Pizza Hut in Dudley

Toilets were disgustingly dirty Food was bland & cold Staff have got a major attitude problem Staff seriously need training in customer service! Ps I would have given a 0 if I were able.

Attended with 3 children paid £48.93 for 3 kids buffets, 3 portions of chips and a flatbread. Kids only eat 2 pieces of pizza each and left the chips. It would have been cheaper to buy a pizza to share between them. Anyway, asked for a takeaway box to take away what was left on the table only and was refused. Was told they aren't allowed to provide them as we purchased the buffet. I explained it was to take away what was on the table only, including my flatbread. Again refused. Manager didn't even have the decent to speak to me, instead she kept passing messages on through the waitress. Shocking service.

Overall decent visit and decent food didn't get his name But he is best described as mix race male, early 20s average build , i just want to state he was very welcoming once sat down on (Table 20 between times of 20:00-2100 his customer service and attentiveness is extremely good and at a high standard. Also prompted us if need any help with mobile ordering app he will be happy to do so. He was always mobile and proactive cleaning etc ,,,,,, Pleasure to see .. First time visiting Dudley Pizza Hut As i travelled from Birmingham , i sure will come back for that same standard of customer service Thank you Keep up the good work

Pizza Hut used to be the life & soul of the party when I was growing up, Now it has to be one of the most depressing venues going. Absolutely zero personal attention other than, There's your table, we are cashless, scan that QR code when you're ready to order. We waited that long for the drinks and to be told we could use the salad bar the Pizza's came over at the same time as the drinks. The food was very bland too. Such a shame to see a great brand going down the toilet. Bring back the great caring personal service that made Pizza Hut the place to eat back in the 90's.

Disgusting service. Husband was greeted by member of staff whilst I went to toilet. It was dirty & flush didn’t work. I came out & we were were taken to a table which was so close to other tables which meant if it was busy you would be sitting shoulder to shoulder with other customers. We were told we need to order on app which my husband joked how easy would that be to be told it’s simple. This proved to be the opposite. We wanted one of the deals but have our pizza half & half. We tried to get attention of the man who sat us only to be ignored ( found out later he was manager) so we asked a member of staff who was cleaning the table next to us. She looked annoyed at being asked & we were told to add pizza to order then customise which when we tried couldn’t do so asked another staff to help us. She went to the other woman we asked earlier only to be shocked at what we heard. She replied by saying tell them to F**k off it’s pizza simply cheese on toast. 2nd lady came back & said she will take our order manually. At which we asked to speak to manager regards other woman’s foul language aimed at us. Was told it wasn’t at us but at her. We refused to believe that & manager came to us & he didn’t even apologise just said he didn’t hear anything. We were not prepared to eat there after that so walked out after taking their names to make formal complaint. Would have given a zero if I could.

We were shown to a table told to log into the qr code on the table to place our order. We asked if it were possible to give a verbal order- waitress shook her head said "I'll see what I can do"as she walked away. What's happened to service at Pizza hut?

So to start off when we was seated they still make you order your food through your phone. This system was put in place due to COVID, but now COVID restrictions have been lifted, I can only put this down to laziness. After ordering food, I went to the salad bar, but our table was not provided cutlery. I had to leave the table to find a member of staff to ask for some cutlery. She picked the tin of cutlery of a dirty used table, and placed it on ours. The cutlery in the tin had food on it! (Picture below). We then received our mains. I ordered a vegan pizza, I have had plenty of vegan pizzas at numerous places and no where has tasted like this. It was by far the worst. It was as If they had poured a ridiculous amount of cheese sauce on my pizza to the point that I couldn’t even taste the tomato source or anything else for that matter. The vegan chicken bites tasted almost soggy and a disgusting texture. If every other restaurant can get vegan food to a decent standard I don’t understand why you find it so hard. (Picture below). You will waste your money, avoid!

Haven’t been here for a long time but it was a mistake. I understand the restrictions have lifted but not even staff were wearing masks. Everyone was sitting together , people coughing everywhere. Had to request new glasses because they were disgusting. Plates for the buffet were dirty . Didn’t see a single person use hand sanitiser before using buffet utensils or touch screens. Luckily we didn’t need to use the toilet as I dread to think what they would be like. Customer service not that great and having some kind of stuck up cow sitting so close on the next table gawping over instead of concentrating on her own coughing habits topped off this very quick visit. My advice is don’t bother!!!

