The food was late and when finally delivered, our hungry bellies could take no more, our delicious meal arrived and the order was completely wrong! we are left sad, miserable and still hungry. we ordered all meat products and received a vegan meal deal. Still marvin'

Had a great time. The person serving us, told us what offers are on and when we was ordering told us which offer was best for the order. So helpful. The place was clean. The salad look and taste fresh.

In my opinion I don’t think Pizza Hut will be around much longer. Feels like another TGI. Lack of service is now normal? Shown to a seat and told to order via QR code. If we’re coming to a restaurant we want the interaction and having a server attend to us. I haven’t been to this restaurant in over 5 years and my had it changed. For one, very expensive for what it is, myself and a 2 year old. Over £40. Since when was pasta removed from salad bar? Handmade pizza looked like it could have been frozen. Extortionate priced sides. Forcing you towards “‘meal deals” This chain just feels like it’s slowly dying. It’s a real shame.

I ordered a Pizza Supreme with triple cheese and a dry pizza with a little cheese was brought to me. Tasteless pizza and full of parmesan so it doesn't stick, that parmesan is very annoying and unpleasant to taste. So expensive and so unpleasant, that whip pizza is not worth ten pounds, especially the 30 I paid. Never come back again, Disgusting 👎

No ice, no salad, no refillable drinks available, the is honestly the worst pizza hut I've been to.

Pizza was good as you would expect. Salad bar passable but harvester better and some of the sweetcorn was past it's best. Service was fine but complicated by needing to check the 4 'deals' before ordering

Haven’t been here for some time as I feel Pizza Hut has got rather expensive now, but buffet is still quite reasonable for what’s included. The sides however are still priced as normal and this is where my issue laid today, most people may think my issue is a trivial one, but I think when you spend £4.99 on 4 slices of garlic bread with cheese it’s fair to expect a certain quality and at least a covering of cheese. My total bill was over £75 for 3 adults and one 2 year old, now for the most part the food was okay, but unfortunately the best parts, the sides, which are the most expensive, just didn’t come up to par as they usually do. The garlic cheese slices were over cooked, very dry, quite hard and extremely lacking of cheese, which you do pay extra for. Now for reference, photo 4 was taken from another order so as you can see, I did feel a little robbed ☹️ But apart from the above the rest of the meal was okay, so we still had a good afternoon and an okay meal. Just try and do a little better on the expensive sides please Pizza Hut 👍

Card only, order and pay via app, the only time I saw a member of staff was when my food was brought to the table. Food was ok. No atmosphere. That's not a restaurant, it's a self service canteen

I really can't comment on the food as I don't eat pizza, the friends I was with said the food was good service was excellent.

Been here once a month every month, and genuinely never had an issue. Staff are great, they sort the ice cream machine and the drinks dispenser when we ask. We keep going back. Very reliable team and foods amazing.

I was very disappointed that when a friend of mine and myself went to eat here, we waited to get seated and then told it was CARD ONLY! I feel very strongly about this as it takes away a person's human rights to choose how they want to pay, it should be done to the individual whether they want to pay cash or card, no establishment should be able to force people to ONLY PAY BY CARD! I feel that people are being forced into a cashless society when a lot of people do actually rely on cash when the crisis of living is even worse at the moment and people need to budget. DON'T LET PLACES DICTATE WHAT WE CAN OR CAN'T DO!!!!!

Food is lovely and great service

Buffet worked really well and seated right next to it so getting up and going to the buffet we could keep our eye on the children without any issues of not being able to see them.

Our food was cold, we only live 10 mins max from the restaurant our food shouldn’t be getting delivered cold to the point where we have to heat it up again in the oven this isn’t the service that we pay for. I wont be using this service again as this isn't the first time this has happened

We were given a nice quiet table which is what we wanted,cutlery and tissues on the table so didnt have to ask for it,its pricey for what it is as how much pizza can u have, service was good no issues the price let me down

I like Mobile ordering. I can do it in my own time and its easy. The food was nice and hot, the waiters checked up on regularly, and I liked how we were given to the option to eat dessert in or takeaway. We took away as the kids were getting restless - loved that.

