Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in McDonalds they incorrectly explain the meals and prices then try and confront you after the fact of them messing up on your order The staff were very impolite and aggressive towards me and triggered a reaction due too my condition when I had reacted I got smirks and dirty looks and was threatened too have the authorities called on me for a mistake that wasn’t of my own!

McDonald's innit. Apparently the burgers are now hotter, could have fooled me.🤣 And the drinks were short measure too

The worst McDonald’s for delivery, if you order at the McDonalds granted it’s not drive through because they’ll mess that up as well. Honestly it’s ridiculous man 3 times in a row I’m getting home after a night out and ordering food and they’re not getting the order right or not including items I’ve payed for. Recommend if your eating in but never order and even on the drive through make sure you check what they’ve given you

I do not recommend this MacDonalds service was poor got my order there where Flies Behind The Counter and Even More In the restaurant setting area

Usual dried out junk food but convenient from time to time. Can't beat Wimpy!

Food edible but chips taste of cardboard, no service on the till, a guy asked a member of staff if someone could serve him and was told he wasn't able to and laughed... then said he would get someone.... about 15 minutes wait for food for it to be cold... 20 minutes wait for a small fries and salad... mental. Just absolute chaos

Disappointed at the driver thru - why do they make the coffees and place them aside while they are still cooking your order? Seemed like they say they fit neatly 5 mins. Surely they should make them just as the cooked order is completed? They'd be at their best and hot! Seen this done at two Drive Thru restaurants - bad practice. Disappointed! ☹️

Went there in heatwave, and the ac blasted. THANK YOU for that. Food is made on order and served hot. Friendly staff.

Very well presented polite English speaking staff

Wish we had a better experience. The menu was confusing. We were pointed to the 2nd window for our food and waiting way too long... just to get the wrong items. Then we were told they wouldn't fix our order, that we had to just drive through and buy it again; this time, we went inside, and the ordering process was a joke! The food tasted like cardboard, and no one who ate this order was satisfied. Disappointed. Won't return to a McDonald's ever again.

Food varies in quality and temperature nothing worse than warm burger and fries

Worst McDonald’s in Norfolk Not always a happy service and often find lids not correctly placed on hot drinks presenting some real danger. The old lady cleaning the tables is a tad lazy and doesn’t do much.

I convinced my taxi driver to go Mcdonalds (£3 extra). We went to drive through to be told " We can't take Drive Thru orders at the moment." I think back to a simpler time where you could ask for food then hand over cash, those were the days!

Ordered one item and even that was wrong!

The good was great but the lady who served us was very rude, wasn’t a nice experience waiting for our food.

Nothing to complain. Usual good service. Being a vegetarian had to eat the same thing just like every time. Outside bins were overflowing is the only reason for leaving 4 star for atmosphere.

Stopped ordering from the thickthorn store now. As everytime there has always been missing items when received, ranging from fries, burgers and drinks. Very poor service when you call or email them regarding the missing orders as they don't want to know.

Food cold after waiting 10 mins. Food on counter (left there whilst staff dealing with delivery drivers) when complained the manger shrugged his shoulders. Rude!⁰

Food delivered after ordering on McDonald’s app. Now decided to delete the app. Doesn’t work as 3 or my last 4 orders have had main items missing (all changed for and not refunded). Every time I call ‘Just eat’ get the blame for missing items, however they come sealed FROM McDONALD’s. McDonald’s is fine for a quick lunch/dinner. Don’t use the app. Missing items and never refunded. (‘Just eat’ also promised a refund within 15 days, 2 months ago)…. Very poor ⭐️

We had breakfast for the first time here . Had been in for dinner on new year eve and was good. This time the only thing that could be better on our breakfast, was some of the items were too fried like the hashbrown and slices of bread and the black pudding was quite dry . Orange juice was amazing . Apart from that , service good , the girls were happily friendly 😊

Not for the first time card payment via the self-serve terminals was not working, forcing us to the counter only to find that one of the two tills had gone faulty that morning.

Don't turn up around midnight, always an update or something going on so you have to wait 20 minutes just to place an order.

I know it's a McDonald's so not expecting much but they still managed to disappoint. Really slow service, cold food and incorrect order. Cash desk was vacant of any staff so didn't bother complaining.

Since the refurb at the end of last year the number of tables has reduced making it more difficult to get a seat. They should have taken the opportunity to increase seating but as long as the delivery drivers don't have to slum it with the plebs then that's OK.

