Our Server Gracie was Brilliant And very Friendly really made the experience great!

Went Saturday night, table booked for 8pm, our server was really attentive and extremely helpful. Worked out the best deal for us and was polite and friendly, food was top notch, just one slight downfall even though it wasn't busy did wait quite a while for food.

It was exactly as expected except the front of house team were better than I had assumed. If you want a pizza hut it's a great choice.

Recently quality has gone downhill... Not enough ingredients and cold pizzas... To top it up unprofessional management especially the manager...

Lovely pizza and the service was friendly. Not the cheapest these days for a family. Only thing was it was card only and you had to order via a qr code on the table. So no person to take your order, which may not be for everyone.

Well, Pizza Hut, you’ve done it. You’ve managed to re-define the word regular and convince people that tiny, shrunken pizzas are the new standard. Congratulations on achieving the world record for the biggest rip-off disguised as dinner. I ordered a “regular” pizza, but what arrived looked more like a sample-sized snack from a toddler’s play kitchen. At first, I thought they’d accidentally sent me a coaster, but no—this was supposed to be my meal. It was the culinary equivalent of putting a postage stamp in a frame and calling it “art.” Shrinkflation is real, and Pizza Hut is clearly at the forefront of this movement, proudly shrinking their pizzas while inflating their prices. If this is what they call “regular,” then I dread to see what their “small” pizza looks like. Maybe they serve it in an espresso cup, or perhaps it’s invisible and you just get to imagine a pizza. Either way, Pizza Hut has redefined disappointment. So, if you’re in the mood to spend top dollar on something that would leave a mouse unsatisfied, Pizza Hut has you covered. Otherwise, I suggest you look elsewhere unless you fancy a game of “where’s my pizza?”

Pizzahut has just done down in so many areas, food, taste, value and quality since Covid. I'd rather go to pizza express or grab a Dominos! Shame really 😕

Never turned up! Said delivered but wasn’t to my address went to Pizza Hut ourselves and they wanted nothing to do with it! Absolutely outrageous!

I love this place one of best pizza restaurant in Norwich the pizzas are always very tasty and delicious. I have been visiting this place for years and I recommend this place to everyone. They never let me down taste and qualitywise and also service wise

To be honest not really worth the price now, even with having the Buffet. Don't think we will be going back anytime soon.

Disappointed once again.. Pizza looked and tested very poor, minimal amount of cheese and undercooked. And when it got delivered it was already cold.

Now very, very expensive. My wife, my grandson and I ate here and for three individual size pizzas and three soft drinks the bill was £60! They charge £3.99 for one Coke. This place was packed a couple of years ago with families from the nearby housing estate. Yesterday (Sunday) at 1pm it had just six groups and it's no wonder, who can afford such ridiculous prices for cheaply-made food?

This visit was the first time the notes I had added to my online booking were taken into consideration (room for pram and privacy, if possible, for breastfeeding). I am so grateful for this and impressed by the kindness shown when we arrived. Our food was nice, but the prices seem far too high for what you receive. The baby change layout is also such a pain. Overall, however, we'd put up with these things if we were treated the way we were on the day.

We had a meal here today and we enjoyed the salad bar. The food was good but nothing too special and we were given some wrong items. The table and chairs are uncomfortable and the tables seemed high compared to the sofa.

Everything was very good, food , buffet variety and salad bar well kept refreshed as required, staff all freindly efficient. Ice cream factor good and plentiful, very much enjoyed by my grandchildren.

Our delivery was meant to be at 8.35 we received it at 9.05 and it was stone cold

the pizza was really bad....I don't know what that was but it was the worst pizza I've had from pizzahut. fries were ok though.

I ordered at 5.50 pm and the food was delivered at 07.40pm. The food was cold and couldn’t eat. I tried to cancel my order but no proper channel to contact. Poor customer support. Frustrated with just eat

Delivery is shocking. The past times we have ordered via just eat our food has been either left on the floor or left on the outside black bin which is highly unhygienic and the delivery driver has run back to vehicle with no acknowledgement to customer service. The food tag on the box was also undone and food was cold. Pizza hut have been called but rightly they can't do anything about the delivery. We are very upset and would like to make a formal complaint and would like a full refund.

