Very long wait you try calling to see where it is and you just get transferred and then they hang up on you.

The spare ribs were bones with a layer of membrane. I’ve never seen such little meat on a rib before. A complete ripoff. Never again!

I was pleased that the food was not salty and oily. Definitely a retuning customer going forward.

Food is delicious however delivery time is awful. The customer service when trying to chase isn’t great either. I’d like to say it’s worth the wait, but isn’t for the amount your waiting. No issues with taste of food other than he prepared to reheat when it arrives

Waited over 3 HOURS for food to be delivered. Was told a different time each time I called. Then spent an HOUR waiting for someone to answer. Still haven’t got the food. Won’t be using here ever again.

Had a delivery and all the food was lovely. Ribs a tad dry but everything else was delicious, Good portion sizes too. Will order again.

Really good prawn dumplings. The cashew and szechuan chicken were both great.

We have tried virtually every chinese restaurant and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. At present due to disability we cannot actually go to the restaurant but are having it delivered to our home. Whatever we order arrives hot and well cooked and delicious. We cannot say more, thank you

I highly recommend the Sweet&Sour chicken balls in batter and Chow Mein here. The best Chinese restaurant in Hatfield. Food is tasty with good quality. I love the sweet and sour cuisine here as well.🥰

The beef curry had more mushrooms in it then beef and was cold not curry sauce just a jelly 2 prawns found in house chow main p sweet and sour prawns nice but cold and so was rice for 29 pounds really won’t be ordering again

order from here regular and they have never disappointed me with there large, cheap and most of all tasty serving. I would most recommend the chicken chow main very nice and very large serving.

It's a very clean, delicious restaurant. It has many kinds of sour and sweet dishes.

Fresh and delicious Chinese foods

2nd time we have had a delivery from here and love the food. Portions are good and the food is delicious. The guy who delivered tonight was great, goes the extra mile to make sure the customer gets what they want. He told me he always checks the order to see if drinks or menus are wanted and will check they are there.

We normally use these as there generally pretty good but tonight ordered it at 630 was told about 1hour for delivery which is standard but we have only just received it at 830 for which the food is cold we are now microwaving the food just to eat it! Not very happy on this occasion

Have to say the telephone manner is absolutely abismal!!! They begin to take your order then ask you to wait while they talk to each other!! This has happened many times. Tonight was an absolute shambles!! They stopped taking orders by phone because they couldnt cope so they took the phone off the hook. Had to drive there to place my order to then be told that she has only just gotten off the phone??? But then tells me she had taken the phone off the hook as it’s so busy. If your order is wrong which a lot of the time it is there is no way of getting through. Food was cold when I collected it and what my girlfriend had ordered wasn’t was she got. Tried calling many times and it was engaged. If I could give no stars then I would!! Bring back the old management they knew how to run a business these people do not at all!!! Don’t order!! Not worth the hassle!! They do not care about their customers no apologies nor goodwill gestures offered for inconvenience either!! This was our last time using New Dynasty.

The food is delicious! The signature dishes are very tasty. They are delivered to the punctuality within an hour and will continue to be ordered.

Food came when they said it would - about an hour after placing the order. Food wasn't anything special, if anything bland. However the ribs were enjoyable and offered some redemption. A hair was also found going through a bit of food which I ended up pulling out my mouth, not particularly pleasant overall and I would not recommend

Telephoned at 7.25 when order was half late to be told first they hadn't got my order placed on Internet at 5.30 (order acknowledgement received) then told they had my order and was out for delivery - was not offered apology or told when food would arrive - food eventually came at 7.50 was cold and way below normal standards for new dynasty -

I am really sad as I had ordered from the restaurant before and had good service and good food. Unfortunately after being given a delivery time that was an hour later than my order time, my food was delivered 20mins late. When I phoned the restaurant there was massive confusion as to where my food was. When the food arrived, some parts of the order were missing, some items were cold, and some were over salted. As this was my first time using the app and my first time in a long time being a customer of the restaurant. I do not think I will be repeating the experience.

Incomplete order and rude staff when contacted. Said the rest of the order would be sent out ASAP and be with us by a specified time. It never arrived and I had to contact them rather than them contact us to get a refund which still hasn’t been notified or processed.

Was supposed to be ready for 7.30 but when I got there to collect it they hadn’t even started cooking it. Didn’t get it til 8!

Food was cold, nearly 2 hours after ordered when I rang they said it was out for delivery rang back 35 minutes later and they said the same thing, normally have no issues...

Order accepted 7.07pm. Delivery time said 8.10pm. After 2 calls to restaurant food arrived at 8.50pm. It’s too late for us to eat really and food was tepid. Won’t be ordering again!

Butterfly King Prawns states 8 pieces on site but only 7 arrived!!! Paid £5.70 so felt cheated and since we are a family of four one person was short of a shrimp. Also the sweet and Sour Pork was only sweet so not well balanced-- felt like eating sweet dish. Rest of the food was delicious.

The food quality was very poor. Ordered salt pepper king prawns and received normal prawns with a lot of batter to make them look puffed up and bigger and way too salty (this is coming from someone who loves salt). I normally order this dish from a different restaurant in London, but was very disappointed. The sweet sour was just a sugar syrup with some veg. 90% of my meal went in the bin. Would never order again.

Food was dangerously too salty, it’s unreal and didn’t enhance the taste so why?? Won’t be ordering again but please do cut down the amount of salt you add it’s extremely unhealthy for the people that order from you.

Wasn’t impressed ordered food for 6.30pm as that’s when my partner finnished work and they showed up at 6.10pm, food wasn’t great it was ok but way too much onion on most things and very little meat.

The food was much better than last time, but still had to throw away the squid as it was rubbery. The rest was ok, so will order again but not squid.

We enjoy the food but our food was 20 minutes and we left a note to tell the delivery guy to phone not buzz the bell as our baby was asleep to then have him buzz 3 times. The restaurant didn’t give him the message so do they read the message you leave? To also chase them up about our food, I called them several times for the phone to be busy. Not what you need when you want to know where your food is. We also ordered it at 5.30 to be delivered at 7.30 so had plenty of time.

Really fancied a Chinese tonight but I'm disappointed as the pork balls have got smaller than they used to be also the pork very chewey. It's not as good as it used to be I won't be returning

The best Chinese I’ve had in years!

The Chips in curry sauce were revolting. I couldn't eat them. The Noodles were so greasy and the seaweed was really smelly. The chicken wings were nice but it was quite a small portion for the cost.

Delivery was late and when guy turned up . He had an attitude becasue he had trouble finding the flat but I'd payed for delivery and gave him an extra tip .

when i ordered food here last month the food was really good. But when I ordered food from here today the food was horrible it was tasteless they didnt give me soysauce in the container so I basiclly had dry soggy dumplings. The rice tasted so bland. im disappointed. I wont be ordering from here again. I was a regular customer. But now youve lost one.
