Delay in the order, all those who came after me took their food and ended

5 stars for Amalfi Ristorante , went there for evening meal while we were staying at woburn for our break and from start to finish the service was great 5 stars for Lisa who was amazing

Nice service, nice atmosphere but the food is basically from the freezer. You have 3 restaurants here and none of them are great, at least this one has a nice vibe to it

I visited this place twice, and both times the lady at the front desk was disrespectful and unwelcoming. There was a table with a great view available, but she inexplicably refused to let us sit there. On my second visit, she denied me entry, claiming they were closed, even though there were still 40 minutes left until closing. I explained that I only wanted to order one item for takeaway, but she still refused. To my surprise, she allowed the person who arrived after me to enter. This experience felt like clear discrimination and was highly disappointing.

Want to say what a breath of fresh air Callum was on Saturday afternoon when we came in for cocktails with our dog, he seemed genuinely happy to be there. He was chatting to us and watering the plants, serving etc. he got the dog some iced water and some chicken.. he then went off to sort out a table for us in the evening. So rare to get good customer service these days. So thank you Callum.

Second time at Center Parcs, we didn’t even bother to try the other restaurants again as all were a huge let down the first time around. Amalfi, thank goodness, is the exception. Tasty and varied food, very friendly service. Don’t waste your hard earned pennies on any of the other places.

Went for a lunch without a reservation ahead of time. Place was half empty on Sunday afternoon. Meals we had were pretty basic. Burgers left my partner and daughter disappointed. Pizza was just fine. Thanks to dessert they get 5 stars- absolutely amazing. Cheesecake one was something I have never tried before and would recommend to anyone to try. Service was attentive and polite.

Never get the pulled pork made me projectile vomit on my dogs back leg

Absolutely terrible!!! Extremely slow and average levels of service, combined with ordinary standards of food (at best!) at extortionate prices. We are rarely ones to complain, however, we strongly advise that you avoid this place and cook in your lodge.

Had a lovely meal with family and friends for my birthday. Nice decor in the restaurant and varied menu. Food was lovely, especially the pizza and dessert. Kids meal is great value for money and he loved the spag Bol. Service was very friendly with Vicki, Lisa and Callum being very attentive. Thanks for looking after us, we will be back again soon for a second visit during our stay!

Such a shame about this place. Came on our last night of our bank holiday weekend away. The guy who welcomed us into the restaurant was amazing, super great customer service. But that’s about where it ended. The waitress that served us seemed pre occupied and distracted. I ordered the linguine (with extra chilli, as I knew it wouldn’t be enough to my taste) the starters came out promptly. However it was just a mess. As someone who works in the Industry, I know it only takes 5 seconds to wipe the bowl clean so it looks presentable. Then 20 mins ish later the pasta arrived. It was so bland, cooked in unseasoned water, sloppy slimy sauce. I’ll admit the prawns were decent but the chilli’s weren’t hot at all ( most likely sliced and “prepped” at least a few days ago) I don’t usually write reviews but I’m writing this on the hope the the management will see this and hopefully other people won’t have to go through the same experience we had.

Noisy and a little under staffed. Replacing samphire with rocket totally inappropriate. Shame.

There was a small play area for little kids which was a nice touch. The pizza was a bit salty and the linguine needed a little more salt. The kids meal was just right. However the service was not great, we asked for water a couple of times and it didn't arrive and had to wait ~25 mins to pay as their card machine was not working. After waiting for a while, I then had to leave and come back to pay.

Raquel looked after us as if we were family. Food was delicious and fresh. Delivered to our table quickly. Mocktails beautifully presented and delicious. Thank you

We went for lunch and it was pretty dead in there, despite this we still had to wait 15 minutes for our order to be taken. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait, the bread was stale, the vegetable sticks starter we ordered for our daughter were dry and clearly hasn't been stored well. The mains were OK, but really not worth the price. The Sports Bar offers a far better range and value for money.