Lovely lunch with my Granddaughter best greeting ever upon entering the restaurant. Served by Donna always on hand for us. So efficient and lovely. Two Aaron's chefs. Really good. Went over and above asked what we would liked cooked on the buffet. Salad fresh and plentiful. Ice cream factory really lovely. So glad we went in ! Thank you

Good food, ignore the estimated times they give you for collection, every time I go in to collect i wait atleast 15 minutes extra. That's poor

Long water nr5.. What should have been a busy period 7pm fathers day. 3 cars in the car park. 3 tablets occupied. No waiter service. Had to do a thing on the phone with a number on the table. If my son wasn't there I couldn't and wouldn't do it. The food was good but alas after two hours in that place I will NEVER go to pizza hut again. Absolutely disgusting lack of service..

There was three of us and we had the set meals, £24.95 . I'd did take me a few minutes to get the code up on my phone, but once I ordered, the service and meal was excellent. Thank you.

Delivery driver banged on the door and left the pizza on the doorstep. The was no interaction. The label on the pizza box was not stuck down all the way. The pizza is burnt.

I think Pizza Hut have lost the plot. You have to place your order in the restaurant via QR code, even though there were three members of staff just standing about. But the main madness is the prices. £35 for a pizza, £4 for a small bottle of coke, over £5 for a portion of fries. Go home mate you're drunk.

Food very greasy, pizza was ok not the best that I had but it is normal in such a place. For me personally stupid is that when you ask for an additional glass you have to pay as a normal bottomless drink.

delivery time changed and I could see the driver went away from us (presumably to make another delivery) before heading to us so food was bit cooler than I expected

I hate to leave this review, but I just noticed that I was charged a buffet for a baby! I took my toddler and baby in for lunch, my toddler only had a slice, which I don't mind paying a buffet for it's a business after all, but I've also been charged for the baby when she ate nothing. I mean they knew she was a baby so why they charged me god only knows. I guess I should of been more careful checking the bill before leaving.

Our recent visit to Pizza Hut was a mix of highs and lows. The complimentary salad bar impressed us with its fresh and vibrant selection of veggies, adding a refreshing touch to our meal. However, the hot chocolate left much to be desired, with an unpleasant taste that was off-putting. Additionally, the pizza, while flavorful, was overly spiced with herbs or sauce, detracting from the overall enjoyment. Despite these shortcomings, the standout of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Leanne. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her constant smile, made us feel valued as customers. Leanne's outstanding service truly elevated our dining experience and deserves recognition. While there were some hiccups in the food quality, the attentive service from Leanne left a lasting positive impression.

food arrived late and cold - food probably was passable if hot but given the price paid (£28 for a deal) definitely not worth the money

Ease of access to booking online, ease of availability to order at table via the app, availability of the buffet throughout the weekend and bolt-ons such as the bottomless drinks and ice cream factory which make the experience quick, easy and affordable.

Great service and staff were so helpful, so we could sit at a table where we could keep an eye on our dog who was in the car

Lovely food as usual ... the salad, the pasta and pizza were all up to standard. The only problem was, having to walk / fit through a family eating to be able to get to the budget. They need a different walk through or not use that corner table is and when possible. Other than that, friendly staff, nice and clean and good food.

Had a table booked in advance. But it took over an hour to get our pizzas. The restaurant didn't seem excessively full,but it became apparent that our pizza order was in a queue behind a big takeaway order.

they have moved away from taking orders at the table and encourage their diners to order via an app on their own phones, There should be a facility to charge your phone if this is planned to be BAU. The food was good although it took a while for all orders to arrive on this visit. they have brought the vegan cheesecake which is fantastic as we have dairy allergies. The salad bar also catered for our allergies and was fully inclusive. I dont think we got the best value for money but happy enough with our visit. It's a firm favourite with the kids so we will be back. Cleanliness was an issue on our last visit, there was little space on the tables one the food had arrived. I do miss that we cannot order robs anymore.

