Greggs in Dudley

I ordered a chicken bake and a corned beef bake. Food came out quickly and was warm and cooked well. Both bakes were really tasty.

Just nipped in for a quick snack while on a visit to the town. Grabbed a meal deal which is good value also very clean inside and benches outside and bins close by.

Came in here just as a quick pass by served by the most amazing lady Anita Really helpful product knowledge great Just made our day Shop was clean and cleaned whilst we were waiting defo recommend coming here

the staff are always polite, with nice friendly servicenot all of their items are warm all the time which is a shame, even early in the morning when you would expect them to be sometimes cold And even though there is the college rush and work lnches there sometimes is not much left to choose from, could work on advance planning for what sells well

Good location and polite staff. Good selection of food and drink items. Prices are reasonable and what you would expect.

I love Gregs - mainly because if you're happy to have the breakfast deal or the lunch deal you can have a good filling for a reasonable price.

We were at a conference and I wanted to introduce my Japanese friend to typically British food. She tasted a Steak Bake and never looked back. For the three days we attended the conference she insisted on eating Steak Bakes. This branch has a sizeable seating area and is more like a café, especially with the large coffee selections.

Nice food but place is going to the dogs. Debris all over the floor - condiment unit looked liked it had never seen a cloth in its life. Seriously looked like the aftermath of a brats birthday party. Shame because every other Gregg's iv visited has been sound. Staff members polite but too busy serving up and making butties in the background which is managerial error as they should have more staff on in this busy little town.

Service slow, queues are always out of the door and food not very warm. Was sick after eating here. Won't visit again.

Maybe once In a leap year, maybe once every full moon. You will have more chance of winning the lottery than getting A hot sausage roll from this greggs in Dudley. One day You may receive a HOT sausage roll. 'Gasp'. Hot you say? I have been first thing in the morning and I have received cold sausage roll, at lunch time cold. If you ever receive a hot one, treasure it like a golden ticket from willy wonka's factory because it is a rare occasion. You need to make sure you cook food fresh and not leftovers!!

After a morning shopping trip in Dudley my wife and I enjoyed a coffee break in Greggs. We were greeted with friendly service from staff that were very happy to help. An ideal location in the high street & next to the bus station. Food well stocked.

i ordered a coffee on saturday morning and was told i could get a bacon or sausage bap for 20p. stunned, the lady explained it was a meal deal. drink and breakfast bap for £2. i spent a very pleasant hour reading my paper and enjoying every bite of my £2 breakfast.

We popped in for breakfast and I requested mine on brown bread as I do not eat white bread. The young lady that served me said it wasn't something they usual did but she could make an exception for me. Great customer service. 10/10. Thank you Abbie, very helpful and polite. You are a Star. :)

We popped in for a quiche, chicken bake pasty and pizza slice. OMG the quiche is sooooooooooo good. Have since been back for another. This is a great on the go snack/small meal. Only down side is your never quite sure about the temperature it can be so hot it burns your mouth or almost cold. I understand it's hard now the government has added a new tax. We will still go back again.

Quick food if hungry. Nice friendly staff, clean and good service. Much cheaper than our Greggs! Hard to understand their accent!

Gregg's has recently expanded inside to include a separate seating area for those who wish to eat in.Previously it was rather cramped with large queues.We opted for the meal deal of a sandwich and a drink for £3....really good value.The sandwiches were well filled and the cappuccino tasty.The tables were clean and seating area light and airy.It still gets very busy but now there is room to relax with more choice and more orderly queues....a big improvement on before.

Lovely staff here, so friendly. Food is always to high standards as well, baked golden brown. Only problem is the cleanliness as some parts of the shop weren't up to my expectations. But the service from the staff overshadowed that.

Should anyone really be reviewing a Greggs, clean corporate standards, all out of the same mould. Not my bag & only used in the absence of anywhere else

The Kingswinford Greggs needs sorting. I have never been so upset and insulted at the way I was shouted at and had my trolley searched (they didn't find anything it was empty) I bought and paid for bread which the PERSON who served me saw, took my money then shouted at me in a shop full of people. If I never eat bread again I'm never going into Greggs Kingswinford or anywhere. It happened 12 months ago and I'm still upset abut it. I HAD to give a rating but felt that 1 was much too high.

Often pop in Greggs for a hot cheese & onion pasty or a steak bake.The food is hot & tasty,the staff are pleasant & I always get served promptly.Hot sausage rolls & baguettes very tasty & reasonably priced.

I requested a Margherita pizza slice, costing £1.30, and it was served promptly and placed in a brown paper bag. On eating it, I was very disappointed, as it consisted of a very slightly warm slice of pizza, with no discernible cheese or tomato, just a slight flavouring. The staff member did not offer to heat the pizza for me, and I did not wish to return to request this.Greggs has a high reputation for its bakery products; perhaps this was just a bad day, but overall a disappointing visit.
