The lady who served me was lovely, and its all down hill from there unfortunately this branch of this franchies has given me diarrhea two seperate and fairly far apart times, the first time I was actually being sick aswell, call me stupid for giving it another go but this was certainly my last time using this branch of the franchise, please improve your food safety and hygiene as it made me and my parenter ill!

All touch screen very hard to navigate unless your a regular no coke or normal Pepsi only sugar free which I find confusing as it’s not exactly healthy food unfriendly and slow

Absolutely shocking place to order a delivery from. Tonight's food was stone cold as the driver took another delivery else where first! It would be zero starts if it was an option! I won't be wasting my money on your service any longer!

I went inside to order as I don't go often and am not sure of the menu/ what comes in a meal etc. I looked at the menu for a while before a male server asked if I wanted him to take my order. I replied "yes please"as I don't like using the touch screens anywhere. I find them time consuming and prefer to deal with a human. The two touch screens were in use at this time and one person(who looked as if they would prefer a human to just take their order) was being guided through it by an employee. The male employee then told me that actually I had to use the touch screen( I think the female employee communicated this to him). I said that I didn't want to use the touch screen and some people do not like using them.The female employee then said "you've got to" 😂 No, actually I haven't. As KFC clearly didn't want my money and could do with some training in customer service(I work in this sector), I left and went and spent my money elsewhere, served by a human. I won't be back.

Multiple times given more bone then meat, had to wait 15 minutes to half an hour to be given the wrong order or give it with stuff missing. Manager don't care at all

Quick bite to eat as staying overnight nearby hotel will use again when in area

Excellent staff. Can't give enough credit to these guys for resolving issues. The first issue I've had since it's been open but it was resolved and I was reasonably compensated for the trouble. First class customer service

You'll pay for things you'll never receive, and they'll just fob you off for your refund instead of admitting the teenagers in the back have messed up

Took ages to be served our food due to deliveries taking priority. Upstairs was filthy! The tables were full of rubbish and not been wiped off.

Had popcorn chicken meals with peppermint crushums. All good and enjoyable.

I love a KFC now and again, so pop down to the local drive through. The food is great, service can be mixed; you've got to love that they only give you one knapkin 😃

I visited here on Saturday 20th july with 2 people with LD, we went to the counter for them to order their food and was told abruptly to order on the screen. I explained that the people I was with can verbally say what they require but can't use the screen. The lovely lady (not) shrugged her shoulders and again told me where to order, I then asked her what would she do if someone with a sight impairment came in and wanted to order? The answer I got was "blind" with a shrug of her shoulders again then walked away. I ordered the food for them then had to go to said lady to pay (cash) so basically she would take our money but not our order! We waited at the tills to pay for a while the lady looked across at us and carried on with whatever she was doing(nothing) until I had to say "excuse me we want to pay". When we sat down I noticed a man walk in, he walked up to the counter and verbally ordered his food from the same lady who refused to take my clients order. The whole experience took away my clients independence, caused anxiety having to wait around and didn't give an enjoyable visit for my clients. Horrendous place and staff member.

It used to be that KFC was more expensive than most ‘fast food’ because it was better quality. Not the case any more. Smaller portions, cold food and shocking presentation, for more money. My last time at KFC.

The worst KFC ever. Confusing ordering system. Confused staff. Messed up orders and bad food...avoid this place!

A cashier who found it difficult to understand basic English, had 3 pieces of chicken, the smallest pieces I have ever had, will not be going back, pathetic.

Came here a fews times and always got the wrong order then when I last went I got the worst food poisoning of my life. Coming out of both ends for days.

3rd time this week that they have said they do not have rice boxes because they havent cooked them this was at 10 they shut at 11 they have a whole hour where these should still be available definitely needs new management.

Just ordered something through uber eats, chips cold soggy, chichen soaked in oil, man not good at all. Though my son ordered a mighty bucket for 1, it came cold soaked in oil in a bag. 😡

No cards for the tables up stairs just put in a random number to order to table .food left all over the stairs and floor tables not cleaned off and got our order wrong .couldnt wait to get the kids out of there toilets upstairs full on young teens using foul language and throwing food .expensive meal that was wrong and a terrible time here

Service good. Food never seems to be very warm no matter if it's drive through or counter service. Although it is like this at several KFC establishments.

Delivery kept being delayed and when it arrived it was stone cold and inedible.

Went there Sunday to grab a quick bite to eat .....I was in there around 10 mins waiting to be served no one on front taking orders everyone just taking care of drive through and online orders totally ignored so walked to Macdonald's got food there within minutes ... Never again

Absolutely dreadful avoid all they care about is ubereats just eat etc as a walk in customer they won't serve you. Avoid avoid avoid 0/10 and it's dirty had to wipe my shoes on the way out

Very good,, not as cheap as it was in the past but fries are better.

I can only speak from my experience when taking food away it has always been cold when I got home .In fact I always have to ask for fresh warm chips even before I get the food. Seems they cook to many in advanced . Containers are just thin paper bags. Also on the occasions I have been in here there has never been many people in there and whilst its supposed to be customers putting remnants of food in the bin it would be nice to see staff cleaning the tables when needed . Still needs tables cleaning more often. Choice (take home = cold ) ( eat in = dirty tables )

Dropped in for a quick take out tea, food was piping hot and delicious when we got home. Service was fine and able to use app in store to order.

