Delivered on time and hot even though we were miles away, milkshake and smoothie were INCREDIBLE, spaghetti and salad were amazing (and so cheesy!!) lovely free garlic bread and kebab was full of meat. 10000/10 will be our new regular spot!! Thank you so much <333

Can definitely tell this place cares about their customers. First time customer I had no issues with delivery food was top notch they also included a free garlic bread pizza, so that was kind of them. Followed instructions for that will defo be ordering from here again! Strongly recommend 4.5/5

horrible servise as the food come cold and missing items we callwd them up and the owner startes having ago at us calling us a white bitch being rasist they are very disraspectful we ordered meal deal 3 ans it says large frys but endwd up coming with a small fries no frys come with the wrap meal and wr hsve a burger meal abd also a donner meat meal which was all cold he has now lost custermers now he has lost out.

Delivery driver is very rude and doesn’t understand basic instructions. Speak to the manager and he was very helpful and offered with more food but didn’t want to mess around.

Do not use this establishment!!! I’ve had to report them to my bank, Deliveroo and trading standards. They don’t deliver your actual order…. They send part of your order (if your local cut) then speak to you like rubbish when you call them. The delivery drivers just apologise and say it happens all the time, well it shouldn’t and this needs heightening

The pizza is also perfect !! Exactly what u would want, always full of flavour and nice and warm- highly recommend coming here for your pizza !!!

Lost a customer tonight as no free choice pizzas option avaliable on their own website when picking one of there deals. Ring up to place order and can't do same price as there own web site never had this issue before but now changed there site to a new one seems Abit of a scam! Could understand more If it was uber eats of deliveroo but not there own website. Must have plenty of customers that's why they don't mind losing some loyal ones!

Absolutely disgusting pizza found long piece of cotton in pizza used pizza shop for 5 years no issues till tonight owner so rude said we made it up was so rude in manner never will order from here again my husband could of chocked we are honest people staff on another level

Worst place to go for four ever it was disgusting I told me one price on the phone the delivery driver tried to charge me more even my dog's put the nose up to it and they eat anything don't waste your money I would prefer to eat out have been then waste money on them if I could give it 0 stars I would

Had been waiting an hour for food and received a phone call to say they cant deliver our food due to electrical problem however couldnt explain why it took an hour to ring and let us know... very appalling as we was sat here hungry waiting for food and took an hour just to let us know they cant do the order!!

My local takeaway place , Staff are extra friendly pizza's are great , godfather special and meatball are my favourite. Hot or bbq wings are a must :) Good selection of Drinks 🍸 too Big portions of kebab meats 🍖

Ordered off just eat had a cheeseburger and a bottle of rose wine the cheapest one said it would be 45mins they arrived within 30 mins food was hot and the wine was a better quality had to use a corkscrew to open it very pleased with this

Have been eating from this place for quite a long time and never disappoints.

Ordered a pizza tonight First time they would not take order till.i phoned the boss there up. Took order it came over an hour and they put different things inside the pizza that I don't have just to be funny as I used to work there. I threw pizza in bin in the end I've been a regular customer for years. Not no more the staff are bad there and don't care about the customers they put bits of ham and things in the pizza so I didn't trust it to eat it so I threw it away. That was the last time I order from there . Eastern delight is the place to go.

Love this place, some staff members are better than others but the food, prices and delivery never fail me if they keep it up will always have a loyal customer with me and my partner for sure!!

It was delivered on time and promptly. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the chips were seasoned well. If we are in the dudley area again this will be one to remember. Only slight criticism is the tracker isn't that reliable but I blame the Internet not the company :) the driver informed us the delivery arrived so there was no issues

Awful service! The food was expected in 1 hour after the order was placed, it took just over 2 hours to arrive. Over an hour late is appalling. I had so much difficulty just calling them, no answer constantly. I'm disappointed in the service. The food was nice but overpriced for what it was. I will never use this place again and never recommend to anyone. Ruined our evening. Thanks.

Use this pizza shop all the time but after tonight will not be. Waited over 2 hours for delivery. After waiting 1 and half hours I gave them a call to be told it would be 15 mins. After 20 mins I rang again and they said it would be a further 15 mins. I was told I would get something free like ice cream and when the order arrived there was nothing extra. Need more staff had the pizza has recently been shocking. I will not be using this pizza shop again after about 5 years being a regular customer who ordered every weekend.

2hrs after order and still nothing . I order every week from here but think it's time to find new pizza place . It's not the first time it's happened. They saying short staffed . Sort it out

Always ordered and walked in and collected food, I went to pick food up and noticed that the side of the building is extremley dirty and dull and rubbish and then I saw rats running around, will not be going again

They don't read the allergy notes. My sister asked for the burger without cheese on, as dairy give her an upset stomach, but they left it on. So glad she saw it had cheese before she ate it. Will not order again.

Collected pizza, staff were polite and friendly. Once home me and my little boys tucked in. Fries were nice and not all sweaty, garlic bread was ok and pizza was ok too. Not up to dominos standard but was decent food at a good price. Get discount 20% I think off if you order from their website.

I am a regular customer here. The last 2 times have been terrible. Both times me and the mrs have thrown our pizza's. We havent eaten them. I am disgusted. I will not be ordering from here again. Plenty of times it has come late. Not only 5 10mins. Its been 30mins. 1hour. But yes wouldnt waste your time.

First time ive ordered. Had kebab special and seafood pizzas. Generous toppings and lovely dough. Hot and fresh. Also had chiken strips and cream cheese and chilli bites. All hot and lovely. Top marks.

Everyone has their favorite pizza place weather it is a domino's or pizza hut, but for me nothing compares to a godfathers pizza! everything from the sauce they use down to the ingredients and the cheese! this is Dudley's best every pizza!!!!
