Should have read the reviews before coming here tbh, savaloy was freezing cold that got dashed straight out my window and fount an eyelash on my chips so they had to go in the bin absolute waste of money and service was appalling

they are not good service but the kebab is best but they are sometimes rude but baldy with the beard is cool

Generally never a problem, last one or two times I've been it has not been at the same level as before. I feel like the portions are reducing in size, which isn't the biggest issue but getting less for the same money is never great. Service overall hasn't been bad but last delivery came colder than we would ideally expect.

Chips were lovely. Fish greasy. Mushy peas dry as a bone - I had to add water and put in microwave.

Honestly. This is the best fish and chip shop in Dudley. Food is always fresh. I always buy the fish which is cooked to order and always quick with the deliveries. Kebabs are tasty too.

Has a neighbour I will always use this chip shop, the food is top rate and the ladies are lovely always smiling and willing to help amazing! The owner is a lovely gentleman sole of the community ❤️ all positive feedback. But there is a negative comment I need to place is the young lad not helpful very rude and appears disrespectful 🙄 to the customer

First time in this chippy, will not be my last. Crispy chips with fluffy potato inside and a great tasting chicken and mushroom pie. Well done you guys *****

ordered from justeat, portions are massive...large fish n chips with a sausage for a fiver..mental. food was tasty and delivered bang on time. superb.

Poor customer service and staff are very rude especially down he phone. the food has never been a problem but its a shame the staff was just as good as the food!

Average food, plenty of selection, and pretty quick. Great option if you avoid chit chat, as the staff don't tend to beat around the bush.

Moved local 2 years ago so tried all surrounding chippies and this and nemos are on par, the rest are just shocking tbh, stuck to this one purely as it's slightly closer, tried all range of their food and can't really fault it tbh, wait time when busy will be bit higher but that's most places so usually just collect, staff are quick no dilly dally, no small talk in and out which I personally prefer but others may not like fact there is minimal conversation, overall I will keep going and do recommended to others.

Ordered 3 pizzas didn't have no tomato puree on at all will not be ordering from here again wouldn't eat from here even if I got payed to.

They not bothered how long you wait for your food they more interested in getting orders out do not say hello or goodbye got no interest with people' so miserable staff never go there again

Cannot fault the food it was nice and cheap aswell. The biggest con was the delivery driver on the 5th september 2020 was scary and rude at the door.

I will never be lazy and order takeaway from here again. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Sausage was okay that why I give 2 stars but everything else was horrid. I don't recommend the chips, curry sauce or chicken burger from here.

Not long just been in, ordered chicken kebab burger and chips for £4, Meat was stone cold severed with off salad, and the chips was also stone cold and un eatable, woukd not recommend

Ordered our food over the phone. When the delivery man turned up he was charging an extra £3.50. As I work in a care home this food was for our residents so I called the chip shop to make sure the price was correct as it seemed to be to much. The man on the phone told us it was £20.. I told him the delivery man was charging them £23.50 and he told me to pass the phone to the delivery man and he rudely told me to hurry up as he had another call/delivery.. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and insulting especially seeing as it was their mistake and not ours. We will not be using this shop again!!!!!

First visit today and I must say absolutely beautiful, kebab in nan was perfect and the chips are beautiful. Highly recommend

3 OR MORE TIMES A WEEK IVE ORDERED FROM THIS CHIPPY !! FOR 2 YEARS !! ordered at 3.30pm food very quick by 4pm, I didn’t eat all the food and just checked the bag as other items was for family and left in cooker... I just noticed at 6pm there was a item missing a £1.50 piece of chicken and phoned the chippy... some IMMATURE SMALLMINDED IDIOT answered the phone accusing me of lying and would not accept or refund. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER !! IVE NEVER NEEDED TO COMPLAIN !! AND I DONT LIE !! hope that piece of chicken was worth losing a good local customer !!! silly man !!

Banging chippy 😍😍 Kebab meat is juicy & thinly sliced perfect how I like it. Battered/yellow chips everyday. My new fav chippy Keep up the good work guys 👍🏼 Ps can be a bit greasy but what chippy isn’t? If you don’t want grease I’d suggest you oven cook some smilies & fish fingers 😂