Nice restaurant to eat with family friendly staff who are professional with great service , reduced menu but still a nice place to eat

We visited today as a family of 10 and the place is an absolute shambles. I understand that some of the Covid instructions in place are difficul for eateries but this place has just not got it together. On arrival we were asked to gel our hands and help ourselves to cutlery. My Daughter was asked the same with the added please take an adult and children's menu. There is an App for you to order which is most definitely not user friendly and is actually extremely frustrating. Orders made and food served in a disorderly fashion. The children's meals included a dessert and we order a further adult dessert. We were then approached by Kelly who was rather aggressive in her approach and informed that we had ordered the wrong desserts because the ones we'd ordered weren't available. We told Kelly that we were unaware about the unavailability and she pointed out we should be because we were given a "red" slip stating only ice cream was available...we showed we had no "red" slip to which she went off with a huff and a huff and a puff to speak to Adrian the manager!! It transcribed that there was no "red" slip it was white and no one had been handed one...we were then basically accused of lying as Adrian said he'd given our Daughter one?? Eventually due to Kelly's utter rudeness and disrespect I asked for Adrian to come over, he apologised saying "he thought" he'd handed us a slip...I queried why the App was allowing us to order food that wasn't available and all he kept doing was saying sorry!! So the children agreed to ice cream and I asked for a refund only to be told, although we had proof of order and payment on our Pizza hut App they couldn't refund without a receipt which should have been emailed to us. This was 4 hours ago and we still have no receipt. Adrian I'm afraid is one of the worst managers I've ever had to deal with and Kelly needs retraining in basic customer service skills. Thank you Pizza Hut Dudley Castlegate for upsetting our day out!!

Great service by absolutely superb patient staff. Being borderline abused by miserable ungrateful customers left, right and centre during the covid way for half price.

Through no fault of their own, it was quite a 'meh' experience eating at Pizza Hut in August 2020. It was my son's 11th birthday and he wanted to take a friend for pizza. It's a Monday night in August so 'Eat Out to Help Out' was in full swing and, essentially, 50% off our bill - cheers Rishi. I had pre-booked, which was good, as there was a big queue to get in. A lot of the tables were marked as 'out of use' to maintain social distancing, which gave the feeling of eating in a closed canteen and the menu was reduced but still plenty of choice (if you like pizza 😉). You order and pay through a dedicated website, using your phone, and then the food is delivered to you. There is no salad bar (obvs) but each pizza comes with a bowl of salad if you choose that option when ordering. The serving staff can't be faulted - everything is so different, it must be hard for them. Pizzas were delicious - hot and fresh. It was a strange couple of hours and underwhelming to be honest, Really good effort in these strange times, but a bit of a underwhelming experience, which is nobody's fault ❤️

Only way to order in the restaurant is by doing it yourself on there website. No service. I would normally say fair play its due to covid but I'm I'm no doubts that's is cost cutting exercise to save on wages. Pizzas nothing special and overpriced. Only way to make it barely reasonable Is to take advantage of one of there meal deals. For me the most ridiculous thing was the price of the drinks. A small beer 330ml was £4.50. That works out to £7.74 a pint! Profit margin on supermarket prices is over 400% dread to think the margin on warehouse prices.

We attended a Childs birthday meal here, it was the all you can eat buffet that we all had. It was a bit disappointing that we were all squeezed up a corner rather than being put in the designated area for parties. However that being said there was plenty of selection on the pizza and buffet bar, although you could do with putting more thin base out instead of filling people up with deep pan. The ice cream was nice but it was so warm in there by the time you got it back to the table it was just a bowl of cream. I would say though the drinks are on the steep side, a large glass of wine nearly £6 is pretty expensive for Dudley. Other than that pretty good.

