Always the best! Chicken always done exactly right! And plenty a great potion with the sides! If I go to Merry Hill.... The portion for the broccoli is 3 sticks.... Here is much much better!

The food is good.... a little on the pricy side. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere. A good place to eat out. It was busy, wait for the desserts was 25 minutes.

The staff were brilliant 👏.. really looked after us. Enjoyed the food too.

This is One of my favourite restaurants food is always delicious and amazing for us but we have been waiting 45 minutes for our food to be prepared and served it was second time to this restaurant same thing happened to us before as well I got no clue why the food is take so long also when we ordered only two table was inside anyway the bently bridge one is better than this branch I realise that

Ordered a chicken thigh sunset burger and received a chicken breast between two hard bottom buns. Clearly the workers here don't care. Avoid ordering takeaway from here.

The high price for the food is clearly to pay for the rent of the location definitely not for the quality of the food!

So, I think we have become recognisable faces at this restaurant. We do absolutely love this nandos! Bare in mind, we live in Halesowen and we are closer to merry hill and selly oak nandos but we prefer it here. Not only because of the food; its good all the time; but for the staff! More friendly and catering than the other nandos we have been too. With the other nandos, we either get not very good food or bad treatment; eyes rolled at us, distant yelling because we sent food back or even worst we get ignored; looking away when we wave, walking away or just not wanting to take notice and its blatant. Unlike here; Dudley Castlegate Nandos; amazing service 99% of the time and I didnt say 100% because I personally dont believe in absolute 100%. For example, our server, Henok, just attends to us every time we are here and he is 99% at service when he is here like he absolutely loves to be here and it reflects on his work! The evidence is staggering that he does an amazing job at service; friendly, polite and professional! So, take notice of our server Henok, he is amazing at his job and I hope he keeps going. We will keep coming back, you guys know it. ❤️

Food was nice as always in Nandos, but they need to put a couple of pound in the meter due to it being quite cold in the restaurant. But what really wasn't good at all was the waitress taking my plate and the sharing plate before my better half had finished her meal.. In fact the waitress asked if she had finished whilst she had a mouthful of food and was obviously still eating..

Had a takeaway on deliveroo items missing and had terrible stomach ache the next day

Great food! Staff were really friendly and helpful, great atmosphere although our table was positioned where staff and customers were constantly brushing past and knocking things close to the edge of the table. Otherwise Great place to eat.

Not helpful with our service when my parents are deaf ,ended up walking out very disrespectful/rude servers.

I had lunch at nandos today with my mother, we were greeted by Bianca who served us with great politeness and care and incredible customer service. The service was quick and the food was amazing, I will definitely be visiting again!

Our experience at the restaurant was exceptional, largely due to Agnus. From the moment we arrived, her welcoming smile set a positive tone for our visit. Throughout our time there, Agnus provided outstanding service, ensuring we were well informed on how to navigate the ordering process via the app and keeping our children entertained by supplying them with crayons and a colouring sheet while we awaited our meal. The food was delivered in a timely manner, and Agnus made it a point to check in with us to inquire about our satisfaction and whether we needed anything further. Her dedication and attention to detail truly enhance the overall experience, making her a valuable asset to the Castlegate team. We greatly appreciate Agnus's efforts and look forward to returning to this restaurant in the future.

On Sunday the 8th September 2024 we went there as a family of 5 and made the order for all of us, all the orders has been paid and we were waiting for the food to be delivered to the table, food delivered but order for my self has not been put through and delivered, the person told us the order didn't went through , dispate my daughter ordered there in person and paid for it, so how that could happen that theirs order was put through and only mine hasn't been put through but payment was taken. So I refused to have that order put through again and asked for refund. The customer service is bad there and the atmosphere there so declining, I would never ever visit the restaurant again, the service people unfriendly and unprofessional.

You know what you're going to get at Nandos. Decent food, good portions and nice service. Nothing special but beats that chicken craving. My personal favourite is the starter, hummus with peri drizzle. The BBQ peri coating on the chicken is really nice too. Good options if you don't like chicken on the bone. The only main negative is that the prices seem to have crept up quite a bit and you're looking at about £30pp depending on what you order. But everywhere seems more expensive now. Lots of free parking and there is a cinema very close too.

Overpriced, badly cooked food. Burger bun was over toasted so fell apart, was akin to eating cuttlefish Brocoli was pretty much raw and i eat a lot of brocoli. Manager told me that it comes cooked like that and they just microwave it. Pretty damn poor.

