Pizza Hut in South Norfolk

Great dinner last night, host was Gracie I believe her name was, attentive, kind and professional.

Nice and quiet, clean and tasty.

The staff are super friendly. I have a dairy intollerance(note, not allergy) and their salad bar etc is all really clearly labelled. All of their salad dressings are vegan which is superb. The staff are really friendly and helpfull. They will hand you a menu companion with dietry info if you need it, they ask you on entry. We have an infant and the baby changing facilities are decent too.

5* food and Customer Service. There was a mistake made with our order that was quickly rectified. Not only were the staff incredibly apologetic but we were also given extra sides and refunded some of the cost. This is not something we asked for but was the manager’s decision. It was just so nice to see such generosity and kindness. I’m disappointed I didn’t get the managers name but she is an incredible asset to the company along with the staff team she leads. The pizza and sides were delicious too. Better than some other more expensive Pizza chains. Longwater Pizza Hut 10/10😊

Nice weekend spot for shopping and food at long water. It’s a big complex with several shopping and the food options. Pizza Hut is located near to sainsbury and it’s a big Pizza Hut with plenty of dining space. Lighting is also perfect here. The pizza taste is really nice. The staff is really helpful and prompt. The ambience is also very nice. The decor and the seating are also nice. Good family restaurant, recommended to visit to enjoy shopping and food at that place.

Had a lovely experience at this Pizza Hut. My partner and I had two of their pizza deals, we helped ourselves to the unlimited salad and the bottomless drinks. The service was very friendly even though they seemed very busy but they were still attentive and welcoming! We weren’t a huge fan of the smaller 2 seater booths as there is little wiggle room for taller/larger people. The restaurant was busy but I like the layout of the tables/booths as it doesn’t feel overcrowded or overwhelming. Overall lovely experience we will definetely be returning!

I had a really nice experience but I think the buffet could be a bit quicker but all in all I thought it was a nice place to have pizza!

A very popular family eatery. Tasty arrange of pizzas, although a tad pricey now. Chips are not bad, but not great either. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly oriented staff.

Food was good. Service wasn't . Seemed a more like a chore to serve us. A smile goes a long way !!!!

Food as expected was OK but too expensive for what you get in a lasagne

Ordered Pizza Hut for delivery and it did not turn up! I placed an order yesterday at 4:30pm which stated delivery would be 5-5:10pm, by 6pm it still hadn’t arrived! Tried to call but the number just kept ringing. Eventually got through and they said the order was collected by the delivery driver over an hour ago. The person who we spoke with on the phone was polite and efficient, he apologised and offered to re-make the order for us to collect. We did go to collect the food but by the time the food was cooked and collected it was two hours after the food was supposed to be delivered, not ideal when you have children complaining they are hungry. On collecting the young lady in the restaurant was very pleasant, apologetic and efficient. The staff in the restaurant were great, it just fails with the delivery staff. We have also previously experienced problems with the delivery service when we ordered from here about 3 months ago. The food turned up a whole hour and half late! It was stone cold and we had to reheat it in the oven! The delivery provider for this branch is appalling, perhaps this should be investigated as we still have not received the food via delivery from last night. The delivery drivers clearly cannot be trusted.

Would be 0 stars if I could give it ordered for delivery,pizzas were stone cold and under cooked,they had also been sitting around for a while before being delivered,chips were very wet they were also undercooked as were hard,ordered on uber eats and was very disappointed by what was delivered,very disappointed family,had to order food from else were

Had meal here for Lunch, out of all the Pizza Hut’s I’ve been to this must be the best, staff were superb and the food was great. Overall very impressed. Couldn’t leave without writing a review for the teams efforts. Great job, highly recommend

Hot and greasy, which is sometimes a good thing. Ridiculously expensive for what you get though.

This evening I think I had the best pizza I have had at this Pizza Hut. Service great too. However, it seems booking on-line doesn't work so trlephone to book.

It was easy to order online the food was yummy and service was great! The salad bar was well stocked and all very fresh! The restaurant was clean and organised well. Staff all seemed happy and looked like they got on well with eachother too which is always nice to see too!