Want to leave 4.5 stars for Amalfi. It would have been 5, but there were only 3 choices of main dishes on offer to me as a vegan which was a shame. That said, I've never been served food as quickly as at Amalfi. I wasn't clock watching but I'd suggest maybe 4-5 minutes for the food to be delivered to the table piping hot and tasty. My daughter's fresh pizza was a minute or two later. Same for the desserts. I had the only vegan option, Budino, which was lovely and a nice change from the usual culprits in restaurants. I'd definitely come back, and wish we'd eaten here earlier during our stay.

Okay so first up don’t treat your customers like this. Cancel culture is something that is disrespectful. You may be slightly busy and trying to do your job but we both felt excluded from your service, your effort and your attention. The food was good The waitress experience transformed good food into a bad experience. Just be present, respectful and kind. Life is not a conveyor belt, experience and food go hand in hand.

Ordered the lobster “tails” on spaghetti, only got half of a single lobster tail on top of some overcooked pasta with watery sauce.

Up there with the worst experiences I've had. Feel bad for the waitress but 3/6 starters didn't come out at all. Annoyingly 2 were the kids and they were pretty upset about it. The 2 pizzas that came out were average but the mac and cheese, spag bol and milanese were barely touched. My "porcetta" was a gammon steak and the potatoes were hard. We were gracious but very unhappy and when the bill came out a conversation had to happen. Bad service, bad food and ludicrous prices. Avoid like the plague.

Very good experience. It was my friend’s birthday, a fuss was made. Smiles all round.

What a special night to finish our stay at Center Parcs! The staff were super-friendly, especially Callum who made us feel like we were almost lifelong friends; rarely (if ever!) have I seen this level of customer service on all my travels. He even took time to talk to our grandchildren and add something to their night too. Truly a wonderful night!

The “porchetta” was just a piece of gammon with some sauce on it, for £25 🤣🤣 wtaf… Annoyingly this was still the best CentreParcs restaurant we’ve found, just stick to pizza/ pasta when ordering. Service was good and there is a small soft play for young children.

Food was freshly cooked and fantastic

Seriously very average food. I have seen better pizzas made from a van on the street. Pasta was basic and sauce seemed to have come from a jar. Super pricey for what it is - which is a very poor quality Italian. The staff and service are excellent however and you can’t fault them on any level.

Honestly this is the place to go if you love Italian cuisine not only that but it has the best food on site and the greatest team that work there I’d love to thank our waitress Raquel who was an absolute delight and I’d love to be served by her again

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, good value. Although can be a little noisy it sat near big groups, or larger tables.

I don’t usually write a review. But we came here last year and the food was very good that we had to come back again this year. However, sadly the standard has dropped this time and the food came out very fast which was concerning before the drinks. The pasta carbonara was watery and ruined the dish. We love coming to center parcs but we really hope the food improves as it’s expensive to pay for food that’s not at a good standard.

7 of us came for dinner one evening and left disappointed. My pizza was missing the roquito gem chillies but that was easily sorted. Food came out reasonably quickly but the service was a real let down. Having our garlic bread starters, first order of drinks and mains was fine. But after the mains were served no one came to check if we were okay or wanted more drinks. A lot of the servers were at the bar cleaning cutlery, instead of checking on tables and being on hand. When we finally got someone's attention, I told the Geordie male waiter that an air-conditioning unit above me was leaking on me the whole meal, and no one was on hand to tell them about it so had to suffer it. Was told he would tell the manager, but no one came. And after mains had to wait over 30 mins for plates to be cleared and to order dessert. That only happened when one of our group got up and went to the idle waiters at the bar. The manager finally came over and brought us a free shot of limoncello, however it was little too late as we had already settled the bill and asked for the service charge to be removed. We couldn't fault the food but the lack of service was a real let down. Las Iguanas at the Plaza was far better.

We love this restaurant and always come here when we stay at Center Parcs. The food is very good and the atmosphere really good for a chain restaurant on a holiday park! The Geordie waiter (who has worked here for years) is brilliant and serves your food and drink with a smile and excellent humour. I always have a pizza which are great.

