Food is oké but don’t consider food allergies. Have a peanut allergy ask for no peanuts, unfortunately one dish was with peanuts. Phoned up and no apology.

The best Chinese in the Southend area hands down! Incredible food, fresh and flavoursome! Have used many times before and will continue to!

Looks like I’ve found my new go to Chinese takeaway!! The dry ribs are just lovely as was the pot of bbq sauce & the special fried rice

First order here. Delivery 30 mins before earliest estimate. Driver was very polite and read the delivery note. The packaging used for the meals/food was excellent. Duck chow mein was excellent. A little wetter than I have experienced in the past but the flavours were fantastic. Best duck I've ever had from a takeaway. The vegetarian bean curd meal was also excellent- the flavours were punch and the vegetables were actually cooked and wonderfully vibrant and fresh. The tofu wasn't perfect but quality was a lot better than most I've had in Southend. Now for the negatives- the chips were undercooked this is why I scored today's order a 9.5/10. The other negative was the prawn crackers were somewhat stale, however as they were a free item I didn't subtract from the score. Would definitely order from here again and the duck is phenomenal. Good job today Asian Station!

When opening this - it looked horrible. Everything on top of each other smothered in sauce. Chips in a chicken box. Chips not cooked through soggy on outside. Hot red cabbage put on top of salad so all wilted and swimming in red liquid. Meat cut into small pieces covered in sauce on top of pitta. Meat was very dry and therefore the sauce helped. Not sure if these issues were worsened by the boxes- therefore causing sogginess, the takeaway box was light brown in colour- which did not help aesthetic

Worse food ever sent it back for refund and they keep the food and my money!!

Despite my star rating, the food was nice, but as there is no star rating for customer service, I’ve had to put one star for something else to get peoples attention. In the past, we have ordered from this place many times. They have always been kind and added tofu (bean curd) into my veg Pad Thai at my request. Tonight was the first time we had ordered in a few months - maybe a year. I made my usual tofu request. I received a phone call from one of the owners, who quite rudely told me that they will never put tofu into a veg pad Thai. I explained that they have many times, which is why I order from them. This lady told me they have been there 10 years and never ever have they put tofu into a veg Pad Thai. I tried many times to tell her that they have, but she refused to listen to me. When the food came, it was different from how it used to be. I suspect that someone else in the family business has taken over, who is not as nice or accommodating as the other people used to be. They have lost a customer tonight. I will never order from them again. Shame, as I like Pad Thai and they are the only place around here that does it. I also tried to suggest to her that tofu should be an option for the veg pad Thai, but the rude lady would not listen. The delivery driver was a lovely man, however. He was polite, unlike the owners. Goodbye!

App is useless, it says delivered when the driver had NOT even left the restaurant! Come on guys I'm sure you can do better.

They gave us the wrong meal unfortunately. Ordered duck with mushroom and they gave us black bean. They are normally great so this was disappointing and probably won't order from there again in case this happens again.

BEST Chinese we have ever had! The chicken fried rice and chow mein noodles were brilliant and chicken soft cooked to perfection, lots of taste and perfect rice. The chicken balls were on another level, the chicken so soft and juicy and the batter amazing. Even the sweet n sour sauce was amazing, it was thick and nice, not like the runny red liquid some Chinese give you. Even gave us prawn crackers for free! 10/10 will definitely be ordering again!

Pad Thai. Apprently. It looks how it's taste. Beige and bland. Last week we ordered Crispy Noodles and they tasted and looked pretty similar to this. So we gave them a second chance tonight. Please do not make the same mistake as us! But incase you wanted to know these are the ingredients that should be used. Pad Thai is made with rice noodles, which are stir fried with eggs and chopped firm tofu, flavored with tamarind juice, fish sauce, dried shrimp, garlic, shallots, and sometimes red chili pepper and palm sugar, and served with lime wedges and often crushed roasted peanuts.It may contain other vegetables like bean sprouts, garlic chives, preserved radish, and raw banana flowers. It may also contain fresh shrimp, crab, squid, chicken or other fish or meat. Honeselty? This is terrible. Twice!