Standard. We were there on a Thursday about 7:30 and they ran out of chicken. That is chicken on the bone. How can a Nando's run out of Chicken, their signature dish at 7:30 in the evening. I had to have a burger which was OK. Someone rated the best chicken you can get. Yes, if you can get it.

I love Nandos especially here at Dudley, I find that at some Nandos the chips are sometimes luke warm but here they come out fresh and hot, the piri piri salt is a nice amount but if you want more you can simply ask as they are very accommodating. The corn on the cob is something different here, whenever I crave corn on the cob Nandos is the place to go. The staff here are welcoming and friendly. Nice catch up with a friend over lovely food.

Ordered my food online, only received half an order... They will not send out the missing items only review whether I can have a refund, can take 48hrs... Refused to resolve the issue only directed to a email address if I have concerns... Terrible customer service, terrible processes for when they mess up an order.. Beware..

Great restaurant. Quick service although we did go later in the evening. Food was really hot. Women's toilets weren't that great. Overall eating experience was really nice.

The chicken their is very small, all others I've been the chicken size are medium and large. U will feel like u haven't ate after lol sorry to say. Staff are nice and its a nice place.

The food was ok, what you expect from Nandos. But (no exaggeration) it took me longer to order my food, then it did to receive it at the table and eat it. I do not think I have ever been anywhere that’s operated so slow - especially when staff stand around waiting to take orders to tables for 4 or 5 minutes seeing that their colleagues could use help on the till.

Long wait to be served ànd the chicken was not warm enough when served. Not a good experience I'm afraid.

We were supposed to be a party of eight, but half decided to go elsewhere. Our two companions ordered their food and drinks. My husband went to order ours and came back after a while to check on the sauce for my choice. He eventually returned with our drinks but we waited for quite a while before someone came to check if we had all received all of our food. We had not and they then brought our food order. So my food was not hot, barely warm actually. So we told them about the food to which they said they would replace my order, which they did, and although it still wasn't hot it was an improvement. This was a Bank holiday Sunday which is no excuse. They also managed to duplicate our drinks order. Not a good introduction to a new establishment for us.

The worst visit I've had. No chicken with bone no corn cob, given wrong spice in food it was horrendous! There was 7 of us. Customers were after we sat been told at doorway of chicken shortage etc.

Visited this afternoon before going to the cinema, staff were lovely and friendly. Food was freshly cooked and really tasty..... All in all really enjoyable

I'm a big fan of spicy chicken, I ordered from here for the first time a few days ago and ordered the extra hot chicken (the most spicy one) but when it arrived it was below mild to say the least. I've had extra hot before, so I know what it's like. If I order extra hot, then that's what I want to get, not the staffs concern that I may not like it. I'm a bit hesitant now to order from here again. The food otherwise was very nice and fast delivery, but I would have enjoyed it more if I received what I ordered.

Attended recently to celebrate a family birthday party. Our food was delivered quite quickly and was fresh and food quality. All the staff were helpful, attentive and accommodating to our needs. Having not had nandos for a long time, we enjoyed it all the more

Really enjoyed our meal, shame no sweetcorn, but spicy rice was a nice change. Good restaurant for coeliacs, really careful about gluten free....not bad for pre-diabetics either....if they had the sweetcorn!

The only complaint was how long we waited for our drinks and food. We'd been in there some time just before 5pm, seemed liked there was only one person on at first.

*Disgusting Surprise*! Just found a long strand of blond/Caucasian hair in our family platter among the fries today 01/01/2024, 5pm. The so called "manager" unapologetically and casually just said "I can get you two bowls of fries to replace these".! Smh... The so called Manager who needs to get trained on Good Customer care!!! And yes, we did get the fries. The food was "Just flat" from then onwards. Another female staff came to ask how our food was, I said not good and briefly explained why. She was sorry and really did show alot more concern and apologised. Now she is well trained on Good customer care. She offered the kids ice cream as an apology. We had planned to skip desert there but the kids accepted their desert. We left after eating.

Didn't like the fact that there was a couple of big flies buzzing around inside at this time of year should have an insect zapper in the restaurant. Food ok I felt under par so will not be visiting again sadly.

Came to Nando’s for some food and instead watched people order after me and get their order. So I had to scran the menu. Exactly 30 minutes I had to wait and still didn’t get the order. You get a refund quicker than you get the food. Shame cause it used to be rapid service.

