These were fined last year due to a mouse problem, food was always good, and most takeaways should accommodate for allergies not use the same utensils for cross contamination. Such a shame.

Fast service whether collecting or having delivered, have used this place for years, the food went a bit downhill a couple of years ago but happy to say it's back to being my favourite again.

the food was good, but the chicken legs could have been fried better, they were a bit bloody.

My favourite place to order Chinese from! The sweet and sour Cantonese chicken is sooo good and the chow mein in black bean sauce never disappoints.

Been using Chopsticks for many years. Had friends round this evening and ordered from them. Food was abysmal, awful. Biggest waste of money ever. Standards are EXTREMELY LOW.

Recently been in the Halesowennews. Had to pay a fine, absolutely highene is absolutely on existent. Check it out, has all the pictures of the absolute filth inside the kitchen. Found numerous mouse activity.

Absolutely horrendous service from Chopsticks. Ordered a simple two meal order for delivery. After a long call to get the order placed, waited over an hour for said order to appear. Only to learn the food had been given to a different customer, staying at the same place. What's worse is the order they had taken in, our order, was going to be handed to us when their actual order arrived!! No call for apologies, no communication to explain the delay or any food delivery. Extremely disappointed after all long day travel to not get a simple order delivered in a timely manner or in our case, not delivered at all!!

Cold food .long wait on delivery and most of the order missing. Considering we order over £45 every week its starting to get annoying when a few of the kids meals are missing. Will not be ordering from here again

We was regular customers but the last 3 times we have ordered an item was missing the foods expensive enough without paying for items you are not getting lost a big order every week as we will now use elsewhere

Orderd chicken chow main and asked for curry saurse on top ..ended up with no curry sauce and very greasy..my partner asked for special fried rice. He got a masive greesy egg frown on top and tuns of vegtables hardley any meat or fish ..spoke too shop no apolagies or help just told thats the way its spost too be

Only place I buy Chinese. Sometimes the receptionist can be a bit rude but I don't have any problems with the food.

Terrible service. Called to order the food, was told 40 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes later I called to ask if there was update, was told "he's left and will be with you shortly". About 10 minutes later I had a call from the delivery driver asking me "where exactly did I live?", explained it and double checked he knew where to go. Before hanging up he asked me to go downstairs in 5 minutes to meet him. 20 minutes later, no sign of the driver, so I called the takeaway and explained. They said they'd sort it and call me back. I then went up to my flat to wait to be called back. Another 10 minutes passed and I called again, the "manager" then told me he'd be around 5 minutes, I explained that I'd been told 5 minutes about 25 minutes ago and that I'd been waiting around 1 hour 40 minutes for my food to come. I politely asked if there could be any money knocked off due to the time we'd had to wait and her response was "no we don't do that", quite shocked I replied "this isn't really on though, I've waited an hour longer than you told me", just for her to reply "no we don't do that" and abruptly hang up the phone. After another 10 minutes the driver had finally found the building, called me and said "come downstairs now", I asked him to bring it up because I'd just waited 20 minutes for him downstairs and he said "no I can't come upstairs" and also hung up the phone. I think someone needs to teach these people how to talk to customers, especially when they're being polite. To top it off the food was cold and soggy due to the condensation in the back. Won't be going back again!!

If I knew I was going to be waiting 2 hours for delivery when told 20 minutes, I wouldn't have bothered. Unfair to be treated this poorly, and to not even have courtesy to appologise when called about our long waiting time was disgusting. If you want a lukewarm, soggy meal thats festered in a miserable delivery mans car for 2 hours then chopsticks is the place for you.

Perfect meal. Good price. Never had a bad meal from there.

Ordered 2 box meals & deserts last night first time from chopsticks came on time It was one of the best meals we have had from a takeaway & there was plenty will use again

Ordered food at 630 online stating 1 hour delivery under the circumstances you expect bit longer. 3 hours later food arrived. Chicken balls not cooked. Chow mein dripping. Ribs looked like they had been on the floor. 3 hour wait and when arrived food was binned after a few mouthfuls when called just got fobbed off if that busy shouldnt be taking orders. 1st and last time using here

Ordered last night just before 6.00pm. Was told an hour for delivery. Fine - happy with that. Over 2 hours, 2 phone calls, a miserable delivery driver who didn't even look at me and salty, not very nice tasting curry later - won't be ordering again. Used to be great food. Appreciate difficult times, but don't lie about how long the food will be....

Little muddle up on our order tonight however the guys were brilliant and brought a fresh order to us. Excellent service and great food see you again soon!

Would give a 0 star if I could. Absolute disgrace ordered from here for years only to be giving more than one rotten meal with my order. Taken back to takeaway to be told it’s white pepper causing funny colour. Wanted to take no responsibility for this awful meal will be taking it up with trading standards!!! Avoid!

