Domino's Pizza in Dudley

Avoid! This branch is just not worth it. The customer service is non-existent, the food isn’t great, there’s clearly poor hygiene standards due to food poisoning being caused from their food (even vegan options with no meat or dairy) AND if you happen to be walking past as a pedestrian then run for your life as their delivery drivers do as they please and have almost run people over too many times. They only offer a free pizza if you complain and ignore everything you’ve said, especially that more than one person got food poisoning from an order!!! I wouldn’t dream of buying or consuming food from them ever again, why would I want a free pizza?! Make it make sense! Oh, it also doesn’t make you feel welcome when you go in to collect and the staff shout at you/talk to you like you’re worthless. Oops, someone needs to train their staff to be decent human beings maybe?!

Staff in there are rude. And pizzas barely have any toppings compared to other domino’s

First time, ordered online for collection but had to call to make sure my order was correct as ordering online was not user friendly. Friendly staff, good food at decent prices. Thanks

I've ordered from here 4x now, and they have got the order wrong twice. It's not rocket science.

This place has the rudest staff who cannot communicate nor talk English properly, they make bad sized unfresh topping pizzas as far as I am concerned they should be shut down or have a full refurbishment not of just the establishment of a Domino's Pizza but retrain of new staff and a Manager on site. In future I will be ordering elsewhere locations from Domino's Pizza enough said.

Not up to Dominos standard, must be a permanent issue with not ordering enough cheese or trying to save money on cheese. I’ve tried this place a few times and it doesn’t compare to the pizza you can get from every other Dominos. There’s hardly any cheese at all on the pizza every single time, and way too much sauce. It’s like eating tomato purée on bread, save your money and try any other pizza place but this.

Intimidating staff when I parked in front of the shop and didn't get out the car immediately. I guess they thought I wasn't coming in. Gloomy service and overpriced

Tasteless rubbish. No wonder they give you a dip. Costs a lot more than superior places that offer fresh dough pizza and cheese that tastes of cheese.

My go to place since moving up this way but last time the delivery driver dropped and blew up a garlic dip in the community stairwell and just left, this time my pizza shows up like this, bit of a joke 🤷‍♂️

Took one hour to arrive, ordered at around 1pm on a weekday and the store is literally a 3 minute drive? The pizza was very average and dry and looked very small for a medium…Somehow it was still hot.

Hardly Any toppings on the pizza . Tasteless And dry it was. Just waste of money . Not going to order again .

I order often from this branch and there is always something wrong with the food, mainly mistakes with the order, in the past I have been sent meat pizzas even though I’m a vegetarian and when asked to get it rectified they have offered me a free pizza next time, I had to argue to get a pizza sent out as I was hungry and they couldn’t understand why I couldn’t just eat the meat pizza…. The amount of base sauce is way too much, I call and ask to have it reduced and it never comes with less, if anything more.. (maybe didn’t understand my simple request). If you pay for extras you don’t get them, and noticeably the cheese is always lacking, barely any on most of the pizzas. I didn’t realise how bad my local dominos were until I ordered from another branch. I have given a 3 out of 5 because the food was always hot, delivered quickly and no questions that it was clean and fresh (so being fair).. the issues are failure to follow basic customer requests, rude staff and not good value compared to other branches. I ordered a pizza at least once every 2 weeks over last few years, so this is a good avarage score of this branch, and not just a few unluckily events. (I have tried to give feedback to the manager and doesn’t seem to be implimented).

Massively gone down hill!!!! Pizza was not nice at all actually it was disgustingly gross and I never say that about food but this was just awful…too much base sauce which resulted in pizza being extremely soggy, the odd toppings thrown on but not enough to call it a pizza! My husband went to collect and said the worker serving him was rude and abrupt in the way he spoke to customers and delivery drivers, hr observed the workers making the pizza didn’t have their beards covered, worker mentioned they had been taken over by new management and we can taste the difference yuck nothing like it use to be won’t be coming back here again which is such a shame as a local! I’d rather eat a frozen pizza than touching this place again fairwell dominos

The last several times we bought Domino's Specialty pizzas they did NOT put VERY many toppings on the pies even though the list of toppings for the "Specialty Pizzas" is listed on their menu! The Pacific Veggie is supposed to have Feta Cheese & each time there was ONLY A VERY FEW pieces, 2-4 PIECES on the ENTIRE LARGE 14" pizza! As for the other toppings; Feta Cheese, Spinach & Roasted Red Peppers, Black Olives, Onions, Mushrooms & Diced Tomatoes, they were ALSO GREATLY REDUCED or NOT on the put on the pizza AT ALL! The Philly Cheese Steak Specialty pizza was the same, with VERY, VERY FEW pieces of "Steak" (3-4 pieces on the 14" LARGE) and VERY FEW pieces of the other toppings; Green Peppers, Mushrooms & Onions". We no longer order Domino's pizza because of the LACK of toppings they put on their pizzas! We think that it is sad because it doesn't matter if it's a one topping or ten, they still LITERALLY, ONLY PUT a BARE MINIMUM or NONE of the toppings that SHOULD BE on the pizzas but the price DOES NOT REFLECT the HUGE REDUCTION in the AMOUNT of each pizzas that Domino's serves! EVEN when we PAID EXTRA for EXTRA TOPPINGS, the amount DID NOT CHANGE from the "regular" way they prepare the pizzas! The service has been good & quick but IF the pizza is lousy, why should we buy it?

