Nice food and pleasant ambience! Our waitress Anca made it extra special. She was attentive and answered all our questions!

Came here for lunch today. The restaurant looks nice and the atmosphere was good. We were sent to our table by a friendly waiter and ordered our food. Sadly that's when everything became an utter disappointment. For me, my wife and our toddler to have a main each and 2 drinks between us came to over £50! Given the prices we were expecting a nice hearty meal. Sadly when my breaded chicken and chips arrived I counted a total of 10 chips! And a pile of rocket.. my wife ordered a pasta meal which cost £18.95 which consisted of 7 bits of pasta soaked in butter.. our toddler however had a feast. We decided not give anymore of our hard earned money for a desert so left. The bill arrived and had a optional tip on it, which we paid but when given the chip and pin to pay they asked for more tip! When we entered 0.00 as we have already given a tip which was included on the bill all manners and niceties of the service disappeared. Don't go here if you want a nice hearty meal.. you will just get an empty bank account..

We were there at Centerparcs Wobourn and anjoyed lunching at Amalfi twice. Great food, great service, great atmosphere.

I am physically disabled and my daughter is autistic. The staff are absolutely amazing. Waitresses Jess H and Sarah were so wonderfully accommodating and really couldn't have done any more for us. Helped to round off our holiday perfectly.

Went to Amalfi with my friends who come over from Ireland, it was their first time visiting center parcs and they were really impressed with their meal, The lady who served us Emma was really lovely, excellent customer service. will definitely be bringing them back in the summer :)

Definitely one of the better places to eat at centre parcs. Really great service, food was passable but if you can’t get a pizza right then you’re in trouble anyway. But the prices yet again are not aligned to the whole experience. We came away £120 lighter just for some lunch, it simply can’t be justified.

Booked for a Table at 9PM with a £25 deposit. Came 5 minutes early. Got told their shut and sent us to a different restaurant without telling them. They took our money and gave us nothing back a bit like insurance companies. The food store shuts at 4PM so was left hungry for the rest of the night 👍Thanks for the meal guys xx

Service was pretty decent but I was not informed of increased costs due to modifications posed as questions. Was asked if I wanted cheese with my burger (£16) and this modification bumped the price up to almost 19 pounds. Quality of food is not the best but the cocktail i drank was very good. The server was quite nice but I would've appreciated if they explained how things such as cheese changed the price. They also offered us garlic bread in a manner that suggested it was complimentary. We asked the price and found out it was 7 pounds. Personally, I found the quality of food to not reflect its price. I wouldn't say it's bad but definitely priced steeply.

Lovely Italian actually. I had reasonably mediocre expectations but I was wrong. Our server was brilliant and the food was really good. We had the mushroom fondue and meatballs to start followed by chicken Milanese and pizza. All of it was delicious. The amalfi beer and Pino Grigio we also very drinkable.

We went to Amalfi tonight for a meal to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The (waiter) Callum seated us in a secluded area where we had privacy to be ourselves. HE WAS AWESOME!!!! attentive to us nothing was too much trouble went totally above and beyond to make our visit/night special. (Thank you) We felt totally spoiled. THE WAITRESS !! who's name we didn't get again was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect. I'd have tipped what we paid for our meal if I could. The food was outstanding and trust me we are picky when we go to Italian restaurants with my hubby being Italian. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE WHOLE TEAM YOU ARE AMAZING 😍🥰

Went here as a couple for a birthday meal, tiger prawns for the starter were nice but no finger bowl so had to ask for this. My main course was awful, I ordered the sea bass with a side of roast potatoes (on staff recommendation) and it was awful. The dish was basically a fried fillet of sea bass (too dry) with some prawns (tasteless) on the top & very watery spinach - no sauce. The whole thing was dry and tasted of absolutely nothing, I asked the staff about a sauce as there was simply no flavour and they said it’s dry and they recommend sides! The recommendation of side I had was roast potatoes which again were awful. I left nearly all of it and only ate what I did because I was hungry because we’d waited so long in between courses. The wait for food and drinks is way too long. My partner had the calamari to start which was average at best and the pepperoni pizza which was okay but very greasy. We were offered a free desert for the problem with my dinner and my partner was offered one for free too because of it being his birthday, they said I was the 3rd person to complain about the sea bass that night and I said it was so bad it should be removed down the menu. The deserts were nice. It was very busy and the staff were working hard, it isn’t the waiting staffs fault that the food was so bad but I would advise not to go We wouldn’t go back I did pay my bill with the added service charge & we did have the 2 free deserts, to be honest this didn’t compare to the actual price of the dish and the side dish which were quite honestly inedible. It’s a shame as it’s lovely in CenterParcs and the restaurant is in a nice spot but in our opinion it’s overpriced, poor quality & you have to wait a long time. Avoid

