Staff were friendly and helpful. Chef was only average. If they can only cook hamburgers well done then it is only a pub. Pizzas were very lacking in toppings. Beef crispy noodles w beef very crispy, chicken was better. Midnight fire alarm was not good for sleep. Room was noisy til 10:30 pm when I assume the bar closed. Shower needs non slip mat.

We had lunch here after a visit to a local vineyard. The lady behind the bar made us very welcome and showed us to our table, which we had pre-booked. The menu was the usual pub food, which when arrived, was good , but nothing special. Overall, a friendly pub to pop into for a lunch, but probably wouldn’t choose for a special occasion.

After visiting Wymondham Abbey we decided to call in at The Feathers public house, the landlady was very attentive. We ordered food which was very good and a ample amount and a good price.

Absolutely awful! £6 for a kids meal, which was old frozen watery pasta that had been microwaved. Nearly £11 for spinach and feta pasta with two inch thick slices of garlic bread. Again watery and had been microwaved and was probably smaller than the kids meals. Then a tough chewy pulled pork burger. I’d rather eat horse muck off the road than eat here again!!

Having drank there a few tines we thought we would try Sunday lunch. Four of us were put at the smallest table in the middle of the bar, the larger tables reserved for twos and threes, odd, they did offer to move us but why seat us there if they had larger tables? The vegetarian 'roast' was TWO over cooked cheap veggie sausages (none of us could eat them),disgraceful for £13.95! How is that a 'roast'? Over all the experience was uncomfortable. When paying the bill we had one (the cheapest) meal knocked off and an explanation that the veggie roast wasn't usually sausages and they weren't the usual veggie sausages, maybe explaining to the customer that the quality was inferior to the norm, before they order, would be a good idea , but obviously they would rather people just paid, said nothing, and left. Definitely not a place for anyone expecting a good Sunday lunch as described. Disgraceful.

Same as any other McDonald’s now. Nice interior , screens to order food yourself and can choose the option of table service or collect. Children’s play area / tables outside. They forgot our desserts when we went through the drive through so had to get out and get them , which defeats the point of a drive through.