Food was nearly an hour late, it’s freezing cold

Me and my partner visited here for a little date night. As we waited to be seated, my partner advised that we had a voucher card as soon as we were seated. A member of staff came over and took the voucher off our bill before we'd even decided what we were eating. When we did order, we had to pay the rest of the bill straight away. We felt like criminals. Is this common practise here? I've never experienced this before! After ordering, we realised we hadn't been offered drinks, so we had to head to the front to ask for drinks. We weren't told about the salad bar being included with the pizza, so we headed up to get a salad it must have been out all day. Everything looked inedible and not nice. So at this point the restaurant was empty and only us in there when we came back from the salad bar someone was sitting right next to us and our food was on the table. If I go out for dinner, I'd like to be able to talk, but the music was that loud. I couldn't hear my partner speaking to me. My pizza was doughy and not cooked. The night just got worse. While eating, we felt uneasy like we were putting the staff out by being there. While eating a member of staff tried to take our food, we had to say we were still eating. A table full of food? I've never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment in all my life. Never would I return to this restaurant, and I wouldn't ever visit Pizza Hut again. I'm not sure if this place has problems with customers walking out before paying, but still, maybe don't make paying customers feel like criminals. While I'm eating, also i don't want to see someone sweeping and moping, making me think you're closing, and again, I need to rush. It's not hygienic either. Also, staff had bad attitudes.

WHERE DO I START! :( one of the work staff called me some very offensive slurs i have dwarfism and i heard a worker shout " get this stubby midget a pepperoni pizza" if that wasn't enough the kids on the table next to me where eating pizza with there hands :o and i had to request cutlery which is absolutely troglodytic never coming back to dudley

Delicious food and good variety. Great staff very welcoming. Good deals on menu. Salad bar well stocked and clean. Kids loved the unlimited drinks station. We normally go to Merry hill branch but prefer this one now, much better!

Was very busy but it was the school Easter break got seated very quickly though considering We had the buffet 10.99 before 3pm we could of had the 15.99 that includes ice cream Drinks was extra Salad bar was nice I tried the pasta cheese peas and broccoli was ok but flour hadn't been cooked out enough could still taste it. Lots of different types of pizza I found the best one was the goats cheese and balsamic very good No cash payments only card order at the table and pay with code Over all it was nice I would go again

Unfortunately over priced food, you have to order by scanning a qvr code at the table so little service and not much of an atmosphere, won't be going back.

Me and a friend dined this evening and we was seated very quickly despite it being a good Friday. Salad from from salad bar was nice and fresh. The pizza we had ordered arrived quicker than expected and it was very nice. Drinks also arrived very quick. Waitress and waiter's this evening was on top form and they are a credit to this restaurant! Thankyou for a pleasant evening 😊

Went in to this pizza hut and was extremely hungry sadly it was card only sadly I only deal with cash what is wrong with places like this card only all the time you're offering legal tender and they refuse it there should be a law to make them accept cash

Went for the buffet at around 2ish. Paid the full whack for ice cream and a drink. To my dismay their was a man on another table who didn’t appear to have paid for his ice cream due to the fact he was eating ice cream out of a white bowl(not red) with a fork(not spoon). Why should I pay extra for the ice cream if the staff can’t even be bothered to challenge someone who clearly is breaking the rules if not law(ice cream thief)?

Came for a family birthday ended having to walk out before even ordering. Extremely rude service seated us right next to the door we asked for another table was told that they couldn't seat us any where else even tho there were loads of tables free. I found Chelsea to be extremely rude and wasn't helpful in the slightest! Won't be returning.

Ate here for daughter's 14th birthday party with her friends. Staff were extremely accommodating with seating and sat us parents near (but not too near!) The food was great, piping hot - spot on with orders and salad bar was lovely. Staff went above and beyond, was completely blown away by the one man's service and attentiveness (gutted we didn't get his name!) We're so grateful and it made our day - thank you!

I suppose you get what you pay for and it's a lot of money deducted from your bank account. They don't accept CASH. Also you have to pay your bill before even getting your order. What is the world coming to. I actually think the quality of the place is very good and something I don't mind splashing out on now and again. I guess I'm old fashioned and think it should be different. I recommend it to those treating themselves and with deep pockets.

