Nice clean place, food was nice and decently price, great for fast food, good polite service, would reccomend to friends and family.

Whenever we want to order food, munch inn is the first place that comes in mind, we always order from here, the food is always delicious never fails to impress, another thing I love is all kinds of different food like pizza burgers wraps available to order depending on what you want to order, aswell as fast delivery. Will continue to order and I definitely recommend, Thank you

My son orders from here regularly never had a problem nice food and a friendly bunch of lads when I call or when the delivery driver comes to the door couldn't fault them

Wouldn't recommend eating here, before covid 19 munch in was good place to eat but recently food quality has gone down Everytime I have fried wings from here they are old tasting also its very strange for a chippy to sell thick stake chips There donner was lacking flavour, rushed and undercooked

Best takeaway spot in Dudley! Deliver or Eat In, there is a variety of different meals to choose from! Best pizza I’ve ever tasted for a great price. No long wait for food and great customer service from all staff. Restaurant is always clean and maintained, even in busy times of the day.

Attended today, the interior was nice, ordered peri peri mean and a value box meal, the 2 pieces of chicken had a rotten smell and the doner kebab was dry. I informed the staff re the chicken, he could smell the chicken was off, he responded with the chicken being fresh and carried on making another order, left the whole food and walked out, wasted of money, will never return.

Fantastic! Food was delicious. The best piri chicken and rice and the young lad behind the counter was so pleasent. Will definitely be ordering from here or returning again!

The guy who served me at the till has no customer service skills, arrogant.. Ordered a Pizza, first asked what types of chicken he has he only said one, after I checked menu there were others, Asked him what Pizza would he recommend, goes straight to the most expensive, did not give me a few options (con-man) , Finally at the till I requested to make my pizza Deep Crust/ Deep Pan, after I got home I opened to see this idiot made it thin crust, lesson learnt check your pizza in store, when these Con-Men around, Customers make your business, you treat your customers with respect not arrogance!!!, I will not be returning to this store, I advise you not to either, don't waste your time money here, there are other fast food shops a few doors away, best spend your money there, The guy who handed me my pizza was nice and had good manners (got to give credit were credit is due), but this till con-man idiot ruined my experience, with the thin-crust what a joke,

This is the first time me and my husband have tried food from here, we had takeaway my husband had kebab pizza he really enjoyed it. I had a mixed kebab I found it a bit too spicy for me, if you like spicy food you will enjoy the mixed kebab. you also get a LOT of food we wasted so much as the portions were huge. I recommend giving this place a try if your in the area as they have a 5 star hygiene rating and the food is good.

This little gem in dudley is a real good burger shop. Its clean with polite staff and the food is great. I loved the unique “fatboy burger meal” its was delicious and massive. Even the chunky chips were brilliant and I definitely would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Food is not good. Service is awfull. Totally messed up my order when i complained gave nothing but attitude. Definatly wont be eating from this place again and will make friends and family aware too.

We visited after a day out. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The food was delivered quickly. A family of five fed for £20 and enough choice to keep everyone happy.

Always order takeaway from this restaurant, never fail to impress and provide the best service, we recommend to all our family an friends who want a reasonably priced, beautiful food quickly delivered and friendly staff. Thank you guys

Lamb doner in a proper naan bread was gorgeous! The salad was nice and fresh. chicken doner and the pizza were good, pretty much what you’d expect. The chicken pieces (leg & thigh) however were terrible, tasted reheated and were quite chewy and the meat was very brown. if you’re used to KFC chicken then you will be disappointed 😔 Delivery was on time which is good for a Saturday, first time I’ve ordered a delivery on a Saturday and had it arrive on time so well done! Also, the delivery driver didn’t see the doorstep and face planted the front door which made me chuckle.

Very late! Food was cold, chips were soggy, pizza and nuggets were cold also. Will not be recommending or ordering again. If it actually came on time I think it would have been nice as it all looked nice was just soggy and cold. Not happy at all

Overall my order was delivered to me on time, the food was hot, the food was reasonably priced. My only criticism is the chips, some of them were either very hard or a bit soggy. Other than that though everything else was great.

I would rate this restaurant outstanding but orders aren't always correct last time I ordered they didn't bring the coleslaw I ordered and paid for then last night they ignored a note stating I'm allergic to tomatoes so half my order went in the bin due to their disregard. Food is brilliant, staff just need to read allergy advice on orders and ensure orders are correct.

