Enjoy Eat kebab in South Norfolk

Down here for a weeks holiday and have used Enjoy Eat x3 this week, each time food spot on, delivery spot on, staff spot on. Highly recommend this takeaway 10/10

Ordered special mixed kebab shish and pizza. All items were delivered within promised time and were fresh. Lamb doner was a bit gamy but it’s common with all such places in Norwich. Portion sizes were good. Overall it’s good value for money.

Very good portion of food, almost too much. Needless to say it mad me take a BIG BOY POOP!!!

Ordered Pizza and chicken burger meal. Chicken was SO over salted I couldn’t eat it. Perhaps the chef shouldn’t add any salt!!!! Pizza was okay. Cost £2.49 more than what was stated in the menu and delivery was supposed to be free. Menu clearly states minimum order £10! We spent £22.50 which is way more than £10! And the total bill was £24.99! Obviously they cannot get their numbers right! This is a clear case of overcharging! Reading other similar poor reviews it seems management doesn’t care to improve. We were going to ring and complain but seems staff are very argumentative so won’t bother. Will we use this establishment again, in a word “NO”. Menu in the bin!

Terrible food and overcharged by the delivery driver. Food had loads of added salt for some reason. Menu clearly states prices, but it cost us more. From reading the other reviews it will be pointless complaining to the management as it appears they are rude and abusive. One and only time it'll be used by us, if any asks us about it, we'll be honest and mention our experience.

The worst takeaway I have ever had, I have never tasted chicken like that and why flat. The burger had very little beef in it, one bite and it went in the bin. Then the salad clearly been laying around some time. Don't know the hygiene rating but I suggest serious improvement required.

I've ordered from this kebab house many times, far too often they 'forget' the drink. I believe this is a money making scheme as its just too much of a coincidence, no other kebab house does this. The chips tonight tasted like they had been cooked in oil from last year, nasty. The kebab was actually really good, as was the salad. I find it a shame if the chips were good and the drink I'd paid for was delivered would have been at least four stars.

Absolutely top notch food Guys It’s the second takeaway I’ve ordered from you and you haven’t disappointed Best chips I’ve had in a long time not greasy , full of flavour and I didn’t need to add anything to them .loved the chicken kebab with the chilli sauce not over powering very well balanced. Ordered through Just Eat tonight. Not being gross, but the kebab meat tasted really bad, like urine. I don't mean to be horrible, but it was just awful. I won't be ordering from here again. I'm sorry to the people who work hard at this place, but you need honest feedback. Delivery was just in the time stated so I can't complain about that.

Ordered over 2 hours ago, called an hour ago they said theyd be 25 mins. Give a bit of attitude saying they're busy. It's a tuesday evening and I ordered at 5:45pm how is it THAT busy. Makes so sense. Lost cause and wasted my timd

Absolutely lovely! It takes about 20 minutes to get to this kebab shop and they delivered the food hotter than my local ones would! All the meat was cooked lovely and very tasty would definitely recommend 👌

Have lived in Cringleford for over a year and never took the opportunity to try this place out, I've missed out big time !!! I've had both the chicken burger and donor kebab and I've loved both, honest owners that are family run and have a smile on their faces every time. Portion sizes are generous and value for money. Clean premises , came in late on the third night and could see the effort being put in to clean all the surfaces and cooking equipment. Honestly great food and they've got a customer for a while now. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

It is one of the Best affordable food joints available in norwich. Their kebabs are really good. Doner kebabs also taste great. Quantity and quality is always good.

Delivery took almost 2 hours and turned up cold. No offer of replacement food.

Food Late cold and missing. Guaranteed we are 40 minutes away from the takeaway so we expected a wait but after an hour and a half wait and the delivery estimation (estimated at 8.30) having already passed we rang to be told 10 minutes away, and it didn’t turn up, called again at 8.45 told another 10 minutes. Didn’t turn up so rang again at 9.10 said same thing. Rang at 9.30 again, turned up at 9.45 late and cold. Honestly wouldn’t be bothered about the time if they had just told us when it actually was going to be rather than lying. Then find out that a burger is missing so one of us is missing dinner. Tried to get a refund via just eat after the takeaway said they couldn’t deal with it but agreed we deserved a refund. Out of £64 I received £20. They said that was for the food being cold but haven’t received compensation for the burger and they’re refusing to pay even though I put in two compensation requests on the night. Brilliant start to our holiday, thanks a bunch!

I never expect much from a kebab shop but these guys are great. They are friendly and the chicken burger is for 2 people. Fresh and tasty!!