Ah, we had a lovely visit here in half-term and enjoyed the afternoon buffet - pizza, pasta, salad, ice cream and drinks. Food was fresh, plentiful and tasty. Great value, friendly staff, clean restaurant. It's all good 😎

We had 3 individual pizzas and 3 bottomless drinks including three free salads included as normal and it came to £31.67, with a BlueLightCard card we had saved 25 per cent off the cost of the food. We ate after 3pm. You have to queue in a small gap to be seated, then once decided what you want, you have to go up to the bar/counter to order, present any coupons or loyalty apps and pay. It asks for a tip when you are paying which is odd as you normally add a tip at the end of the meal to pay for the service. Receipt mentions service not included does this mean the staff are not paid? They should be on minimum wage at least. You have to help yourself to knives and forks and napkins and condiments from the station. The food and drink were nice we had one veggie pizza, one margarita and one Hawaiian . There was plenty of parking and it’s an ideal place to eat after a game of bowling or cinema trip. Staff were polite and friendly. Salad was fresh.

Not been to Pizza Hut for a few months and now they have a new system whereby you pay at the counter. When we usually go we order garlic bread and pizza but have the garlic bread before the pizza comes so we have it as a starter with the salad. When I went to order at the counter if we wanted the garlic bread as a starter then we had to order and pay for this first and then go back up the counter later to order the pizza and then pay for that. Then if you wanted i.e. a sweet later you would have to go back up the counter. This seems a ridiculous system. The staff said they had listened to peoples opinions and people who were going to say the pictures wanted to come in and order quickly and this system was quicker for them. Subsequently we had the garlic bread and pizza come together so by the time we started eating the pizza it was lukewarm. This new system just seems a cost saving exercise!The food is still tasty but expensive.

Avoid like the plague poor customer service trialling some new ordering and paying system because the waitresses and waiters are too lazy to take your order anymore you also have to pay upfront for yourself because they think you're going to steal it or run out on your order and when questioned about it why you have to now pay upfront and order at the till instead of have your order taken at your table they say that's how Nando's do it well Pizza Hut is not Nando's so why try and copy them very first thing I noticed when I walked in the tool and Q interior to order your food and pay for it is completely blocking the entrance so anybody waiting to come in is blocking loads of one's exit absolute joke trying to get in and having to move out the way 6 times because you're waiting to be seated actually got seated after about 15 minutes went to pay for food and then have a buffet to find that only got 4 sets of pizza at any one time so not enough on the buffet area to come out the entire restaurant so even more waiting time to actually get some food on your plate to take back to your table I do have to wait till they bring something fresh out because it's usually only the stuff people don't want left in the Bath area so you're always waiting for that fresh pizza to be put out overall completely unsatisfied with the experience ended up getting a refund instead of actually sitting in to eat why change something that's not broken instead of fixing something that is for example not putting out enough buffet selection if the new system stays in place I won't be going back to Pizza Hut again as one of the reasons I like Pizza Hut with their system on ordering and buffet etcThis new system they're trying is a great example of how out of touch boardroom and Head Office staff are on what the customer actually want no experience at ground level any experience at all to take into decisions like this the person who came up with this new idea should be sat and never be allowed to make decisions within a restaurant chain again

Layout has changed since I last went and ordering system as well, you now go up to counter to order and pay before you eat. Place was about half full and I expected to way about 20 mins as pizza is cooked to order and they had a fair few tables to cover, food was with us in approx 15 mins maybe less and it was hot and exactly what we ordered. Never had a bad visit, only niggle is pizza hut used to be the place to go for an eat in, quick food but cheaper than restaurant meal, its now same if not dearer than pub grub.

I think pizza hut have changed their menu since I last visited. Its got less items on it such as pasta and lasagne however they now have a gf pizza which was really nice.... Better than Domino's. I took one star off as its now self service rather than having a waiter. Would visit again.

Came for lunch buffet with hubby and kids, good value for money, was a bit strange that there was only the manager and one server apparently it's something they are trialling? Customer service wasn't affected at all. Didn't actually realise you could get points as there is a pizza hut app, I wasn't informed so will try and sort that out in case we visit again.

My little grandson cut his head open just by his eye when we went out for a ‘going back to school pizza’ on Tuesday. Pure accident. The First Aider arrived fast with ice in a clean cloth and knew her stuff. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He ended up at A&E (after he’d had his lunch) but I am so grateful for the way he was looked after. Thank you Pizza Hut staff.

The pizzas were ok but nothing beyond average. The chips are not great, tasted more like oven chips one can purchase from supermarkets. Generally overpriced. Be careful about getting a meal deal when considering using meerkat meals as the discount will not apply. Best to order everything separately so that discount can be applied.I wouldn't want to pay full price to eat here and will not be again. £40 for 2 people is for what it is, is overpriced.