As usual, driver showed up with no bag and I’m guessing “multi delivering” instead of coming straight to me after he picked up the order. The pizza was cold and sloppy. Absolutely dreadful. No fault of Pizza Hut I’m sure but JustEat need to crack down on drivers doing this as we pay a lot of money for deliveries and there’s absolutely no respect for the customer.

Pizza is good, everyone knows that. I had cheeseboard today to try something new and wasn't dissapointed. Not many staff, they encouraged you to use app which I am not fan of it. Place was quite empty.

Save your money get a takeaway pizza from another brand! I witness a staff member in the kitchen cough into his hand and carry on cutting and handling food without washing his hands! You know it’s all gone bad when your desserts that were half an hour late was the best part of the whole meal! The veg toppings on the pizza were bigger than my life, some mouthfuls you’d just pretty much as well bite a chunk off a bell pepper, whoever cut them vegetables needs to be given some knife training. Hideous. The two sides of BBQ chicken wings we order were too spicy… we’ve had these many times before and they’ve not been spicy. The only thing I can put it down to is they’re cooking on the same tray as the honey wings which are spicy! Although they tried to rectify by letting us choose another two sides (which came out when we’d pretty much finished our meal) the chicken bites were tasteless and drier than Gandhi’s flip flop. Who’s ever great idea it was to wrap dry pasta in dry dough and call it mac n cheese bites should pretty much be sacked, absolute imbecile. ALL THE DRINKS on bottomless are diet or zero sugar, which is an absolute joke!! Salad bar had old veg cucumbers that started to shrivel and lettuce that had lost its colour etc. As for the dessert…. It was over half an hour late!! Honestly these half decent. Overall if you’re looking for a half decent dessert and s***e pizza, sides and salad… please go here you’ll have a field day. As for the positive reviews that certain customers have left regarding Pizza Hut clearly either do not have a clue about alright food or have not been to Pizza Hut when it was half decent. As for the response from the restaurant to their customers giving lowers rating stating “quality and food is important to us etc” NONSENSE. Clearly you’re doing nothing about it, nor do you care! Your food and quality and service is the worst I have seen. Baffles me how these places are still open! Robbing people of their money for awful food!

Went for the buffet. Serving area did not have a much choice I was disappointed with the change to the pizza base since my last visit. Will not be going back any time soon.

It was exactly as expected except the front of house team were better than I had assumed. If you want a pizza hut it's a great choice.

Went Saturday night, table booked for 8pm, our server was really attentive and extremely helpful. Worked out the best deal for us and was polite and friendly, food was top notch, just one slight downfall even though it wasn't busy did wait quite a while for food.

Food was ordered at 5:15 and deliver at 6:20. When food arrived it was stone cold, Pizza Hut refused to change the food to begin with however this was done completely destroyed my son’s birthday!!

Recently quality has gone downhill... Not enough ingredients and cold pizzas... To top it up unprofessional management especially the manager...

Lovely pizza and the service was friendly. Not the cheapest these days for a family. Only thing was it was card only and you had to order via a qr code on the table. So no person to take your order, which may not be for everyone.

Well, Pizza Hut, you’ve done it. You’ve managed to re-define the word regular and convince people that tiny, shrunken pizzas are the new standard. Congratulations on achieving the world record for the biggest rip-off disguised as dinner. I ordered a “regular” pizza, but what arrived looked more like a sample-sized snack from a toddler’s play kitchen. At first, I thought they’d accidentally sent me a coaster, but no—this was supposed to be my meal. It was the culinary equivalent of putting a postage stamp in a frame and calling it “art.” Shrinkflation is real, and Pizza Hut is clearly at the forefront of this movement, proudly shrinking their pizzas while inflating their prices. If this is what they call “regular,” then I dread to see what their “small” pizza looks like. Maybe they serve it in an espresso cup, or perhaps it’s invisible and you just get to imagine a pizza. Either way, Pizza Hut has redefined disappointment. So, if you’re in the mood to spend top dollar on something that would leave a mouse unsatisfied, Pizza Hut has you covered. Otherwise, I suggest you look elsewhere unless you fancy a game of “where’s my pizza?”

