Munch Inn in Dudley

I always used to order from here but for the last couple of times the service has really gone down this time again there was no cheese on half of the extra large pizza very very less cheese & toppings to make more profit not satisfied never ordering from here again as its not the first time it happened. thanks for ruining one of your regular customer.

Late delivery, cold food and items missing. Oh yeah it taste like dog food 🤮

Very disappointed always order from here but piri piri chicken order something different and it went in the bin was vile piri piri is always on point but defo won't order anything other than piri piri in future

the chips were not fresh and neither was the chicken, the last time i ordered from you it was the same thing, no fresh chips. i won’t be ordering again from you guys since you don’t sell fresh food.

one thing I will say is the food is consistent 👌 and better than most other places the only thing I can say is I wish they did fries rather than chunky chips skin ons the way forward

worst experience in terms of customer service and food quality,very rude attitude when informed about previous order wasnt really satisfactory … they were managed to give wonderful tasty food about 5 to 6 months before..but definetly not now,tried once again today…the rice was just rubbish,chicken tikka was like a piece of wood,not even properly marinated chicken..half portion of the chicken was burnt off..never ever again …making me sick when thinking about their food…

Most the food had to be binned the chips were rock solid and chicken burger was rock solid too.

The ribs were reheated and the chips are awful 😖. Food containers not suitable. The 8' pizza was more like 4'. The peri chicken wings and the lemon sauce ware the only thing I could ate. Not ordering from here again. You just don't care about your customers.

Quality of food was rubbish. Smelt funny, all went in the bin. Would not recommend this place to anyone if I’m being completely honest.

I rang to inform the Restaurant, their Lamb Chops has a sour acidic taste. Which isn’t the norm. I was informed the clients that had it earlier in the day haven’t complained. Acidic taste means it was on its way out.

They made me wait for ages before bringing the food

Food is normally good from here but tonight it was something else!! Pizza was burnt the kebab meat was dry and the chips was shocking!

Whenever we want to order food, munch inn is the first place that comes in mind, we always order from here, the food is always delicious never fails to impress, another thing I love is all kinds of different food like pizza burgers wraps available to order depending on what you want to order, aswell as fast delivery. Will continue to order and I definitely recommend, Thank you

Although the food came quickly I understand why. You gave us old re heated food. The chips and wings were thrown away. Never again. We were fasting all day and this is what food you give out to people in Ramadhan? You have gone extremely down hill and I will not support your business anymore.

Cold pizza covered in jalepenos and no chips. Rang to ask where my chips were and the man on the phone said ‘just go for a refund on just eat’, I’ve done that and not had an email stating it’s been credited.

Had 2 rice bowls one sfc and one lamb chops. rice was horrible just a soggy mess, salad was bit of lettuce a slice of tomato and slice of cucumber. Don't think sfc was cooked through, and the chops were tasteless and chewy. My son had pizza and chicken wings, pizza was like cardboard and wings were dry!!!! very disappointed!!

Banging food ... the only thing I wished you could change is to put the kebab meat on the pizza under the cheese because it does get burnt a little but all round for the food was solid defo a 9/10 cheers guys

First order arrived cold, called the shop and was told to put it in the microwave. refused, second order came and tasted disgusting.

The food just tasted Off, tikka meat tasted nothing like tikka and was foul, the Rice was a combination of mash or burned together. The Salad was fresh. A full meal was missing, although they did get the driver back out to us quickly. Out of 3 separate meals, nobody ate the food.

food is always fresh and hot but this is the second consecutive order they have got wrong. my partners a vegetarian and they sent a meat feast pizza. this time the topping was right but sent thin crust instead of deep pan.

Wouldn't recommend eating here, before covid 19 munch in was good place to eat but recently food quality has gone down Everytime I have fried wings from here they are old tasting also its very strange for a chippy to sell thick stake chips There donner was lacking flavour, rushed and undercooked

Best takeaway spot in Dudley! Deliver or Eat In, there is a variety of different meals to choose from! Best pizza I’ve ever tasted for a great price. No long wait for food and great customer service from all staff. Restaurant is always clean and maintained, even in busy times of the day.

Shocking food, chicken dry, kebab dry you’d expect for there to be salad and mayo as standard but they don’t give you that on the value box.

Food arrived cold and was not fresh. Spent nearly £40 and it was a waste, I could feel my stomach bubbling away after eating some of the chicken sheesh kebab and doner meat.

Food turned up late over half an hour after saying it was on way. Food was cold. Not too happy this time.

Food didn’t even come restaurant doesn’t answer food waste of time

I hope they will do free choice pizzas in the future, with more varied toppings available like bacon, spicy beef. meatballs or sausage. Other than that, Munch Inn is a great restaurant with reasonable prices. I've tried their pizzas, burgers and chips and they've all been wonderful.

Very disappointed with our meals. Pizza that came needed warming in microwave as it was stone cold. I ordered the wings they are not worth the money, they was as small as my little finger they was chucked in the same box as the rice and salad, which meant my salad was warm and the chicken was covered in rice, would of been a tad better if rice and salad was in separate containers, not a very enjoyable meal. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!

Not ordering again the donner burger was rubber and the workers are nothing but blatantly rude NOT ORDERING AGAIN !!

The chicken that came with our meal was red and pink

Attended today, the interior was nice, ordered peri peri mean and a value box meal, the 2 pieces of chicken had a rotten smell and the doner kebab was dry. I informed the staff re the chicken, he could smell the chicken was off, he responded with the chicken being fresh and carried on making another order, left the whole food and walked out, wasted of money, will never return.

Food is always outstanding. Portions good and prices reasonable. More importantly the variety and your not ripped off by hidden charges.

Delivery was on time. Steak and ribs both like rubber and tasted weird. Nice big chunky chips.

No good enough forgot to deliver half my order and had to return to shop left me waiting even longer for the other half of my order. Not happy as food was for my children.

I thought I would give this place another try as we used to really enjoy food here but last few times now the quality has just got worse, the steaks are full of fat or bone hardly get any meat off them and chips seemed warmed back up and so did the rice disappointing because it used to be nice.

Chicken was dry and had a funny/off smell and taste. Chips were very thick cut, undercooked and inedible. Cheese tastes sickly. We could not finish any of what we ordered. Very very poor quality food served here.
