The food is amazing but they never pick up the phone wen u call them

Pizza was really greasy, even with thin crust and the dips were cleary from a supermarket, they had pretty much no garlic in them and if can't make homemade, then why bother selling them at all? It was OK food, but way too pricy for what it's worth tbh

Food was okay but it came all squashed not sure if that was the delivery guy

Driver was unable to understand direction to find us.

Absolutely delicious as always 10/10 on the donner and chips and the tandoori hot pizza, the pepperoni on the one pizza not great for some reason but very impressed with the order.

The order was very late am really disappointed if i knew i’d order from another restaurant!!!

Food come missing items and the chips was hard as bricks and the pizzas come small for the price and I didn’t get my kebab and chicken and chips both missing

Absolutely disgusted at the service yesterday 1 hours 36 mins for delivery no apologies. Had to keep calling them. When the food finally arrived a veggie pizza had very little toppings. Only onions and few peppers and chilli. Normally good but not on this occasion

I just love the pizza, the stuffed crust is amazing and I just think it's one of the best pizza places in the area. Although the pizza can be quite greasy.

Great pizza....just when it's buy one get one free it obviously sounds a great deal,but not when you realise the price would work out no different as the original pizza was so expensive....not a great deal after all...ripping the customer off in that sense

Just want to say my food was really lovely it was delivered perfectly .. it was hot and not even a drop of my milkshake was spilled .. and was piping hot and delivered in 30 minutes thanks top 1 worth every penny x

Burger meal and chips were lovely, so was the pizza, however milkshakes had no taste whatsoever it was just ice.

When ordering a pizza as part of the deal I chose, it give you no option but to add an extra at £1.30 even if you don’t want anything added on the pizza which I think is a bit of a con. I ordered 2 milkshakes which they never sent and my meal also came with 2 drinks which they never sent. When I called to say about the missing drinks and milkshake they said they forgot but they have been sent out and are on their way. 5 hours later at 2am they still aren’t here so they clearly lied to their paying customer.

Go here late at night after long hours at work weekends. Never lets me down and so loyal to he's customers. He always goes out of he's way to make sure the customer is happy. Numerous times he's done this. I'm a pizza fan and a fussy one at that but there pizza has never failed me. So if you do want to order and want reassurance I highly recommend this place. I would upload my BBQ base Hawaiian pizza I just had from there but the temptation to eat it was too much 😂🤦 but it was 🔥 Thank you! Update... Still go here several times a week food is still on point.

You have a great asset in your delivery driver…I was not rude or obnoxious saying you forgot my Pepsi, I simply stated that I’m sure I ordered a Pepsi bottle..and he acknowledged that I was indeed correct, and he asked me the question, very politely if I wanted a refund, and I replied politely that I would rather have my Pepsi bottle for my meal if that’s ok, and he said sweetly, leave it with me…and the sweet man bought a bottle from the shop by my flat and bought it it up…honestly what a great human being…

Unfortunately i cant rate the food as i didnt recieve it. Placed a phone order after having fasted all day... was lookingnforward to some quick and easy food. Was told it'd be about 55 mins so i had a snack to open my fast and waited.... about an hour and 10 mins later i called enquiring about the order.. was told that due to a printer issue, my order hadnt been processed... i could cancel or have it made ..but it'd be a further hour. I cancelled and decided to try elsewhere as i am getting rather hungry. Its a shame as the menu looks delicious and has quite a range. The gentleman i spoke to was also rather polite... i may try again another day after ramadan and update this review but for the moment, i believe a single star is an accurate reflection of my experience. What could have been done differently? I guess when the printer issue was first noticed someone could have called me back. Such things happen.. will try again in future

Delivery always says it will be here sooner than it actually is, and when you call them up, they only tell you that it will be there in 10 minuites, what a scam

Used to order from these guys a long time ago, recently moved back to the area and they're still the best pizza place about. Fair priced and food is banging.

Without doubt the best pizza my family and myself have eaten in a very long time, made surplus to requirements without any fuss at all, and all toppings so fresh and delicious, and finally the doe base just melts in your mouth, overall extremely impressed and without doubt the best pizza meal we’ve eaten in a very long time , well done guys your smashing it !!

My order was wrong; the toppings on my free choice pizza were wrong, which is rare from Top 1, but the food was still good.

Always order from here best pizza I have had not just in Dudley but in the uk. Sometimes they do take awhile to deliver but that doesn’t mean the food is cold overall 10/10

Took half an hour to arrive, cold on delivery and sent 2 thin bases instead of 1 thin and 1 deep pan as I ordered.

Slight error with my order which was quickly rectified. The pizza was honestly the best I've had for a long time, garlic bread was nice and the bbq chicken wings were also very tasty. I've found my new go to pizza place

Indian hot pizza of Top 1 is the best pizza in town. The only pizza that can satisfy an asian foody.

Won't order from here again. Almost 2 hours wait for 2 pizzas.

This order was cancelled when I spoke to the colleague at top 1 so I don't recieve this order.

Didn’t get full order no pop or garlic bread

Cheese garlic pizza was great but the double cheese burgers was not nice and dont know what has happened to timing of deliveries saying its delivered and still don't receive it till 30 mins after time an the 3 stars are for the garlic Cheese pizza

We use Top One regularly but they dropped the ball tonight. Late without being told and the food wasn’t hot. All a bit annoying

Extremely rude staff that sold me undercooked meat. I phoned them to report the problem but they were rude and turned the phone off! Rude staff with rubbish food!

Sent wrong pizza and came with no drinks had to bring drinks back when I said about pizza he said nothing he can do as they were closing it was only 12am. Very rude.

I ordered pizza, chicken and chips and lamb kebab in naan , they sent me lamb Donna in kebab, when I called and ask the guy said we dont do kebabs , in their menus they have it, and i have ordered it before, very disappointing, we are regular customers but service today was bad and Donna in naan is awful , waste of money

Great service!! They originally sent us the wrong order, so we phoned them and they couldn’t of been more helpful, they sent us a fresh meal and it came so fast. Perfect pizzas too!

The pizza overall was nice - however ordered two four cheese - pretty sure we were sent two margaritas and the stuffed crust is the only true downside, for £2.00 i kind of expected more rather than the unfortunate stringed cheese that literally slid out

Great pizza, good customer service

Big guy at the till was very rude. Was sarcastic about the price of the food and had the audacity to ask me to put the lids on my own sauce tubs. This resulted in spillage over my clothes which he didn’t even care for. And didn’t give me the correct change. What a horrible attitude from the manager.