Some great deals - children can get main, drink and dessert for £5.99 or bit more for bigger children. Staff were very friendly.

Just wanted to say how lovely the staff are at this Pizza Hut. So efficient and friendly from start to finish. Great food and great service every time I go there.

Went the day after Bank holiday between 12-1.30pm during school holidays so got busy quite quickly.Was served & seated promptly & chose the all you can eat buffet which includes pizza..pasta..garlic bread..& the salad bar.Good variety to choose from.Margherita & cheese pizza very tasty.The unlimited drinks option includes a choice of flavoured cordial or fizzy drinks with a choice of flavoured syrups which is self-serve from a machine.There is also an unlimited ice-cream option...if you have the room! Enjoyable visit & would go again.

Visited whilst visiting dudley zoo and was so pleased to see that pizza hut have finally added gluten free and vegan options into their menu...neant i could habe a pizza with my family for the first time there! THANK YOU! Good efficuent staff and plenty of choices on buffet and menu...toilets werent particularly clean...bjt not the worst ive seen...but will visit again

Decided to visit at lunch time for the buffet as the kids were off school, very pleasant staff, was very busy but staff were able To ensure there was enough pizza, salad has improved a lot since last time , good value for money

Very pleasantly surprised; salad bar was clean and the offerings were fresh and the pizzas were piping hot and frequently refilled with a good range of toppings.

we had a takeaway pizza- the service was quick and the pizza was ok. Never went in side as we we were served at the takeaway hatch.

Think Pizza Hut got caught out-1 waiting member of staff on a Monday lunch time when the buffet is on at the end of a school holiday when not all schools are back!

Admittedly it's been a few years since I've been here. Rather expensive at the weekend, but as we both had the week off work and it being school holidays, the 3 of us decided we fancied the lunch time buffet as a treat after the cinema.

Very Disappointing not enough pizza out to eat continually limited time for lunch. Only brought out enough once a crowd was in there. Won’t be going back in a hurry.

PH have just lost the art of making pizza - really average pizzas for our dinner and the Chicken wings were really fatty. Terrible deco with really poor loos for the kids. The best thing we had was the Tango with a drop of cherry.

Salad bar was really good & fully stocked with fresh salad but pizza selection was a bit disappointing with not much choice. Wish I had gone for the main men now not the buffet as at £9.99 per person it is a bit over priced.

Been years since I have been here and eaten in. Had a great experience here. The staff were really great and very accommodating. The food was hot and very tasty.

Great lunch time special buffet deal. £7 for all you can eat between 12-3. Wouldn't recommend any other time of day tho as it is not on dominos level.

Visited with my husband to try their new vegan pizza. Price read 11.00 for a small pizza, ok excessive but we thought we'd try them. Ordered 2 small pizzas, caramelized onions were not caramelized and mushrooms were barely visable. It was basically a pizza full of sweet corn. On coming to pay the bill pizzas turned out to be almost 15 pound EACH! £30 for two SMALL pizzas! turns out prices are not what they seem on the menu and that theg add things on, one being you pay £1 more for vegan cheese. I understand that but where did the rest of the cost come from? and how can they justify £30 for two SMALL pizzas!?? Wont be bothering again.

Pizza hut is the same every where think the drinks are a rip off, they are not as good as they were, staff very nice, very clean

Not big on Pizzas and one of the rare meals you can prepare at home to equal standard to the restaurants but did enjoy the pasta dish here and the service was efficient and friendly

The Salad Bar is just fab I made the mistake of eating that and not leaving room for my Pizza tho! but you can take it home they provide the box if you ask

Came here for lunch with three kids, had three children’s menu all of which came quickly and were hot, pizza was well cooked and spaghetti bolognaise went down a treat, salad bar was good and everything was in stock and they enjoyed the ice cream factory too. I had the bbq steak pizza and salad bowl both of which were nice, service was good although had to wait a while for our order to be taken as they had a large table they were serving, overall would come again and would recommend.

Environment dirty, no toilet roll in toilets, had to hold doors shut in ladies loo as every cubicle had locks that were dodgy.

We came here just for a general meal.