The food wasn't bad apart from getting a pork curry when I asked for chicken the curry wasn't that hot either to say we only 5 mins away I will stick to what I know in the future as this was the first time using chop sticks and I honestly wouldn't use them again.

Disgusting, ordered online waiting over hour and half for a chow mein when I phone food not even cooked told I should have ordered over the phone or go in, refused to give money back. Why have the facility to order online if you are not going to complete those order my money is just as good as people who go in the shop. Will never go there again.

I ordered the Peking spare ribs which were amazing,, I also ordered the Singapore chow mein (vile) the prawns hadn't had their poo track removed which is disgusting, if I'd been the kind of person who didn't look at their food properly I could have eaten the prawns and their waste anyway once I removed all the prawns 8 in total all with poo track in tact the chow mein in itself was a plate of fowlness it was horrid the noodles look like those you can buy from any shop thick and greasy there was hardly any meat and the vegetables were raw. I gave two stars only for the spare ribs I removed one for the miserable driver who was more interested in his text messages and I removed two stars for the fowl tasting chow mein, what a shame and to say I ordered of a recommendation.

Fraudsters and THIEVES DO NOT PURCHASE SWEET CHILLI PRAWNS. I was asked to pay 25pence extra for this. When I took the batter of off the so-called Prawn. It was the tiniest shrimp, covered in batter in the form of a prawn, and to add insult to injury, they hadn’t even bothered to de-vein the shrimp, so I unknowingly ate shrimp poo. Uuuurghhhh, disgusting! Con artists. Selling shrimps , describing them as prawns and levying an extra charge for the privilege, must breach the trade descriptions act. DUDLEY COUNCIL PLEASE INVESTIGATE!

After reading many reviews I wasn't sure about ordering but thought we would give it a go. I'm glad I did this is our 4 order and every meal has been lovely. So far I can not fault this Chinese.

Not impressed. Ordered a curry which had carrots green beans and pineapple in it. This obviously had been a previously prepared different meal which had been turned into a curry - second-hand food - very bad practice.

Stopped ordering from here after multiple hairs in my food on multiple occasions and also after I saw how they keep their meat stacked in open trays underneath their units on the floor not very hygienic at all, completely put me off

Been ordering from here for over 15 YEARS never had a problem at all. Food is always good. Every now and then it isnt as good but very rarely. Dont understand how bad some of the reviews are on here as never had a problem and i order at least once a week. Definatly some stitch up reviews on here.

I ordered a simple meal Chicken Chow mein, a very easy and quick meal to create. Staff were friendly enough but when I got home and served the meal on first sight it looked awful, looks did not disappoint, it tasted vile. The chef needs re training. I am not just being mean, the food is not up to serving to the public. I will never buy from that place again. I am only sorry that I can't gove a minus star.

Absolutely diabolical... last week we ordered our meal, not a large order, just a special curry, fried rice, chips and curry sauce, order arrived, no rice, rang up to complain, they said they would send a rice immediately and 20% of next order... rice arrived after 35 minutes, but the rest of the food had gone cold... in the bin it went... Ordered another curry last night same order, curry with just peas and onions and I told them about the 20% off which they agreed, driver turned up, asking for full price, told him to stick the curry and shut the door, he rang the bell and said 20% off... got the curry into the kitchen to serve, blasted curry was full of sweet corn, courgettes and carrots... on the phone again, asked for a new meal, after being left on hold, they agreed, 50 minutes later the meal turned up, again waited that long, just didn't want it.... always used this place for our curry... gone right down the hill... Will not be using this place again...

Warm friendly service, food is always first class

Regular customers to Chopsticks, never go to another Chinese. However, this time spending £30 on takeaway the food was bland, just warm and tasteless. Politely called to register a complaint and was told 'if you don't like the way we cook try somewhere else' 'you are not regular we never heard of you' needless to say I was shocked, this is how they treat loyal customers. Will never use this takeaway again nor reccommend it.

Food okay but delivery is ridiculous running late because they give one driver to many deliveries and because he having to speed around half the food ends up spilled in bottom of bag

Ordered home delivery from here about 6 or 7 times. Never had an issue, price is inline with other places, delivery was always fast and it is a typical UK Chinese style food.

Ordered a take away last night around 5 for 5 people we all felt sick straight after We had eaten the food, so went to bed to sleep it of as I though it was just the weather making me feel sick woke up today and I've done nothing but throw up constantly as so has everyone else ordered for phoned back up and explained and they said go see the doctor and its its food poisoning let us know it's obvs poisoning because all 5 of us are ILL after eating there food NOT ORDERING FOOD AGAIN from here

Do not order from here! Staff over phone very unfriendly and unproffesional. Our order came to £27 and half of our order was missing. We phoned up to complain and they called us liars and demanded us to pay extra for food that was missing we had already payed for. I will NOT be ordering from here again. We will go sunrise from now on which is 5star compared to this.
