We recently enjoyed a Saturday evening family meal at Netherton Steakhouse. The waiting staff were very welcoming. The food was excellent and we had various burgers, steak and macaroni cheese. All cooked beautifully and generous portions. We were sat next to the bar area and the staff constantly apologised for the noise, but this really didn't bother us and we didn't complain but even so we were given a couple of complimentary drinks - very nice touch - thank you. Look forward to revisiting in the summer when we can sit in the lovely garden area.

Firstly I am so shocked to receive this msg asking to review green pastures farm shop. I never gave my number name anything and I'm interested to know how you have my personal details. Even a picture of the plants we were looking at and purchased. Secondly we had a roast and it was very overpriced. The meal was very small for the price. My partner had no carrots where I did. The food was cold apart from the roast potatoes. It took such a long time to receive the meal. We felt there was no organisation and we heard others complaining to themselves as well. We came away disgusted and very disappointed at what we received for £44.50. We both came home and had to eat.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Would recommend this course. Food was very nice and not over priced. Drink prices were on power with other places in the area

We wanted to eat before a show at the Corn Hall and Puccini's was very convenient. We had read a couple of the bad reviews so we where a little concerned about the service and the and quality of the food. However the service was warm and efficient. The food was delicious. Lovely pizzas, and the seafood pasta was a big hit. Four people two courses each, beer and wine. Just under £90! It made a lovely start to our evening. Thank you Puccini's

Really disappointed. On previous occasions the gluten free and dairy free options have been superb but not anymore if seems. We went on Sunday lunchtime hoping for a sandwich and cake but were informed the only savoury food coeliac friendly was a chicken caesar salad minus the caesar dressing. I ended up having a slice of cake which was good, thankfully. They also only have dairy free oat milk which isn’t gluten free which wasn’t helpful and could be simply rectified. My husband had the eggs benedict with bacon, his muffin had blue mould on it which we sent back to the kitchen immediately, fortunately he hadn’t started eating it. The replacement arrived very fast, within a couple of minutes, long enough to toast another muffin but not to cook the bacon or poached eggs again which were now hard. When it came to paying the bill we explained to the waitress that the meal was disappointing and she didn’t seem to accept the feedback even though she was the one who had seen the mouldy bread. When we asked if his food had in fact been cooked again or if the bacon and eggs were the same from his previous plate she assured us it had but we seriously doubted that given the hardened poached eggs and timescale. Such a shame. We paid in full but didn’t leave feeling good about our experience there. I really hope they improve and take on this feedback

Very disappointed. Service was excellent. However main course of smothered chicken was quite awful. Although chips were good, the chicken was VERY overcooked, making it dry, stringy and tough. Only ate half of it. Others at my table had crispy chicken which was also overcooked and wasn't crispy. Not good. Will not return.

We came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday in December and we were not disappointed! From our arrival to our departure, the service was amazing and all the staff we met were warm and friendly. The food was fab (I must recommend the duck leg, wow!!!) and we even got a complimentary birthday treat which just made our night. We won’t be waiting for another special occasion to make our next visit!
