ordered chicken strips and gave me tiny chicken wings

Ordered from here in the past, food has usually been pretty good, ordered 'signature nachos' and they came without any salsa whatsoever and barely any other toppings. I have included a picture for proof. Phoned the restaurant and they basically said it was pretty much 'tough luck' and I could ask for a discount if we ever ordered again. Food was completely inedible and they couldn't care less. Utterly horrified and disappointed. Would definitely put me off ordering from there again. Letting people know so they can avoid this experience.

I’m sorry to say we had a dreadful experience with Gourmet Peri Peri. We were swayed by the menu, which looks fantastic. 40-60 min delivery time on a Friday is fine. Food ordered. 30 mins later and we get a call that they have no coleslaw, and that we could swap it for 3 dips (pointless). An hour later and the food arrives late. The delivery driver then tells us there was no Sprite (which we had ordered), so we got to choose from a warm Rubicon or warm Pepsi from his bag. Then when I finally tuck into the chicken burger, it was the driest thing I have ever had from a takeaway. I have a photo, I’ll try to attach if Google allows, the chicken underneath the breadcrumbs was 1 or 2mm thick, at the most. I can’t mark down on atmosphere as we didn’t eat in, so I have scored 3 stars. For food and service, 1 star each. We will not be ordering here again.

Don't use the app. If you want to order call the shop. There's lots of misalignment on what's available and what not, and if there is an issue the app is just a hosting app and not to used for any issue resolution. I did order via the app. Ordered 7 strip meal with upgraded beefy fries and j20, side order of churrios for 30 mins time. Got there told they had no churrios and no other options so speak to the yo-yo app . The app points to call the shop ( see what I mean about what's available?). Told' one sec 'and then a few mins later,'oh we can swap it for a piece of cake' . Why not go down that line to start with..didn't mind. Worrying no option and just go away is their default customer service option also not called prior on my way to say no churrios. The food quality was poor. Again I asked for hot flavour strips and given a lime or medium flavour..no option in the app drop downs so I left a note in comment section ( obviously not read) Chicken was dry and lacking depth of taste. The upgraded fries weren't bad with red onion and pre cooked pizza beef pieces sprinkled over the fries with cheese. I have been before but the quality of this put me off and I won't go again as they are other pri piri shops around Rios, / Pepes etc

Worst food .. i have ever tried. In my life . Bleave me.........worst food ever. Plzzzzzzzz. Don't make a mistake . The way i make .... I beg you.....take your takeaway. And go for holiday..... Pleeeeeeeeeeezz ......if you wana try ....go head

Finger licking food! i am 100% ordering again highly recommend it. Food was delivered in time. Amazing service.

Brilliant food...agree best burgers around - they are worth the money and are delicious. ..better than the nasty freezer burgers from most takeaways Ordered from here many times and will do so again

Fantastic burgers, you can tell they are made fresh / hands down these burgers are better than any Burger King. Fresh, tasty and delivered on time.
