Ordered a mixed kebab doner and chicken,the doner was so thinly cut it was all dry awful even my dog would eat it,4measly bit of chicken, totally ripped off for nearly a tenner

Had an amazing delivery from Istanbul kebab House this evening. The food was fresh, tasty and hot. Brilliant value for money and the BEST pizza in town. Thankyou 💖

Poor portions and no apology kept saying it was my fault potato wedges were 1 potato cut into quarters don't buy from this place rude xnd no apology Kept talking over me and treated me like I was just causing trouble false advertisements. Didn't listen to anything I had to say I will not be buying from here again wish I had not bothered do not buy from her please don't buy from here they are rip off merchant's

What a load of s—t why should it be so hard to supply hot food at the temperature it should be served at and chips that have not been cooked more than once! Absolutely diabolical! Must be taking advantage of the pandemic! Why don’t you find an occupation that you enjoy and stop destroying people’s food!!!

We ordered chicken shish and lamb shish with rice and were overly happy with our food. Rice was delicious and the chicken was very tasty. On par with Turkish food in Harringay, if not, even better! We originally left a restaurant called the Bulls Inn as we were unhappy with the service there and stumbled upon this place, could have been happier with both the service and the food quality. Will 100% be popping back in on our next trip down!

Great! Very friendly! Excellent service! Food was delicious and the staff were overly understanding and accomodating to my sister's dairy allergy. When passing through this is definitely the place to try! Chicken shish kebab was lovely 😍

Food looked good however I could not try any of it. I had a special order request due to an ingredient intolerance which i added in the notes section, I also added another menu item combination. They gave me the correct item combination however ignored the ingredient request meaning they purposefully ignored it. They did not try to contact me and did not inform me on delivery that they would/could not comply with my order request. If I had not noticed the ingredient I would have been very unwell. Waste of money and wont be ordering from again. . Wasted my money and a waste of food. could be a lot worse if it was something like a nut allergy.... 0/10 wont order from here again.

Met up with my brother in Diss the night before visiting our father. Went in to town for a few beers after which we decided we needed food so off to Istanbul we went. Two large doners later and we were sorted. We ordered large and weren't disappointed. We enjoyed our food. Hot (heat) hot (chilli) fresh crispy salad. The pittas smelt great too. When asked the staff informed that they had started the business 30 years ago. That's quite something in my opinion but then probably because by my experience they sell a quality product! Good luck for future.

I ordered on line and our food was delivered very quickly , iv always had food from this take away mainly kebabs and they have all been ok some not 100% but still edible. This evening I decided to order chicken & chips. I have never tasted such awful Luke warm chicken no taste really dried out all the chips were Luke warm the whole meal was appalling and when complaining over phone I got no sorry, another meal offered , or a complete refund. Very bad customer service, and on that note I will definitely not be given them any more of my custom what’s so ever.

Pretty good doner kebab, but be prepared for a mountain of salad. Decent service and short wait. Cheap price, but you get what you pay for.

Friendly guys who work hard and always try to deliver the best food. the kebabs are spot on, good quality food cooked well. their chilli sauce is very good! my only criticism is they do not deliver anymore! why!?? being back delivery

Food arrived in good time. Ordered large kabab with salad no sauce was decent size and good quality, fresh. Also chicken wrap was good size and freshly made. Very happy

Ordered kebabs and one pitta bread was rock hard and burnt, rang up and they said they would send another, 20 minutes later I had to ring again and ask where it was and told them that the meat was now cold. They hung up and a pitta bread was delivered 10 minutes later. Won't order from them again. Not impressed at all. Would give zero stars if I could.

we eat regularly from Istanbul kebab house but only usually take out rather than delivered. this was our first delivery and the food was the usual high standard we’re used to. the only minor issue would be that the burgers could be a little hotter.

Tried them when I first moved to the area wasnomay but not great. There has been a dramatic turn around, from now on will only use Istanbul takeaway!!!! Well done

Lovely Food, lamb shish melted in the mouth it was cooked that good and chilli sauce was perfect heat, will definitely order again when in area.

Good choice of food, something for everyone, as a takeaway it has something for all tastes, and is very good value for money. The staff are always warm and friendly, and helpful. Deliveries are on time, with text notification when en route. Can order and pay online so this makes it ideal for large orders, groups etc.

great spices and fast service - excellent. Always a treat as staff are really helpful and food is always served fresh and hot - we have never been disappointed even with their delivery service - fast, efficient, always correct order, always great food.

Potato Wedges were quite soggy, but overall a good meal! Arrived slightly early which is always good! Would use again!

The food was good compare to the first and second time I ordered food from the Restaurant..the delivery there fast and customer service is friendly and amazing well Manners...for the first time my daughter finish all the chips,there were soft and good 😊...

I love the chicken burgers from here, proper chicken not the frozen cheap ones you sometimes get. Chilli sauce is just perfect for me too. Will definitely use again.

Food arrived early which was great, but the garlic bread was dry and salty. The kebab had two pieces of cucumber if you call them that, wedges more like. What looked like half a lettuce, and it was meant to large but it definitely wasn't. And the pizza had hardly any pepperoni on or cheese. Extremely disappointed.

Kebab fine chicken kebab not much meat very poor

My kebabs arrived 30 mins late and were cold. Thought I would phone and let them know....they were aggressive and didn't care. Will never order from them again...a sorry was all I wanted.

My garlic bread was very salty, my kebab wasn't even in a box and was completely soggy, and my 'garlic' mushrooms definitely didn't taste like garlic mushrooms and they where extremely oily, not impressed.

Food was all cold when it arrived. Shame as we've never had this problem before.

Usually excellent food and service, almost always earlier than estimated delivery. But not tonight. For some reason they couldn't handle the busy load, after 1.5 hours from ordering, I waited another 40 minutes before trying to chase our food. They didn't answer their phone, so I had to call Just Eat who had to raise a second order, but then the first order arrived shortly after (more than 2 hours since ordering) food was cold, dried out. Restaurant did phone and apologise. I don't mind late, but late and bad is not good.

The only thing I don't like is that the menu says free delivery within a certain radius but despite living in diss, I still have to pay £1 delivery charge - either don't state it as free or give me the option to remove the delivery charge!

Ordered at 10:50pm once ordered the kebab the just eat link had shut and the delivery was for the next day at 12:45, we rang up to cancel the order and paid for another one which came and was fine. However the next day the other one turned up and we was charged for rang up to see if we could get the refund but the guy was sarcastic over phone and pretty much said deal with it. Not really fussed but the guys a tool and doesn't care about customers.

Pensé que debería revisar estas chico. Tenemos una para llevar una vez a la semana y es usualmente desde aquí. Su kebabs son enormes. Normalmente recalienta mi sobras para el almuerzo del día siguiente. Hacen una variedad de comida, pizza, pollo frito, pinchos, etc. Siempre bien preparado e incluso su donner no es demasiado graso. Servicio amable. Sus costillas barbacoa son geniales.

I wasn't happy with the delivery guy revving his engine and blaring his music, woke my baby up but the food and timing was good

All items were wrapped and package well, and nice and hot to eat.

First time ordering food from here, kebabs were very big portions, salad nice and fresh and the meat was beautiful! Good value for money and quick delivery- will defently be ordering from here again! 5*

King size burgers are tiny like really small and chips were under cooked with hardly any cheese on them, really rubbish for the prices to be honest never ordering from there again

Favourite takeaway in Diss! They always pay attention to the notes you put on to change the order & always comes within the time frame :) & the foods always great!