Extremely disappointed with my Nando's visit. Despite no prior notice on there website or on Google they were unexpectedly closed for a staff Christmas party when I arrived, ruining my birthday plans. I was really looking forward to this occasion after a long time, but Nando's let me down

I came to nandos for lunch, i was greeted by the lovely TK, he made my visit feel friendly and at ease. Then i was served by Deanna who was an amazing waitress and was quick and efficient. I’ll deffo be back!!

Hands down the worst Nando’s I’ve ever been to in the uk and of 100 plus visits in 4 years at multiple locations this is the only one I’ve ever had an issue with. I get it was a busy night, I waited 20mins for them to even get knifes & forks out after asking 3 times. After 45mins of waiting for food it came out and it wasn’t cooked, sent this back no issue when then next came out after 15mins I needed another drink, only to be told I had to order at the bar which is fine- the issue being is that there was 7 people there ordering food so my food would be cold I said please can I just pay on the card machine to which I was told no.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for our family. Food was served quickly and up to the usual high standards we associate with Nandos. Ordered via the app. Not sure if they still accept cash.

Have been at this place several times with no problem, but on 21st of August my experience with my kids and wife was a nightmare, thanks to the staff (George in particular that was never there before) for spoiling our day. Have ordered a full platter with large fries, didn’t check the receipt and when the order arrived it was a full platter with rice, we did complain about it and the answer that George gave us was I did asked you to confirm the order and walked away, it was very easy to sort it out by just replacing it, my kids and wife didn’t want the rice so I did take it back and have returned the rice and upon request of the large fries had to pay another £6.50 on top of my bill, still even paying for large fries we have received 2 small portion of fries very different than we used to have. Our day was already spoiled so we carry on, George was very rude, unhelpful and have completely spoiled our day. It is not about paying for the fries but about his attitude towards the mistake, even if is ours or his mistake giving that answer and walking away without giving us an option to get it right really upset us.

First visit to this branch, all as expected. No issues with Restaurant or food, walked in got table straight away, and plenty of parking.

What can I say....you can always rely on nandos me and my family have been coming here for years and they are consistently great. A place we're the staff always smile and look like they actually enjoy their jobs, somewhat of a rarity these days. Nothings too much trouble the food is always on point. Keep on doin what you do and you will continue to thrive.

Had the halloumi and mushroom pitta. The halloumi was nice, however the mushroom was very unpleasant to eat, quite chewy and rubbery, definitely undercooked.

Usual Nando's experience. Staff were friendly, food was okay, service was quick. Did enjoy the honey BBQ/chili chicken breasts though, and the grilled halloumi and chili jam was a pleasant surprise with the strawberry jam start and chili kick after.

For those of us, and there are other people like us, (older).. who don't dine out much, it was funny but stressful that we didn't know how to scan the QR code to order for some time, by which time our 👅 were hanging out! and we couldn't get a member of staffs attention .

Great food, an great service. You order at the till which is fine, means you can just leave once finished and don't have to wait to get the bill. We really enjoyed our chicken.

I don’t think waiting 45 minutes for food with nobody telling us there was a delay is what I was expecting from Nando’s. It seemed that takeaway orders were prioritised whilst tables of hungry customers sat waiting. When the food arrived, the chicken was hot but the sides were pretty cold/hard. After the long wait, we were desperate and ate everything anyway. Just disappointed in the wait.

Always good food and service. Clean restaurant and good value for money. I always leave full! The waiter was friendly.

It was coming closer to a hour before I asked where our food was, and then they came up to us and informed us that one of our orders was missing. Requested a full refund and left. Really disappointing as it wasnt busy at all. Couldn't comment on the food as it never arrived.

Came here for a quick meal before going to the cinema, with just two of us they were able to seat us immediately and provided us with menus catering to vegetarian and vegan options. Staff were friendly and organised working as a team to keep the tables clean and the customers happy, food came out in less than 10 minutes after being ordered and maintained the high standard of quality. And considering the price was much better than the other nearby food options, 100% will be having it again soon.

Dissapointed chicken looked cooked than grilled Wasn't properly grilled and also not tasty, not enough sauce as requested extra hot. won't eat there again. I usually visit at Bentley Bridge and is better there.

20:00 30/4/2023 very bad experience waiting inline for what felt like forever at the tills while the lady who clearly didn’t know what she was doing on the till asking every few minutes for help. Nando’s Dudley need to take the time to train their staff on the tills. Training is essential and time taken to train staff on tills is always a must!

Although food was ok it was overpriced for what is was i.e. £15 for a chicken pitta with a sweetcorn and glass of sprite. Customer service needs attention though. Not the friendliest bunch in there!
