The best restaurants serving Default food in Cromer Town North Norfolk East of England

Called in for a coffee which is superb. The sweet mincemeat croissant waffle is absolutely delicious.Better than any traditional mince pie.Go and give it a try👍🎄

Had 🦀 crab salad the staff member had to go and fetch one from Dave's wet fish shop l could have done that myself and not had to wait 40 minutes and not paid £15 pounds for a smallest crab in the shop probably need a tidy up in the decorating department poor compared to the last few years we have been coming to Cromer

I had the chilli, which was no more than a bit of mince with some kidney beans no flavour what so ever, My partner had the gammon which had no flavour at all. Bland, Bland, Bland.

Had the crab salad and a banana milkshake. Both very delicious and reasonable value compared to many other places in Cromer. staff were very helpful and friendly too. Felt it was clean and tidy place to eat as well. Thanks.

We decided to book a table for Sunday lunch after reading some good reviews on trip advisor. We ordered 2x roast lamb dinners. What a disappointment! £20 each for 2 small slices of dried out lamb, 1 floret of cauliflower cheese, 1 floret of broccoli, 1 carrot (not a full carrot), 3 small roast potatoes very dry, a teaspoon of red cabbage and a Yorkshire pudding with watery gravy. All plonked on top of each other on a normal size plate (please look a picture). Again £20 per plate! Then at the end our bill including 2 drinks amounted to just over £105!!! When challenged they admitted they had put another tables food onto our bill. Never in our lives have we had such poor food and service. Please check out the Village Inn at West Runton if you want proper food and service. Disgusting! On a positive note the building decor and layout was very nice.

Been going to the Clifton for over ten years, not staying but dining, drinks etc, spent an absolute fortune, always been friendly and great place, since it’s been took over what a change, we were here last year, only managed to get in once, place was dead, but staff say they only serving residents, now we we spend a few hingmdred pound a time and the place is dead, what’s going on, staff rude , I hope the new owners see this review as we normally here in cromer 6 weeks or more a year, used to eat every day in here but never again will I return, been turned away, rudely too many times, good luck but I bet this place has lost a fortune, keep clear of the place head into cromer, much friendlier now

always have a lovely experience, the one drawback is that it can get quite crowded as it is only a small establishment, but they do have downstairs seating and outside seating as well.

Rooms are spotless and a little quirky. Staff were amazing. Very welcoming and helpful! All only a short walk from cromer main street. We are a group of 6 and will definitely be staying again.

The most delicious freshly prepared Punjabi food for those with a discerning palette. If you want basic run of the mill Indian go somewhere else. As locals and regular customers who has tasted Indian food for decades, we have made this restaurant our favourite regular place to go. Always served with grace and smiles by this hardworking team.

Large Fish and chips, curry sauce and mushy peas. Excellent value for money. Big white flakes of perfectly cooked fish. We ate in - good service. Recommend.

I have eaten at Upstairs No. 1 quite a few times and the food is very good and reasonably priced. But I have one big gripe. The restaurant acoustics mean that it is very noisy. Small children chattering (and worse) loudly; the sound is amplified. Kitchen noises; amplified; even any quiet background; music; amplified. For me it meant I couldn’t enjoy the meal. it’s not a place to have a conversation. Maybe it’s the bare floor, I don’t know. I would imagine that anyone with a hearing aid or hearing impairment might find it uncomfortable. .

Four of us went for a curry the food was very nice and tasty we had poppadoms and pickles which were warm and crispy and the pickles were excellent.the main courses were all very tasty and well cooked the naans were fluffy and nice all together it was very very nice and the waiters were excellent.

Had a pre Christmas show turkey meal .. WOW just WOW an excellent meal the chef excelled themselves.. so tasty will definitely go again