Food came early which was food. However the food was hot fresh lamb steak was over cooked the chicken was hard nor happy at all wont be ordering again.!!!!

Guys this restaurant is up there with Nandos. The peri peri rice is superb. The prices are fair. The potions are very good. The chicken is well grilled no blood on the bone. I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.

i love munch inn food... i never write a review for anything but i feel i need to with this. my only 2 criticisms are ...i dont like the chips, they are too fat. maybe its preference but i like crispy fries not fat chips. and number 2 is why on the menu is there a picture of a double burger but no option on just eat or menu to order a double burger... also best peri peri ever :)

The burgers and pizza tasted great and fresh just didn't deliver on the specified time.

All of the food was outstanding, with the exception of the chips.

Delivery was fast. Food was average at best. Greasy chicken with thick skin, over cheesed pizza making it very greasy, kebab average (and you're charged 50p to put it in a pitta!!!), chips tasted weird like the oil was bad.

Fantastic. I am a regular customer who works next door to Munch Inn and the service and quality of food is always top notch.

Chicken tikka COLD not even lukewarm COLD. The chip's COLD, and tasted strange. The bread buns HARD and CHEWY definitely not fresh. And when asked for a second choice in sauces never in a million years did we expect that they would put both of them on at the same time, we stupidly expected one of them would be a dip. Extremely poor quality and disappointing.

After hearing good things about Munch Inn, me and my friends decided to go to for our lunch on 13/02/17. Upon arrival we were quite pleased with the look of the place as it is decorated with bright, fresh colours. It's appearance is lovely. But the service was not. After looking at the menu for a few minutes I decided that I was going to have a child's meal. I have some issues regarding eating and I can only eat small portions so this would be perfect for me. I stepped up to the counter and asked for the child's meal to which I was interrupted and told I could not have. I asked why as it doesn't say anywhere on the menu that you have to be a certain age to purchase this item and I was told again he wasn't giving me that meal. I was quite shocked and explained calmly that I cannot eat big portions and I am only able to eat small portions, something which I have never had to do but I thought it may help the server understand. I was abruptly told "get some nuggets then". My friends (who were going to order main meals themselves) were shocked at how I was treated and so we all left and did not eat here. Not only did Munch Inn lose my business but they also lost the business of 5 of my friends. For all they know I could have a stomach bag and not be able to consume average sized portions. Very disappointing and will not be coming here again.

Order delivered with 3 cans of coke instead of a 1.75l bottle, upon calling Munch Inn I was told it was Just-Eat's problem as they'd added it to the menu without their say so and to take it up with them. I called justeat who told me they can't change menus so munch inn lied to get me off the phone. Not only would they not speak to justeat about the issue they had also sent me the wrong burger, which was so dry it was inedible & forgot the dip I ordered. As a long time regular customer to say I'm disgusted is an understatement. I'll never order from here again.

Shame as the flavour of the peri peri and service was good. The thing that lets this place down is the oversized chicken. Can't help but wonder if their chicken supplier has pumped up the chicken with something or if growth hormones have been used. Would be great if they started to use 'normal' chicken.

I'm actually quite sad by this... It was my favourite peri-peri chicken restaurant, I've spent HUNDREDS in the last couple of months there.... With this order... it was all totally overcooked... the checken was hard... it was pink and hard... very dry.... I gave up on it.... and the delivery driver said they were going to start charging £3 delivery to ME because I use just-eat.... I'll miss this place.... but not that last order.

Had the peri peri Chicken steak. Absolutely delicious. Its the heath alternative to the half/full chicken in that it doesn't have skin and comes with a fresh salad. I recommend the Coleslaw, goes really well this this chicken. I like the chef, he actually pays attention to his customers, and not just the orders. I need to take out a loan so I can eat peri peri every day, lol! Munch Inn, Amazing Peri Peri that puts nandos to shame (from 95)

Really enjoyed our pizza and chicken nuggets delivery was on time great service we always use munching no one can beat them.

All the food was really nice apart the naan bread was either not fresh or overlooked as parts of it was rock hard and crunchy, not a major problem as the rest was perfect. Would definitely order again BUT After paying the delivery charge on here using my bank card, (around £20 total) I was then asked for a £2.50 cash payment from the driver which annoyed me a bit. Shame because I would have ordered from here all the time but I don't expect to be charged twice for delivery. 👍

The cheese pizzas are beautiful if u like loads of cheese on your pizza,really nice.The delivery time is also very quick.Would highly recommend.