A busy restaurant at a holiday park. Quite noisy, but excellent views from the terrace. The food was very good. Better than we’ve had at ‘better’ places. A good range of dishes, all very well cooked and presented. Best of all was the service. We were served by Lisa who was warm and friendly. Professional, with lots of personality that made for a relaxing enjoyable evening. The food was good - excellent prawns to start and a good gnocchi dish. A very good risotto with good quality ice-cream to finish, but Lisa made the night for us. Recommended.

We had booked a table in advance but when we arrived the restaurant didn't seem to know of it. Service was a little slow and inattentive. Carbonara was bland but ok. We liked the outdoor area and music.

Nice service, nice atmosphere but the food is basically from the freezer. You have 3 restaurants here and none of them are great, at least this one has a nice vibe to it

I visited this place twice, and both times the lady at the front desk was disrespectful and unwelcoming. There was a table with a great view available, but she inexplicably refused to let us sit there. On my second visit, she denied me entry, claiming they were closed, even though there were still 40 minutes left until closing. I explained that I only wanted to order one item for takeaway, but she still refused. To my surprise, she allowed the person who arrived after me to enter. This experience felt like clear discrimination and was highly disappointing.

Want to say what a breath of fresh air Callum was on Saturday afternoon when we came in for cocktails with our dog, he seemed genuinely happy to be there. He was chatting to us and watering the plants, serving etc. he got the dog some iced water and some chicken.. he then went off to sort out a table for us in the evening. So rare to get good customer service these days. So thank you Callum.

Second time at Center Parcs, we didn’t even bother to try the other restaurants again as all were a huge let down the first time around. Amalfi, thank goodness, is the exception. Tasty and varied food, very friendly service. Don’t waste your hard earned pennies on any of the other places.

Went for a lunch without a reservation ahead of time. Place was half empty on Sunday afternoon. Meals we had were pretty basic. Burgers left my partner and daughter disappointed. Pizza was just fine. Thanks to dessert they get 5 stars- absolutely amazing. Cheesecake one was something I have never tried before and would recommend to anyone to try. Service was attentive and polite.

Never get the pulled pork made me projectile vomit on my dogs back leg

Absolutely terrible!!! Extremely slow and average levels of service, combined with ordinary standards of food (at best!) at extortionate prices. We are rarely ones to complain, however, we strongly advise that you avoid this place and cook in your lodge.

Had a lovely meal with family and friends for my birthday. Nice decor in the restaurant and varied menu. Food was lovely, especially the pizza and dessert. Kids meal is great value for money and he loved the spag Bol. Service was very friendly with Vicki, Lisa and Callum being very attentive. Thanks for looking after us, we will be back again soon for a second visit during our stay!

Such a shame about this place. Came on our last night of our bank holiday weekend away. The guy who welcomed us into the restaurant was amazing, super great customer service. But that’s about where it ended. The waitress that served us seemed pre occupied and distracted. I ordered the linguine (with extra chilli, as I knew it wouldn’t be enough to my taste) the starters came out promptly. However it was just a mess. As someone who works in the Industry, I know it only takes 5 seconds to wipe the bowl clean so it looks presentable. Then 20 mins ish later the pasta arrived. It was so bland, cooked in unseasoned water, sloppy slimy sauce. I’ll admit the prawns were decent but the chilli’s weren’t hot at all ( most likely sliced and “prepped” at least a few days ago) I don’t usually write reviews but I’m writing this on the hope the the management will see this and hopefully other people won’t have to go through the same experience we had.

There was a small play area for little kids which was a nice touch. The pizza was a bit salty and the linguine needed a little more salt. The kids meal was just right. However the service was not great, we asked for water a couple of times and it didn't arrive and had to wait ~25 mins to pay as their card machine was not working. After waiting for a while, I then had to leave and come back to pay.

We went for lunch and it was pretty dead in there, despite this we still had to wait 15 minutes for our order to be taken. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait, the bread was stale, the vegetable sticks starter we ordered for our daughter were dry and clearly hasn't been stored well. The mains were OK, but really not worth the price. The Sports Bar offers a far better range and value for money.

