Called in coffee and cake and later on for lunch Sat outside with dog as dry very pleasant service courteous and quick. Coffee and cake very nice and later sandwich very large, well presented and good value Highly recommend

Called here as we wanted a Cromer crab sandwich and wasn’t disappointed, struggled to eat the chips as the crab sandwich was so full which was really nice to see, you can’t beat crab in this area the flavour is really good. Great find a definite for a crab sandwich, also the fish and chips did look good.

Very expensive!!! fish and chips with pint of lager £25.00. Fish was very thin, lots of bones, wet and greasy, and under cooked, batter too thick and very soggy too. Chips cheap frozen ones which were very dry. Waited a long time to be served. I would not eat here ever again.

Went for lunch on a rainy day before heading to the Pier show. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! Great value too. Try the cheesecake! Great range of drinks too Highly recommend

Very poor experience., arrived for breakfast @ 10:15am. Staff informed us there may be a wait for the food. Paid for the food up front. Waited an hour for the food to arrive despite there not being many people in there. No communication from the staff. Had to ask twice where our food was, staff very nonchalant. When the food arrived the beans and mushrooms were cold and the egg was over cooked. Would definitely not eat there again. Avoid and if you want a good breakfast go to the Rockhouse cafe by the museum. From a concerned Cromer resident.

This place serves takeaway ice-cream and hot drinks from their kiosk window. Friendly, professional staff. Nice coffee from Lavazza pods.

Great place for lunch on our first day in Cromer. Great view across the sea and down the pier. Food was great and staff were attentive. Would absolutely recommend for lunches.

We had the most delicious Cromer crab salad followed by an equally delicious Apple crumble on Sunday evening before going to a show on the pier. The service was excellent, and of course not forgetting the most fantastic views from the Bistro, we would certainly like to return again sometime. Thank you once again.

My husband and i both had a a lovely tasty full English breakfast in a bright friendly atmosphere with lovely sea views, whichever we're beautiful even on a cloudy wet day.

A superbly situated eatery on the wonderful pier at Cromer. Returned yesterday for lunch, my friend and I had the good soup of the day and a lovely salad. As a wheelchair user can confirm both inside and outside spaces are very accessible, good windbreaks in outside space, and excellent views from both.

We have seen this bistro before on our many visits to lovely Cromer but never been in. We stayed at the weekend and were going to the pier to collect our tickets from the box office for the pier theatre show, so decided to give the bistro a go. We both ordered the fish and chips and have to say it was excellent - in fact my husband thought it was probably the best fish and chips he’d had in a long time. The staff were efficient and friendly despite being very busy - thank you - we’ll be back!

We booked a table in advance, to have tea before watching the show at the Pavilion theatre. Lovely friendly staff, a nice atmosphere. Food choices was quite limited. The chicken burger was amazing! I ordered fish & chips which was lovely, however my daughter’s was full of bones 😢. Great selection of desserts.

I took a party of 40 people to Tides Bistro at Cromer pier for Christmas lunch at the beginning of November 2022 before going to the end of the pier show. We had a great meal and received very good service by all staff considering we had never eaten here before. Food was excellent, very good quality and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat in Cromer.

We went here as we were there for sixties week. We realise there might be a bit of a wait as it was a busy weekend. We ordered drinks and a 5 sandwich. After an hour and a half wait the sandwiches arrived . A fish finger sandwiches which was not fish fingers but bits of fish . Tuna and cheese sandwiches x2 hardly any tuna and tastless grated cheese , monteray Jack cheese sandwiches x2 , not monteray jack cheese but the same tasteless grated cheese as in the tuna and cheese . Total bill £51 !!!!! . We definatly won't be back and we ate local ! Terrible advert for our lovely town and pier.

Friendly staff, fish was tasteless, the batter looked good but was far too oily as were the chip.. I asked what the fish was as it only stated on the menu fish and chips, the waitress said it was cod but the texture, taste and size of the flakes did not seem like cod. Would not go again.

We had booked for breakfast,knowing Cromer well,there's alot of competition with over 30 cafes.. What a wonderful experience,greeted by friendly staff,great choice on the menu and fast efficient service.. Food was beautifully presented,the ingredients were of a great quality and absolutely delicious !! 4 clean plates. Cafe was clean and comfortable too..we will definitely be back

My wife and I booked a table at Tides when we bought tickets for a Kate Bush music tribute act, our first experience of the restaurant. The table was ready for our 18:30 booking, the food served quickly enough for the 20:00 show. I had perfectly cooked pan fried salmon with crushed, roasted new potatoes and salad, and my wife had scampi with crisp chunky chips - with delicious tartare sauce. A glass each of crisp Pinot Grigio blush wine was a refreshing, affordable accompaniment, and the offered carafe of water was welcome. We both enjoyed the meal, and sea views, and found it good value for a modest price. Sadly, time precluded trying the interesting dessert options on the board. Service was attentive without being intrusive. We'll have no hesitation booking a table for our next visit to the theatre.

Good food with a direct view of the pier and North Sea - perfect. I had the full English breakfast which was perfectly cooked with a fresh egg (with a nice dark orange yolk), nicely grilled bacon and sausage, mushrooms, tomato and beans. Topped off with a large slice of Norfolk bloomer toast. A real pleasure!
