Lovely food only moan chips were not hot but other than that nice

Always delivered fast, fantastic service and food. I've been buying from Munch Inn for years.

Always hit and miss and this time a miss again. Learnt my lesson now. Food wasn’t great, nether of us ate what we had. From restaurant to front door is a 4 or 5 minute drive but took longer than expected. Arrived covered in sweat even though the food wasn’t hot so must have gone on a journey prior to arriving at ours.

just enjoyed a fat boy burger 🍔 this burger is epic so full of flavour and perfectly cooked all my family enjoy ordering from here my son is addicted to the pizza heaven in a box he calls it definitely recommending to others great job guys

Great food as always. My main go to place in Dudley for Peri Peri Chicken, kebabs and Calzone. Their Southern Fried Chicken is pretty good too.

the chips were not fresh and neither was the chicken, the last time i ordered from you it was the same thing, no fresh chips. i won’t be ordering again from you guys since you don’t sell fresh food.

one thing I will say is the food is consistent 👌 and better than most other places the only thing I can say is I wish they did fries rather than chunky chips skin ons the way forward

worst experience in terms of customer service and food quality,very rude attitude when informed about previous order wasnt really satisfactory … they were managed to give wonderful tasty food about 5 to 6 months before..but definetly not now,tried once again today…the rice was just rubbish,chicken tikka was like a piece of wood,not even properly marinated chicken..half portion of the chicken was burnt off..never ever again …making me sick when thinking about their food…

Most the food had to be binned the chips were rock solid and chicken burger was rock solid too.

The ribs were reheated and the chips are awful 😖. Food containers not suitable. The 8' pizza was more like 4'. The peri chicken wings and the lemon sauce ware the only thing I could ate. Not ordering from here again. You just don't care about your customers.

Quality of food was rubbish. Smelt funny, all went in the bin. Would not recommend this place to anyone if I’m being completely honest.

I rang to inform the Restaurant, their Lamb Chops has a sour acidic taste. Which isn’t the norm. I was informed the clients that had it earlier in the day haven’t complained. Acidic taste means it was on its way out.

Whenever we want to order food, munch inn is the first place that comes in mind, we always order from here, the food is always delicious never fails to impress, another thing I love is all kinds of different food like pizza burgers wraps available to order depending on what you want to order, aswell as fast delivery. Although the food came quickly I understand why. You gave us old re heated food. The chips and wings were thrown away. Never again. We were fasting all day and this is what food you give out to people in Ramadhan? You have gone extremely down hill and I will not support your business anymore.

Cold pizza covered in jalepenos and no chips. Rang to ask where my chips were and the man on the phone said ‘just go for a refund on just eat’, I’ve done that and not had an email stating it’s been credited.

Had 2 rice bowls one sfc and one lamb chops. rice was horrible just a soggy mess, salad was bit of lettuce a slice of tomato and slice of cucumber. Don't think sfc was cooked through, and the chops were tasteless and chewy. My son had pizza and chicken wings, pizza was like cardboard and wings were dry!!!! very disappointed!!

Banging food ... the only thing I wished you could change is to put the kebab meat on the pizza under the cheese because it does get burnt a little but all round for the food was solid defo a 9/10 cheers guys

The food just tasted Off, tikka meat tasted nothing like tikka and was foul, the Rice was a combination of mash or burned together. The Salad was fresh. A full meal was missing, although they did get the driver back out to us quickly. Out of 3 separate meals, nobody ate the food.

food is always fresh and hot but this is the second consecutive order they have got wrong. my partners a vegetarian and they sent a meat feast pizza. this time the topping was right but sent thin crust instead of deep pan.

Wouldn't recommend eating here, before covid 19 munch in was good place to eat but recently food quality has gone down Everytime I have fried wings from here they are old tasting also its very strange for a chippy to sell thick stake chips There donner was lacking flavour, rushed and undercooked

Best takeaway spot in Dudley! Deliver or Eat In, there is a variety of different meals to choose from! Best pizza I’ve ever tasted for a great price. No long wait for food and great customer service from all staff. Restaurant is always clean and maintained, even in busy times of the day.

Food arrived cold and was not fresh. Spent nearly £40 and it was a waste, I could feel my stomach bubbling away after eating some of the chicken sheesh kebab and doner meat.
