Used to get excellent food from this restaurant but today was not good! Lemon chicken was hard, crispy chilly beef was just crispy no beef… and even the prawn crackers were oily and not great… real shame will have to try somewhere else next time

Dreadful overcooked burnt food. When I called to complain, they told me it was not their issue and that o needed to contact Just Eat!!

the food has not been delivered. we were told that they waited half an hour but nobody knocked on the door. there was no reply from the teleohone number supplied. I do not expect to pay for the food even if it arrives.

Everything was fresh and hot, big portions & good flavours but unfortunately got special fry rice instead of egg and son refused it. Other than that everything great would order again

Asked if there was any jobs going and a rude condescending girl who was trying her best to sound British said you have to speak to the manager. I said when is the manager there. She said he is always here. Then I asked if she can ask him if there is an actual vacancy before my trip there is rendered pointless on false hopes. She kept repeating she doesn’t know and I will need to come in and speak to manager. Then she was shouting on the phone in a more rude way she doesn’t know and got frustrated over my reasonable request as she couldn’t deflect the logic and proceeded to shout and cut the phone off. If she has telephone manners like this imagine how she speaks to customers. Perhaps the rudest chinese takeaway I have ever dealt with.

today the food was really good and hot it's a shame it's not always like it you need to keep up with this type of quality it needs to be the same evertime.

I ordered a Chinese tonight 17/07/24 and I was not happy with the food at all there was no flavour in the chow main plus hardly any meat in it, sweet and sour hong king style was over cooked so couldn’t eat it as the chicken was horrible. The staff on the phone was very rude and didn’t know the difference between 2 dishes so in all the best thing about this delivery was the friendly delivery driver, so I would avoid the place

Ordered 4 hours ago on deliveroo, no sign of our munch. Horror business don’t buy from here.

Special chow mein couldn’t decipher what meat was what!! Was literally all grey! Didn’t eat any of it! Ordered more obviously but dare go near the chicken balls

although the food was late by 15 mins I had a phone call to apologise that the food was gonna be late which was fine.

Came earlier than expected which was nice but missed the curry sauce that I ordered which was to go with my rice. Was really disappointed as I was looking forward to this and I don’t like the rice on its own :(

The beef in the beef chow mein was grey and had a foul odour to it. Didn't dare eat so threw it in the bin.

whenever we order the vegetarian hot and sour soup, they deliver the one with pork. first time I thought it was an honest mistake, but they do it every time. very disappointed

This used to be our favourite Chinese restaurant. Not anymore. The food was awful, most of it ended up in a bin. Noodles were way too salty, beef was inedible. Udon dish wasn’t even mixed properly, the clumps of jellied black pepper was in one place, and did they spill the whole jar of pepper into it? Chicken balls which were not even balls were horrible. The only dish that still tasted decent was egg fried rice. Will no t buy again. Do not recommend.

Dumplings were actually burnt and inedible, chicken was bland and tasted of uncooked batter. Steer clear, not worth it.

The special fried rice had never seen oil so could not fried it was just boiled rice. Roast pork chow mein had very little pork in it and the King prawn with ginger & spring onion was a very small portion. The Sesame Prawn on Toast tasted funny as if it had been made yeasterday

The stickers on the food were tampered with the bbq ribs were not fresh the beef and ribs were eaten there was finger tips on the boxes I need a refund

My food was inedible. It was a dish I order on a regular basis, but tonight I could not eat it because there was too much chilli added to it. It was so hot and spicy that my mouth was burning after two mouthfuls.

I ordered chicken balls what arrived was chicken strips with over done batter I couldn’t bite it as so hard it would have broken my teeth the mushroom omelette I ordered the egg tasted old and dry absolutely disgusting and the chips were like cardboard the only decent thing I ordered was chicken and mushroom dish all the other dishes disgusting I will not be ordering from new dynasty again I spent over £30 for this takeaway never again and would not recommend anyone order from there either

I cannot believe this is the Chinese, I always used to use never again. If you look in my bin exactly what they’ve dropped off is exactly what’s in that bin no taste whatsoever of what I expected it smelt funny it looked horrible. I had one taste of each thing it’s horrible. It was like it was peoples leftovers and there was all slimy stuff in the bean shoots, disgusting will never be using this place again.