Quick family meal out, got our starters wrong, asked if we were ok with what had arrived, politely said no thank you, we’ll stick with what we originally ordered. Took a while but arrived and was fine. Pizza arrived, this was also wrong but given how long I’d waited for a replacement starter I just ate it anyway. Waiter didn’t really seem bothered about us and there were only two other tables seated. It’s overpriced at best

Came here with a work colleague for a quite bite to eat. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was quick and tasty. Was quite busy for a Thursday night. Only comment for improvement would be when staff clean tables they don't leave the food debris underneath or on chairs, very off putting when you sit down.

Went here with friends served extremely quick delicious foods.One down side don't refil on food quick enough

Visited with husband and daughter after the cinema - had the buffet which is very good value - as much pizza and salad as you can eat plus good discount on sides eg. garlic bread.

I've been here a few times and it's hit and miss. The kids obviously love it, being pizza of course. This visit was let down by an empty salad bar and too much paprika and cheese on the cheesy chips.

We were served quite quickly and the food arrived in about 15 minutes. The music was extremely loud and it was difficult to have a conversation.

Visiting on one of the busiest nights in the week you would be forgiven for expecting below average experience.

Food was good, service was slow and staff were pleasant. However, the place was dirty. The tables were sticky and the chairs were dirty and quite clearly have not been sanitised in a very long time. This is the second time I've eaten here in the last 2 months and have felt the same on both visits.

Went to Pizza Hut with a family of 4 it was ok and the pizza was cooked ok.3 stars because the milk shake was not as good as expected.Also the waitress was very kind and the place was very quiet.

I've been to pizza hut.. first time in a few years for a sit down meal. Family group. This place was relatively empty for a Sunday. But service... was unbelievably Slow!. Pizza was ok. Although we expected round pizza we got rectangular ones.. sweet potato fries.. bit over cooked.. took ages for plates to be cleared.. And deserts came through bit by bit. . The bill.. had to go to the counter and pay as we were waiting to leave.. overall disappointing experience

We popped into Pizza Hut before the cinema.As they do gluten free pizzas it catered for all of our family. You can't go wrong with their pizzas, they are one of my favourite. The service was very good as well.

As with any Pizza Hut you're going to get fab quality Pizza but unfortunately the customer service at this particular one let us down.We were going to go to Nando's but as Pizza Hut was quieter (we now know why!) we chose to come here. Upon entering despite there only being 2 other occupied tables the staff chose to finish tidying up the salad bar before seating us.Once we had finished it took over 15 minutes for the waitress to even notice despite there only being 3 tables occupied (ourselves included) in the whole restaurant.Instead she chose to chat with the staff member that was clearly finishing her shift. Not impressed at all which is unusual in a Pizza Hut.

For a night out with your mates, it's great. The service here is friendly enough. It wasn't amazing. The food came out quickly enough. When it did, I ate it all. May be im expecting too much here but I'd like to of seen more choices on pizza. If you know what you're expecting from a pizza Hut you probably won't be disappointed here. I'd probably return...but not in a hurry. I'd sooner go to Ronnies in Stourbridge high street for a real pizza!

I don't see the big deal with Pizza Hut. I probably would've if they reduced the buffet prices or included drinks within the buffet price.It was very clean, tidy and met their usual high standards of professionalism. The staff were kind and polite too.There were more plus points than minuses so it's a 3/5 for me. Not bad but not awesome either. Average. The variety of food was quite nice too. Might visit next time, not sure.

Visited with 4 young children and 2 adults during early evening in Feb half term.Buffet had just finished so wasn't overly busy.Seated quickly enough and service was fine if not a little slow with drinks.As an adult I'm not overly keen on pizza so chose off the big bites section from the children's menu. I was then told as I'm an adult I would have to pay a £2 supplement. I queried this as I'm not getting any more food for my £2 and no where does it state this is policy. We were Also having an additional 4 kids meals plus a large pizza so not like we weren't paying for more or taking up higher paying customers seats.I took this up with Pizza Hut customer services just to be directed back to Dudley management which to be honest gave a poor response.There was also a HUGE rat laughing at us outside. Yeah I get they are everywhere but this was so off putting whilst trying to eat. After speaking to the waiter he just shrugged it off and made a joke out of it.After quite a disastrous visit in dec and this rubbish visit we won't be chancing Dudley Pizza Hut again.

