoking and not washing their hands...cross contamination with Cooke and raw meat...this is probably the reason they only have a score of 2 for food hygiene rating....better cafe round corner called lozs kitchen

Ordered twice on Uber Eats, cancelled my order both times - won't be trying a third.
