Domino's Pizza - Kingswinford in Dudley

Although the pizzas are very good, why do the continue to overprice them and offer 50% discount. I ordered the other day and tried using the code and it didn't work! I was in a rush so couldn't be bothered to keep trying and paid full price for a pizza that was worth a fiver. Come on Donkimos start charging what your pizzas are worth.

Long story short: ordered food from their menu, picked it up and went home. Opened boxes and it was different items to what I’ve ordered, also one item was completely missing. Called the store and staff blamed me for everything. Good one, still waiting for refund for my missing item. Very rude staff when it comes to admitting that you made a mistake, even tho we have all the evidence. Get trading standards involved if they keep ignoring me

Goodbye Dominos! Had the driver gone on a road trip before he delivered our food?! Or was it shoddy service before it came out the outlet?!The takeaway last night was awful! All the food was cold, so much so we had to reheat everything in the oven. The pizza was overcooked (before it went in our oven that is) and tasted horrible as a result. We won't be having anything from Dominos ever again. It's not the quality you expect from paying the expensive prices that it costs now from Dominos. I'll stick to supermarket pizza takeaways, they're much nicer.....and cheaper! Poor, poor quality!!!!

Service from staff was 5* It's dominos it's self, nothing to so with the staff.... using cheap ingredients and wanting top money. Personal I won't be coming back £30 for two Pizza's, nah!

So this evening after a lovely outing we decided to get a domino's we ordered a texas BBQ for my boyfriend and a meat feast pizza for myself however once I got home they put BBQ on both pizzas absoulty disgusting I don't do BBQ on pizza worst £25 spent ever never again!

Great tasting pizza, always delivered efficiently so the pizza is steaming hot. I wouldn’t purchase without any decent deals though as it’s getting more and more expensive. Still cheaper than other franchises though.

Found hairs in my pizza yet again.

Usually very good but this time we bought 3 pizzas and some dough balls, all the boxes were squashed down on top and all the cheese stuck to the lid on two of the pizzas. I could tell by the delivery drivers facial expression when he arrived that something was wrong.

Usually very good but I'll put this one down to a bad day. Not a good pizza this time. I believe I ordered it with cheese?! Rather than a tomato puree pizza with topping. Really not good. Garlic bread though...good as ever.

No half-and-half pizzas still!!! What an utter farce Domino's are, during the height of the pandemic they limited their choice to 7 pizza types and removed half-and-half as an option which was fair, well over 12 months on the full menu has returned, but half-and-half is still not available, the excuse this time? It takes longer and they don't have the staff, therefore forcing you to order two separate smaller pizza's. Now it doesn't take a genius to work out making two pizzas takes longer than making one half-and-half that is bigger, what it does do is makes Domino's more money. Pizza Hut and Pappa John's both can do half-and-half so it looks like our business will be going there instead. Poor show Domino's.

This store is SO good. Amazing team, and the food is always delivered promptly and politely, as well as perfectly cooked pizzas. Update: May 2021. Still amazing service all throughout pandemic. The most efficient branch I've been to by far, delivery staff are always friendly, and in-store are busy getting on with things, and the pizzas are cooked perfectly!

This is the worst Domino's pizza franchise I have been to. The Pizzas are always overdone I suspect the oven time is that bit too long. The staff are very unhelpful far too busy taking phone orders and making other Pizzas. Take trip to the Aylesbury branch they know how it's done and customer service far better. Kingswinford not recommended!!

Best dominos i have tried only had it twice so far but delivery time is good and pizza always tastes brilliant and hot.

I have to say the team at Domino's are amazing, the laat 2 times we have ordered pizzas from here for collection and they have been delivered faster than I could drive to collect!! This was during the covid 19 peak! They arrived boiling hot so they had only just come out of the oven and the delivery driver phoned me first to ask if it was ok if he could leave the food on the floor and when I popped out to say thank you he wasn't in a rush at all like some delivery drivers, very pleasant!

Made a complaint back in December, had to cancel an order made by mistake. Dominos confirmed at the time order was cancelled and I would get a full refund. After chasing both Dominos head office and the store manager Kulwinder up to this point (29th Feb 2020, since Dec 19) still have not had a refund. I won't order again from any dominos pizza.

Ordered and arrived within 25 minutes and we was around 2 miles away from the store. Very impressed with the service

Having ordered from Dominios in the hundreds I can say they are consistently great. Food always comes quickly and Dom keeps you company giving you update of the foods progress. I really enjoy the range of sides and variety’s there are from dominos especially from stallings Lane. With any food joint there are a few times that the foods cold or not as ordered but it’s few and far between. Overall it’s just a dominos that delivers fast and tastes great.

Absolutely disgusted with this Domino's, I'm disabled and the guy wouldn't climb 10 steps. So he drives off, so I ring the store, he said he's sending him back, he doesn't come. so I ring them yet again to be told its incase they get attacked (in Kingswinford!!!) explain the disability act, to which he said "well we dont do that". So out of pocket, another hour or so now waiting for another place. Rude, totally unhelpful and in breach of the disability act.

This Dominos is a great store. Orders always come quickly (or spot on with timed orders, ordered ahead) pizzas are always spot on. Never had a problem. Very lucky this is my local dominos. 🍕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't know what they do to be so different. Every time I order they know my name, recommend the best deals available and give me the best quality of food which makes me a pizza lover. I've never been giving the chance to complain. They've just had a refurbishment and the store looks astonishing👌🏻👌🏻

The dominos branch on stallings lane is blessed with very good staff. Unlike most pizza places; here the waiting staff smile, look and be helpful, and the service is very quick. They are very professional indeed. Once I ordered online and the delivery driver was quick and my food was piping HOT!! I didn't have to wait any longer than 1 minute when I went to collect my order from the branch. They speak really nice and clearly on the phone. The branch is very clean and highly maintained. Can't fault it in any ways. Hope they maintain their high standards. Very likely i will visit and order again and again!

As you should expect from a Domino's franchise amazing food with faultless discounts/offers in this local store. Regular customer at this place cannot fault the waiting times.

Phantom booking Since domino's came to kingswinford we had an excellent service whenever we required their pizzas...good quality and normally very good. A few weeks ago they really messed up... we had guests over and we placed an order. An hour later we phoned to see where our order was...to be told no order was even placed! I was flabbergasted ...had a phone call clear as day win a girl who took the order and address, everything...when we called to chase.. they made me feel like I was crazy. I realise the reason is Domino's policy is to give the order for free if they're late.. but they can't be late to the phantom booking. Won't be using them unless I'm wasted and have no other option