We had a 40 minute wait to be seated, but they did have to large-party bookings to accommodate at the time so they can be forgiven for that.Our son's pizza was nice - despite not having exactly the topping list we'd asked for .This is the first pizza hut we've had to ask for the pizza to be put back in the oven to cook a bit more as the base was underdone and the "cheesy bites" edging tasted doughy rather than pizza base. To their credit they did offer to replace it but we were happy just to have it go back in the oven for a little longer. When it came back all was good :-)The salad bar wasn't being refreshed as often as our regular Pizza Hut but the area was nice and clean.

This pizza hut is exactly like every other pizza hut I have visited. The food quality was good, the staff were polite and the lay out and location were much the same as other branches. I would have given more stars but the toilets were quite unpleasant in this branch.

Pizza Hut has always been a family favourite but this particular branch in Dudley is our place. I usually arrange my lunch dates here with my brother because we enjoy it so much but whether I visit with my sisters or little nieces the food is always great, the atmosphere amazingly relaxing and the staff warm, friendly and always attentive. They always remember us and even know what we like and how we like it. 5 stars for a firm favourite.See you soon guys!

We took my son here for his birthday lunch. On arrival we was waiting around 10 minutes to be seated, the place wasn't busy at all. Once we were seated we were given menus. The waitress came back and was very sharp, told her we would have the buffet and two refillable drinks. She then pointed at our son and said what does he want? We replied with he will pick off our plates as he is not a good eater ( aged 2 ). He was sitting on the chair being good, at this point she said I will be charging you for a meal for him due to him sitting down. We asked why when he would not even be having his own plate infront of him? She said it's company rules so we told her we would go somewhere else, she then proceeded to tell us if he was in a highchair we wouldn't be charged.. this makes no sense what so ever. I've never met such a ruder woman or so I thought. Once we went up for our first plate, there was only a few pieces of each pizza left. I had pizza and some pasta and my partner had pizza. When we went for a second we could see a few people just standing at the Buffett, there was no pizza at a Pizza Hut Buffett. It took 15 minutes to come out, once it finally arrived people had been waiting so long it all went. When I went up o was told it wouldn't be long and to take a seak we then waited 15 minutes for the next load to come out. Another waitress came to clean the table next to us, when we asked her when more pizza would be coming out as we had just waited 15 mins and it had now ran out, she replied ' as long as it takes ' she then stormed off. I have never saw such poor customer experience. Surely they should be keeping a eye as to when the pizza is going low and be timing it so it's not empty and people are not waiting 15 minutes.The garlic bread tasted stale, pasta was ok, salad bar was full. It was a poor poor experience. I would definitely not be returning here awful.

You might get the gist of this review...No they can't find our reservation (made 3 hours prior but they only pull the bookings off in a morning??) No card payments (machines not working)No tango (not delivered)No Pepsi max (not working)No chocolate waffles (run out)Argh however what we did have was nice and the service and management were spot on, shame the visit was spoilt by the lack of the above or it would be a 4*+ review!

We visited this restaurant for a family meal. We dealt with two members of staff both of whom were very pleasant and although one was clearly inexperienced she was very helpful. The food came quickly and was the usual pizza experience. The restaurant was clean and tidy as was the salad bar which can get messy at times. Only two things of note were, the drinks machine did not appear to have much flavouring for tango drinks and this pizza hut is next to the cinema and other restaurants so the car park can be very busy. Overall a good visit and better than one at merry hill we went to recently.

Second time I visit this place but last . Went last night(tuesday) wasn't too busy ..was waiting 5 minutes for someone to give us a table ...than got to grab someone attention to take the order ...ages for food to arrive...even though I was already disappointed I fancied a dessert which took ages ages to arrive my husband got angry with the waitress which kept saying shouldn't be long after nearly 30 minutes waiting for a bloody brownie with ice cream ...when arrived was obvious they just threw the ice cream on top without making it look appetising at all ...they said I don't have to pay for it ..wasn't worth anyway ...

The food was warm which is more than I can say about the cold service. Inexperience viruses border line rudeness. The place was busy, very loud and some staff standing around chatting. It took a long time for someone to bring the bill after we asked for it three times. Wish we had gone elsewhere.

Great food, friendly staff, beautiful pizza so what more could you possibly ask for! Good on price and good on drinks

Staff really friendly and professional, food really good and quick to come out, salad bar neat and tidy and well stocked. Would come back if we were local!

