Order from here often always really good food

Only had thin crust base. The delivery driver walked through my flower bed to get to the front door. My new shoots are now squashed. It was captured on my ring doorbell.

Everything is fine some people got personal issues and leaving not fair feedback’s.. there are different types of people works everywhere but it doesn’t mean they’re all bad! Please be careful and don’t leave reviews by hates! If you’re angry and leaving negative comments then think we’re all humans all makes mistakes and not perfect from birth! Much love this place…

Honestly shocking, it’s no wonder the place has been abandoned. Prices are sky high and customer service is as bad as it gets. Workers be bums. They always on the phone. Used to be busy- now kids from the high school don’t even go there. Chicken nuggets and chips used to be £1.60, it’s now over £3.50. Is it inflation? Or is it bad food?

I will be honest I've always had pizza from here but recently it's really gone down. I used to get lovely customer service and great delivery times. Also, if they were going to be late they would call. Now, it's always late, never a complete order and I have called a few times and always get complete utter lies. They need a serious look at themselves if they want to carry on

Honestly we have always had pizzas from here & not had a problem but this time absolutely awful, yes delivery time was ok & thats the only reason i gave it 1 star I ordered Jack Daniels Special & rec'd a meat fest of which I knew it was but when I read the menu the ingredients of the pizza was nit the same as it usually is. Then the food was totally disgusting pizzas tasted like it had been standing under a lamp dor ages, the crust was chewy the ingregients on top tasted like it had been microwaved. The fries were soggy eventhough I asked for crispy. £20 down the drain.I'm not sure whats going onbut never having pizza from here again infact it's totally put me off pizza for life.

Terrible service please people of halesowen don’t use them! Delayed delivery and food missing which you have already paid for - called up and was told that is the weekend for you! To be honest food that was delivered wasn’t great! If could give negative stars I would.

Terrible service, ordered the usual order which I order every week, but this time they delivered the wrong order completely which charged us more money, then when asking for them to pick the food up they were adamant it wasnt there fault leaving me to have to head back up there to get my money back, absolutely shocking considering how regular we are

Can’t complain! Read some bad reviews but in my experience can’t complain! Ordered direct for a delivery at home several times no problem, ordered at 11pm tonight for a delivery at a pub, came 20 mins after, delivery driver very lovely, food lovely will continue to use them as… u guessed it! “Can’t complain”!

We ordered food, they didn’t order a garlic bread. We called to let them know it hadn’t come..... to be told the driver had gone home and that they’d re-I nurse us next time.... no thanks. Absolutely awful service. I’d never use these again. Food was average at best too.

Ordered pizza, was delivered one hour too early, called them they said they will send fresh one out at the correct time. Delicious.

We appreciated it very much to be open so late and serving us a delicious pizza at a fab price.

Very disappointed. I have used Pizzalicious for years. Had a bad meal a couple of weeks ago thought it was a one off. Ordered tonight food was rubbery and cold pizza had hardly any topping just a ‘blob’ for want of a better word in the middle. Chicken nuggets soggy. Will definitely be looking for a new pizza shop

Used to be a regular customer here but the pizzas went down hill so I went elsewhere but, I was just driving past hungry & noticed the shop had had a refurb so I decided to give them another chance. So glad I did because I have just had the best pizza I have ever had from a takeaway keep them like this and I will remain a regular customer here. Top class & I haven't even had the Carrot cake yet. Deep pan Italian Taste to die for.

Had a few gluten free pizzas for here & all been good, kids loved them & always ask if we can go bach there, not bad when you realise I live about 20 miles away. Update: Not sure if it’s under new management but I’m sorry to say no gluten free on my latest visit & not at all helpful

I would rate this minus 5* if i could. Ate here christmas eve, had chicken strippers and a small pizza - little did i know i’d have food poisoning and it would ruin my whole christmas. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. wasn’t just me that got ill either! Two others did!

Ordered small hot and spicy for fiancé and 12 inch bbq chicken for me n kids..... we ended up with 4 slices of bbq chicken and a 16inch hot n spicy so I didn’t get to eat as can’t eat spicy food n kids don’t like it so they had to share a tiny pizza.... we rang as soon as got order to be abused by the staff, could understand if they jus got the flavours mixed up but the sizes too and to blame us and be absolutely vile just lost them customers...... disgusting

Ordered two pizzas. When they arrived they were swimming in grease and literally tasted of mint. We got sick the next day. Sounded slightly agressive on the phone when giving my order. AVOID

Ordered food and was told there was a 45minute delivery time, finally turned up 1hour 40minutes later - 55minutes late Manager offered to knock £2 off in an aggressive manner when i complained with the driver at my door step.. i sent the pizza back and ordered from Dominos who delivered bang on time. Wishing could leave a minus star!!! Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza but asked for no mushrooms due to my brother being allergic to them! The order was late in the first place, I called up when it had FINALLY arrived to let them know I wasn't impressed with how late and also checked the pizza to find out there was mushrooms on it! Overall a very bad experience..order arrived late and they messed up soi had to wait longer for them to deliver a new one and they was late that time as well and they didn't even seem that bothered that we was annoyed ... Pizza was slightly burnt the second time so now we have lost our appetite ... Waste of my money and time ... I would seriously advise not using them

supreme meat feast with hardley any meat on it no spicy beef as advertised no pepperoni amd to add insult to injury it was late arriving the only plus side is it was still hot ,waste of money in my opinion won't be using them again

Would give minus stars if given the choice! Asked for no mushrooms on my pizza due to an allergy, instead when it arrived 50 minutes later(!!) they put extra on! When I phoned to question this and ask for a replacement, the guy was VERY rude and obnoxious, laughing me off the phone telling me I was wrong. Haven't received a replacement and would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere!