Pizzahut has just done down in so many areas, food, taste, value and quality since Covid. I'd rather go to pizza express or grab a Dominos! Shame really 😕

Never turned up! Said delivered but wasn’t to my address went to Pizza Hut ourselves and they wanted nothing to do with it! Absolutely outrageous!

I love this place one of best pizza restaurant in Norwich the pizzas are always very tasty and delicious. I have been visiting this place for years and I recommend this place to everyone. They never let me down taste and qualitywise and also service wise

To be honest not really worth the price now, even with having the Buffet. Don't think we will be going back anytime soon.

Disappointed once again.. Pizza looked and tested very poor, minimal amount of cheese and undercooked. And when it got delivered it was already cold.

Now very, very expensive. My wife, my grandson and I ate here and for three individual size pizzas and three soft drinks the bill was £60! They charge £3.99 for one Coke. This place was packed a couple of years ago with families from the nearby housing estate. Yesterday (Sunday) at 1pm it had just six groups and it's no wonder, who can afford such ridiculous prices for cheaply-made food?

This visit was the first time the notes I had added to my online booking were taken into consideration (room for pram and privacy, if possible, for breastfeeding). I am so grateful for this and impressed by the kindness shown when we arrived. Our food was nice, but the prices seem far too high for what you receive. The baby change layout is also such a pain. Overall, however, we'd put up with these things if we were treated the way we were on the day.

We had a meal here today and we enjoyed the salad bar. The food was good but nothing too special and we were given some wrong items. The table and chairs are uncomfortable and the tables seemed high compared to the sofa.

Everything was very good, food , buffet variety and salad bar well kept refreshed as required, staff all freindly efficient. Ice cream factor good and plentiful, very much enjoyed by my grandchildren.

I ordered at 5.50 pm and the food was delivered at 07.40pm. The food was cold and couldn’t eat. I tried to cancel my order but no proper channel to contact. Poor customer support. Frustrated with just eat

Delivery is shocking. The past times we have ordered via just eat our food has been either left on the floor or left on the outside black bin which is highly unhygienic and the delivery driver has run back to vehicle with no acknowledgement to customer service. The food tag on the box was also undone and food was cold. Pizza hut have been called but rightly they can't do anything about the delivery. We are very upset and would like to make a formal complaint and would like a full refund.

Lovely lunch with my Granddaughter best greeting ever upon entering the restaurant. Served by Donna always on hand for us. So efficient and lovely. Two Aaron's chefs. Really good. Went over and above asked what we would liked cooked on the buffet. Salad fresh and plentiful. Ice cream factory really lovely. So glad we went in ! Thank you

Long water nr5.. What should have been a busy period 7pm fathers day. 3 cars in the car park. 3 tablets occupied. No waiter service. Had to do a thing on the phone with a number on the table. If my son wasn't there I couldn't and wouldn't do it. The food was good but alas after two hours in that place I will NEVER go to pizza hut again. Absolutely disgusting lack of service..

There was three of us and we had the set meals, £24.95 . I'd did take me a few minutes to get the code up on my phone, but once I ordered, the service and meal was excellent. Thank you.

Delivery driver banged on the door and left the pizza on the doorstep. The was no interaction. The label on the pizza box was not stuck down all the way. The pizza is burnt.

I think Pizza Hut have lost the plot. You have to place your order in the restaurant via QR code, even though there were three members of staff just standing about. But the main madness is the prices. £35 for a pizza, £4 for a small bottle of coke, over £5 for a portion of fries. Go home mate you're drunk.

Food very greasy, pizza was ok not the best that I had but it is normal in such a place. For me personally stupid is that when you ask for an additional glass you have to pay as a normal bottomless drink.

I hate to leave this review, but I just noticed that I was charged a buffet for a baby! I took my toddler and baby in for lunch, my toddler only had a slice, which I don't mind paying a buffet for it's a business after all, but I've also been charged for the baby when she ate nothing. I mean they knew she was a baby so why they charged me god only knows. I guess I should of been more careful checking the bill before leaving.

