Las Iguanas Center Parcs Woburn in Central Bedfordshire

The food here was so nice, especially the nachos and the Mexico mix. The food made me feel so delighted that I want to go back. BRILLIANT.

Had a wonderful experience at Las Iguanas, food was amazing, staff were so helpful. I had a lovely waitress called, Porsha. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit this restaurant when coming to Center Parcs!

Service was great, but the food was terrible, declined significantly since a year ago. We had a Jambalaya, the rice was clearly cooked separately with the other ingredients dashed on top and was flavourless, the ingredients stated it included skin-on prawns - there was one prawn. We ordered large nachos, which had 3 large dollops of ice cold sauces and had to hunt for any cheese, no jalapenos that should have come with them. We also had one of the chicken chimichangas, which was flavourless.

Super friendly environment, Lauren served us and was amazing helping with recommendations, will definitely be going back.

We came into eat one night and Callum (also works at the Almafi, I believe he is a manager) was absolutely fantastic. He catered to everything we needed, full of joy and made our visit throughly enjoyable. 100% highly recommend going!

We came off peak, wasn't busy. My curry was bland, only taste was the slices of peppers. My wifes enchilada was OK, but she felt it was probably microwaved and not prepared fresh. Suggest sticking to the tapas if you do visit.

Loved the food and service [late lunch] from the Iguanas team. Really human and committed staff. Food and Beer prices beat their local competition too. Muchísimas gracias, guys.

The service was slow and inattentive. The food was absolutely awful. Here are some examples. The food was luke warm at best The vegetarian Mexican taster meal came with meat chilli and the meat Mexican taster meal came with the vegetarian. A dish described as coming with a corn on the cob side came without and when this was then later brought to the table it had clearly been microwaved, the water dripping from it was absolutely disgusting. A bit of chilli flakes was placed over it. To put it lightly it was polishing a turd. The churros were raw. They also tasted like they had been fried in the same oil as the fries. Wouldn't recommend this place even to someone I disliked.

Had a lovely meal with my family. The enchiladas and burritos were great. Service was very quick and we were looked after very well by our server, Kate. I would definitely recommend for a meal when staying at Woburn Forest.

Had a great meal at las iguanas today at Centre Parcs, Griffin who served us was great and the food was really lovely. Would recommend.

We ate outside on the terrace which had a great atmosphere and views. Food was great and thought food and drinks were reasonably priced (considering the sports bar downstairs is more expensive and less quality). We were really impressed with customer service. Our waitress Isabella was very friendly and accommodating, as was the man who managed to squeeze us in despite us not booking in advance.

Waitress rude, waiter pushed through me sitting at the table to place food down, no manners. 1 of the meals we ordered was wrong. Not a good start to my holiday Then on bill you added a service charge of 7.5 %. I didn't make a fuse as other people about.

Disappointing, food was terrible. Usually I love las iguanas, so we decided to give this branch in Woburn Center Parcs a try. Unfortunately it was terrible. We ordered 5 different dishes and 1 kids meal. My husband’s food was burnt (to the point where we had to send it back because all he could taste was burnt tortilla), my dads rice tasted like microwaved cheap rice (tasted stale), my toddlers kids meal arrived with a dirty tea spoon in the plate (very sloppy and poor quality presentation), his fish fingers were terrible quality and the sweetcorn was very cheap and watery. My food was sub-standard, burger was nothing special at all and my sweet potato fries were clumped together as if the chef couldn’t be bothered to present anything nicely. Presentation of most of the food was poor. I would never eat here again. To serve food like that and charge such high prices is crazy. Table and floor felt sticky too. The only positive I have to say is that the manager who we gave our feedback to was lovely. He listened, he cared, he offered us a discount and some dessert on the house too. Because of his attentiveness, we left feeling happy despite the terrible food. For that reason I have given 2 stars instead of 1.

Such a great meal here tonight. Food was so yummy! The staff were all very friendly too especially Sam and Carlos. What wonderful servers they are! Thank you both. Kids loved the robots!!

Unfortunately our experience here was ruined by the absolute lack of ability to delivery any kind of customer service from the waitress. She was disinterested, rude and confrontational. She tried taking our order for drinks and food both at times when the full table were not present. The resteraunt does not consider customers dining with Children, serving small lightweight cups full to the top for toddlers, and the food leaves a little to be desired. Adding a service charge to the bill as standard in this restaurant is a bit much! Dine elsewhere whilst staying here? The staff at other restaurants are superior in comparison. To add, I did offer to give feedback in person when asking for the service charge to be removed but it seems there was no interest in hearing this and improving on what they offer.

