Britannia Pizza in Dudley

Regularly order from here for collection. The Fish and Chips is delicious and the best in Tipton in my opinion. I highly recommend. Chips are soft and really tasty. Sometimes I order the Lamb Donner with Chips and this is also my go to place for that. Recently been ordering regular size pizza to go with my main order and Its tasty and perfect as a side.. Just note they only accept Cash , no card. Can't speak for any other items on the menu. Just stick to this. They have easy parking outside too which is a plus.

Genuinely disappointed by Britannia used to be a really nice chip shop a couple of years back. I brought x6 chicken and chips with a separate donner and chips the other day which was pretty expensive. The issue was the chicken was old (you know when it gets really stale and dry) and the portion of chips was quite small; a shame the quality of the food has gone down over the years; or perhaps I just went on a wrong day 😞

Turned up to order fish and chips. I noticed my order was basically ignored as taxi drivers were getting their orders and were coming in after me and getting served first. I wonder why (hmmmm). Fish was big, but lots of skin and bone. It was almost like a pike, not haddock or cod. No curry sauce or gravy available. No flavour to the food and food quality was cheap. No credit cards accepted, only cash. Britannia died 20yrs ago. Avoid like the plague and use Sofi’s in Dudley.

The best chicken doner in the nan ever its so juicy and fresh every time we have it from there the naan is freshly made and the chicken doner meat is juicy and fresh. Hands down the best chicken doner in naan. 5 🌟

I spent £20 and 45 minutes on a regular pizza and a bit of chicken and fish. The pizza was not even cooked properly in the 45 minutes and the food was missing and bland in taste.

Where do I begin? Hands down the best in Tipton, by a long shot. The large Cod fish was perfectly cooked to order—moist inside while crispy batter on the outside. The Southern fried chicken was absolutely delicious, cant be beaten for sure! and the Mexican pizzas were shockingly fantastic as well. This traditional chip-shops chips is underrated. HELP! I find myself needing to resist the temptation almost every other day now!

regular here for years but recently fell off. Others have also told me food is not the same anymore. Chips are either very hard or undercooked. They are very tight with the chilli sauce. Like I go home open my food and notice it has a dot of sauce, if they had put the sauce on in front of me I would have even paid for a tub!

These are very rude people, every time I have visited their shop, they responded with very rudeness and three to four times I ordered, when I checked it at home, the order was not fulfilled every time. And twice, hair came out of his pizza, And none of their use gloves on hands This is the dirtiest takeaway in Deadly

Decent food nothing special but quite cheap. Check price charged is correct though especially for bigger orders as prone to mistakes.

Never use this place ever again .. numerous times now getting order wrong, charging you for food which you did not order.. and then argue that they made no mistake.. sorry but this place is a disgrace .. no customer service very rude staff.. well won't be using these guys no more.

Great value and tasty pizzas and chips

Gave me the wrong pizza. Asked for vegetarian hot, gave me a bland pizza with mushroom onion and peppers on there only. It tastes wet. Not great.

Been here once live in the area so thought I would try it food is disgusting 🤢.the place is extremely dirty and the customer service is just as bad . I won't be going back and recommend that people do not go here as you will end up with food poisoning the place needs shutting down.

Fish and chips wow the cod fish is crunchy and soft in the inside. The best of the best. The donner meat needs improvement the texture of the donner is too soft it does not taste the best would be better if their is inside seating for the customers

Chicken and mushroom pie was rock solid, even parts of the filling were solid, the chicken was incredibly dry, the batter on the roe was like it has been sat there for hours, the roe itself was over cooked, the battered sausage again is like it’s been sat there for hours, the only thing I can say I enjoyed was the chips

The food is great, they do all sorts of bargers, lamb doner, chicken in naan, lamb in naan l, mix lamb doner, fish and chips , so on . But they take only cash only

Possibly the worst burger have ever had! The burger it was incredibly chewy! I don’t know how you can make a burger taste so chewy? Also, the weight time was incredibly long. I would never return to here again.

This place doesn't give two hoots about customer service, 4-5 lads/men dancing around each other behind counter with miserable faces. They don't greet customers just give you a strange look when you walk in. It seems they are blessed with business and take customers for granted. I waited 20mins before I was acknowledged and order taken then another 15mins before it was received. The food was OK but the culture behind the counter seems rotten young lads with grade 1 hair cuts with miserable gangster like demeanour. They need to be a bit more respectful to their customers.

Went here last night, would never return or recommend to anyone! Firstly they do not write orders down so they get your order wrong, we ordered stuffed crust as that’s the only part my child eats when he called my partner to grab the pizza he realised after he’d cooked everything that he’d forgotten the stuffed crust after my partner repeated himself to ensure he got his point across about the stuffed crust. They try and serve you cold food also. Lucky we went in and ordered and took it straight back in when we realised it was cold. The chicken strippers is literally a fillet of chicken that they cut up into strips? they don’t do normal cheesy garlic bread only pizza version. It all tasted and smelt vile, the whole order went in the bin!!

Got told about britannia at mosque...and how good the food was... definitely did not disappoint have been going every fortnight now Tuesdays and Thursdays best pizza around... the chicken wings are delicious and melt in your mouth... the burgers 100-percent on point... the Doner kebab is amazing...chips proper tasty... so far so good from what I've had off the menu definitely recommend if you want the best pizza and best food in Dudley

Ate from here a few times, polystyrene trays which come with the food sometimes have words burnt into them which I imagine the staff do when they’re bored and then put it back into the pile of trays. Staff clothes often dirty. Whenever I’ve seen a young female in there, the guys behind the counter literally stare at them creepily until they leave. Walked in the shop and they were playing fighting throwing chips at each other, haven’t been since.

We normally have chips which are tasty. 1st time we have pizza very tasty.

Britannia is an original shop which you can get good food from. I used to go a lot more a few years ago but I stopped on takeaways but went recently and food quality is still the same. Top quality food always consistent.

I ordered food for my kids, got the order mixed up, ordered 4 roes with 2 fish and chips came home and saw they gave me 4 scallops instead, called them up and explained was told I can go back now or tomorrow and they'll sort it out, it was 10.30pm I went back because my kids were craving roes... I went back with the scallops and the old man on the counter took them them off me and told me to pay for the roes in a rude manner. I am a regular there aswell, and I told him I already paid but he was adamant that I didn't so i paid him more and got the roes. I told him is this what you call customer service, and that I don't live down the road from you I had to come all the way back for the order you messed up. Have been a customer there for years the young blokes that work there are fine, it's just that old man needs to learn some customer service.

Excellent food, especially the piri piri, chicken ask for the hot it's a winner, ask to have the sauce on the chicken rather than having separate pots, marinades perfectly when taken for a take away. Lovely traditional chips, nice one lads.

I very rundown establishment, the car hand wash outside the main entrance makes your visit aquatic and boggy. After shrugging your self off from the car wash debris, you enter inwards. Lying on the floor your highly likely to tread on a drunk , if not slip over from the wet floor hitting your head in the process. As I went to place my order the guy serving couldn’t understand English. So I decided to go to McDonald’s Donald’s