Additionally, the pizza, while flavorful, was overly spiced with herbs or sauce, detracting from the overall enjoyment. Despite these shortcomings, the standout of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Leanne. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her constant smile, made us feel valued as customers. Leanne's outstanding service truly elevated our dining experience and deserves recognition. While there were some hiccups in the food quality, the attentive service from Leanne left a lasting positive impression.

food arrived late and cold - food probably was passable if hot but given the price paid (£28 for a deal) definitely not worth the money

Ease of access to booking online, ease of availability to order at table via the app, availability of the buffet throughout the weekend and bolt-ons such as the bottomless drinks and ice cream factory which make the experience quick, easy and affordable.

Great service and staff were so helpful, so we could sit at a table where we could keep an eye on our dog who was in the car

Lovely food as usual ... the salad, the pasta and pizza were all up to standard. The only problem was, having to walk / fit through a family eating to be able to get to the budget. They need a different walk through or not use that corner table is and when possible. Other than that, friendly staff, nice and clean and good food.

Had a table booked in advance. But it took over an hour to get our pizzas. The restaurant didn't seem excessively full,but it became apparent that our pizza order was in a queue behind a big takeaway order.

they have moved away from taking orders at the table and encourage their diners to order via an app on their own phones, There should be a facility to charge your phone if this is planned to be BAU. The food was good although it took a while for all orders to arrive on this visit. they have brought the vegan cheesecake which is fantastic as we have dairy allergies. The salad bar also catered for our allergies and was fully inclusive. I dont think we got the best value for money but happy enough with our visit. It's a firm favourite with the kids so we will be back. Cleanliness was an issue on our last visit, there was little space on the tables one the food had arrived. I do miss that we cannot order robs anymore.

The restaurant was introducing a system where you process your own order by phone. What’s the point of going out to eat? Service is part of an eating out experience for which I tip well. Even though we did use the system, the chef got it wrong. In future, I’ll order a pizza delivery from their competitors.

Carrots gone off in salad bar. Told staff. Didn’t do anything about it. Cutlery was dirty. God knows how long the sprinkles has been out for the ice cream factory. Really disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Came for the buffet on the 11/03/24, I believe my servers name was Donna and I was very pleased withe customer service I received from her and the team, very friendly atmosphere to me and all other customers at the time, the pizza was very good with a nice selection. Overall, would definitely go again just for the customer service, well done

Pile of pizzas, they just kept opening the lids and walking off whilst the pizza just sat there. Had to ask for them to get my pizza, not sure what was happening they looked in a right pickle and had no idea.

The pizza had been uncooked, I ask for them to keep on fire bit longer to can get well cooked. They took the pizza for few minutes and bringing back the same, uncooked.

Chose this restaurant as was advertised as a 30 min wait. Arrived almost an hour and a half after ordering. Was stone cold and wrong drinks were provided. Food did taste nice.

This is the first and likely the last time we will go to Pizza Hut. Chips were pretty lame and pizza was rather average. Pizza and chips came to £45 which would have bought about 8 branded pizzas from the supermarket, which would have been preferable. Table for two was too small for one. Very over priced. Pizza was ok but really not great. Entire restaurant staffed by children so not sure what they do on school days. Despite this the staff were very efficient and reasonably friendly although they obviously get issues with the QR online ordering from your table as they are ready to help.

Shout out to pizzahut Norwich. Had a table booked for 3pm. Got there 10 mins early as we finished shopping, but we were seated very quickly. The servers are friendly and very happy to help. Tyoy Have to order them the app nowadays. We accidentally pressed pineapple instead of olives. The pizzas turned up to the table placed down and said enjoy ya meal. The other half said that was wrong topping. Went onto the app to see the eror. The server overheard us talking about the wrong pizza (our mistake ) he came over and said he would go and get another one cooked. The pizza we ordered wrong, he put into a takeaway box for us to take home even tho was wrong toppings. But I like that flavour 😋 The tables were cleaned up within minutes of the guest leaving. But the best thing of all I didn't see any of the staff standing around on their phone. Did notice if there were no customers to serve, they would replenish spoons. Bowls etc

The family and I always enjoy our experience at your Longwater store. The staff there are always friendly and polite and we never have any complaints about the food on offer. The store always feels clean and tidy which makes it feel very relaxed in there.

Food was delivered cold and the delivery time kept being put back so by the time it arrived we were too hungry to bother with re-heating the food