The service was utterly terrible and the food very mediocre. My daughters ‘gluten free chicken burger’ was just a slab of chicken without a bun, not a burger at all! Avoid.

Mass produced food. Robots taking over jobs yet again. The Big table group with all its other so called “restaurants” continue to serve industrial food. And charge homemade prices Not fair

Nice setting but that’s the only positive thing, from our experience. Seriously overpriced (£5.80 for a small lemonade, mostly ice, with a few slices of citrus fruit!) and disappointing food. The starters were very average, kids meals were awful, burrito was ok. The other restaurant options at CP are definitely better than this place.

Went for a meal on Saturday evening, didn’t have a reservation beforehand. Meal was good and would recommend when visiting Woburn. Dessert for me is always the highlight of my meal and this one didn’t disappoint. Partner was pleased with Mixed Grill and I loved my nachos and salad. Teens were also pleased with their meals. The robot was a pleasant surprise.

The food was delicious, but the service was amazing. The waiter (Kamil) was really high standard of professionalism. Definitely will come back…

Fantastic food, fantastic service. We were looked after by Joe and from start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with great service and food. It made leaving Center Parcs on our last day so much more bearable. Thank you Joe - and the robots of course!! Would certainly go back and recommend to anyone else.

Dined here on a Sunday evening. All staff were extremely friendly and the food was of great quality. They also have a robot which brings your food over and sings happy birthday which makes a great experience and is very futuristic. Our waitress Alison was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout. The gentlemen manager whose name I didn’t get was also very welcoming and polite and both are a credit to the company. Would highly recommend this place when visiting centre parcs at Woburn and will certainly visit again in the future.

Alison our waitress went above and beyond it was my partners birthday and she made me it very special gave great advice on cocktail and food recommendation. The table was decorated and cake brought out and it was a fab night thanks so much .

Long wait to get in even though we booked and it was quiet. 25mins for some to take our drinks order and that was because we had to ask for someone to come over. The food nearly came out before the drinks. Had to go up to the bar several times to ask for stuff even the bill. Just a lack of service all over. The manager didn’t seem to have control or care and was just letting the staff stand around and not look after their guests. I would recommend other restaurants nearby rather than going here and having a bad experience.

Had a late meal here with a large group, it was good fun with a nice atmosphere. The Buenos aires burger was really delicious, but the skinny fries were a bit lacking (in taste, warmth, and quantity). It probably didn't help we ate them on their own as we asked for mayo/sauces from servers that never came, and no one came back to our table until after our meal, did try to get Quite expensive for what it is, the margheritas was amazing too, but the drinks took 20/30 minutes to arrive, the same time as the food, else I would've ordered another! Pretty good food but let down a bit

Excellent place for atmosphere, absolutely banging! Fabulous food and fantastic customer service and food quality. Piping hot food. We were a family group of 9 including 3 kids, and considering the large group and a busy restaurant - we had no complaints about anything. They were even closed and we didn't realise it but the staff did not at any point rush us out! Definitely recommend it here! Oh, they also take blueliight cards for anyone who didn't know.

Had a great evening meal with cocktails at this restaurant. We didn't have children so went later in the evening and it wasn't very busy, but they recommend you book. Food was high quality, fresh and filling. Had a large range of cocktails and we tried one each. Service was friendly and efficient. They also had robots which seemed to serve some tables!

Ridiculously priced for the quality of food that you get. Perfectly edible but certainly not worth anywhere near the price. For example, mixed grill is £27. You get 1 overcooked steak skewer, 1 chicken skewer and a bunch of rice and chips. Avoid unless you have money to burn.

Horrible atmosphere, no music felt like I was on lunch at a work café. Food was below average and very slow service. Robots deliver the food but then the server comes over anyway seems very strange and pointless. Really dissapointed even some music like other Las iguanas would have added some cheer and made the very average food more acceptable.

The food was Wetherspoons level, paying £75 for it was an insult! It was flavourless and very clearly just heated up rather than prepared by chefs.It sells itself as authentic South American food but from what I saw it was about as South American as the name Keith. I can say however, that the staff were lovely and clearly doing what they could to assure a good dining experience and the atmosphere was good, with the serving robot being a nice touch. Overall, I’d recommend avoiding and sticking with one of the other options at Center Parcs

Lovely meal, very different service a robot brings your food to your table!

