The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Normally good but I won’t be using them anymore last experience no food and didn’t want to give a refund

I’ve never had a bad meal here - the food and portions are brilliant. Service is quick and I honestly can’t fault any part of the process

Absolutely amazing services and definitely can tell the Dimsum is freshly made with authentic skills. Grandma's pork belly is mouth watering. Family enjoyed our lunch so much there. We will be back soon for booking the karaoke room for my birthday. Well done Lulu restaurant.

Just had special kung po, egg fried rice and salt and chilli chips. Absolutely delicious and as tasty as any ive had. I thought i had overdone it as there was a lot of food for one person, but i just couldnt stop and ate the lot. Im now as full as a pig who got loose in a potato field. Couldnt fault it and recommend highly. Oh and i ordered at 18.55 and collected at 19.10 fantastic

Called in at lunchtime visiting my elderly parents for a takeaway. Excellent food cooked to perfection fish was amazing and a lot cheaper UP NORTH 10 out of 10 for me for quality and freshly cooked fish 👍

It's my local, great landlord and staff, always a great atmosphere, everyone very friendly

I'm sorry but this is quite possibly the worst Chinese ever had .. we thought we would try somewhere else . As our normal spot was over 2 hours delivery and wish I waited . Ribs looked like they came of road kill. Everything was over cooked And got chicken instead of beef on one dish Honest please ignore any good reviews I would rather have cheese on toast and save my money

Rude and ignorant behaviour.. had a reservation for 3 (wife, daughter and myself) at 8pm. Made me stand for a table till 8:30 pm.. and one head waiter being rudely ignorant on my requests to give us our table. Had to leave without my dinner and staff didn’t care at all!!

Was looking forward to a good Chinese meal, the picture of egg fried rice convinced me that it must taste good . Plain chow mein turn out to just that . Tasteless and flavour less Chicken fried rice with peas & carrots were just ok Chicken in ginger and spring onions was terrible. Char su pork very disappointing. Overall wasted £46 on tasteless meal .

Called in while passing on our way home and thought we'd give it a try, nice lady serving, couldn't decide between 5 Cod bites and chips or fish and chips, lady said very similar and same price, Asked for the fish bites well done as nearly everywhere I go the batter seems to be undercooked . They were cooked fresh so it took about 15 minutes , got them home and opened them and guess what, not well done , soggy thick batter, average portions and pretty tasteless! Dog enjoyed the soggy batter, waste of £9.90, will not be going back

Following recommendations from friends and relations I ordered my first home delivery take-away from here and was absolutely over the moon with the quality and quantity of the food supplied. Everything was clearly freshly prepared and was delicious. Just one little niggle.... I was very disappointed that I was unable pay with a credit card over the phone and was most uncomfortable having to obtain cash (which I haven't used for 9 months). I was told I could have paid by cheque but I presume that would have meant presenting the delivery man with my bank card and I wouldn't have been happy with that either. It's a great shame but with the pandemic becoming more and more out of control and both my wife and I having to fully shield, I don't think I'll be able to order another meal from here under the current payment arrangements.

We have been using New Sunflower for probably 30 years and have always had great food. Of late, we have always had the same mains (66 Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style and 83 Mixed Meat Hot with King Do Sauce) delicious and recommended! I don't understand the 1 star ratings

No entregaron todo el pedido, cuando se les llama no quieren volver solo para entregar arroz, tener algo gratis la próxima vez, de nada sirve cuando no tienes arroz con una comida china. No pidas a menos que quieras decepcionarte. Muy mal servicio y no hay devolución de dinero tampoco. Si pudiera colmenar no empezaría

I’m afraid to say just terrible, one of the worst Chinese take aways we have had!! Over cooked chilli beef(taste burnt) Under cooked batter in chicken balls Hard rice. We don’t normally leave bad reviews but was so disappointed for giving Wings ago!! Back to our usual local!!