Been there family lunch nice and cozy atmosphere. A little bit pricey for buffet but food was amazing unlimited drinks and salad. Lot of varriety at salad bar and a little ice cream factory on the side. Overall nice experience

Haven't been for a while and since then the prices have gone up massively. £32 for a large pizza?!?! Sorry, that's a joke.

We visited here last week for our Xmas team meal at work. It was quiet as there was only us and another table in there. The staff were helpful and chose the best deal for us as we ordered quite a lot of pizza. The buffet had just been cooked and was fresh. We had a good laugh and chat.

App showed it took an hour to prepare our order and it arrived cold. Won't be ordering from here again.

The seating accommodated everyone. The staff were all polite and on hand to help with whatever you needed. The food was a great price and full of flavour. Couldn't think of anything bad to say about our experience.

Not sure why they don't accept cash here it's very odd , I saw 2 people walk away cause they wanted to pay cash .

Came and treated ourselves to a night out and some pizza. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. App order was quick and easy. The Salad bar was quick and convenient and tasty, and the drinks machine was quick and all working which was good. Food came out lovely and hot and was tasty, however the waitress said "I forgot what this one is called" to which I replied "Meat feast?" And she put the pizza down and walked off. Not knowing the menu reflects bad on the staff however could've just been tired/new. Staff were also standing round and talking managers included because it wasn't busy, which also reflected bad and looked bad. If it isn't busy stuff could've been found to do like wiping menus and re-wiping tables and cutlery etc..... The fact that managers were standing round talking too looked bad and they all looked kind of bored. We had a desert between us (cookie and ice cream) which was underwhelming for us. With the price paid we expected more and it also took ages to come out which certainly didn't reflect the restaurant's business. Overall was ok which is why I gave 3 stars but given how expensive the place has become and the experience we had not sure if we would come back.

The pizza last night was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. Pizza looked uncooked, it was very dry, barely any tomato base, the meat was cold. The Pizza Hut bosses should send in a secret customer as this place lets the name down. The service staff were friendly enough though, can’t fault the service.

Very quite and salad bar is good pizza buffet not that impressive. I do think they should have more options and better taste. Price wise is okay. Staff are very friendly.

I called Pizza hut as the up to date tracking was just on the same thing for over an hour. They said at 19:26 the drive had been handed the food over an hour ago. The pizza hut its self is 15 minutes away absolute tops. The food is borderline cold, clearly hasnt only done a 15 minute drive or it would still be hot the heat bags are there to do that, it was a birthday meal and quite frankly its been spoilt, Either find out who is at fault and proceed accordingly because when you order food £30+ and pay for delivery you expect an alright service atleast.

Great visit. Wednesday afternoon and we were served promptly. Staff were helpful and provided extra help for a friend with special dietary needs.

I enjoyed the experience, staff were very polite and attentive. Drinks, meal and dessert all arrived quickly even with it being busy in there, furthermore all the food was cooked to a high quality standard and looked delicious.

Kids meal is good value for money. Location is good. Seating and space is good. Number of waiters per table is good. Service by waiting staff was excellent, all very happy and attentive. Other food is a bit expensive for what it is and they are a bit tight with their cheese. Much cheaper to take out and use vouchers if you want Pizza Hut pizza. Salad doesn’t have pasta anymore. The staff really impressed me on this visit though. Really well done.

A nice quite place with comfy seats, it's big enough to find a corner where no one will disturb you. Food was nice and fresh. Salad was fresh and crispy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you for your hospitality, we shall be back. Jan

Not happy at all!! How can you do that with customers! My little ones extremely hungry ordered pizza and fries vegetarian. But sent us totally different order I need my refund or the order I’ve ordered!! Not the one I haven’t ordered!!all in the bin!! Shame will never order again!

I will never order another thing from here because what I’ve just been sent is fit for the bin- cold chicken and a cold floppy pizza with 2 - 3 topping bits floating on some dry base. I’m furious- I wanted a nice treat for my family and I may as well have burnt the £40 I would have had more enjoyment from it.
