Foods always lovely. It’s my go to Chinese in Harlow as they never disappoint. I’m always recommending them to people

We don’t live in this area but found this Chinese takeaway on our travels . The food was delicious and the staff very friendly highly recommended

After 48 years of living in this town finally we have an amazing Chinese! The food from here is just the best I’ve ever tasted!! Couldn’t recommend highly enough and the staff are so friendly!! Simply THE BEST!

I've seen a lot of very negative reviews on here so wanted to balance it out. Every time I've been I've experienced nothing but kindness from the staff and delicious food. I was even given free chips once, because I only ordered a lone burger, and I think she knew I couldn't afford the chips too. I've never had a negative experience with this business and I fully believe that will continue throughout time!

So disappointed, chicken balls were burnt and overly greasy, only one pot of sauce for two packets,, chicken curry really chewy and chicken and pineapple was vile, the chicken was like pink jelly, threw the lot away, such a shame as usually very good, will avoid for a while!

This chip shop.has lovley food. And the staff are very friendly. Lovley place to eat. The restaurant is spotless .

Used to be the best Chinese in Harlow but now refuse to deliver as apparently we complain to much as the staff can’t get my order correct. over the last year we’ve had multiple incomplete orders & today after I tried to order only to be told they won’t deliver to us. I explained that If the staff got the order right I wouldn’t need to complain but got told I can’t be wrong all those times & basically asking for freebies. The wife is the problem she’s rude & doesn’t listen, the husband has no balls & doesn’t know how to run a business. After using them for 15 years & more I can’t order their tasty food. Disappointed is a understatement especially after him putting the phone down to me when I was trying to explain the common grasp of customer service that if you do something wrong you put it right, I’m paying for a service, it’s slowely going down the pan, they can’t keep any kitchen staff & constantly changing chef & the way they cook. Avoid as they really don’t appreciate your business.

Had the loveliest meal. We’ve been ordering from this place for a couple of years, the service has always been lovely and the food is delicious :)

I have used this Chinese for a while now but lately it's going down hill . . I've just picked up my order and it was the worst takeaway I have ever experienced . . Totally bland no flavour what so ever . . The crispy sweet chilli beef was like eating squid . . Rubbery and no flavour at all a total waste of £33.60 . . I'll never ever use sun kwong Chinese takeaway again . . I would of taken it back but didn't want to get into a massive argument over the poor quality of there food

Rang on the off chance it was open. Luckily it opened today for the first time in almost 2 months. Still the same excellent standard. It was so delicious after so long without decent takeaway and no Chinese. Go there....

DO NOT EAT HERE ...... horrendous customer service...... barred my number (they told me that) because I challenged that my food arrived cold. Told me to warm it up in a microwave..... offered me a refund (but in the words of the manager..... I didn’t tell u when!) as a professional person.... I am dumb struck to my treatment. Out of principle I had to drive to the outlet to get my money....... the manager did not care ..... he just said he was used to getting scammed. My job is customer care ..... his long gevity is non existent...... DO NOT EAT HERE

Lovely food at a good price. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was quick and fresh. We had Chinese but have also had fish and chips and that was just as good.

Food is top notch all the time. Never had a bad dish from here and always enough in the servings to warm up the next day.

just moved local to the area and popped here for a takeaway, the food was good, portions large and parking outside a bonus Only downside is that its cash only.

Have been using this Chinese Food takeaway for years, never had a problem with any dish always superb. Has a huge range of dishes and Special Set Dinners plus Cantonese Dinners. We always order in advance by phone and it's always ready on collection time. Friendly service and importantly consistently has a Food Standards Hygiene rating of 5. Highly recommended.

He sido cliente de Sun Kwong durante muchos años y lo recomiendo ya que la comida es siempre de excelente calidad y soy un ventilador enorme de su pescado y patatas fritas. El servicio es siempre rápido y estoy muy contento con su comida. Sin duda traer amigos y familiares para pedir de nuevo.

He usado este 'para llevar' a lo largo de los últimos 8 años, y siempre cantaba sus alabanzas, por su muy buen servicio y excelente comida. He probado otros, pero siempre regresamos a el Sol Kwong. No más. Siento decir que, desde la última Navidad ha habido una disminución constante de la comida. Todo gustos de sal o azúcar, y a menudo platos de carne son cocidas el servicio ha ido de excelente a media.

He estado comprar comida para llevar en el Sun Kwong durante muchos años y la comida siempre ha sido de primera clase. He comprado diferentes platos: costillas, sal y pimienta pollo, comidas y la comida siempre ha sido muy buena calidad. Siempre recomiendo esta para llevar a mis amigos.

Tried out their shredded crispy beef and chicken noodles. Food was delicious and cheap. Staff were friendly and delivery was fairly quick. Definitely will order again and would recommend.

Me pasó aquí una noche como mis dos sitios locales chinos fueron cerradas por alguna razón. Acabo de pedir una comida sencilla para uno por £8.30 que consistía en arroz, carne de huevo frito y pollo en salsa Bean pelotas negro. Llegué a casa, empezó a comer y la carne parecía divertido, como pálido y diferentes a lo que he visto de 100 restaurantes chinos en mi tiempo. Probé una pieza y fue como masticar goma, pero lo peor. Me discutía y probamos otra pieza, lo mismo. Probé otro y otro... te lo imaginas. Las bolas de pollo estaban aguados. Yo no recomiendo comer aquí.