Myself and some friends visited the restaurant for lunch during the week as we had fancied pizza and really wanted to try their cookie dough as we had heard great things about it. We were seated very quickly by a member of staff and given adequate time to look over the menu and make our food choices. We were unsure as to how we should order our food as we wanted different things and couldn't decide whether to order individuals or half and half the toppings. The staff member that served us was very helpful and stood there talking to us about the different options, which enabled us to reach a decision and we were very appreciative of their help. The food arrived piping hot and every bite was packed full of delicious flavour. For dessert we ordered two of the sharing cookie doughs and they exceeded our expectations by far. I would definitely recommend other people to visit this restaurant and I will be returning there again in the future.

Pretty much same as all pizza huts in a convenient location next to cinema and bypass. However on the weekends can be packed out and difficult get seating if not prebooked

I have not been to Pizza Hut for some time, the menu wasn't as good as last time and although it wasn't full, it was very noisy not because of diners, presumably the acoustics. However the staff were very good and so was the food. Did think over £4 for a small bottle of beer was expensive.

Great services even got a complimentry drink while waiting. Pizza was delicious even was made half and half how I wanted

This establishment is good for families with young children. The service is slow, you have to self serve if you go during the buffet time, and it's noisy.

As a manager at a restaurant myself, I truly appreciate great service and staff. The manager was very busy but made me feel really welcome. I asked for vegan options and was not made to feel like I was a burden. Like I do at most places. Lovely service from Kate T. She was very sweet and helpful. Thanks ladies!

We went for my daughters 12th birthday, taking 5 of her friends i thought it would be best to go to the buffet as there is always plenty of choice so everyone can pick what they like and eat as much or as little as they wanted. The staff were so friendly and helpfull cant fault the place at all.

I'm not a massive lover on Pizza Hut but have been a few times.It can get very busy on a weekend so I would advise you to book a table.Food is very nice.There is also a salad bar.

Visited as requested by my 17 year old daughter to celebrate her passing her theory driving test. Had not been for a while, so reserved judgement. Everything ok until bill arrived. My 17 year old and 13 year old children, who had ordered Ice Cream, were charged as adults. When I asked why I was told that anyone 12 years old and above was classed as an adult at Pizza Hut. I therefore asked if they could both have a bottle of beer, and was promptly told no. When I asked why I was told it is because they are children....go figure??? If the policy for this chain is to rip off families who have just spent £70.00 on a family meal, then I for one won't be returning.

After not being to Pizza Hut in over 20 years, my partner decided we would eat here.The restaurant was busy with lots of families with young children. However, It was so noisy I could not hear my partner speaking to me. Then to add the 'background ' music was also loud.I noted there was food and crumbs on the floor and it took the waitresses ages to clear the empty tables. The salad bar had some tongs missing or bits of other veg mixed in. We ordered the cajun chicken pizza and it was the only good experience of the day. It tasted good.I won't be in a rush to visit here again.

Had two bad experiences at this place. The first time I came here with my friends, I found a hair in my chips. When we informed our waitress she just said "I'll knock it off the bill" then we found a hair in my friends pudding. It's just a little bit off putting. Then the last time I came here on a late Saturday night, I felt like the waitress couldn't wait to get rid of us. She told us that our table was needed by another couple with a baby when there were plenty of tables and chairs as the place was empty. I have not returned since.

Went here approx 2pm on Good Friday for a quick meal after visiting the zoo.As you can imagine it was very busy. Despite this we were seated (2 people) straight away. The service was timely given how busy it was. We had our salad starter and just as we were finishing it, our ordered pizza arrived. I thought this was very good given how busy the restaurant was. The salad bar was standard. It was stocked well again given it was a very busy afternoon.The pizza was very tasty. All in all, impressed with the staff, service and food given it was a very busy afternoon.

Visited on Sunday 20th March as a party of 8 children and 7 adults after visiting Ten Pin for my sons birthday. The waitress was very patient as trying 2 order 4 all the kids was a mare! The food was delicious as always and we had good service. Thanks 4 putting up with us.