The worst meal I’ve ever had, the rice still had the shape of the Tupperware it came from, the chips were undercooked and my friend has been up all night with food poisoning from the burrito. The cocktails were also disgusting a reason not to come back to centre parks. The only redeeming thing was the amazing service

Simply atrocious - ate here as part of a corporate group of 10. The table wasn’t ready when we arrived. Food took over an hour to arrive even though it was pre ordered. Food was cold, terribly prepared, one meal had bits of plastic in it. 2 orders were just forgotten. The service was non existent. This is the faulty towers of restaurants I would avoid at all costs.

Worth a look , robot waiter an interesting touch.

Understaffed as there are robot servers who painstakingly avoid chairs and get stuck/crawl to the tables whilst the food goes cold. The staff then had to drop what they were doing and assist the robot back into an empty space! Throw the robots away and employ the correct amount of staff who can deliver plates with a smile and in half the time! The restaurant then has the audacity to automatically apply a service charge!

Menu is fab. service was a little slow. lacking any kind of personal feel. robot food servers were used which the kids loved! My children may have come across as a bit much, being neurodivergent. i did feel stares by staff and this did make me feel a little uncomfortable. The food was pretty good. tho! probably wouldn’t go back.

Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Drinks flowing, did forget our deserts, but very apologetic, and took all deserts off the bill for the whole table, by way of apology.

I feel compelled to leave this review following our most recent visit. Having visited many times during our stays at Centre Parcs for the last five years. Deago and Milo the robot servers. Which we have experienced on previous visits. However this time was just awful. As a family where arriving at the same some as our food. Snotty noses at the same height as our food. With lots of excitement to see the robot. As the robot had to navigate a metal lip between the two floors the whole robot rocked and some food fell to the floor. The eager kids picked up the chips and replaced on the plates! 🤢 Now this was not the staffs problem as I observed the robot rock at this same point each time and more plates the more severe it rocked. A steady hand from a team member helped. We refused the food and the kitchen re cooked our order. I right this review for the management team as I truly believe that this robot is not fit for purpose. For the record Jessica our waitress was very helpful throughout our meal. Ryan the manager was a different matter. If anyone from head office would like to discuss the matter further please contact me.

Food and service were disappointing. a previous visit to a London Las Iguanas had been excellent. This restaurant left a lot to be desired. Portion sizes of sour cream and guacamole were tiny. Used plates etc were left on our table until after we paid the bill.

Tables sticky, Food nothing special and luke-warm, probably due to that stupid robot that couldn't find its way and kept bumping into tables. Won't be trying this again.

Went here for a birthday celebration and highly disappointed. My steak came out and it was all gristle and fat , no reputable chef would have even cooked it let alone sent it out. I was offered another one but refused as I was put off. Of the six steaks ordered two were sent back and a further two were over done. At the end of the meal, after we had explained our disappointment, we were told by staff they had problems with the supply and the quality of the steak, why then are they still being served. They had no flavour whatsoever. Would not recommend this restaurant

Carlos was a super friendly waiter who dealt efficiently with our large table of 13 and the various allergies in the group. We were quickly accommodated when we asked to move from outdoors to inside mid meal after we came under wasp attack. Food was of good quality apart from the refried beans which were more like soup.

Carlos went above and beyond to accommodate our group including dietary requirements and preferences!

Bella was great, got our food quick and was very friendly! Would definitely recommend, we went on a Saturday night as wasn't too busy either.

Sophia was so lovely and amazing even though she was rushed off her feet, we were such a big table for a 21st and she catered our needs so well even though it was so busy, all of our meals were correct and anything we needed was brought straight away. A truly great member of staff even brought out brownies for the birthday members and sang along Creds to her for such good service on a busy sat night

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had at centre parcs. I’ve always been so impressed by the service and the meals in all the other restaurants but this really was a disaster. The Piri chicken was dry, the drink took about 20 mins to come. Even though the restaurant was empty. Service was awful everyone just standing around. Someone started clearing our table and then just wondered off talking to everyone in the kitchen for about 10 mins, with half the stuff still left on the table. The bar was full of empty glasses over spilling the actual bar and overall a rubbish experience. Would not recommend at all. I work in hospitality and if this was the restaurant I worked in I would be disappointed for my customers to experience this.

The staff took ages to even notice our table and service was so slowwww. Food portions were small and very expensive for what they were. Honestly the worst restaurant I've been to in like 12 years.

