Strada in Central Bedfordshire

Our dinners were excellent - Sea Bass and Carbenara. The waiter was able to change penne to tagliatelle just helpful and willing. Thank you. Kids margherita and veggie sticks wnt down well so assume were good. The place clearly welcomes the little ones and they were taken well care of whilst we had ours

Dinner for 4 adults and 2 very young children. First thing to strike us was lovely atmosphere and decor in the restaurant. Very efficiently shown to our table and facilities (soft play mainly) pointed out to us. Service and food was first class. Attentive but not pushy waitress who was extremely helpful. Food was served quickly and absolutely spot on even including the changes that we asked to their set menu. At the end of our meal, although the restaurant was filling up, we were not hurried. Overall a total pleasure.

Do not eat at Strada, I received food poisioning from eating there on Sunday night. Center Parcs we're not concerned at all and blamed the 3rd party catering company who trade with Strada.

The staff were very attentive and accommodating but the food was terrible. I had squid as a starter and it had obviously been cooked in burnt oil. We ordered pasta meals which were terrible. Mine which was seafood linguine was a lump of gloopy overcooked pasta and prawns and 4 mussels. I eat this meal regularly and this was the worst I have ever had. 2 children's meals were the opposite being under cooked almost crunchy. and m wife's Tagliatelle was also overcooked and tasteless. The prices are extremely high for second rate mass produced poor food. The waitress was good. But we left saying we would never eat at any Strada again.

Rosemary potatoes were not good- roasted (ish) new potatoes, pizza was good and salmon with lentils really well cooked

Thanks Ben for looking after us last night, amazing service and delicious food. If you are in centre Parcs this is the place to eat. Great menu and a good choice of cocktails. We will be back next visit.

We spent some time at Centre Parcs in Woburn over the Summer and decided to have dinner at Strada. My daughter is a coeliac and she has a severe reaction to even a trace of gluten. We were re-assured however that the gluten free options would all be prepared and cooked separately and dishes were given with little allergy flags on which is generally a good sign. My daughter did have an allergic reaction however and was very sick when we returned to our cabin. I returned to the restaurant to investigate what may have gone wrong and ingredients were looked at and the chefs discussed their methods. I was told that there would be an investigation and was content to leave it at that. I returned a couple of days later and clearly nothing had been investigated - the manager on this occasion did take the trouble to note down my email and informed me that he would be in touch with any findings - this was 2 months ago. I have not received any information and have now sent another message to Strada which has also seemingly been ignored. I completely understand that we chose to eat at Strada and that they are not able to guarantee that things like this won't happen. However, it is not acceptable for matters such as this to be swept under the carpet - there is clearly something wrong with either the ingredients in these 'gluten-free' options or the method of cooking. I would urge anyone with a food related health issue to think carefully before eating at Strada.

Waiter Steven is an absolute credit to this business. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

Whilst staying at Centre Parcs decided to eat out one evening and as all family like Italian we plumbed for Strada. Friendly welcome and shown table worth booking though as to make sure you get table. Drinks order taken and menu with good choice, most of the family decided on different sorts of pizza, I had pasta all meals arrived and all family enjoyed their meal. Some had puddings. Well worth a visit meal with drinks for 5 of us came to £120 so not to bad.

Lovely lunch at this restaurant. It was very quiet at lunch but most pleasant to be in air con during a heatwave. Both food and drinks were very good. Our table had a mixture of pizza, pasta, burger and fish so we tried a variety off the menu. The staff were very friendly and the service was very good. Would happily recommend and return to this restaurant.

This was our first visit to Strada, the food was really good, good portion sizes, piping hot, served quite quickly after ordering. The restaurant was really busy with several large parties but the staff were consistently efficient & very polite. All staff were really cheerful and made you feel welcome.

had to pre book to ensure a table was available. We all had a good lunch, basic Strada food and all served up with a smile. Waiters and waitresses were young, friendly and attentive.

I had the chicken, mushrooms, and potatoes - it was excellent. My husband didn't love his pizza but my kids loved their food. Indoor play area was pretty bare bones but was fun for under 7 year old kids. Good service!

Went for a meal on our last night at centre Parcs. Food was excellent, manager and his whole team were a credit to the venue and centre Parcs. Would highly recommend to anyone, but be sure to book as this excellent venue gets very busy.

We arrived early and disputed having 300 bookings the sorted us a table. Drinks came quickly food was excellent. Excellent staff.

Visited two evenings with family. Very welcoming, remembered us on the second visit. Food was excellent - flavour exceptional on every dish that we had. Reasonable price. Good choice on the menu. Highly recommended.
