Food was fair , has this changed hands again? On just eat it’s changed hand 2/3 times in the last year

Worse curry I’ve ever had! Garlic Nann like rubber no garlic on it so thin too. Rice watery and cold- balti tasteless and again watery! They whole thing was disgusting throw in bin where it belongs! Shouldn’t be serving this watered down, cheap, nasty food!

Best place around, been coming here for years, great people and great food!

This used to be our favourite takeaway, the last two meals we ordered online were terrible and went in the bin!

Any negative reviewers of this place wants their head looking at. We’ve ordered here every Saturday or the past couple of years, the food is exceptional and consistent every week, delivery in roughly half an hour. Five stars would recommend!!

Ordered an Indian at 6:20pm it came at 8:40ish and then some of order was missing. Rice wasn’t cooked properly it was still had. Naan Bread was like rubber. Tried calling back but line was either engaged or kept cutting off! Will Not Be Ordering From Again.

Spice fusion Indian take away can the owner please read this view. I ordered 2 chappati and also a dhall tarka to be honest I wasn’t expecting that at all due too I typed it in on Google and there was literally a complete difference of the dhall I got delivered and the one online so I’m not happy at all as I couldn’t even eat the chappati with the daal. it was literally watery and at the end I’d managed to eat the 2 chappati with the daal but unfortunately the daal weren’t finished and still loads yet but was very watery had to go to waste as it wasn’t made properly. so my brother phoned the same day and told someone and they said that’s how they make it but it’s not good one single bit and it was my first time ordering from here I thought why not try it too. also that should be for rice and not even that u shouldn’t make it that that watery for rice as well I’d never seen that before So any chance you can do something about it or talk too whoever made this due to I shouldn’t really be paying that much money for what wasn’t made properly and wasting dhall. the name was on the order for delivery adil and delivered to Tipton could you please respond to this and we will take it from there. Thanks.

Forgot to ask for home delivery but delivered no problem. Also needed £20 note changing as my daughters tooth had come out, so needed some tooth fairy money. Spice fusion accommodated my request for change for my £20. Brilliant service 👌👌

Absolutely disgusting service tonight. I always order from them but tonight I ordered butterfly prawns in batter , I was constantly spitting out shell, I called them and they were totally unhelpful saying that they leave the tails on , it doesn’t state that in the menu, and they couldn’t argue that when challenged, they were very rude and totally unhelpful, I will never order from these people again . Completely rude and unhelpful

Not very hygienic I've seen them Pick chips from the floor and put them back in the bag. Chicken curry was to spicy we asked for mild wouldn't go there again

Just ordered biryani was disgusting.. not fresh ..the potatoes were off omg I feel sick I've thrown in the bin .. I want my money back pronto ....

Made an order it was wrong i complained then had the manager giving me a mouthful down the phone due to me complaining to the delivery company

Late delivery poor portions. Food quality gone down hill. When you complain you then get threatening phone calls off the boss

As always the food is lovely and very tasty could do with more meat on the mixed grill for the price but we all enjoyed it

Always get my curry from here .they always remember my order from last time .very polite good bunch of lads .generally very good food.foods on time delivery drivers great .hence why I always give the s couple of pound tip .

Whilst I appreciate the difficulties of delivery at the moment..I don't appreciate after waiting 30minutes over delivery time to be told it will be with me in 3 to 4 minutes only to take a further 35 minutes. Please don't lie to customers.

Always liked the food from here, hard to find nice Indian food in Dudley these days and spice fusion has never disappointed yet.

We use Spice Fusion quite regularly, ordered one New Years Eve, because of high demand we waited, which we didn't mind but because of slight discrepancy I phoned straight away to complain. We were offered another curry there and then, or a free curry on next order. Just phoned and they knew all about it and no questioned asked we've had our free curry. They were, and are always very polite, even asked if we wanted to order something else !!. Thank you Spice Fusion for sorting it out in a brilliant way with no hesitance whatsoever. We love their curries, we've only got to ask for a certain type or heat and it's done .

All I can say is people complaining, learn to cook! Never had a bad meal from spice fusion! friendly staff n always happy to help choosing food!