Food is decent is you collet but if your looking for delivery your playing Russian roulette. If your lucky your food will turn up on time. If your unlucky like I was tonight it will turn up over 2 hours late cold and soggy. In the mean time I have to feed the hungry kids while trying to ring them to see what's going on before needing to drive to the shop to ask for a refund as they have turned the phone off. Not happy!

Absolutely delicious flavour chicken kebab, chips lovely for frozen chips, delivery 40 mins so very acceptable. Yummy yummy.

Delicious, advice to order directly from their shop as it's radically cheaper than using Just Eat, chicken burger and pizza perfect, will be our go to now.

This relates to delivery orders only. As a regular customer of collection and the standard of food is normally very good. But we have zero luck with delivery which we only use if we have had a very long day at work and then put the children to bed. It says 45 minutes on their own website but it never is. Tonight we ordered at 6.45pm and it’s now 8.30pm and still no order. After ringing up to see they recieved our order we were told 10-15 minutes and that was 35 mins ago. We normally collect but after working very long day we decided on delivery. It’s not difficult to change the time so your customers know if the business is busy or call people to say do you still want your order. So frustrating as we are only 5-10mins away I’d rather have gone in as a walk in customer an hour ago!! As I write the order has just arrived and the chips are really under done even after waiting nearly 2 hours. Gutted.

It was the first time of me trying this place and all i can say is the food is amazing, i had a pizza and it was still fresh and hot when it was delivered to my door, the delivery driver was so lovely and i generally do feel i had a 10/10 experience with this place. this is now my new favourite n i will continue to order from here because i am amazed on not just how friendly the staff was but also how tasty and fresh the food was. Defiantly worth every penny.

2nd time of ordering pizza and kebab arrived on time but very very disappointed Stone cold pizza vegetarian with pineapple but doesn’t mention pineapple on list of ingredients that makes my wife very ill to so couldn’t eat after warming up Kebab very dry main part of salad was all onion very little of other salad won’t be ordering again

If only you could remember the garlic sauce, every time I pay for it and never receive it :(

Just moved close by and we were told this place was good. We have had a couple of takeaways from here now and they have all been awesome, fresh and tasty and friendly service when delivered.

Terrible service. Said 1 hour for delivery, after 1.5 hours called to find out where food was. Basically got attitude and was told it would be another 20 + mins. Told him to cancel! Don’t use!

Great, really tasty food. Kebabs, pizza and burgers we have tried have all been awesome and highly recommend. Staff are super friendly too, cannot rate this place more!

I would advise to order before you go. These guys are extremely busy busy busy which orders. We have eaten twice from.here and haven't been disappointed. If you go in on a fri or sat without ordering...you may have to wait...for a while...but it's worth it.

I've ordered twice from this place. The first time we had food missing. I was prepared to give benefit of the doubt and tried on another occasion. The second time we had even more food missing! Called them to tell them and they argued that they had sent the correct order. Therefore I have been RIPPED OFF twice by this lot! One on my family members had to go without! Disgusting. I will never be ordering from this lot again and hope others will see this message and be put off too!

This use to be the best takeaway I had used me and my family would use it every time we wanted a takeaway. They service was great and so was the food the boss man was lovely always a happy man but now that they have changed over bosses the kebab shop has gone down hill the new boss is very very rude to his staff and to his customers the food is pants I ordered a large and got what use to be seen as a small. The kebabs are grease hardly any food in the containers very poor. Will not be using this service again.

Where to start???? -all meat is 100% halal( certificate available) -multilingual staff 👏 - Big car parking right infront of the shop (free) and Tesco beside it for your shopping before or after you get your food - food price is very good and affordable! - very tasty and satisfying food! - generous portions -fresh food -hygiene is also very good But the stand out point i would like to make is that the staff were amazing ! Very friendly, interactive and generous ! Gave us free drinks on the house for the little ones 😊 !( thanks)! Everything we had ordered tasted amazing and id order that again ! Excellent food, very welcoming staff. Surprisingly, the home made Turkish sweets were better than what you expect from a kebab shop! My favourites though is the chicken shawarma rap.

We ate here on the very first day when they had an introductory offer. We had a grilled pineapple veggie burger and a vegetable pizza. We had also tried their homemade Baklawa. We found the food to be very delicious and their service to be exceptional. The owner is very friendly and the whole place gives you a warm feeling. The place has great choice of kebabs, pizzas and turkish sweets. We would love to visit the place again.

Very slow service and very very expensive. I will never ever return the food made me ill they have no organizational skills they are quick and happy just to take your money then forget your order and get it wrong after you complain.
