Oriental Kitchen in Dudley

Been saying we will try this place for ages because more local to us than our usual. Wish we hadn't bothered,the large spring roll was stuck to the bag because uncooked and instead of being 2 nice sized rolls was 1 ridiculously big one. No idea of taste because went straight in the bin. The so called four seasons was like beef,green pepper and mushrooms in gravy, completely tasteless and as for the Singapore Chow Mein,had better Pot Noodles! Been going to Kambo on Birmingham Road and now realise why,knocks absolute spots off this dump and recommend it to everyone who uses this place. Only 2 minutes down road and they deliver🤬

waited an hour and a half for my order, was told it was on the was way and it never arrived, staff extremely rude and argumentative

Placed an order for delivery waited an hour and half no arrival phoned to be told on its way waited another half hour phoned again to be told I should I should of picked it up by a rude member of staff.

I order nearly every week from here always delicious food

1st time I have had food from here well happy food very nice and had nice spicy and flavour will be happy to eat from here again

Just picked up chicken chow mein from here the worst chow mein I've ever had tastes as bad is it looks dreadful if I lived nearby would be taking it back

Been using this Chinese for years, food is always hot and fresh. Delivery is usually very quick too and the drivers are great.

1st time using this, place and not impressed, my Singapore chow main was stodgy think been in the tray a week then warmed up ...was full of curry powder made me cough... Curry sauce was vile, chips were fine... Won't bother again sorry

Been a regular customer for over 7 years never again after today undercooked chicken in our chow mien only noticed once everything was plated up and it had contaminated everything else when I complained and took the under cooked chicken back they tried to only refund the price of the chow mien not our entire meal that had been spoiled, never again be very careful!

Nice food tender meats , best beef I’ve had in a curry for a long time.but spicy yes lovely , but the recipe for sauce not right could b so much better . I have 2 Chinese a week I know my stuff , Monday not many open . Change the sauce and would be in top 5 in sedgley area

Very very poor quality, I had chicken curry with chips and egg fried rice. The chips were hard and stale and looked like they were not today's cooking and the chicken curry soaked into the egg fried rice , whereas every other time it is thick and sits on top. The chicken curry was like water

£7 special mixed is incredible. Tasty food for a great price, good Chinese this 👍

I don't know how they can even serve the food we had deliverd tonight the chips was that hard and cold I wouldn't even give them to my dog and the chicken curry smelt really funny like the chicken was off and the spare ribs wasn't any better and they was rapped up in abit of foil will definitely not b ordering again

A real let down tonight! Chicken chewy, chicken balls are normally delicious but inedible. Parts of it seemed cold just very weird no where near its normal standard, seemed more pricey on top which I know is happening everywhere at the moment but poorer quality and no free prawn crackers which most places do has put me and the Mrs off, shame as we were regulars😔

Ordered sweet n sour chicken cantonese style and chips and kids bbq ribs in sauce..... it was piping hot and tasty... would use tjem again

Portions are large and service is usually pretty good, would recommend to a friend.

Tried this place for the first time last night. Curry and chicken balls were beautiful but chips were like warmed up fries from mc Donald's. £1.60 for prawn crackers is a joke. Young girl who served me was rude. No customer skills what so ever. She walked off from the customer behind me whilst he was still talking.

Used to be okay but they are putting more veg and far less meat in dishes. Tonight, my chicken and cashew nuts had 3 small bits of chicken and TWENTY big chunks of cucumber that filled half the container. Cucumber doesn't even go with the dish. They have now lost a weekly customer.

Chips were inedible, curry was passable chicken fried rice was ok

Decent portions and value prices. Go for the large portions (extra £1) on many dishes and share. There's ample. We love it.

I've got to say, whoever said that this food was bland and tasteless must not have any taste buds. Me and my partner have ordered food on a number of occasions and have never been let down. We both have extremely high standards too. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Quality, Quantity, Polite, Clean, Tasty! I notice there are a few low rated reviews here. I'm quite surprised. It may not look a million dollars from the outside, but inside, it's kept well, and the items I ordered there last night, were fantastic. I ordered the salt'n'chilli ribs, and the beef chow mein noodles. I have to tell you that both items were absolutely fantastic (and in my opinion, were better than normal takeaway quality). I would normally expect this quality from a sit-in restaurant. The pieces of beef were good; almost steak quality; not that stretchy cheap stuff most people use. The ribs had been done nice and slow, but were tender enough to fall off the bone, yet had a crispy outer edge.... And I ate both items after half an hour of driving. I can't yet vouch for other items on their menu; but I will certainly be visiting again, when visiting my friend who lives locally. Please keep up the excellent quality. I certainly appreciated it! Thank you 😛

If i could rate this under 1 star i would food was bland very tasteless . I've had better Chinese food out of a jar I will never order from here again

4th August 2016 - the family had a full meal delivered tonight and were advised at the time of ordering that new owners had taken over. 10 dishes and the quality was shocking. We won't be going back.