Usually really good. Tonight unfortunately it wasn’t great , I didn’t get my prawn crackers I’d paid for 🙁 I like them ! Pancakes rolls are usually great but couldn’t eat them tonight as not cook they were all white and sticky inside and smelt 🙁.. I honestly couldn’t eat any of the meal a real disappointment as always been good. I won’t return x

Really disappointed with food. Always order from here as you can see but food was dry and tasteless. Soft spring rolls toast, fry wings. Even soft prawn crackers. Chow mein no seasoning just plain noodles. Chicken didn’t taste right

The worst meal I have ever eaten. The ribs had no meat on them, the soup tasted like the restaurant had run out & filled the container with water, & they didn’t send the right sauces with the chicken balls - avoid this restaurant. Truly awful

The spare ribs were bones with a layer of membrane. I’ve never seen such little meat on a rib before. A complete ripoff. Never again!

They didn't deliver my noodles and prawn crackers.

Our normal Chinese was closed. We didn’t like this one unfortunately. Wasn’t our cup of tea. It all tasted very cheap. Spring rolls are ones from Iceland. Duck tasted like cinnamon and was mostly fat and not crispy at all. BBQ ribs the sauce tasted like gravy with 5 spice. Chicken balls needs cooking longer and we’re a little pink or maybe even frozen. Sweet and sour sauce like water.

Food wasn’t good, crispy beef was completely dry and overcooked. More than half of it went in the bin.salt and chilli chips were soggy and not spicy. I won’t be ordering from there again.

Dishes have changed but not been changed on the menu, duck in plum sauce with pineapple came without the sauce and pineapple, chicken Satays with peanut sauce came without the peanut sauce, wouldn’t order from here again.

The food is usually good but tonight was a disaster. The rice tasted, smelt and looked like leftovers. The chili oil had a weird taste as well. The veggies in the black bean sauce looked over cooked and the prawn wasn’t good at all. Overall , food was a disaster.

wouldn’t recommend the chicken and sweet corn soup but the vegetable spring rolls were really good and delivery time was much quicker than the estimated time frame

This isn’t New Dynasty? What’s happened has it changed hands?! The food was all labelled ‘noodle king’ and wasn’t anywhere near the usual quality of New Dynasty. It was ok but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. The salt and chilli squid was like witchety grubs, white and slimy and full of baby corn and red onions. In fact every dish was bulked out with red onions. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend - we used to love new dynasty 😞

How has my food come on time but cold. So disappointed. I ordered salt and chill chips and my chips are soggy and it’s like they tipped the stuff on top well under it. Chicken balls cold, spring rolls I get were free but came cold. I spent £40.80 and all I got was disappointment. Doesn’t even deserve one start to be honest. All the food completely lacks flavour. Didn’t even bother finishing my food, might just give it to my cat !!!!!!

Food was cold and I was given the wrong food along with some of my order missing.

This was my go to Chinese but something has changed since I last ordered. Portion sizes reduced, spent £50+ and didn’t receive free prawn crackers like usual. Driver called for me to meet him despite leaving institutions to deliver to the bar ( live in a pub). Missing two of my drinks, not ver hot food. Bbq sauce may as well of been jelly, I had to use a fork to decant it onto my plate. Whatever has changed Needs to stop and go back, it was perfect as it was before! Plus the old delivery driver was such a lovely man.

Never had such greasy food! Awful. Order arrived in branded containers from a different restaurant? Would not recommend! Tiny portions, salt and pepper chicken tasted like kids chicken nuggets

Not as good as normal, very greasy chow mein, spring rolls tasted like they had been sitting for long while. It's still nice, however, not as good as normal.

Service of food was good however the actual food it self was poor... in regards to taste, texture and smell. The noodles was greasy, the shredded beef had no kick! And the Hong-Kong style chicken was pretty bland too. Don't even get me started on the spring rolls, I had to air fry then for 10mins and they still wouldn't crisp up nicely. Unfortunately I won't be trying these guys again from noodle King/new dynasty.

I was pleased that the food was not salty and oily. Definitely a retuning customer going forward.
