Food is nice, but delivery took more than 90 minutes and no apologies when food was delivered.

Food is great and never disappoints! But they need to change the young guy who takes order. He is bad for business! Very rude and has no customer service training at all. Hangs up before you even finish talking.

Today we ordered a takeaway, even though our order came to £64.80. They quoted us over £100, it's only because we queried it they accepted their mistake. When the delivery guy came (which was not his fault at all) the bill came to just over £74. I really do not know where this extra £10 came from. Absolute joke and a couple of items was missing from our order. Will never use these again. If you order, add up your order as they will try to rip you off.

Customer service is not good. They need to change the boy at the front desk. He always cut phone off before ending conversation.

Best Chinese take out east of London. Been a customer here for 10+ years and keep going back. Very rude manager. She mixed up my order and kept me waiting. When I complained she cancelled my order and literally told me to get lost !!! I haven’t been back.

Customer service is 0/10 Food is 2/10! Very rude and unhelpful. My order was incorrect, I called to let them know I was sent the wrong item and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Hung up without sorting out my order. Then finally after 30 mins of going back & forth I was told they will send the correct order with the driver. 1.5hr later nothing came and the restaurant has said the driver has gone home. Absolutely disgusting service and would not recommend.

Food is delicious I've had different dishes and they were great

Customer service is 0. The young overweight man who normally takes orders is extremely rude towards customers. The item I order doesn’t come with enough gravy for me, each time I place an order and ask for extra gravy (that I’m willing to pay for) I’m met with resistance. I even asked for it to be placed in a separate container only for them to ignore my request and still give me the same dish. The staff including the cook argued with me about how I want my food that I’m paying for no matter how many times I explained it to them. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area with better food and service.

Best chinese ever! I wish they still delivered to Ockendon because the food is just amazing. So seasoned with generous portions.

Very very disappointed in their level of service. I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money here. I called back to add extra items to my order and the attitude on the phone was shocking. I have never experienced such service. Disappointing is an understatement

A regular take away in Grays town centre. Very good staff, fast service, tasty food, fine prices. I’d happily go back in the future.

Wow shocking service. My sons egg fried rice was missing. Phone up and woman shouting. Said they would deliver in five minutes but never showed. Phoned them and they take phone off hook. Husband had to run out and buy him something else. Will never ever use again.

I love this place! It’s my go to Chinese takeaway, the man serving is always pleasant and they have fortune cookies 👌🏻, the food is amazing couldn’t fault it if I tried !

I normally by food from this restaurant but today I must say the service and the young man taking the order was deplorable. I place an order online wasn’t able to pay by card because the machine was broke I cancelled but the food still arrived. The driver was told to bring the food back and he offered for me to do a bank transfer which I did, call spoke to the young man I asked if it was ok he said yes so asking as he got his money. Customer service is import in any business and how you treat your customer is important. Very disappointed

With regards to certain dishes, the food quality is near authentic.

Had a takeaway from there the other evening, it was okay, everything was there what we ordered it was hot, but there was no wow, like some places, you say, can't wait till be order again, but not in this case, it was mediocre, got free prawn crackers, which were nice, but there was a horrible oily smell, I think it's because they use cheap oil

As far as I know, they are one of the best around. You can expect 100% satisfaction

They are the most stupid and idiot people I have ever seen in my entire life. No good customer service very rude and not polite. I make and oder at 7PM and it got delivered at 10pm. I can't deal with them.

Delivered the wrong order, after waiting ages for the food I managed to catch the driver In time to tell him then called the takeaway the person on the phone argued for around 20 minutes to then admit they had got it wrong and sent me the things I was missing. 20 minutes later they arrived and deliver driver asked for the other rice they had mistakenly sent instead of my other food (which put question in my mind wether they was going to resell this) By this time my food was freezing cold. Absolutely terrible customer service and below average food. Would not recommend this takeaway to anyone.

Bueno, primero abordaré el malo - mi dulce y salsa agria habían hecho falta. . . Me llamó, y el chico no podría haber sido más servicial. Por otra organizó para ser enviado en 5 minutos! Esta será, sin duda, mi elección de china para llevar, me han arruinado para todos los demás! Las bolas de pollo estaban crujientes por fuera y por dentro tan suculento que actualmente groaned! La Carne Curry era increíble, el Chow Mein deliciosa y las tostadas de gambas era para morirse. El arroz era bonita y oscura y muy sabrosa, las raciones eran muy generoso, y el servicio fue insuperable. Recomiendo este restaurante a todo el mundo que me encantó la buena comida.

Food used to be good but has recently gone from bad to worse, when we asked they claimed they haven't changed their chef or recipe. Literally had to throw away last order. It was soggy and very oily.

Great food never had a problem in a space of ordering for 3 years always polite and serve your appetite wishes to the max whether you want to include items in a dish or take them out great curry's great noodles pancake rolls the lot a place I highly recommend 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Always fresh... not greasy... can't recommend enough..We will go now where else now for takeaway! Ok for price but I would pay that bit more for the quality...and not the normal slop you get from regular chinese

This is the worst place cold nasty vile food! And they are way over priced. £2.00 for 1l of cola the food they gave went in the bi waste of £25 never again