Fresh timely delivery of the best indian takeaway .mix grill and combination curry still experimenting with 2nd choice. Not on menu but have a lamb mushroom sag balti winner. Kemma nan nice and chips always bang on. Well done Abdul 👍

very basic curry house lack fresh flavours. pros : good value cons : too much oil , meat pieces are very small and not succulent, i seen twice more meat in a single curry than whats in a single curry here. I hope they take this into account as I am curry connoisseur and live local.

This has to be the worst Indian meal I have had the misfortune of having. The chicken Tikka masala and chicken balti were dreadful the sauces lacked any depth at all and each dish contained 6 pieces of cubed chicken breast that is clearly added to sauce to serve as the sauce was hot and the chicken cold. The special fried rice was dreadful too. The poppadoms were actually nice and fresh however.... the mint sauce lacked mint!! Not one bit of green and it tasted more like banana milkshake and the mango chutney managed to be just as runny as the mint sauce and was missing any texture or actually mango which has completely baffled me. I have recently moved to the area and made my first big mistake, just Because I’m in the land of the Curry house it doesn’t mean all can cook. I’ve had a better frozen value curry from heron foods, what a complete disappointment , gutted I had to give one star to allow me to warn others and in this case it show allow you to give -5

Complained about runny water on the plate so asked them to drain the water from rice much better food good service no problem fare play have more custom from me.

Ordered a takeaway from here last weekend, a chicken tikka masala stuffed naan and chips. Ordered over the phone and collected, took the food home to eat and upon tucking into my naan, I found a pen, an actual bic biro in my meal. I called the restaurant to explain to them what I had found and the guy didn't seem bothered and just asked 'well what do you want me to do'. I explained that I felt it was necessary to inform them of what I had found but he took no interest in offering an apology or a solution. This was a huge shame because we have used this takeaway a number of times and the food was always lovely but now I question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the attention to detail when preparing meals.

First time and last time I will be using this takeaway diabolical cheap ingredients didn't even taste like a balti and I have had lots spoilt the evening to be honest 🤮

First time we ordered from this place and both myself and partner get food poisoning. Staff not sympathetic on the phone and when asked to be put on to the manager his response was he isn’t in until the weekend.... today is Tuesday. Would complete avoid

Ordered. ..boiled rice was full of water. ...No taste ....mushroom omelette was burned.....chicken pakora potion was a joke only 5 small pieces ....smallest portion I have ever had ...Keema nan ...There was hardly any flavour might as well have ordered a plain ....only good thing was the chips

This Indian take away is amazing. I have something called king prawn garlic bahar. Never had it before but if you love king prawns and love garlic give it a try. All our other meals have been really tasty. Naans are good too. Always quick delivery and always piping hot.

We have a great night and always have an Indian meal. They do a special on a Wednesday and Friday 4 course meal. well worth the money and we have never had to complain. Always delivered hot.

This is takeaway only, not a restaurant. Used once before tonight's visit,we were not that impressed. Tonight however wow, what a meal. Our friends in local encouraged us to give the Sun/Wed special offer a try, what a surprise it turned out to be. 3 starters, 3 main course + Nan's + rice for what we'd normally pay for 3 main with rice. It's up to you how you use the special offer. We all really enjoyed our meals, so may well be trying there again very soon.

Good friendly service and a good venue for group bookings.

Visited with some work colleagues due to a recommendation. Our taxi driver couldn't find it, a passing bus driver couldn't help. Eventually google maps got us close enough to explore on foot. finally we spotted the sign, not illuminated! It didn't look great. The dirty staircase made us even more nervous but we decided to go in. What a great surprise, the interior is totally at odds with the exterior. Service was great, food was perfect. A great evening.

I love the food from here we order regularly and they even do proper chips and not fries haha. Delivery is always very quick and food very hot, delivery people are friendly too.

Were do i start with my order food was vile lamb pathia was like a bowl of grease meat in curry was like rubber plus chicken chaat on bread was full Of grease sin better dog food save ya money and go some were else best thing out the meal was the red dip and popadoms waste of 18 quid !!!!

Having passed this restaurant many times we finally decided to try it and we are so glad we did as it is a very good place to eat. Real Indian food served well and with friendly staff and reasonable prices, will be back very soon.

Delivery was quick and much earlier than expected. Food was delicious however, the naan breads weren't the ones we ordered and we didn't get given any salad or enough sauces to match the options we chose.

Food was nice, unfortunately food was delivered 20 minutes earlier then time selected. I understand it's approximate but 20 minutes is a bit silly when you've requested a time slot
