Ordered a buy 1 get 1 free pizza for the family and they were awful! 1) It's was too greasy and literally dripping with oil. 2) Barely any toppings or cheese on the pizza at all. Pizza usually goes quick but this time there was lots of left overs that had to be thrown away even after trying to make it better by adding our own cheese and pepperoni slices at home. It was just too soggy and drenched with oil with no taste. Won't be going again.

If I could rate this 10/10 I would. The manager delivered exceptional service, food was piping hot when arrived and was just spot on. Would recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with Fireway Pizza. The cost is extremely high, but the taste is absolutely zero. It’s a so-called 'pizza'—even ASDA bakery pizza tastes much better than this. Not worth the money at all!

My first time ordering pizza from fireway pizza, love the vegan pepperoni 🍕 pizza and the lovely lady who gave us the pizza, I was very impressed when she told us which pizza is vegan etc x normally delivery staff don’t tell us what is what, so very impressed x but you could put more tomato sauce on one pizza that’s my only criticism…

Topping come away from the base as soon as picked up , hardly any topping on the pizza , will definitely not return again

Horrific. Used to be nice pizza from here. Now the base is dry and bland and as you can see from the video the toppings are AWFUL. cheese just slides off the pizza. Greasy slimy mess. Garlic bread pizza was a cheap frozen one with cheese sprinkled on top. Gone down hill massively.

2nd time ordering and pizza was just dry cardboard. Delivery driver had similar personality, cardboard cut out! Didnt say a word! Definitely a no from me!

The best pizza in town by far. I have been a regular customer of this place for a very long time now. Many reasons: The pizza is always hot and fresh. A wide variety of selections in the menu. Very supportive staff, always there to help The aura of the franchise especially dudley one (the one i am familier with) is awesome And last but not the least, they have wonderful and skilled pizza making engineers there Kudos all around 👍

In fairness to restaurant I was notified there was a delay and it was delivered in the revised time, just. The savoury pizza was good but not sure if tge cheese used was mozzarella as requested and not all if it was melted. The sweet pizza the base was very pale and could have done with a cpl more minutes baking. Overall my previous experience from here was alot better. Will of course try again as first time I used it was REALLY nice.

I had to come to the dudley branch with my daughters it was a great atmosphere and was welcomed very well the food was amazing I was served by zeshan he was amazing he had made my daughter smike with a Minnie mouse pizza and gave some desert it was amazing. He has great customer service and I will be definitely coming back

I ordered the king pepperoni pizza and the notorious Nutella pizza and they were pretty good. But, I think that there was no sauce and more grease. The Nutella pizza was basically just Nutella drizzled on a pizza base and there was no side sauces. The worker was nice and there was not alot of people which made it easier to discuss business plans with a colleague.

Placed an order through Deliveroo that never even left the restaurant. Their contact number on the app, website, Google etc isn't correct. Deliveroo cancelled and refunded

This place is just about okay to stop at, if you have absolutely nowhere else to go. The guy at the counter just about strung a sentence together, table was dirty, pizza was okay and the drink was unfortunately, warm.

Pizza was absolutely terrible. It had basically no tomato sauce in it and the cheese was hard. The wings smelt like they were off and were extremely slimy. The calzone was extremely oily and was disgusting

Food showed as delivered. Restaurant phone number out of service. Contacted just eat. Had a text to say it would be 30 mins later that original. Turned up just about warm. Submitted for a part refund was refused as the driver was in loads of traffic. Hard to believe at 9:20 on a Wednesday evening. Was really looking forward to it as I have a gluten intolerance. Spent £45 to be disappointed on my son's birthday. Disappointed ☹️

After waiting 2 hours for a pizza and garlic bread and having no discount applied I am not happy. It wasn't a difficult order. And for the restaurant to offer no discount after a 2 hour wait is not acceptable

I ordered a caprese salad, it contained mozzarella, onions and olives. No rocket or cherry tomatoes, as advertised. I ordered a vegetable pizza and added on at cost, anchovies, these were not on the pizza. I am upset that we spent £50 on this order and both items that I had ordered were missing items. I wouldn't normally mind, but I wanted something of more quality and was willing to pay, however my salad is now a waste as it has no salad. Really disappointed :( Their phone number neither works, so I have no way of contacting the restaurant directly. Really disappointed.

Two orders wrong. No anchovies on pizza which they charged for at extra cost. Ordered the caprese salad, no rocket or tomatoes, just a larger bowl of mixed olives and red onion with four pieces of mozzarella. For the higher prices I was expecting wonderful food, extremely disappointed. Even more so as their phone number does not work, looked on their website, just eat and Google and no contactable numbers to resolve the issue. This was after the order was late also. I will never be ordering from here again! :(

I absolutely love Fireaway. They’ve a game changer for our pizza takeaway as the pizza is much nicer and more authentic than any old kebab shop fare. The food today was early (as always), piping hot and it tasted divine. I highly recommend trying this place.