The food here was delicious definitely recommended the fajitas. The waiters were really helpful with recommendations of there favourite dishes and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely the best restaurant on the whole Centre parcs site easily!

Very helpful staff! And the mushroom fajitas were the best. The waiter suggested adding the beach cheese to them and it was very tasty. I thought the cat waiter that bought the food to the table was cute.

Had a great meal out for dinner. All 7 of us left happy and satisfied. Originally chose to sit outside but managed to find us a table inside when it got too cold. Service was prompt and friendly, food was great. Everyone enjoyed picking at nachos to start. The cauliflower pieces were surprisingly good. I enjoyed my beef burrito with fries. We then rounded the meal off with churros. Would highly recommend.

We visited Las Iguanas for dinner as part of our spa break at Aqua Sana Woburn. The food was all really tasty and hot although service was pretty slow. The robot waiters were a bit of a novelty (although they seemed to get in the way a bit!) and the drinks service was incredibly slow - our drinks were sat on the bar waiting to be brought to our table for just over 15 minutes. Overall we would visit again but unlikely to do so without the voucher towards the cost we received for staying in a spa suite.

Had a very funny waitress named Charlotte help us with some drinks and advice on what to order! Will be back again soon and will definitely visit more las iguanas across the country!

Much better food and service elsewhere Las Ignoramus a disappointment!! Manager rude and disinterested, greeted with list of things they didn’t offer? In fact in our whole time there I couldn’t actually work out what he did except walk around looking fed up. Shown to a table which was dirty, floor sticky, 35minutes wait to take drinks order, very friendly waitress but another 15 for the drinks to arrive . And it wasn’t busy !!!!Cocktails were good. Food came and what a shame! Nachos sharing platter was enough for one and was soggy looked like chef-de-ping had sat on it before it came out. Cauliflower bites still icy cold in the middle and tasteless, the other starters were okay but spenny compared to other restaurants at Centre Parcs and quality poor. Main course - burger over cooked Curry was good and so were burritos - again it took a while Didn’t stay for desserts Overall the whole experience was less than average !! Bill : £265 £££££ for what it was!!! If you are visiting Centre Parcs Woburn it’s a great place for a holiday, in the parc the staff are excellent- activities well organised If eating out - defo try AMALFI 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Food and staff most excellent in every way 😋 Las Iguanas - just stick to the Cocktails at least that way you won’t remember the manager 🤪

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service and friendliness of the staff. The food was out very quickly which kept the kids happy! They were very accommodating to my children’s gluten free dietary requirements and advised me and the husband on which dishes would be suitable! Overall lovely meal and drinks. My husband loved the beer! (coronas his favourite) and I loved my espresso martini! Great day out with the kids! Me and my husband had a lovely time would definitely recommend x

We were a family of 12+ people celebrating a birthday. We bought a birthday cake and the staff were very accomodating keeping the cake in the kitchen whilst we ate our courses before eating the cake as dessert. We did come at peak time, so...

Bland food, didn’t let us know certain food wasn’t available until we realised when it arrived. They were in a hurry to get through service but the restaurant was pretty empty.

Definitely the worse mexican restaurant I ever been in my life, in regards service, staff Jesus God help this place, I am happy to see youngsters working trying to gain some experience in life but no one to take charge and help them, that was the worse, took about 1:40 for us to get our food, drinks and starters about 1 hour, I can't believe how this place still even open but like that for sure not for long.

Went here as a group of 6 adults. We sat on the balcony as the sun was setting, lights on balcony and view was lovely. Highly recommend sitting here. All staff very friendly - our waitress was lovely - explained everything, checked we were happy...

Wow. The burgers were amazing and it was a really balanced meal with some chicken, salad and a side dish for the kids. They really enjoyed it. Staff are professional. Would recommend if you are visiting Centre Parcs.

We were served by Jessica Hunter, who went above & beyond to ensure a member of our party fully enjoyed her lunch! A very picky eater, she asked Jessica numerous questions about items on the menu before finally choosing. Jessica patiently found out the answers & offered to provide an extra sauce, which had been of interest but not selected. This was so much appreciated & and it meant that we ALL enjoyed our lunch to the max!! Great setting & although we weren't able to sit outside, as hoped, we were seated at a table right next to the window, overlooking the lake.

Nice staff, but very dirty umbrellas to sit under outside (spiders and cobwebs) and wasps galore. The food is uninspired. Things with melted cheese on top have hardly been left long enough to melt, and everything tasted bland. Shame. So much potential, but much disappointment....