Want to leave 4.5 stars for Amalfi. It would have been 5, but there were only 3 choices of main dishes on offer to me as a vegan which was a shame. That said, I've never been served food as quickly as at Amalfi. I wasn't clock watching but I'd suggest maybe 4-5 minutes for the food to be delivered to the table piping hot and tasty. My daughter's fresh pizza was a minute or two later. Same for the desserts. I had the only vegan option, Budino, which was lovely and a nice change from the usual culprits in restaurants. I'd definitely come back, and wish we'd eaten here earlier during our stay.

Okay so first up don’t treat your customers like this. Cancel culture is something that is disrespectful. You may be slightly busy and trying to do your job but we both felt excluded from your service, your effort and your attention. The food was good The waitress experience transformed good food into a bad experience. Just be present, respectful and kind. Life is not a conveyor belt, experience and food go hand in hand.

Ordered the lobster “tails” on spaghetti, only got half of a single lobster tail on top of some overcooked pasta with watery sauce.

Up there with the worst experiences I've had. Feel bad for the waitress but 3/6 starters didn't come out at all. Annoyingly 2 were the kids and they were pretty upset about it. The 2 pizzas that came out were average but the mac and cheese, spag bol and milanese were barely touched. My "porcetta" was a gammon steak and the potatoes were hard. We were gracious but very unhappy and when the bill came out a conversation had to happen. Bad service, bad food and ludicrous prices. Avoid like the plague.

Very good experience. It was my friend’s birthday, a fuss was made. Smiles all round.

What a special night to finish our stay at Center Parcs! The staff were super-friendly, especially Callum who made us feel like we were almost lifelong friends; rarely (if ever!) have I seen this level of customer service on all my travels. He even took time to talk to our grandchildren and add something to their night too. Truly a wonderful night!

The “porchetta” was just a piece of gammon with some sauce on it, for £25 🤣🤣 wtaf… Annoyingly this was still the best CentreParcs restaurant we’ve found, just stick to pizza/ pasta when ordering. Service was good and there is a small soft play for young children.

Food was freshly cooked and fantastic

Seriously very average food. I have seen better pizzas made from a van on the street. Pasta was basic and sauce seemed to have come from a jar. Super pricey for what it is - which is a very poor quality Italian. The staff and service are excellent however and you can’t fault them on any level.

Honestly this is the place to go if you love Italian cuisine not only that but it has the best food on site and the greatest team that work there I’d love to thank our waitress Raquel who was an absolute delight and I’d love to be served by her again

I don’t usually write a review. But we came here last year and the food was very good that we had to come back again this year. However, sadly the standard has dropped this time and the food came out very fast which was concerning before the drinks. The pasta carbonara was watery and ruined the dish. We love coming to center parcs but we really hope the food improves as it’s expensive to pay for food that’s not at a good standard.

7 of us came for dinner one evening and left disappointed. My pizza was missing the roquito gem chillies but that was easily sorted. Food came out reasonably quickly but the service was a real let down. Having our garlic bread starters, first order of drinks and mains was fine. But after the mains were served no one came to check if we were okay or wanted more drinks. A lot of the servers were at the bar cleaning cutlery, instead of checking on tables and being on hand. When we finally got someone's attention, I told the Geordie male waiter that an air-conditioning unit above me was leaking on me the whole meal, and no one was on hand to tell them about it so had to suffer it. Was told he would tell the manager, but no one came. And after mains had to wait over 30 mins for plates to be cleared and to order dessert. That only happened when one of our group got up and went to the idle waiters at the bar. The manager finally came over and brought us a free shot of limoncello, however it was little too late as we had already settled the bill and asked for the service charge to be removed. We couldn't fault the food but the lack of service was a real let down. Las Iguanas at the Plaza was far better.

We love this restaurant and always come here when we stay at Center Parcs. The food is very good and the atmosphere really good for a chain restaurant on a holiday park! The Geordie waiter (who has worked here for years) is brilliant and serves your food and drink with a smile and excellent humour. I always have a pizza which are great.

Food was good, server was really friendly but we finished eating half an hour before they cleared our plates or asked if we want to look at dessert menu, we were hoping to nip to the shops as we finished half an hour before they closed but we couldn't because of how slow they served us. Food came out very quick though.

Really enjoyed that Italian restaurant . Of course it is a chain but there is an open kitchen and what we had was good. Maybe the portions are a bit small. The service was quick and friendly.
