Made an Order from here last night not only the food was half hour late it was awful, currently ill and won’t be returning New Dynasty has well and truly fallen off

Been coming years. Friendly staff and tasty food reasonably priced.

Thought we would give this place a go as a change from our usual and it’s fair to say it is the worst Chinese we have ever had. Seems like everything has been microwaved in the tubs and a very strong horrible smell from the noodles which puts you off completely. Thick with greece and inedible. We threw the whole thing away. Do not order from here!! £30 wasted for nothing..

Terrible food worst Chinese I've had in ages foods got no taste very bland I ordered 2 meat pancake rolls that had no meat in them I ordered a portion of ribs I got 4 with not much meat on them and hardly any taste basically I've just wasted 30 quid don't waste your money like I did.

Food was prepared quickly, collected, and served at home. When opening the container, I was hit with a bad-smelling sweet and sour odor. The served food was very disappointing. The chicken, which was supposed to be crispy/fried, it was wet and slimy. It tasted like cooking oil/fat. The vegetables were uncut and massive compared to the chicken. The meal was comparable to a microwave meal. If I had to choose between buying food from jade garden or having a microwave meal, I know which I would choose—simply because I know I could finish a microwave meal.

Do NOT order! Stay away from this place! 2 hours and no food was delivered, even though they've marked it on the app as completed. The only contact number is a mobile with an extremely rude woman who hangs up when asking for a refund.

Lovely Chinese food always good and ran by nice people

Absolutely so rude. This will be the last time we ever order from them. They actually hung up on me and the service left me feeling upset and hurt. Don’t order from them the service at Lotus on Chafford hundred was a million times better

El peor chino que he tenido en mi vida, Patatas fritas poco cocinadas, carne cruda y la salsa de curry oh mi vida no se la serviría a un enemigo. Solo vine aquí porque mi local estaba cerrado gran error y nunca más. ¡No malgastes tu dinero!

In fairness we had delivery but really awful food from top to bottom and the bar in cheltenham is low, even messed up basics, chips tasted couple days old,no egg in egg fried rice, curry was bland and bright orange, small portions and wasnt cheap.

Just lost a regular customer tonight we have ordered every other week at this place but after being accused of being a liar tonight they can stick it. We ordered three soups two were half full, prawn toast quarter of a slice of bread size, and no prawns crackers. The assistant that took the call back was friendly enough and accepted they would replace the food as well as an extra portion of noodles which we would of paid for. Five minutes after we received an angry call from I presume was the owner speaking to my wife like s**t and then I took the call he accused me of taking the Mick and saying the soups were full! Shocking customer service you really think I would lie over a £4 soup and £1.40 single piece of prawn toast! After orders of £25-40 a time for the last year! I brought the food back to prove that I didn't want a freebie soup/prawn toast absolutely pathetic!
