Booked a table for 9 people a week in advanced then emailed and spoke to edel to add more people.Also had 3 email reminders and confirmations to turn up to find no table has been put for us so bit disappointing.Singing waiter made up for it though

Currently away for work and go to this place often. The staff here are always polite and take order request effectively. If there are any problems with the food(rare) they quickly make it right. The staff we deal with the most are Ciera, and Caitlyn. They are always happy to help and very polite. Will always go here when working in this area. Thank you all

All the staff were AMAZING my child has special needs this was recognised immediately at bar and we were directed to a quiet area and the server was so lovely 🥰

I had full monty, the gammon steak was dry and over cooked, chicken was dry, steak best part of meal. Service at The table was poor the chap who brought the food out held the food at one end of the table for us to take it off him instead of him putting the food down in front of us. 2 others ordered new York chicken, where the chicken again was dry and one of them did not get any onion rings. Another had lasagne which was watery. The straws are almost half the size of the bottles and a pint glass so you lose the straw in the drink!!!!

Had a lovely experience at the hungry horse castle view pub in Dudley really friendly staff Nicole was so lovely and so welcoming. The food was lovely and the breakfast exceptional would definitely recommend if you’re local or staying close by.

Today we visited as a family of 4. My son choose the kids pasta bolognaise when it came unfortunately he didn't like it. he became upset a lovley lady Nicole came over and spoke to my son and she said she was happy to.change his meal she didn't have to do that she was absolutely lovely and so kind to my son bless her. She had fantastic customer services we will definitely be back

Visited for Easter Sunday with all the family, we had the Sunday roast, which was a good price and very nice. Definitely be going back. Staff were very friendly, and interaction with the children was good.

We’re here at least twice a week. We love this place, but it’s more the staff we love than the building. We’ve been here for birthdays, Christmas, after funerals etc and I cannot praise the staff enough. They even ordered beer in for my husband that likes the ales. We love you guys. All of you! See you within the next week !

Owen was a fabulous host. A credit to green king. Made our birthday meal special. He is a people person and goes above and beyond his duty's.

The chef - Tom Hartle is amazing Chef ever He cooks my food at the right time and he knows what I have aswell and he knows what kind of buger I have and he his just very good chef ever. he knows one of his customers from DVC- called Dudley Voices for Choice

Had a lovely breakfast this morning with my daughter and grandson. I had the veggie breakfast and everything cooked perfectly. My grandson is a fussy eater and had hashbrowns and toast. He loved the hash browns. My daughter had full English breakfast and really enjoyed it. Our server today was ceira ,a lovely friendly helpful young lady. We will be back.

Came here for breakfast with family, had a very good experience, had a full English breakfast was very well good especially the bacon and hash browns! Will definitely be coming back and also had a lovely server called ciera who made the experience much better :)

Edle an absolute asset to this chain of pubs. Approachable and helpful. Runs a tight ship. Needs to have a paid week off as she clearly is such a dedicated manager. Lovely lady and full of energy and nothing is to much trouble for her. She genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and the reputation of the company.... Amazing Easter bunny with breakfast love the events they do here

The kids had a great time and really enjoyed it. Staff were really friendly and interactive. Easter bunny took time with all of the children and they received some great gifts and an egg.

Family breakfast to celebrate my Auntie’s birthday - had a nive warm welcome from the team and all through our visit, we had breakfast which was tasty, timely service. We even met the Easter bunny who was very hoppy to see us. This is our second visit and many more to come

We are a family 11 aged from 60 years to 3 years of age and we had a wonderful visit for our Grandson's 10th birthday. The food was amazing and there was something for everyone. The atmosphere was a warm buzz. All the staff offered good service but I have to give a special mention to Kaitlyn who served the desserts and realised it was a special night my Grandson so gave him a little dish of sweet treats to celebrate. This type of service is rare but it was so welcome. Thank you Kaitlyn and Castle View, we'll be back 😁

The location is very good. The atmosphere is very pleasant before Christmas. The food is well cooked. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are enough park spaces around the pub.

Stopped off hear after a long walk just for a drink and was told by the lad on door just go up to the end bar for drinks I stood there 10 minutes but just couldn't get the attention of the staff it seemed they were just ignoring me a lady came to the bar while we were there and got served right away I was going to come back in here with a party of friends but I'm not going to bother now

Lovely staff , great food and nice clean pub. Would go again highly recommend. We ordered at the bar as I was using my blue light card for voucher but you can order on the app if you want to so really easy

10 of us went to eat here tonight; the food was lovely, and it was good value for money. The staff here were brilliant; the barman was hilarious, but honestly, all of the staff tonight were fab.

Good food for a hungry horse chain. Almost self-service, but bar staff did clean table when asked. Mid day service and no rush, it was a pleasant atmosphere.

Everytime we come here for breakfast we always have a fabulous welcome off edele and her team, and everytime we come in evening we have a warm welcome from Owen, food and drinks are always amazing and great atmosphere.

Nice pub. Friendly manager Nicole ensured we were well looked after. Shame there was only one real ale on offer despite the 5 handles. Food was hot and quickly served. We particularly liked the lollipops.