A decent Italian restaurant in Center Parcs.

Food was good, server was really friendly but we finished eating half an hour before they cleared our plates or asked if we want to look at dessert menu, we were hoping to nip to the shops as we finished half an hour before they closed but we couldn't because of how slow they served us. Food came out very quick though.

Really enjoyed that Italian restaurant . Of course it is a chain but there is an open kitchen and what we had was good. Maybe the portions are a bit small. The service was quick and friendly.

Unable to make simple swaps of ice cream flavours for kids, apparently the chef refuses too. Adult request for a different ice cream flavour ignored.

Had better hopes of a decent meal at Centre Parcs when we saw three chefs cooking in the open kitchen. However all food was exceptionally poor. 6 of us had different dishes and all were below standard. Pizzas poor - not enough topping and soggy, fish over cooked. Ravioli sent back but money refunded. Prawn linguini was swimming in oil, Milanese chicken a small portion though we Bought an adults portion for a child but was not big enough. Tiramisu unusual with no cream - just cake with pot of coffee at side. We must add that Our waitress was excellent. Although only 3 tables occupied there was a lot of mess on the empty ones. If only CP would deal with the restaurants so we could get a decent meal when there, it would be a better experience. We don’t want to always cook ourselves but sadly there is nowhere to get a decent meal. This story is the same to whoever we speak to! Family joke is the food is a Scam!!! 😢

Great food and service here today. A very good selection for both vegan and gluten free options. Exceeded my expectations!

Good food came out very quickly but just a small wait for drinks, when our food arrived drinks were sorted in about a minute after asking for them. Just is a little expensive and £6.60 for a pint just is a lot.

The host of amalfi is very rude, unfriendly and has bad attitude.

Very average Italian themed food - wet pasta dish (linguini bolognaise?) and hardly any taste in the spaghetti carbonara. Anyone who knows real italian food don’t bother.

Food was watery and tasteless. Overpriced for what I got and horrible in general. Will not be eating here again.

Very disappointed with quality of our pasta & pizzas. Pasta sauce lacked flavour didn't taste like it was freshly made- more akin to a jar of pasta sauce. Pizza was dry and not very generous. Pricing was on the high side given the quality of the food.

Service was good and the atmosphere of the restaurant but The food was just terrible pizza was okay but the spaghetti bolognaise was like water with no meat also had a burger which was obviously just a frozen patty . Bella Italia are on other centre parcs sites and should of replaced Strada the restaurant that was there before we are a small family and are not fussy eaters but it was the worst meal we have had at any of the centre parcs .

Amazing food, friendly and helpful staff. Some great recommendations from our waiter, Steven. Staff were engaging without encroaching on your dining experience and the food was very authentic. Highly recommended a visit if your at Woburn Centre Parcs.

Poor quality food and very overpriced. Spaghetti bolognese resembled a cheap microwave meal and had barely any meat in it at all despite the £15 price tag. Very disappointed would not recommend

We had lunch here twice during our stay and for us this was the best restaurant out of all we tried on the park. The food tasted fresh and was tasty unlike others on the park.

Needed more vegetarian options. Food we had was nice. Too much pepper on food. No check by staff to check food was OK. Very noisy in the venue. They took a long period of time to get the bill and then bring card machine. Would I go back, probably not. Disappointed

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! The service we received was unbelievably poor, especially when they add a 7.5% service charge to your bill! We asked this to be removed due to the poor quality of food, missing items on our order, parts of the order coming out as a starter instead of with the main and missing drinks. When we did ask for the service charge to be removed, the waitress didn’t even ask why we wanted this removing. She just had a poor attitude like we had taken the money off of her. You should only give a tip if you feel the standard of service and food was good/memorable! I don’t get how companies have the cheek to now add this to your bill. Completely the wrong way of motivating your staff! Pay them correctly in the first place!

