This was okay actually it was better than we thort it would be . The kids loved the salad bar - nieces and nephews that is . Try the rosstierie chicken

Efficient and very pleasant welcome and service provided by Lucy. Food and drinks served promptly. Breakfast menu so recommend the eggs Benedict.

Very easy booking process, arrived and seated quickly. Tania is very attentive and always has a smile on her face. Did go up to the salad bar which was empty however aswell as waiting tables Tania noticed that the bar needed restocking and started to restock this straight away. I have been served by Tania a few times and she always goes above and beyond and should be recognised for this. Men’s toilets were out of service and women’s toilets were looking a bit run down. Food was nice and we came when 40% off was running however if I paid full price I think the food is not really up to par for the prices being charged.

Lovely healthy meal - salads amazing! & Maggie the waitress was great! She has worked for them for over 35 years! Recommend the simply chicken if you are watching calories with a jacket potato :)

We had a really pleasant experience the food was really good served by Lucy who was extremely pleasant and helpful and an asset to the business we normally go to kingswinford but have recently not enjoyed it there the whole experience tonight was so much better thank you

I visited the Foxhunt with a friend and booked a table for the garden as it was a nice day. Arrived and advised the lady we would like to sit outside, she told us she would get some menus and she would be back in a moment. She never came back so we ended up ordering food on the app. Food arrived, was ok but cold. Salad bar was virtually run dry of most items, needed replenishment. After eating, we then had to move the plates ourselves,not a problem but would have expected a member of staff to check on us at some stage throughout our visit. In summary, ok but wouldn't rush to return.

Lizzie attended to all of our specific dietary requirements and was so helpful and hospitable - if you go ask for lizzie !

Well the meals are nice but we mostly come to the Foxhunt because the staff are fab.Two people are great ,Shell and Sofie,Sofie you are an angel.I have disc problems in my lower back and because of you finding me a soft seat in the booths I will keep coming back....3 times in one week..This reason alone is because of your kindness..thank you.

Booked a table for a special treat for my wife and i .and yes it was very busy understanding the wait I ordered a steak and wanted medium well.cooked.I said please no bloody meat.it came virtually raw..sent it back and waitress came back with the same plate with the steak removed but the rest of the food on the plate with blood on it from the steak I was gobsmacked that's bad .she took it away and said the chef would cook me a fresh meal. And when that arrived it was just as bad omg I thought and eventually after 3 times it was OK but at that time I was so disappointed I didn't eat it .never go there again.yuk..

Had the pleasure of been served by tasha lovely service she really went above and beyond for us and our two autistic children from finding us a quiet booth and also picking up toys and interacting with the kids a real credit to the company amazing food and atmosphere

Very disappointed, on arrival we asked by Amy if me and my dad had any dietary requirements which we stressed yes we do as we have had bariatric surgery and proceeded to show our cards as proof. Amy then took our order and placed two salad bowls on our table where we went and put a small amount of salad in our bowls due to our requirements. Our meal was then brought to the table and by surprise we was told by Sarah that we would have to pay for the extra bowl of salad As it is only one bowl of salad per main meal I then explained I did not ask for two bowls It was Amiee who gave them to us and that I would not be paying for for an extra salad as we did not order it Therefore from the word go this was the staffs mistake, Sarah then proceeded to debate with myself and cause a scene in the middle of the restaurant making me and my father feel very belittled and discriminated against then the manager by the name of Laura was shipped in Who came over to our table with a disgusting attitude Who asked what is the problem where I digress my issue she proceeded to explain that in the company policy it says only one bowl of salad per my meal which I agreed with and proceeded to explain I did not request for a second bowl, oh then said to Laura you can take this bowl of salad away as we have not touched it as I will not be paying an extra charge for a bowl of salad I did not request. The manager Laura could not show me on the harvester menu where it stressed said policy and procedure and I proceeded to explain how I felt very discriminated against and would not be returning again. After all of this animosity and embarrassment within the middle of the restaurant caused by Laura and Sarah Put both Me and my dad off our meal and we left very disappointed and discriminated against and will not be returning. It would have been nice to have some courtesy and understanding of our dietary needs.

The food is always really good. Staff are friendly and approachable.

My Wife and I visited here on Friday 21st June. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Starter was nice. Dessert was nice. I had the Haddock and chips for my main, but the Haddock was over done and was dry and a bit hard at the edges (so I left most of it) and it wasn't really chips. It was more like slightly thicker fries. I didn't complain as it was our first outing without the kids, so I didn't want to ruin it for the wife by complaining. Our waitress was Lucy. She was lovely. I would try Foxhunt again in the future. But would more than likely have a different meal. Edit - 06/07/2024 -. My wife and I returned yesterday (And I ordered a different meal) and all was good. We had a lovely time and meals. Lizzie was our waitress and she too was lovely. The whole staff are. It's nice to see how they are with the older generation. It goes far in my books.

Went for a lovely meal on Sunday really good portion was my second time visiting defo recommend a really good Harvester the salad bar is also very yummy too. Burgers are massive I had to take the onion rings out the peri sauce is lovely. Good customer service really enjoyed our meal it was a group of 4

Come to the foxhunt regularly for breakfast. Never disappointed, good value and always good food. Sarah, Sophie and Maggie are always very friendly and accommodating!

We visited the harvester the other day for my nan and my mom's birthday..we all ordered from the lunch time menu and couldn't believe what good value for money it was Maggie our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly and made our afternoon special by bringing a cake out for my mom, eggs a credit to your team

Service for breakfast is much too slow, slow to take your order, have to keep asking for coffee. Food is good, spoilt by the service, perhaps not enough staff?

Steak and gammon was full of fat, chips were cold like they had been took of the last person's plate, ribs were really dry ,

We were taken there by our Son and Daughter in Law for an evening meal. What a fabulous establishment. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My wife wasn't too pleased with the fish and chips, but she didn't want to make a fuss, and eat it. The service and the Staff were brilliant.

So I'm gnna give this a 5 star.. because Sophie saved it. Up on arrival it was busy. And I stood and waited for a few minutes till sophie greeted with a smile!! She was polite and happy. . She was brilliant. Food was sound. What I didn't appreciate is the way the chefs behind the counter used there voices in a demanding way to get food out when clearly it's understaffed and the girls are running ragged? ... if the food is that important. Serve it yah self.... Either way me and the daughter enjoyed it. Sophie is a credit.

We came for breakfast just after opening on a Sunday. We were served promptly and the breakfasts were great (one veggie, one classic). Lucy is by far the best server at the Foxhunt. She’s super friendly and very efficient - she never stands still! We know if we see Lucy we’re going to have a great experience.

The service at the Foxhunt was just amazing, the staff were very friendly and had a good laugh with. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm We didn't have to wait to be seated even on the busy evenings it was. The range of choices on the menu was plentiful and the prices were cheap and cheerful. The quality of the food was gorgeous, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. I will definitely would recommend this place for an amazing meal out 10/10

It’s been a good few years since I’ve been to a Harvester. This was a spur of the moment visit. The system of ordering and paying for our food had almost escaped my memory but an extremely helpful man at the bar (Rory) helped me through it all. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. Full marks to Rory and well done to Harvester team.