The restaurant was introducing a system where you process your own order by phone. What’s the point of going out to eat? Service is part of an eating out experience for which I tip well. Even though we did use the system, the chef got it wrong. In future, I’ll order a pizza delivery from their competitors.

Carrots gone off in salad bar. Told staff. Didn’t do anything about it. Cutlery was dirty. God knows how long the sprinkles has been out for the ice cream factory. Really disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Came for the buffet on the 11/03/24, I believe my servers name was Donna and I was very pleased withe customer service I received from her and the team, very friendly atmosphere to me and all other customers at the time, the pizza was very good with a nice selection. Overall, would definitely go again just for the customer service, well done

Pile of pizzas, they just kept opening the lids and walking off whilst the pizza just sat there. Had to ask for them to get my pizza, not sure what was happening they looked in a right pickle and had no idea.

The pizza had been uncooked, I ask for them to keep on fire bit longer to can get well cooked. They took the pizza for few minutes and bringing back the same, uncooked.

Chose this restaurant as was advertised as a 30 min wait. Arrived almost an hour and a half after ordering. Was stone cold and wrong drinks were provided. Food did taste nice.

This is the first and likely the last time we will go to Pizza Hut. Chips were pretty lame and pizza was rather average. Pizza and chips came to £45 which would have bought about 8 branded pizzas from the supermarket, which would have been preferable. Table for two was too small for one. Very over priced. Pizza was ok but really not great. Entire restaurant staffed by children so not sure what they do on school days. Despite this the staff were very efficient and reasonably friendly although they obviously get issues with the QR online ordering from your table as they are ready to help.

Shout out to pizzahut Norwich. Had a table booked for 3pm. Got there 10 mins early as we finished shopping, but we were seated very quickly. The servers are friendly and very happy to help. Tyoy Have to order them the app nowadays. We accidentally pressed pineapple instead of olives. The pizzas turned up to the table placed down and said enjoy ya meal. The other half said that was wrong topping. Went onto the app to see the eror. The server overheard us talking about the wrong pizza (our mistake ) he came over and said he would go and get another one cooked. The pizza we ordered wrong, he put into a takeaway box for us to take home even tho was wrong toppings. But I like that flavour 😋 The tables were cleaned up within minutes of the guest leaving. But the best thing of all I didn't see any of the staff standing around on their phone. Did notice if there were no customers to serve, they would replenish spoons. Bowls etc

The family and I always enjoy our experience at your Longwater store. The staff there are always friendly and polite and we never have any complaints about the food on offer. The store always feels clean and tidy which makes it feel very relaxed in there.

Food was delivered cold and the delivery time kept being put back so by the time it arrived we were too hungry to bother with re-heating the food

Arrived early for my order. Sat and waited for it to be under the heatlamps for 10 mins and got home to it being cold. Could’ve paid delivery and had it the same temperature, pretty disappointed.

However, what truly disappointed me was the inadequate response from the customer service team. Despite highlighting the issue, their handling of the situation was unsatisfactory. It left me feeling unheard and concerned about the seriousness with which such hygiene issues are addressed. Hygiene is paramount in the food industry, and encountering foreign objects in dishes is unacceptable. I hope Pizza Hut takes proactive steps to address these concerns seriously and improve their response to such incidents in the future.

Popped in for lunch today and had a lovely meal. There was lots of selection on the buffet and the staff really went out of their way to be helpful and make sure we were all ok. Best Pizza Hut experience I've had.

10 out of 10 for service and food, wasn't sure what pizza to have was told about the new sour dough base recommended from our server Donna . Great recommendation it was absolutely lovely. Will definitely be back again. 5⭐s to Donna 👌

Took 2 hours from ordering for food to be delivered and all food was cold when we got it

Not great. Feel sorry for the staff. They're doing their best but when the food is poor and the atmosphere is that of a noisy canteen, there is not much they can do. Won't be going to pizza hut again.

Food was good, very busy, the only thing that let our visit down unfortunately was the state of the toilets, our 9 year old son went to the mens and slipped over on someone elses urine, soaked through all his clothes, luckily whilst on the way out, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to stay

Very nice pizza just too expensive

Was greated by the manager who made no eye contact and spoke to us with her back turned. Was not busy but took then ages to bring out chips. The salad bar was really poor quality the potato salad and Colslaw saw sour, the salad was old and wrinkled and discolored. The prices were ridiculous £4 for a can of drink! Overall i left feeling very sick and skint. Wont be returning here.