We had lunch here recently and the experience was very pleasant - our kids loved the ambience and the staff made an extra effort to make us feel comfortable The carbonara was freshly prepared and I inhaled it - my wife had a risotto which she loved - our kids shared a small pepperoni pizza which was shaped like Mickey Mouse We will definitely visit the place again next time

Food was very expensive for what you get. Nutella pudding wasn’t nutella it was just pure yogurt that tasted of nothing. Would not recommend! - £4.50 for 10 chips!! Staff don’t smile and aren’t polite.

Terrible Christmas dinner. Frozen food and a complete waste of over £200

Stunning, delicious and fresh food... in bery generous portions! I had Linguine Al Gamberoni and garlic salt/rosemary bread, husband and nephew had pizzas... niece had pasta pomodoro from kids menu with chips (generous enough for a 16 year old). Service was great and we were fortunate to visit in the snow which made for incredible views! So yummy.

Not the best CP restaurant but still good. Bar is very high here though.

Our first time at Amalfi dining last night 1/12/22 and it was amazing 👌. Sarah was our waitress and she went over and beyond to make our last night at Woburn special. Food was delicious with every course and my grandchildren were spoilt by the lovely Sarah serving us.

Presume the people giving this place top quality reviews don't get out much! Food was average at best. The shrimp was inedible and didnt smell fresh at all. Ravioli bland and lukewarm, just generally bland food. Burger had chunks of gristle in it and the fries on par with KFC. Macaroni cheese tasted like the bachelors pasta sachet mix. Only positive is the staff we had serving etc were really lovely.

Best place to eat in Woburn Center Parcs

Amazing meal last night at Amalfi, by far the best restaurant on the site. We were served by the wonderful Alice, who was so friendly and attentive. She made us feel really welcome, and like nothing was too much to ask. The food was delicious, presented nicely and well worth the price. They had a great selection of meals to choose from, as well as a few different options from your standard Italian restaurant. We were also served by Steven, who was really friendly and a great character, he made us smile. Overall, we had a fantastic meal at Amalfi, the best meal we’ve had at Center Parcs Woburn.

This is the Best restaurant out of a bad bunch at center parks as you are rather limited on site. Nothing remarkable but sufficient.

While on the pricier side, Amalfi is definitely one of the better restaurants at Center Parcs. The food was cooked well and tasty. They were able to accommodate our table of three families very comfortably (though of course having booked). They are good with kids given it is a slightly more grown up eatery and the crayons and softplay area help keep them busy. Staff are friendly and polite and patient which is great.

We didn’t book in advance but the manager sorted us out so thanks! Decent Italian fare, really enjoyed it

Very nice restaurant for family meal. We were an inter generational family meal. The service was really good, the food clean, great flavours. The staff (Steven particularly) we’re very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

Limited menus and not sure it is value for money but the food was very good and ten staff were excellent

Disappointed with the Amalfi Burger. Tiny burger served in olive bread that was oily. Small portion of over-fried chips.

My son in law ordered a medium steak, he had to send it back twice as it wasn't cooked, i was disappointed with my roast chicken salad, just a small bowl with small pieces of chicken, green leaves and dressing.

I realise there are some mixed reviews here, but we had a very positive experience at Amalfi. Easily - by a country mile - the best food we’ve had on-site. Pepperoni pizza was outstanding, and the Fiorentina had a runny yolk which was perfect. Children were well catered for. Cocktails were well made, puddings were rich and demolished in no time at all. Staff (Sarah in our case) very attentive and friendly. We hadn’t realised they’d closed and they let us stay until we’d finished with no complaints. Recommend the Aperol spritz, and this seems to be the only place on-site to serve San Pellegrino drinks and decent gin. Fantastic view over the swimming pool. Will likely go back on our last day. Yes, it was quite a hefty bill, but it was a memorable experience for all the right reasons. Oh, and to the man who appears to be the manager, we could see you were wearing boxers from Next. Maybe get a belt on your next visit? 😉
