As the last review was a while ago, I feel the need to share my experience today. Ordered online for pickup as i was close by, greeted with a smile and a hearty hello. Food was ready very quickly and honestly....it was great. Salt & pepper chips were spot on, special curry was genuinely lovely (and Ive eaten a lot of Chinese curries), rice was as it should be. Free prawn crackers as might be expected, but still good to see. Oh and they had non-standard containers, yellow and red with pictures on the top saying "enjoy!", might not mean much, but it made the family smile and we can reuse them for leftovers (see pic). All in all, good food! Thanks Lotus House .

Had a great experience at Oodles. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, exactly what you’d want from a good meal out. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place with both great food and great service.

Drove 40 miles to Wing Wah yesterday for an Easter treat for my 9 year old son. After being diagnosed with celiac disease 4 years ago, I hadn’t had Chinese food since and was very excited as I’d called to check if they had gluten free options and was told there was ‘plenty of chive’. As soon as we walked in my son was ordered to go and stand next to a measuring post on the wall and the lady there shouted over to her colleague on the front desk ‘no, he’s too tall’ He was 1 inch over the height he needed to be to have the children’s buffet price (£11.99) and we were told that his meal would be the adults price of (£24.99) and I was handed a gluten free menu with a couple of options on to choose from but I would also pay the buffet price of £24.99 The staff were not friendly at all and were pushing me to order drinks and pay the £50.00 for me and my 9 year old. We didn’t stay to eat, we left hungry and disappointed. A wasted trip. If you want any sort of customer service, don’t bother going here.