I ordered 3 calzone, the order was late, barely a spoon of salad next to them and no sauces.

2 pizzas delivered and they were the worst. The bottom was paper thin and couldn't pick a slice up without the topping sliding off. Will never order from these amateurs again.

Food was pretty average; however, the pizza sat in the box for longer tha needed as the driver some how got lost and couldn't find out address, even though we provided ded the correct postcode and we even had to share live location.

Delivery driver needs an attitude check, brings your whole business down. Paid an extra £1.50 for buffalo cheese, had 2 tiny pieces. Other then that it’s good food.

I ordered a Roma pizza, kids pizza, Nutella pizza, potato wedges and pistachio cannolis as a takeout and my order came upto £43 The Roma pizza was tasty and so was the kids pizza however, the kids pizza was supposed to be in the shape of a bear but it wasn’t and there was also a hair found in the crust. The Nutella pizza was delicious but the marshmallow topping had melted on top of it and became gooey by the time it was delivered. The wedges were nice. The pistachio cannolis were absolutely disgusting, they had a weird taste and were dry. Overall I’d say it wasn’t worth the money I paid for the experience I had but their pizzas are tasty

Over 2 hours to deliver and most of the order was clearly not bothered with. No cheese on the 2 cheesy garlic breads. No crispy onions or the honey we ordered on one of them either and no honey on the second garlic bread and the pepperoni was just loose in the box not stuck to the bread at all. £1.50 per topping on the garlic bread too even just for some herbs, yet despite the exorbitant price you don't put them on half the time. Chilli honey Chicken strips basically plain. Barely any cheese in the 'cheesy' calzone and once again no honey. To top it all off most of the order, especially the garlic bread was cold. I don't usually complain when a takeaway gets a thing or two wrong cause whatever, things happen, but tonight was an absolute joke guys. To send out the standard of food you did you should be embarrassed. There is no way anyone looking at the order slip should have looked at what you sent out and found it acceptable.

Wish I could give no stars went to eat in yesterday about 20:00-21:00 we spent £34.00 etc got 2 pizza and wings we ate the food got home me my sisters and my other sister and mum started vomiting definitely food poisoning 🤮 we get in contact with environment health officer because that is terrible

Everything amazing as usual but maybe cook the halloumi longer so it has a better char? (it's the best bit!)

The pizza was okay, but despite asking for no onion or olives in the halloumi salad, they were both there. In fact the salad was more than 50% olives. I hate olives, so it ruined the salad. As for the delivery, the driver couldn't find my house. He claimed he'd been trying to call me for 20 minutes and unable to get through, but the shop go through with no problems, so I have no idea what his problem was. Then I actually had to go outside so he could find me. Turned out he wasn't even on the right street.

Delivery driver barely spoke English, took my delivery and he walked away with no "Enjoy or Thank you!" (Drove a Grey Yaris) Ordered a salad, it arrived with one peice of lettuce in a tiny container - at over £10 definitely not worth it! The lemon Cannoli and Cookie are amazing hence the 2*! Deliveroo thanked for the feedback and that was that, an alternative dinner in the hotel will he a must! Probably advisable to avoid deliveries seeing the previous comments.

Wrong food in bags Nutella pizza base was chewy food came an hour after estimated time delivery was in wrong place and tried to direct him and he put the phone down on me and when I called back took 2 times before he answered and took him another ten minutes to actually find the place even though we gave him clear directions from where we were and food was barely warm

Dessert were absolutely delicious ordered a Nutella pizza and homemade cookie I’d loved it was blown away with it and how they make it the effort they put in and they gave me a extra cookie for free due to I asked for one as it’s my first time ordering from here. I’d recommend to try these 💯👍

First time ordering and really enjoyed it so will definitely order again. I ordered a pizza without cheese as I love a traditional Italian marinara and added olives, capers, garlic oil and oregano. Aside from needing a bit more tomato sauce for my liking it was near perfect. My partner also really enjoyed their margherita. Probably the closest to a traditional Italian pizzeria that you can find on JustEat!

The food is amazingly tasty, the starters are excellent value for money and extremely mouthwatering. I have never tasted a freshly baked pizza like this before, dough texture was phenomenal, lots of topping, exquisite flavour. Very good service. Rate this 10/10 and 100% be coming returning

I was blown away by the quantity and quality of the food here. We ordered a couple of make your own pizzas and they were delicious great bases and nice fresh toppings. Delivery was very fast and efficient. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future instead of the Papa John's or Dominos as this place blows them out of the water if you want a tasty authentic pizza delivered
