The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Worst customer service. Staffs and manager always present with disgusted face. Tasteless food. I wish I could review them 0.000.

Have had tofu in green pepper and black bean sauce 3 times this month so far. It's consistently good and the only Chinese takeaway I will use. Nice pleasant staff and meals are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend

After buying £20 worth of food from this chippy,it was a total waste of money. My salt and pepper chicken was actually chicken nuggets,my dim sum was burnt,I dont know how you burn dim sum as you steam dim sum and it taste was awful. The best was the chips,they were oven chips,you definitely wouldn't expect that from a chippy. I can only advise to avoid this chippy.

Have frequented Great Wall for many years and always had great take aways but not this time Ordered Salt and Pepper platter for first time - I was unsure initially as this was in a labelled pizza box but as I was ravenous I opened it to find a mass of chips interspersed with 2 chicken balls 2 spare ribs spring rolls shredded beef and 2 King prawns and started eating and the chips were the only thing freshly cooked all the rest was dry and just about edible - either overcooked or been under a heat lamp some time I rang Great Wall to give feedback directly and spoke to a lady who initially said she would get the manager to ring me but then advised the manager had just come in - she spoke to him and he would not talk to me and told her to state this was always freshly cooked - I reiterated that this was not the case - I have cooking experience - he kept telling her to say freshly cooked but would not speak to me - I assumed this meant he had no concern at all- I asked the lady to advise the manager that Great Wall had lost a customer of many years standing and that I would tell this experience to everyone I met and that this will go on social media

Food was excellent really flavourful,enjoyed by everyone no complaints.

Useless. Asked what's in the sezchuan rice and was directed to a QR code on the wall(?). Then told they don't have the value box so I have to pay £2 more for food I don't want...sort it out lads!

took my money on the website gone to the shop and it’s closed?? it’s a monday and it says there open other than tuesdays.. joke

Ordered through Uber eats and after 3 hours 4 couriers had gone to the restaurant and then left again because the order wasn't ready. Ended up cancelling. Really poor service avoid

I did not know where to book but this was the best place and just right for a family get together. We booked a table and the food, service and ambience were just right. Not tacky but well decorated to make everyone feel at home. So if you have no knowledge of where to go for a great Chinese meal look no further. I very rarely leave reviews so that tells how delighted we all were.

Went here as a couple this weekend. Amazing live band playing. Great atmosphere really enjoyed. Not had chance to try the food but have been here 3 times for nights out when staying in Weston always a great night.

Authentic Chinese takeaway. Highly recommend Visited many times. Dining in you get the full experience

Possibly the worst Chinese food if you could call it that I’ve ever tried. All food was cold, the chicken tasted off, the sauce was watered down to the point of not having any taste, dry rice the list goes on. Had to throw it all away! Complete waste of money and time.

Now closed This restaurant appears to have lost its identity. It used to offer a great menu, but all our group could say today was ... It's "Ok". Before it was always "Fantastic". Original review Limited menu. Average dishes. A far cry from this once excellent restaurant.

Very small food and not great quality. Crispy lamb was inedible and the waitress we first had was very unfriendly and felt like anything we ordered/asked was an inconvenience. They second waitress and waiter bringing out the food were a lot more friendly and professional. Will not return unfortunately as had great experiences there in previous years.