That was my first and last time

This place was great, decided as a last minute to have some dinner and eat out and turned into a date night for us. Was really good and enjoyable. Had not been to a pizza hut for some time so was good to see how things had changed.

1 star - delivery via Uber eats. Literally no more than 5 minutes down the road. Please note nothing wrong with driver. Food was cold, it’s was as nice as a cheap frozen pizza from Lidl or Aldi. Fries were cold and limp. Honestly shall never order a Pizza Hut ever again. The only fine thing was the bottle of Pepsi max, over priced of course but at least it should be cold. Come on the order wasn’t even late, did it come out of the kitchen cold? Waste of money. Please note 5 star reviews are from months to years ago, or from those who never rate anyone less than 5 stars.

Expensive sub par pizza. You can find much nearer cheaper pizza local to Norwich, I would suggest you do as the service wasn't fast or friendly. Also they are now card only which is highly disappointing.

Food, highly limited and hyper processed salad, when did pickled chillies and bacon bits major as salad. Pizza was sparcley topped with both toppings and what ever it is that's supposed be 🧀 Service, what service you don't take cash,.you don't want take orders, download the app sir! I don't want you tracking me,. simply ask one of your humans. Menu. Cinicley structured to insure £20 per head spend. My goodness this place is so tired. I heard pepsi co franchises were struggling! A menu, system and atmosphere compiled by a panicking accounts department. Joylessness was the taste left in my mouth.

We last visited this restaurant before the pandemic and unfortunately it hasn't aged well. You are greeted by a waitress who promptly explains that it's self order via the app then disappears explaining we can order take away if we prefer. Moving into the restaurant, it feels lifeless, a few customers fill other tables but the atmosphere is about as good as I imagine meeting Rishi Sunak would be. We walk past two tables stacked high with pizza boxes, reminiscent of the side street kebab shops we once visited on a Saturday night having failed to "pull a 5 to 2 bird" as you stood alone on the dance floor feeling like the last kid to be picked in PE. The tables feel sticky and grubby, the upholstery on the benches is tattered. There are crumbs and remnants of the salad bar swept under tables and into crevices. The salad bar is rough, I tried the beetroot but it reminds me of that time I swallowed sea water and threw up so I left it and loaded up on plain Doritos. The pizza, as it mostly is was good. Not sensational but just good, like every time it's pretty consistent like that. We contemplate asking for boxes and eating in the car but we survived Covid and PE with Joe Wicks so we decide to remain seated and I hear my wife mumble something about burning our clothes when we get home. I approach the ice cream counter. It looks broken but it's not. I stop to consider if I can swipe the bottle of spray and manky cloth that's been left on the serving counter to give the ice cream machine a good clean but I decide it's safer to just skip ice cream and the e-coli that probably come as a side dish. The children kick off but I remind them of the sickness they had in Egypt and that this would be like that. They are happy to walk away. The experience of the drinks machine was below average. It seemed to have a mind of its own and just poured any drink it felt like, it may have been faulty but it could also be the thick layer of pizza grease and grime on the touch screen fooling the machine into thinking you wanted cherry 7 Up when you actually wanted orange Fanta. First world problems but even so, it's still traumatic. The staff were there in body, they just appear not to interact with the customer now. Only one person came over to ask if we got on ordering the food ok but wasn't fussed to ask if the food was alright. I told her that much like the UK after Brexit, the restaurant had slid down the world rankings. I did take my son to the toilet while we were there, I wish I hadn't. It was filthy, not quite the bogs in Trainspotting but still rough. Anyway, the whole experience was enough to make us pledge to only order take out Pizza Hut in future and enjoy it in our own home. The business should consider a refurbishment or just closing it down and having a take away counter in Sainsbury's like Argos do.

Food was over an hour late, not the restaurants fault but still frustrating when I’ve got to wait an hour and a half for some food, just kept saying there was no couriers available which is strange for a food delivery company.
