The best restaurants serving Default food in Castle and Priory Dudley West Midlands

Stopped off here for lunch. We had mix it up and gammon. The food here was amazing. Plenty of peppers and onions on the skillet as some places on put on a tiny bit and its burnt to a crisp before you start... not here very fresh and tasty. BEST hungry horse we have had in a long time. Thankyou and keep up the fantastic quality...

Wish I could rate this higher but it took over 45 minutes to get an untested lunch, just not an understandable wait time for food that was essentially pre-prepared. Nice spot for canal viewing though.

Fantastic meal, took our two grandchildren aged 4 & 2, both loved the pizza and ice cream. Ryan gave fantastic service and so attentive to the boys. I had ribs and partner the double burger cant fault it.

Easy walk into town, or bus stops nearby. Only 15 mins walk to the amazing Black Country Museum

I ordered a chicken bake and a corned beef bake. Food came out quickly and was warm and cooked well. Both bakes were really tasty.

Very good food,the starter was excellent value and after a mix up with the curries we had a very filling meal.The Peshwari nan bread here is as good as you will find in expensive restaurants,real coconut not paste as you get in Bangladeshi places and if you have a sour curry like a Bhuna or dhansak it’s a good mix.The chef came out and asked how the meal was and if we had any preferences with the taste and what he could do to make it to suit our taste which was a nice touch.Only downside was it was so draughty with the doors open and as the weather gets colder it could be uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant.Nice bar and waiting staff.

What can i say its a good chippy that does good pizza. Their grilled cod masala fish is highly recommended so is the brittania special pizza, chips are delicious when freshly fried, but the price is the stand out. They manage to serve good quality food without charging you an arm and a leg like some other chippys. They have on site parking but accept only cash

i have used the village a lot now for quite a few years,normally the pub,but on a early morning trip out on the way back i popped into starbucks for a coffee,i was greeted by two smilimg faces and this at 6.15am the coffee was excellent, kim and henrietta a credit to starbucks certainly a excellent way to start the day off