We visited one Saturday afternoon, after a visit to the zoo, for a birthday treat. It was busy & noisy, however there was no queue & we were shown straight to a booth. The service was very good & the food came quickly. It was very fresh & hot. Noise aside, this place was really good, they played some good music too. The kids were kept entertained with crayons & small activity books. The kids meals were good value at £6.99 to include a drink, main, side & dessert. Their draught drinks were very tasty & fizzy too, something which is sadly lacking at many places, particularly pubs! Really good effort, would go back!

Ordered our pizza online for collection. When we arrived 15 minutes later it was ready for us. The woman at the desk also checked our order for to make sure it was correct before handing it over. Great service and tasty. The only problem was they forgot our barbecue sauce but this was minor.

We were staying in a local Hotel and just wanted to grab something quick before going to a party. Although it was busy we managed to get a table for 5. The staff are friendly and efficient and you know exactly what to expect at pizza hut. We ordered two large pizzas to share which came quite quickly and that suited us. Not a slice left speaks for itself. Thanks very nice.

I ended up here because nandos had a 40 minute wait. We were seated in 5 minutes, the food was nice, and the service was good. What more can I say...

We went to the cinema on the weekend and saw The Hateful 8 (just brilliantly made and funny despite all the gore). It was a 5pm showing but we didn't realise how long the film was and didn't get out until after 8pm. Feeling a bit peckish we decided on the short walk across the car park to Pizza Hut. It was busy but a table for two isn't a big problem so we were show to a nice window position and left for a few minutes to chose from the menu. Everything being served looked good but being a little more economical at times of spontaneous spending I weighed up the deal for two people was good and my partner agreed. We were pleasantly surprised when our waitress told us we could order two different kinds of pizza as the main meal. The deal included pizza and a choice of three side orders plus a desert plus the salad bar. My partner ordered the Hawaiin option and I chose the hotter chilli chicken, both pan style. We also chose garlic bread, sweet potato fries and the new Pumpkin fritters. We both had refillable soft drinks (£2.55) which were not included in the price (£24.95). The salad bar can provide a feast itself but I was mindful of what was to come and like to select what I know will add to the flavours of my pizza. So baby tomato's, cucumber, spicy rocket and creamy pasta with added blue cheese sauce. When the meal arrived we were amazed. Both of us had 4 large pieces of pizza and two pieces of garlic bread. There was a bucketful of fries and a small bucketful of 50p size fried pumpkin parcels. It was delicious and we both commented on the generous proportions. I have a big appetite and like my food so for me to feel we could have easily shared the amount of food with another person is unusual, to say the least. We almost finished it but had to leave a few fries and a piece of garlic bread. Then we needed a break to 'let the food go down', as they say, so reviewed our individual best parts of the film. The dessert options are different flavours of cookie dough with icecream and since they are served separately again we were able to choose different flavours. My partner the choc-chip and me the white chocolate, both with ice-cream and raspberry sauce. Equally delicious and again, I would recommend this option from the menu to anyone (maybe two or three) sharing. The total cost came to just over £30.00 and we drove home smiling all the way at a late afternoon spectacle and unexpected evening treat. Next time I won't eat before going into Pizza Hut. Finally there were at least 3 Birthday Parties dining around us and although it was nice to see the celebrations going on, at no time did we feel we waited more than anyone else and our waitress was very efficient and pleasant. I look forward to the next visit.

I haven't been to any Pizza Hut for a long time and was pleasantly surprise. We let the kids choose the restaurant from all those on the park. We were seated quickly and the service was great with the staff able to answer any questions we had.

Came here last minute. We were seated quickly and food wasn't too long. All food eaten was fine however the bowls etc for the salad bar and the seats/table when we sat down weren't clean. Could do with s good old New Years deep clean and I'm sure it would be much better.

We popped in to Pizza Hut after the cinema. They have a great variety of pizzas on offer as well as the salad cart which you can help yourselves to.The service was very friendly and we were seated straight away.

Popped in for evening meal....staff attentive pizzas great salad bar missing celery radishs and mushroom but oyher than that very good and fresh

As with all Pizza huts this was just pizza n salad- which tasted ok, the barbecue base was a bit sweet for me- but that's my problem!The restaurant however was dirty, our first table was still covered with spilt drinks & bits of food, the next one wasn't a lot better. The salad bar was a mess with almost empty bowls in fact most things in this place were almost gone- glasses, ice cream bowls, salad dressings....
