Me and my fiancée came for date night, we loved it. Staff are very polite and food is amazing ❤️ all fresh and hot. Highly recommend. Great priced too

Excellent buffet restaurant - eat as much as you like from a wide choice of dishes! Staff are very helpful and will cook you something special if you ask.

Went for a meal for my aunties birthday, was 15 of us 2 of which where kids in high chairs, when trying to get our food the trays where empty. When we spoke to the male manager he was very helpful and tried to resolve this for us, but the lady was not helpful and was not polite either. Stating the price we paid was for entry not in fact for the food. It cost for 5 of us £112 in total and we only managed to eat rice, noodles and a few chips, the other bits we wanted to eat wasn’t available. The female staff member was heard telling the servers to sit down and not clear our table, and she also spoke to other customers about us which is very unprofessional, as the last member of our family was leaving and on her own the lady said bye and to never come back, she don’t have to worry we won’t be back again, the high chairs where broken and one of them had mould on the straps. Not child friendly at all, it also states disable friendly but it’s not, if they can’t facilitate the number of customers that where in with sufficient food then they should not let as many customers in.

We visited this Hidden gem in Lowestoft on Wednesday night for the first time as we have never thought to give it a go. When we arrived the dishes were still being filled but we sat down and waited and within 10 minutes there’s was an excellent display of all freshly cooked dishes available. Very cheap compared to same service in Norwich or likewise (£14.99 buffet . ) Staff welcoming, prompt and a good chat (all considering that it was a young lad on his own) . Would recommend and we will definitely visit again with friends.

Not a great experience at all from the drab looking building outside,and half a dozen people smoking outside the door who you had to walk through,and once inside the staff didnt seem bothered and more or less had to ask what was what and a group of diners mucking around at the table which was off putting.and then to the food which there wasnt a great selection and some of it had obviously been sitting there a while and just didnt look edible and the rice had dried out and was chewy. There wasnt many in the restaurant and we were last ones in and to leave and a couple of the staff were just mucking about nearly the whole time.Only positive we can take was a decent bottle of rose at a good price,but will definitley never return.

We visited this Restaurant first time for lunch in November, and returned with friends Fri. eve 1st Dec. We loved the choices and quality of food on offer... This place is a lovely venue once you get inside (the outside is a bit drab!). It is large and nicely decorated. The staff (family run) were attentive and helpful. No pressure, we had a great evening. It is a great venue for Christmas parties and club/work meals.. We shall be returning again soon. The kids will love the spacious lay out and freedom to select their food and prices are reasonable...Lowestoft is fortunate to have this venue! T and J