Got my order wrong , I asked for 2 mini fillet strips and I got 2 chicken legs and to make it worst the cashier had just thrown my changed into the bag with the chicken that was not in seperate bag so it was touching the actual chicken , disgusting

Can’t pack a basic Uber eats order

This used to be amazing for the hot wings but the past 3x Iv been were awful. Cashier in own clothes, getting orders wrong, food dashed in the bag spilling out. When told twice they just ignored the comment. The food doesn’t even come in the correct packaging. The hot wings are now either overcooked or just old. I’m disappointed because this is my local, I’ll have to switch to McDonald’s begrudgingly. One month later… I returned and it was the same lady serving but now in a uniform. It’s a shame she was having multiple conversations on the intercom while taking my order. She nearly gave me beans instead of gravy AGAIN. Food was really bad this time, it must be so old. One of my chips was rotten - see photos.

Somehow managed to order the wrong thing at the drive through, wouldn't of been an issue to sort as the food order would of been the same just an upgrade and to add a bottle of drink, but the women refused to deal with it, instead she walked away shouting. Another guy walked to the window was very rude and confrontational and we were told to get on with it or go as we were holding everyone up (there was nobody behind us waiting) told them to leave it and drove away. There is no need for staff to be so rude over a genuine mistake.

When we go through the drive-thru, they always forget to put something in with our order! Usually it's the gravy. So be sure to check your order when you get it, don't make the same mistake that we did, otherwise you will always get your order home and have something missing. Finger Lickin Good Chicken (if they put any in with your order)

Nice enough KFC. Bit odd that you can't order to your table through the app as the tables don't have numbers on them...

Called to ask if I could swap a side out as wouldn’t let me on Just Eat. They told me yes, and to call back with the order number, placed order and tried to call back. However the line was busy for 30 minutes and the order was sent with the sides we didn’t want. Unhappy.

We payed as normal at any drive through. Checking all the meals were there. Drove away on a long journey and realised there were hardly any chips in each box meal and hardly any popcorn chicken in the boxes. Literally paying for 3 meals was really only one and a half meals combined. KFC must be making a fortune doing this. As we were drive through can’t rate the atmosphere.

Always happy with this KFC. I travel past my closest KFC to use this one. The chicken in the buckets seems bigger & better.

Well done to those at kfc who celebrated Pride by wearing their own shirts and decorated the store. It is welcoming to those in the LGBTQ+ community. Don't listen to the haters guys, keep up the great work x

Been here tonight awful service the manager was very rude I don't even know how his a manager sure his name was fsial shouting at people food missing for me then to be called a liar food tasted like it had been sat around all-day very hard and dry. Never had a problem like this before. Will not be returning.

We had food today after school and had a food poisoning. Chips was been soggy and not cooking properly, not recommend. We are not coming back again.

The cashier in KFC was very rude and didn't treat the customers very nicely. Due to bad customer service I have been put off buying from there. The cashier also touched the food and left it all open. I hope you can do something to stop this kind if behaviour

40 min wait ,all delivery and drive thou got presidence

Cold old food, about 4 chips in the bag and the wrap had none of the ingredients except cold chicken that had sat around all day. Given them too many chances, not worth the money. How they are still in business I'm not sure

Staff are so friendly here. I'm not usually a huge KFC fan but the staff are so nice. The one lady was really good with my daughter making her visit special.

This Kfc is very hit and miss one week it’ll be great nice fresh hot food, other times the chicken tastes like it’s sat in the hot holder for a while. Also the last few times they never put in the sauces which are paid for!

Called in last week to get offer ie 10 peaces of chicken + drink & chips nice staff the lady was very helpful the down side our chicken was just worm chips were cold how disappointing will be there next week just hope food is hot otherwise we're done.

Just your standard inconsistent KFC...is it thick gravy or runny gravy...will there be forks? Will the chicken dripping or is it dry?Will they give you any napkins or about 20 salts instead?...guess that's what they mean by finger licking...

I asked for a substitution on a bucket meal (spicy food doesn't agree with me). However, KFC's procedure doesn't allow for this. Everyone was polite enough, but the manager seems to have been told that his stock allocation (two pieces of fillet chicken!) is more important than making a sale. Telling me to choose something else, at greater cost, I might add, isn't good customer service. I expect the response will be something along the lines of 'this is our procedure'. Not interested. How about a procedure of 'let's make reasonable adjustments to help customers'? Unlikely, I imagine.

Food was nice, smallest hot wings, fries and drumstick I’ve ever seen though.

EVERY TIME I have ordered from here my order has been wrong. Now we don’t order and go through the drive through and double checked the bag and seemed fine. Got home and it was wrong again! No burger just chicken and chips. How hard is it really?!

One question, how hard is it to get a KFC order correct? Can’t read a screen and complete a simple task? Then you’re a perfect candidate to work at Stourbridge KFC. Absolute terrible service. Needs a complete staff overhaul.
