Best chinese takeaway in Torquay but now its unfortunately had to close. Such a shame as great food.

We have been looking forward to visiting Paignton and revisiting for a Chinese meal here. Our absolute favorite Chinese and we were not disappointed it was as tasty as always. Cooked to perfection and we will visit again before the end of our visit here. Highly Highly recommend. Friendly people, great food, big portions for the price. We had special fried rice with meats and bbq sauce on top and its delicious.

The 1st time I went here I had diarrhoea the next day. The second time I went in it was freezing cold. I ordered for collection they said it would be half an hour so I gave them 1 hour. When I collected they didn't seem to know what was going on and were rushing around stuffing things into the bag. When I got home 2 minutes later the food was luke warm at best and not great quality. Disappointing..

Absolute gem of a place , we went last night , we got there just before closing and they still sat us , ordered set meal for 2 ,, best prawn toast Iv ever had and the portions were really big , they packed up what was left for me , highly recommend to anyone , x

What a lovely gem... We where greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. Myself and husband shared a starter of spring rolls and had a main each... Sweet and sour chicken and Singapore noodle and rice. The food arrived piping hot and was delicious. The two ladies are very attentive and always happy to help you nothing was too much trouble. We are actually staying in a hotel with half board bases but their food is bland and tiny... We both recommend this fab Chinese restaurant it really is worth it.

We have been using the Rickshaw Boy for the past 18 years and I can honestly say it has to be the best Chinese takeaway in the country. 100% every time.

Was charged twice for 2 of us and had to sort it through my bank as they disputed that I'd been charged twice

Usually the takeaways I am used to from other places are those to be described as late, borderline cold and not necessarily worth the money. But not the case when I was recommended the lovely Dragon Pearl restaurant by my dear granddaughter. The evening started with a pleasant welcome from the staff and owner, who assisted to our table at every request. The food was splendid as I ordered the delicious seafood in the salt and pepper dressing, followed by the flavourful Singapore chow mein and a side dish of mini veggie spring rolls. Overall, I would highly recommend this local Chinese restaurant and definitely be coming by again!!

Food was horrendous. Overly salty and incredibly disappointing. Packaging had cracks in the plastic.

Delivery very quick but no duck and mushrooms but chicken instead which was tasteless.swamped by tasteless sauces.crispy prawns nice not much chilli.disappointing, we have had better.

After using this takeaway for the last 25 years we have been here, tonight was the worst service and experience we have ever had, to the point that we won't be using them again. I called for an update on the order and was met by a rather rude and abrupt response. Will be using Just Eat & Deliveroo from now on. I suggest David assesses his staff
