Amina was such a wonderful person friendly and easy to talk to .. I had a very good interaction with her she explained everything clearly although I was confused about what I wanted she made it clear to understand and also recommended me to a very good choice that turned out to be extremely nice me and my family enjoyed it very well. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my family and friends.

Paid £30+ for 3 x melts meals & chicken wings. The man was preparing the melts with his bare hands when I questioned this he said “it’s ok I’ve washed my hands” however there was no sink for him to have washed his hands so I wasn’t content, I informed him it was unhygienic & he agreed to make another batch, this time with gloves on. However he put the gloves on & then began the whole process again, with his gloved hands he touched the fridge & multiple other surfaces before preparing the food, in between he was preparing something for another customer. He continued to touch so many areas, cross contamination, long sleeves, then the other server Amina commented on the amount of food wasted & also lay witness to for him when she wasn’t even present making me feel disgusted for the low standards that these servers have for such a big company. I agree the food has been wasted but NOT by me but by the company itself, who I expect high standards of all the time not half heartedly. I was prepared to walk away but the children had drank the drinks & really love Pizza Hut regardless of my concerns, however I was happy he agreed to remake the the food indicating he knows he should have been wearing gloves & apply basic food hygiene during food preparation, I feel he was very accommodating to my concerns however Amina came across as rude complaining about me wasting food when it was due to the poor hygiene standards. Staff need retraining

Food is lovely but one of the staff came over quite rude.

Ordered the cheesy bites tear and share, and a couple of robinsons fruit shoots. The cheesy bites were delicious! Made fresh right in front of you, you get to eat it within a minute of cooking, and the cheesy is so soft and stringy, and tastes amazing with the garlic and herb topping. Would come back here again next time I visit Eat Central. They also had menu options that I hadn’t seen at a regular PH restaurant.

Visited merry hill for shoping from greater manchester after the shoping done my friend insisted to try merry hill pizza hut and told me about friendly staff first i thought maybe he is just overrating but when ive tryed by my self food was superb i can get explain that smooth and tasty piza in words and the guy named ali was so friendly helped to us find out wht we gona eat se you soon ok next visit

Rude staff shocking behaviour..specially when they make pizza they never wear gloves ..never goin there again also will be telling my friends and work colleagues not to go there again.they need good management with more decent staff .

I went to pizza hut express Thursday and was kindly greeted by a lady called Claire, she was very helpful whilst I was trying to choose what to order, patient and polite. I will definitely be coming back food was lovely, warm and exactly what I ordered I couldn't be happier with my purchase at pizza hut.

Visited 11.06.23. The lady serving was both rude to ma and another member of staff. Tango machine out of order and no drinks available other than fizzy pop, meaning our children couldn't have drinks from there, not even bottles of water available. Won't be eating here again because of the awful service.

The service staff were awful. Poor attitudes and refuse to listen to your order, or explain why you can’t order something that is meant to be available on the menu. The food was lovely, although they did mess up my order (despite telling them what I wanted at least 3 times).

Disappointed watched one of the pizza makers turn around with back to me put cheese in there mouth then carry on making pizzas 🙈🤷‍♀️😳

Was greeted with poor attitude from staff when ordering food, didn’t explain anything, rudely walked away when I was asking a question. Our food was chucked at us. The staff need a light bulb bounced off their head so they can lighten up and give good customer service.

Good food, quick service, set in shopping centre so ideal place for a meal after or during your shopping trip. Great place to take the kids or grab a bite before a film at local cinama.

Can't knock Pizza Hut pizza but quite expensive for a single slice especially when there is a cheaper option literally next-door to them.

Miki and the other staff at Pizza Hut were so helpful and happy. Any questions we had they had the time to answer. Pizza was delicious along with the chicken strips and cheesy bites. Will definitely be going back!

I'm a big fan of Pizza Hut and have visited this branch a few times. Really need to shout out Becky and Matt for their excellent customer service - really nice to see. Food on both occasions for me has been 10/10. The chips portion could be a little bigger, but nicely priced meal

Not very impressed at all, had the meal deal for 6.49, the chips were stone cold and the pizza was only like warm, ime sorry pizza hut, you seriously need to do better than that for what you are charging.

6.49 you get a pizza drink and fries 🍟 fantastic price for a quick meal. Service was fast and staff are very helpful. Had a issue with a pizza i ordered problem was sort very quickly.

At 12.15pm I received excellent customer service by the lovely young girl at the counter. As she took my order she understood I had a disabilty. She went above and beyond to ensure she explained the menu and prices to me and helped me with my food to an available local clean table. She filled my drink for me too as she realised it would be hard for me. I couldnt thank her enough. The pizza and fries tasted great and were hot too! Well done Pizza hut for such great staff, give the girl a payrise 😀

Rubbish service last night. Went over to the counter and no one as there to serve us but could hear chatting from behind store. After 5 minutes a very rude member of staff came out and I said can I order she said yeah in a minute and walked off. A younger member of staff possibly a trainee took my order. Food took at least 15 minutes to come then when the young trainee took the pizza out of the oven the other member of staff came back and said to her rudely that she should have waited as she wasn't suppose to but the poor girl was just trying to get customers there food the other women had randomly disappeared during the 15 minutes it took to get food. The food was ok at best definitely not worth the price or the wait.

Food was good here. The woman who is as supporting the girl on the till was friendly and we had a nice chat about the store opening. It’s nice to have a good pizza place in merry hill, especially after losing pizza express.

After waiting for 15 minutes, the woman stuck her head round the corner, smirked and poked it back, after going somewhere else we saw someone had to come to the till, so we went back and asked if Pizza Hut was open today, they replied with “ the kitchen is closed and experiencing problems “ we thought no problem and proceeded to go to subway, after getting our order, we walked back by Pizza Hut to find a lady was serving people at the tills. Disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Went today about 4pm for some food the service was very good and fast which is what I needed as was on my break the customer service was also excellent as the lady explained the menu to me as I forgot my glasses and couldn't read the menu will definitely be returning with my family and friends and also be back for my breaks

Very disappointed due to the fries portion being very small (9 Chips) when I asked the lady on the till if this was right I was rudely told it's the standard scoop size. I pointed out the photo on the screen and was told the photos are enhanced. 🙁

The food was nice but the woman I spoke to had horrendous attitude, The other reviews mention the same person, so it's nice to know she's generally nasty and it's not my experience