Order took over half an hour to arrive after driver left store. Tracking map helpfully showed he had gone to other orders miles in the opposite direction. Food virtually cold. Order had taken an hour to prepare with twenty minutes in quality check. They were too busy but putting multiple orders on each driver. Ok if you like cold pizza - previous orders had been ok.

Absolute rubbish. Try Rowley Regis branch instead.

Fantastic pizza I really enjoyed it. I recommend the hot sauce. Get the hot sauce because its really nice. I ordered a pepperoni pizza but I added the hot sauce and used it to dip the pizza in. You can also pour it on the top but be careful it is runny and can end up ruining your clothes. This happened to me and to some extent it spoilt the whole night for me. But the place is clean and staff are friendly and always up for a chat.

The woman behind the desk crystal , did not tell us of all the offers available when we asked. I paid £20 for a large pizza when I could have had the mega deal for £20.99 and got 2 sided and a desert as well as a large pizza , should be looking after customers if u want them to return, disgraceful

Collected three £6.99 pizza deals amazing price earlier tonight. The Pizzas were delicious and the staff inside very friendly and welcoming definitely return.

Came into the store to order, was met by attentive staff who talked me through the deals and recommended my best options with budget in mind. Waited around half hour for it to be made whilst watching the staff through the open kitchen glass. The place is clean and tidy and the pizza delicious, spot on all round.

My husband ans order two pepperoni pizza as its are favourite. And it tasted like a bottle of salt had been poured on it. Was so salty and there was hardley any cheese or mushroom and sweetcorn i orderd extra of. When i rang to complain i was told they used it all day. But this is are favourite and we choose this when we order a pizza. We stayed in Liverpool two weeks ago had same pizza and it was the best pizza we have ever had. But in Halesowen store there is always an issue. Last time duo was to thick but on this occasion meat deffently tasted off.

Complete joke of a pizza company.. they never get your order right and they’re never on time either.. simply just go elsewhere

Absolutely abysmal. Waited 90 minutes for a small pizza and sides. The driver (balraj) couldn't even find my house without having to talk to 2 strangers. Disgraceful.

Sat outside Dominos in Halesowen and saw one of the delivery guys in silver Zafira eating chocolate bars in his car throwing the wrappers out of his window, not a good advertisement for a global company

This is the first time I have used this particular Domino's Pizza, my 15 year old granddaughter arrived for Christmas and fancied pizza for tea, we also had cookie dough for afters. I ordered online as it's easy and waited for our food to be delivered. The pizzas were great, very tasty and hot, the cookie dough was very yummy. Great food and good service, thanks.

How easy is it to get an order for 3 medium pizzas correct? Why do you get charged a different price every time you order? Why do the staff need reminding not to charge full price when there are offers in the window, on text and on flyers Very poor service and staff who care very little about repeat customers

Back off holiday and we werent going to cook for ourselves. Took advantage of the 2 for 1 tuesday offer. Got 4 pizzas all different. One of these was gluten free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only had to wait for all pizzas to be prepped and cooked as there was no one else about. Always good. Pizzas were ordered and collected instore by the way. All were delicious and devoured very quickly by 4 very hungry people. They looked good and tasted good. Just what you want. Very clean establishment. Staff hygeine was good. Prep of the gluten free was correctly done. Great place. Definitely would go back.

see the thing is the pizzas may be a little expensive at dominos but the quality is what you are paying for!

El sábado por la noche nos recogieron 2 pizza grande que era. Al llegar a casa nos quedamos muy decepcionados de que casi no había ninguna coberturas a ambos pizza. Era evidente que, al vender a un precio reducido, parte de ese descuento se recupera por poner mucho menos coberturas que cuando se venden a un precio completo. Ten cuidado con lo que compra cuando las ofertas son.

The food here is fairly good and always fresh but the customer service is awful, manager argues with numerous customers.

When you just don't fancy cooking, there is always dominos! Not had a bad one! Quick delivery and most the time (as my husband worked next door for a number of years) we recognise most the delivery people always friendly always say hello how are you etc. Pizza cooked beautiful Complaint not enough potato wedges

For me, I only like the best quality pizzas and Dominos Pizza is one of the few.I don't mind waiting for a good bit of food, they have good deals mostly only collection, so I think they need to have more deals for delivery.Overall, you can't go wrong with this Dominos. I will be glad to order from you soon.

I phoned up to put in an order for delivery. The man who answered the phone barely spoke English and didn't sem to know a thing about their menu! This same man ended up delivering my order and didn't even bring any change so I didn't have anything back from my £20! Pizza and garlic bread was delicious though but wasn't impressed with the service.

Wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending this branch of Domino’s, great pizza, fantastic service and reasonably priced, well done to these guys for service and quality that’s very much appreciated.

Tried this once and it was so over rated, very expensive for what you get pizza was ok nothing special i want be going there again.

Compared to other Pizzas locally, dominos has to be the best. The dough is fresh so is the ingredients. IF me and my partner have any pizzas it is definitely from this place. Great food guys!!

Lovely pizza- a good choice of veggie pizzas too- and at lunchtime the personal pizza's are only £1.95 each! that's bonkers! I've had many many Domino's pizza's and never had a bad one.

Pizzas are always really tasty and juicy. Have some good offers on. Always delivered with a smile :)
