Finesse Desserts in Dudley

Got the banana sundae and lotus milkshake. Both incredible. The milkshake is very thick, almost like a dessert more than a drink. A real gem in dudley, much nicer than anything up the high street. I can't believe there isn't more people in! Also extremely clean and lovely music that fits the interior vibe.

This place was not the best Waffle was very hard Took ages to bring desserts out Looks like they more concerned about deliveries. Mint ice cream was very dry or out of date. Staff was not much help. Not coming back. 2 out 10 from me.

I recently visited Finesse Desserts in Dudley (07/03/25) and unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. While browsing, I noticed a dead fly in the fridge where the ice creams were being stored (the one in the front on display) which was quite off-putting. Before I could even take a picture to show what I had found, the lady, who was wearing glasses, asked me to leave. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and cleanliness at Finesse Desserts, and I won’t be returning in the future. The lack of customer care and attention to hygiene really let down what could have been a pleasant experience.

I wouldn’t order the “ viral Dubai strawberry’s and kunafa” as you just get a tub of strawberry’s with next to no pistachio kunafa in it at all.

Terrible service Order on just eat the driver delivered somewhere else didn’t receive my order called and went to shop said couldn’t do anything about it can’t give order from the shop that it’s just eat problem and then backing up the driver who was in fault

Waffle was stone cold when it arrived 10 minutes late

Ice cream was melted, things missing off the order. Driver was over an hour late. Tried messaging and calling the shop but nothing. Was very disappointed won’t be ordering again

Tried lots of their desserts. The aeromint waffle and vanilla ice cream really nice and present well. My daughter like the rainbow cake was delicious My partner and I have tried most of the ice sundaes as well. Really worth a visit. Would be nice if they opened during the day staff very friendly will definitely visit it again

food was OK. a little cold but it had to come 3.5 miles,, just didn't seem very much for the money, was ok tasting but used this place as our regular place was closed today. had a waffle which was a bit dry, sticky toffee pudding tasted ok but had a funny texture and kids jelly came in cubes in a pot which my daughter enjoyed, although there wasn't much flavour to it. overall it was just a bit underwhelming for £23 for 3 desserts just wanted a bit more either quality or quantity.

Food was abit cold but still edible will deffo order again

The meal was delicious, however, the cookie dough was less than ½ inch thick, which was disappointing. Considering the price, I had anticipated a more substantial amount of cookie dough.

Cookie dough was burnt so was a abit disappointed but the waffle and cheesecake were nice 👍🏽

The food was pretty good and arrived much much faster than I expected. I had the chocolate covered strawberries which were great, good sized portion. I also got the apple crumble - this was nice but I feel custard would be better than white chocolate.

Made an order this evening, 1 item missing. Phoned shop and explained. Wouldn't send the missing item and kept on blaming uber. Passed to manager (not) asked me to collect it but couldnt send another uber driver. Really poor service, didn't care, no waffle no apology no nothin, i'd like to think i'm reasonable person just wanted food. Didn't happen. Give this place a swerve.

Very disappointed to see they have changed the size of the sauce pots! They are much, much smaller than originally but still charging the same price. If I'd have known I wouldn't have bothered as there is hardly anything in there for what you pay. Shame really as this used to generally be a nice place, although delivery always takes forever and some items are missing elements in the description. Eg: advertising sundae with pecan nuts but none found etc. This is a recurring problem I've had

ordered 2 passion fruit mocktails they give us orange juice mix with mashed strawberries. Very bad taste. and i orders 2 donuts. Bad taste very hard donuts. its taste like asda donuts.

Ordered concrete cake and custard. The concrete cake had chocolate sauce drizzled on which made it too chocolatey, I asked for more custard to help reduce the chocolate taste and they told me I’d have to pay for extra custard. The concrete cake was too hard to cut with a spoon so I had to bite into it. The menu is the most expensive I’ve seen so far too especially the waffles.

The dessert was beautiful but not enough sauce, if there was more sauce it would of been perfect as the waffle became dry and the jam flack tart had hardly any custard 😪

Absolutely awful. Dessert was late. Called shop and said I could see it said being delivered yet it was very late. I explained it had been in the car so long the ice cream might be melted, and the waffle cold. I was told the driver is a private driver so they told me they couldn’t and I couldn’t see location see the location. The driver phoned me in a very bad mood stating he couldn’t find my address, The desserts arrived and the ice cream was runny, waffle and cookie dough cold. Awful service.

Ordered 2 waffles and milkshake over an hour before showing up on the map to Track rider Ryder was parked up for 10 minutes before decided he was going to Phone One hour and 30 minutes later the rider turned up milkshake leaked all over the waffles and all in his bag told him to return. It tried to call the shop they sent to return it and then claim back through Uber. The rider stated that the food has been delivered, won’t refund and the shop very ignorant and unhelpful won’t be ordering from them again
