Ordered a tandoori grill it came undercooked, we couldn’t bite or chew the meat, tasteless wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place also hygiene rating is 0.

Was waiting 2h.20 mins for takeaway delivery, unacceptable not even a discount won't be using again, end of, was told 45mins for delivery could of been in London and picked a takeaway up, 😂 nobody told us of any delays!?!? Food hygiene rating zero, in the Dudley's news today, 😂

Food was lovely as always. There was quite a lot of grease of the one curry (Dupiaza) to the point it ended up over the floor, also it would be nice if you could order it without the option of having to have an extra such as potato mushroom or spinach. Overall the food was delicious & we will definitely order again.

After seeing l the local publicity about Duey spice winning 10 curry awards in 2021 we decided to give it a go. So we placed the order on the app what is very good and the the food arrived very quick (especially for a Saturday evening) when I opened the bag I found that one of the curry hadn't been closed right and had leaked all over the others and inside the bag (not a great start) Then we quickly plated the meals up and served up. The food was only luke warm at best and the amount of ghee it was floating in was unreal. The food was average at best with my garlic chicken Bhuna being very bland. Now this place ain't really a cheap takeaway with my order costing nearly £40 so I expected a little bit better than average. So I write a review on there Web page giving a 3* at best and put more or less the same as on here. The review is up showing my comments etc only to be removed within a hour all 5* reviews are showed but they delete the real customers review so for that reason it's a 2* at best. This was the first time of eating here and it will be the last.

I am not a person to leave bad reviews to restaurants but this has to be the worst restaurant that I ever had deal with. Zero customer service, when we called to inform that we never received the full order and they where missing an order we ever laughed at through the phone and was rude. This is not the way you speak to customers. It really made me upset that's why i am leaving this review.

The food was cold and pretty tasteless. Rice tasted burnt and curry had no flavour. Felt like a waste of money to be honest and wasn't cheap. Won't be ordering again.

The chicken was very chewie n it was like a stew not a curry n never got any sauce with my poppadoms or the salad with it neither so my food was ruined n we went with out

Ordered for the first time on a Friday night and was very pleased with delivery time and the meal. Got 10% off and free poppadoms, mint sauce and onion salad. The meals were both hot in serving temperature and spice. Tasted great, loved the egg fried rice, good portion size and enjoyed every morsel. Would order again.

We've had two deliveries recently from Dudley Spice and both were excellent. We ordered from their Vegan Menu and the people we rang were really helpful in telling us what was, or wasn't suitable for us. Delivery was under 45 minutes. We highly recommended it.

Absolutely beautiful and tasty food fresh and hot, nice blend of spices and leaves a really nice after taste ! I could order more ! Me and my partner are trying a vegan diet so we ate off the vegan menu. So far I have been dispatched by vegan fast food dishes but this has restored my faith ! Absolutely delicious 10/10 will be ordering again !

Salad was rotten brown and full of water. No confidence in the rest of the meal. Difficult to contact the restaurant to complain, took over an hour to get somebody to answer the telephone.

Apart from samosa which were too expensive viewing their sizes, everything else was upto the mark.

This was my second time in Dudley Spice I was staying in village Hotel ordered a takeaway from Dudley Spice the food was five stars it took a bit longer than expected but the food was fresh delivery driver was very friendly and explained to me that they were very busy I don’t mind if food is 10 minutes late it’s was worth it so definitely next time I’m in the area I will be ordering highly recommended the tiger Special chicken Tikka Never ever had one before but was so happy it I will definitely order this one again

Continually sending spam text messages with ‘promotions’. I don’t know who they bought their data off but it’s annoying as hell!

This restaurant keeps sending me text messages to advertise there restaurant have block number three times now and they still keep sending out texts from different numbers, even rang up the restaurant stating I don't even live in the area and they said someone else does there adverting and can't do anything would not recommend them to anyone

am absolutely discussed we have order our food of you loads of times and its always been lovely ..to night we have had 2 shish kebabs chicken pakors..chicken tikka jalfrezi Balti chicken tikka pila rice garlic naan bread..which I was told was £29.45..which we payed ...only for someone from the shop to ring up and have ago at me tell me they wont delivery here anymore as I payed £2 less..I called back spoken to the same man and told him I was told £29.45 which I payed he then said I order online which I did not I phone order.. I told him we have always order of u and It was nice he then said he sort it out and didn't need our custom I am so angry why do you think you think it's ok to treat customers like that ..well you have definitely lost our custom now

I’m working away from home and really fancied a nice curry. I didn’t know the area so went on just eat and found this place. Absolutely outstanding Madras. I had the Dudley special rice and which had so many flavours along side a garlic chilli nam bread with cheese which was also very tasty. 5 stars

First delivery one hour late. Second delivery hardly any meat in curries. 5 pieces in large. Third delivery, told me they added extra, a chick pea curry and a tray of mint sauce, but forgot my naan and chips. So one rice for two curries? Let them know errors in comments sections on orders. Called and asked to speak to manager, whoever answered was an arse. Said if I complained at the time they would send out forgotten things, by time that comes curries cold or eaten. Then said if I said on the day they would know what to do with next order, to which I said time is irrelevant, can tell you when making next order. Either way said not sorting anything, Curries nice, everything else a mess, no consistency, no ability to problem solve. **After owners response. After every order I filled in the feedback form on my online account, I also mentioned it on my next order form, detailing every error made and complimenting where I thought it was due. When I called it was to try and avoid the constant mistakes by talking direct, I did not mention anything to do with a discount or refund. My reason for calling was simply to highlight the issues and speak to a manager to ensure that the order I was about to make would be correct. The arrogant a**ho who answered the phone assumed that and would not put a manager on, pretty much calling me a liar by the second sentence even though you have a record of it on my account.. Speaks for the company you keep when you assume that people have nothing better to do than to try and scam a free curry from a place that's not got their order right on three separate attempts or chase around after a missing bag of chips on a Friday night.. Not me thanks, or anyone with any sense. Plenty other takeaways happy for the custom.

Order and delivery great but, tikka was dry, tough & surprisingly bland...... veg side dishes were good, however the portion of mushrooms was tiny. NOTE - I have edited my review to delete some comment I made about the tikka being factory made, they have replied to say it's made in-house so I do not wish to discredit them in any way.
