My partner and I studied in the uni nearby, and this was our stop after a walks in the field. We love the ambience and the food is great too!

Dirty cafe, food very ordinary, long wait. Ordered a sandwich and the bread was actually mouldy - apology given and taken off the bill. Never again

Our dinners were excellent - Sea Bass and Carbenara. The waiter was able to change penne to tagliatelle just helpful and willing. Thank you. Kids margherita and veggie sticks wnt down well so assume were good. The place clearly welcomes the little ones and they were taken well care of whilst we had ours

We have been here many times before but our last visit was somewhat disappointing. The food took a long while to arrive and we found our waitress a little curt when we asked if we could have more custard. After spending £150 for 4 we thought it wasn't unreasonable to politely ask if my son could have a little more as the serving was very small. The waitress said that it was the portion size which came with the dessert but she would see if it would be possible. To be honest after waiting 45 minutes for our starter and a further 30 for our main course, we didn't think we were being demanding. We won't be rushing back again. Food was alright but overall pretty mediocre and would have appreciated being told there was a long wait time especially when in advance we had been told our table had to be vacated after two hours but we were still eating at that time because of the slow service.

We had the most Fantastic Mothers Day Lunch from the minute we walked through the door we were taken care of, the specially designed menu for Mother’s Day had something for everyone. The crispy Poached egg were exquisite. I had roast turkey it was one of the best meals I have had tender meat, lots of vegetables- a huge Yorkshire pudding and the gravy was delicious. The men chose steaks - cooked to perfection with duphanisse potatoes which my son just wanted more and more. Onto desserts Well they did not disappoint - I chose lemon mousse with raspberry coulis and ginger and pistachio shortbread biscuits served in a cocktail glass - All homemade Simply Delicious, our table also had crumble, mojito cheesecake and a roulade.. we can’t wait to go back it was Superb Thankyou to you all for a magnificent Mothers Day Lunch book us In for next year please!!!

had lunch here on our first day! we sat outside to eat as a table of 7. really nice pancakes, lots of angry dogs. really good portion sizes for the price!! toilets were clean but couldn’t get the soap to work. we didn’t realise there was a high service charge so it left us confused when we were splitting the bill!

Firstly, I'm unsure why people on here moan so much about a shop within centre parcs. Surely they must know it's going to be expensive, and it's still possibly the cheapest place there. If you can afford the rest of centre parcs, you can surely afford some stuff here. Alternatively, there is a massive Tesco down the road a bit in the village nearby. We bought most of our shopping externally to cook or consume for a self catering apartment, but stocked up on a few essentials here. It is expensive, and they don't do pad Thai paste, despite having Thai red and green curry paste, but I couldn't complain. We bought the odd cake, the odd bakery item, hot and cold, a handmade microwave meal of meatballs which were excellent, a couple of bags of crisps and some deli snacks items. Look for the sale stickers on Mondays and Fridays if you're tight like me. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and we were able to get two bags delivered to our room as we realised we couldn't check in for a few hours and we'd bought more than expected. The alcohol section was being rebuilt at the time but normally the section has quite a range of beers, lagers and ales as well as wines and champagnes for all tastes.

LITERALLY the worst food I have ever eaten for the price. BEWARE. Garlic bread (£5.50) was a single bagel with some bland garlic butter drizzled on. Nachos (£14.50) were the cheapest driest blandest nachos paired up with cheap horrible salsa and guac. Diabolical for the price.

Starbucks is starting to price itself out of the market . The place is spotless and friendly staff but 9.80 for two coffees is London prices
