Total joke. Ordered early but after 90 minutes called the shop and was told to refuse to accept the order. Seeing the other reviews this appears to be the norm.

Ordered last night after a very long day. We collected it and the food was ready about on time, the staff were lovely cant fault them but the food was not up to the usual standard. The duck in the duck fried rice was very fatty and not very tasty, in fact the whole meal was quite bland. Not sure if something has changed but it wasnt very good at all will be giving it a miss for a while.

Took 2 hours for 2 dishes then turned up luke warm. Called for an update after an hour and they hadn’t even started cooking it. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered online for delivery in Whittlesey. Waited 2 hours... nothing. Called and they said it would be another 30 minutes or so, so they clearly haven't even started cooking it yet! We ordered at 6.30pm, it's now 8.30pm and we're no better off. They've just marked us as 'out of the area' as the reason for the refund which isn't true because they're about 5 minutes away. Now... to order from a better Chinese.... Do not order from here if you actually want food delivered.

Been using feng wah for years, but recently been below average, delivery taking longer and tonight the food arrived cold and we had to microwave it. Tried to ring up but couldn't get through. We are now looking at trying a new Chinese takeaway.....shame it was a good takeaway at one time.

Had takeaway from here and the soup and sauces were congealed and barely recognisable as a liquid. Never again!

Ordered food to be delivered. Arrived extremely quickly. Piping hot and was delicious

Ordered a takeaway online this evening at 1815 and the site stated meal would be ready within 90 minutes. Phoned them at 2020 to be informed the food hadn't been cooked and would leave the kitchen in about another 20 mins plus it's then 15 mins to our house. I'm sorry but 2 hrs 45 mins for a takeaway is ridiculous. When I phoned I got no apology and a blasé response. We do often have to wait longer than anywhere else when ordering from there but this was the worst and no communication to say how long it would take. We are limited where we live to the number of deliveries so now one less we can use!

Worst £27 we have ever spent DISGUSTING

This is the last time I will order from here. Told 1 hour for delivery but 2.5 hours later and two phone calls, meal still not here. Disgusting as if there isn't availability , I'd rather know.

Food is great, delivery takes 2.5 hours minimum from time of ordering. If you want to eat within 3 hours of ordering I would avoid.

Best chinese/thai food going around in Whittlesey

My food just never turned up. 2 hours wait so called and cancelled. The app said cooking for nearly 2 hrs. Clearly a blatant lie.

This place has really gone down hill!! The food is always atleast an hour late!! No apologies ever given! They give half the amount of food than they used too!! They have lost a valuable customer here.

I use this restaurant for home delivery all the time. Sometimes they are great. Others they take an absolute AGE to deliver. I have been waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes for a Chinese. I called them but they are “engaged”; which I anticipate means the phone is purposely off the hook because this ALWAYS happens when they are massively late. They don’t deserve 4 stars with this level of service.

Best chinese around - have tried most of them now and this one is no.1 for sure - not yet had a bad meal or even an average meal. Smiley customer service, very easy to order online too, thank you

Apart from sticking to the mat that nearly tripped me over at the counter & an extended wait for my take away that had been pre ordered ok. The food itself was very good as always.

Second time we have had takeaway from here and by far the best in ythe area, and have tried a few. Will definitely order again. Very good menu also

The young lady behind the counter is a delightful funny young lady with good banter and does about 5 different jobs foods good other staff friendly so 5 stars

Amazing food. Always hot and delicious. Friendly customer service. I dream about the sweet and sour pork Peking style so I'm told. I do love that dish, I've had it tonight and it was just as wonderful as always. I also suggest the crab meat and sweetcorn soup- fantastic tasting and will warm you up a treat.

Great food but understaffed on reception, the poor young girl on reception just couldn’t cope, she was just left to get on with the chaos of just how busy the place is, walk in’s, phones ringing, giving out the food. With the turnover surely a second person on reception must be affordable

Ordered up our first ever takeaway this evening and picked it up just 30 minutes later. It was hot and delicious, and we hope it will be the first of many.

Had take away and it was disgusting satay sauce was like water. Chips tasted rubbery they had been reheated. special fried rice tasted burnt and the sweet and sour pork balls was like eating lumps of grease. The price was outrageous. Never again

I don’t know what part of the Chicken was in the curry I had but I’ve never had chicken like it. It was like rubber Never again

Well impressed, tasted just as it should do, large portions and quick service. Prices reasonable also, one portion enough for two.

Prawn crackers were stale, duck was dry and tasteless. Never again!

The prawn crackers were hard and stale. Duck chow mein was dry as a dog's bone and the duck consisted of more fat than meat. Safe to say I won't be ordering again!

Ordered 8 dishes all fantastic, crispy beef was delicious. Not greasy at all and ready in good timing.vegatarian said her chow mein was best she ever had black bean beef was super tasty

Called theses up last night since silver river has shut, but never again. Rang them at 18:00 and was told an hour to an hour and 10 minutes for delivery which is fine Saturday night you expect them to be busy. But by 19:30 they hadn't shown up, so I called them back to be told it had not left the kitchen and would be another 20 minutes. After thinking for 10 minutes we decided the moment had gone so I'll called them back to cancel and we went elsewhere.

Me and my other half are veggie, we love this place. The owner always does his best to advise new dishes but is never pushy and always explains what seemingly veggie dishes might contain meat/fish etc, front of house staff are always friendly and up for a laugh, great place.

It is the best Chinese takeaway in Whittlesey, and I have tried them all. Great food from this place, and a friendly atmosphere when ordering / waiting for food.

The grilled dumplings are just amazing! Food always piping hot. Only bad thing I can say is the last lot of spare ribs we had were extremely spare. We did get extra after mentioning it.

Have used this takeaway a couple of times now since moving to the area. Good portions and very tasty. Extensive menu. I would recommend.

Brilliant service and always great food! They deliver to us even though 7 miles away would choose this over any other Chinese in this area, worth the delivery cost. Friendly staff over phone and in person.

Ordered Egg Fried Rice and Ginger Beef. Was ready in the 10 minutes as promised When at home I tried eating it, The rice was old and tasted awful. The Beef was in large pieces and could not be eaten with chop sticks. The worse so called Chinese Restaurant that I have visited in 50 years in at least 8 different countries. Will not be going back. Having used this place for years I can say A+! Just remember if you order fri night then there will be a wait which is the same anywhere

Had a take away meal from here yesterday. the service is good and speedy.. having got home and eating the meal I was surprised how good it tasted. will be going back for more.

I purchased a takeaway from here. The lemon chicken looked awful, smelt funny and tasted bad. I had a bit and threw the rest away. I won't be giving this place a second chance.

I've been here twice now, with two distinctly different outcomes. First time, was pleasantly surprised as it's not very alluring visually. everything was very good, could not be faulted and cheap. It is more a takeaway in my opinion, there is seating but it's basic unit stuff. The second visit was distinctly underwhelming -slow, not very good when I got it. So, a mixed bag. Hard to praise or slag off. As a result have averaged all scores. You'll have to try it and review it on here so we can all get a better idea. Good Luck.