Just the best food every time, thank you

The food was good, but the service is abysmal. Absolutely terrible! Our order was with prawn crackers and they were stale. I called to complain and was passed to other members of staff because they didn’t want to deal with it. Or they didn’t understand. I asked for either new prawn crackers or a refund on them. They said “prawn crackers are always stale” which is ridiculous! Then they got stressed and said I can’t have a refund and to contact customer service on their website and they didn’t have one. Just sh!te. :(

First time ordering and will never order again. Took an hour and a half to arrive and food was Luke warm. I asked for no vegetables in my plain chow mein, it came full of veg! My partner didn't even want to eat his food as it was so bland. Very disappointed.

Not as good as usual. The salt chili chips were over cooked & hard. The salt chili chicken was also overcooked. The satay lamb did taste like satay. Disappointed as the food is normally good.

Always used to order from here and it been about a year, this time it was like warm, very greasy and honestly not great. Disappointed as it used to be excellent.

Food was lovely, bigger order than normal so the delivery driver had a call from the owner to speak with us personally about the forgotten food (ready just not bought to us) so the driver went back for it and deliveries too within 10 minutes. Great service and tentative. Even though order was delivered wrong, they noticed and called (we didn’t have too) and got it to us straight away so I would recommend

Looked better going in than going out

The food was tasty but the pad Thai needed more colour as it was very beige on the eye. The lemon could have been seperate as it was hot and mushy as well as the peanuts as they disappeared into mushy too. Recommend the spring rolls as they were the tastiest I’ve had in ages.

Wouldn’t no about the food as took an order then lie and say we didn’t place order as they had no card machine!! An hour we sat waiting!!

Food arrived and was like luke warm despite being on time. Had just moved into a new house the same night so no cutlery, hence ordering a takeaway. Requested some sort of cutlery but did not receive so wasn’t not easy to eat the food either.

2 bloody hours until food turned up. We cooked something else and went to bed. NEVER AGAIN!

Recently started ordering from Asian Station, best Chinese around, large portions, not salty as many others. Recommend ordering on their website, ordering by phone was hard work and they don't take card over the phone.

Just eat need to make the order options clearer in their App, lucky Asian station were very understanding.

Poor quality of food, especially salt & pepper chips which weren’t very crispy or had any colour with them. Salt & pepper chicken wings were very small and the satay sauce was very different compared to anywhere else I’ve bought it from.

Ok but not the best in town by a mile, everything was too greasy and the portions were too big. Overpriced -maybe reduce the portions and the price so that people pay for what they need to eat rather than having to throw lots of food away ?

Most people probably won't worry about this but every time we order, our chips are so over cooked we can't eat them , prawn crackers are stale , Curry sauce is like powder & the pancake rolls are under cooked. But honestly all the main dishes are really nice :-)

Asian Station is by far the best Chinese in all the land, i will have a bare knuckle anyone who says differently is either a bit slow or poor.

Il fist anyone who says its not the best Chinese in Western Europe.

Impressed. I think the best locally now. Still waaay too expensive but soon all takeaways will be history eh? If you win the lottery or even on the premium bonds, maybe even a flutter on the horses, try a dish from here..

I normally love ordering from here, but I ordered a pork chow mein and have found two prawns in it. Nothing else in our order contained fish or seafood as we dislike it. It put me and others off the rest.

Tasty as always although they delivered dry ribs rather than the sweet & sour ones that we'd ordered.

We order from Asian Station regularly but the last few times there's been issues. This time Just Eat told us it had been delivered before it had and then unfortunately we were missing an item and were sent the wrong noodles. We phoned them and after a number of explanations they sent out replacements really quite quickly. Once we received our order the food was lovely as usual.

Seriously Asian food thats this good, value for money and delivers to your door... I just found my new go to place.

The batter on the squid was waay too salty. It's just not necessary to salt this much. The prices are getting too expensive now also.

We ordered spicy salt and chilli chicken and there was zero chillies and no spice at all. Very bland. Shame because apart from that food was fresh and probably would have been perfect with the chilli. I see a few other reviews saying the same thing about chilli so clearly not a one off so unfortunately will not order again

The food was very nice but unfortunately it was over an hour late with no updates on time or apologies until I messaged them when the food was 30 minutes late. After another 20 minutes I phoned the restaurant and spoke to a young woman whom was quite rude to me. Very poor customer service. Shame as it has put me off ordering from there again.

Expected delivery time between 7.50pm and 8.10 dinner finally arrived at 8.55!! Several calls to the restaurant, lady on the phone said drivers not here at 8.20, called again at 8.40, again and old driver not here and call back in 10min if still not arrived. Food would of been nicer hot not sure what the driver was doing all that time