Order at table within 10 minutes

Medium size from MCD. You can order at the terminal or in person. Service was quick and the place was clean. There are seats available outside. The parking lot is not very large and can be full at times. Location right on the roundabout and so easy to reach. Otherwise McDonald as usual.

Every time we order from the app, food takes ages and is always cold.

Good clean efficient Mcdonald's

Be sure to check your order thoroughly. How can people be so incapable of fulfilling an order. Everytime we go there we have missing items so be sure to open boxes up. So far we've had missed box of chicken selects, missed hash brown, forgot to put in dips. This time they managed to forget to put chips in a bloody happy meal and it really wasn't busy.

Visited here just as I was passing and fancied a quick breakfast, parking was ok but when I got inside 2 of the 4 ordering points weren't working, the place had a big group of motorcyclist in who had very little manners and were both sat and stood throughout the restaurant which meant getting your food order from the counter a bit of a dodge and weave through the rude crowd. I also noted 3 members of staff (1 I'm sure was management) just standing in a public area just chatting (I knew it wasnt work related as I overheard their conversation) this to me is very unprofessional especially with the chaos that was surrounding them. I will try my utmost never to visit this place again.

Raspberry and white chocolate pies are delicious! Drive through was a little slow on this occasion.

Had a sweet chilli chicken wrap. It was the first one I've had for about 1 year. Very disappointed and couldn't believe the lack of filling. As the photos show, it was literally just a wrap and nothing else for the first 3 plus inches!!! McDonald's..... What has happened?? Definitely won't be returning.

I ordered food on points off my app McDonald's. The first lady had accepted code I gave to her at the post time I got to the first place and the tills were rebooting. They could not find my order so I ended up having to pay for my food. Not good service

A very modern McDonald's located in some services near Norwich. I actually had a good experience, especially since I don't normally have a good time at a McDonald's. It's also a rather big McDonald's as well. The toilets are ok and the service is very good. I highly recommend going there for a road trip to Norwich.

Cold fries and when asked for replacement young lad just seen very unhappy about it. On other hand the lady on Loby was very helpful and very chatty.

Typical modern fast food restaurant. All the latest ordering systems and drive through facility. Staff are friendly and helpful. Outdoor eating areas and generally very clean, although there were house flies, due to being located next to farm fields. I suspect this is only a very occasional issue. The WiFi coverage is patchy, so make sure you are using McDonalds' service, especially if you use the App to order your meal.

Food was only warm, restaurant was freezing and food took ages to arrive. A very expensive disappointing meal for 4.

Typical McDonald's, nice fast food

For it's location this is a rather small McDonald's. The drive through and entrance to the car park are merged at first leaving a long queue that is quite often unnecessary. Staff are friendly and helpful though quite obviously rather stressed. One of the stands to order from wasn't working on my recent visit and the staff member at the till seemed confused that I ordered there instead. The cafe area is full of character and has a well thought out seating plan with different types of staying for different group sizes. Food was hot and fries weren't too salty, drinks weren't watery, either. Little bit of a wait time however it was a peak time visit and the drive through was also busy.

Burger was cold not the best help

I normally visit this place with my family for Sunday breakfast, where we consistently enjoy prompt service, a selection of fresh and delectable food items, a clean and inviting environment, and, notably, outstanding service. The place has become a cherished favorite for us, owing to its consistently high standards that contribute to our overall appreciation and enjoyment. 😍

I am a healthy food type but only like McDonald's with no reason

Good food, service was a bit off. Our order wasn't checked properly and we had to tell them an item was missing. Shop was busy at the time of our visit and floor was a little dirty and littered.

Busy place, but quite efficient in term of speed of food preparation. The courtesy of staff is noteworthy. I see them regularly cleaning up after people leave.

Usual roadside McDonald's. A bit cramped and worn fixtures considering how new it is. The toilets were damaged and dirty when we visited, toilet seats loose and dispensers malfunctioning. Would probably be on the lower end of McDonald's toilets, probably due to how busy it is. I would give the toilets here 3.5/10

Lucky if you actually receive what you ordered. So.many times we've been through the drive through only to discover parts of the order are missing.

The McDonald's restaurant was very amazing to go in especially for how it was set out & there was loads of room for people to sit including for young children & was brilliant for the amount of quickness for doing the order for your food or drink to come & be at your table when you have done it off the McDonald's App

This morning we visited for breakfast and brought what we paid for a breakfast wrap but when we got home it was a brown bacon roll we were charged for breakfast wrap and didn't get what we asked for. There's no where I can send a formal complaint to.
